Name Origin: manta ray & mystic
Appearance: Mantic is a small, blue manta ray. It has a navy back with white spots on it with varying sizes all over its back. Its eyes are blue glowing bulbs on stalks with skin coloring like the rest of its body, but without stripes. Its underside is a pale periwinkle. It has a long, wavering, seaweed-shaped tail that is translucent & a vivid blue. Its eyes glow brightly when using its Psychic abilities.

Author's Notes: The first Water-type. Mantic is a highly rare Pokemon. The earliest it would be caught would be around a small pond in Verdant Forest. It is an uncommon sight underwater. It can learn other Water-moves, as well as Shadow Ball & Psychic.
