Emi instantly clung to Gray. As Ella walked away, Gray gave her a look of death. He wasn't happy. Ella was going off alone, which was dangerous, and leaving Gray alone with Emi. She was dragging him along to who knows where.

Ella went into the cafeteria just as her stomach growled. She grabbed food for herself. She scarfed it down. She grabbed a bit more for herself and after a moment of thought grabbed some for Gray. She went back to the hall where he was before.

Emi had spread a blanket on the floor and was laying out food for a picnic. Gray looked relieved to see Ella. He thought she was going to rescue him from Emi. Emi gave her a look of hatred and anger.

"Sorry to interrupt you two lovebirds, but…" Ella said, "I kinda want some of your food."

"Leave!" Emi said not amused.

Ella sat down on the blanket first. Emi looked like she could kill Ella. Emi tried her best to ignore Ella and finish unpacking the picnic. She eventually unpacked juice boxes. Ella scooped one up and stood up.

"What, are you like five?" Emi said scornfully.

"Want me to leave or not?" Ella said over her shoulder as she walked down the hall, juice box in hand.

Gray had a glum look on his face. Emi tried to pretend his sad look wasn't there. She had what she wanted, Gray as her boyfriend, even if it wasn't by his choice.

"Don't tell me you actually like her?" Emi said accusingly.

"What's your name again?" Gray asked.

Emi looked like she was about to explode, "Have you even heard a word I've said?"

"What?" Gray said.

"You're the worst boyfriend ever!" Emi complained.

"I'm not your boyfriend…"

"Yes, you are! And after school we're marching down to the Club room and telling them you can't be in it anymore."

"Somehow I don't think that'll work out to well," Gray said with a sigh, "Tamaki is a little dramatic."

"He'll listen to me!"
"Highly doubt it."

Emi had a smug look on her face. Now she was the one who wasn't listening. The final bell rang. Ella had disappeared. Gray was on his "date."

I haven't seen Ella in a while, Gray thought, I'm kind of worried.

"Let's go, Gray," Emi said, dragging him along.

Emi forced Gray to hold her hand. They walked to Music Room 3. They walked through the crowded halls, no one paying any notice. Along the way Gray's thought kept drifting to Ella. He was worried that the kidnapper had gotten to her. They were a hallway away from the music wing, when they saw something. The halls had been clearing and the hallway was just about empty.

"Ella!" Gray said as the couple rounded the corner.

Ella was lying in the middle of the hallway. Her limbs were strewn carelessly. No one had noticed the unconscious girl. She hadn't been taken but she must have heard a scream. Gray released his grip from Emi and ran over to Ella the second he saw her. Emi's bright smile had completely disappeared into a pained grimace.

Ella's chest barely moved with each breath. Her pulse was weak. This scream was even worse than the one in the club room the other day. Gray was panicking, Emi looked like she was going to scream. Emi wasn't jealous enough not to feel bad for Ella. Even she could see Ella was in trouble.
