Christmas Surprises

Excitement filled Teddy's eyes as he stared down at his Christmas gift from his uncle Harry. His eyes shone brightly as he took in every single detail no matter how small it was. With a large happy grin on his face Teddy looked up to his Uncle who was watching him closely with wary eyes.

"Do you like it?" Harry asked worriedly as he took Teddy's silence the wrong way, "I know that you wanted a sled for Christmas, which makes sense what with all this snow so...do you like it?"

"Do I like it?" Teddy asked as he lovingly stroked the top of his red and gold sled, "I don't just like it, I love it! Can I go outside uncle Harry? I want to show Sarah my new Sled!"

"Sure, after all it is only the two of us and we do have all day," Harry answered kindly as he stood up, the last thing he wanted to do was take away his Godson's happiness, "Though I have to wonder...who is this 'Sarah'? I did not know we had new neighbours."

"W-we don't," Teddy stuttered out with a blush causing Harry to smirk, "Her parents and grandparents are spending the Christmas holidays with a family friend."

"And does my Godson like like this Sarah?" Harry asked playfully as he watched Teddy blush even more, "Should I start planning for a Christmas wedding?"

"S-Shut up! We are only nine!" Teddy shouted out as his hair changed to the famous Weasley red colour, "And so what if I did? Personally I think that Sarah Lupin sounds a lot better than Sarah Dursley!"

"W-What did you say?" Harry asked as he froze, his eyes widened in shock as his mind tried and failed to process the word 'Dursley', "Did...did you just say that Sarah's last name with Dursley?"

"Yeah I did, so what?" Teddy asked with a frown on his face as he quickly looked between his statue like uncle and his new sled, "Is that a problem? Can I still go and show Sarah my sled? She said that her parents were planning to take a walk to the park before they have their big lunch."

Wanting to see this for his own eyes Harry simply nodded his head and grabbed his coat. Teddy's cries of excitement washed over him though he took no notice, he was still in too much shock at the thought of his Godson having a crush on Dudley's daughter.

'Well at least this Christmas will be interesting at least' Harry thought dryly as he allowed an excited Teddy to push him playfully out of the living room and towards the front door 'I wonder what sort of reactions we'll get from aunt Petunia, Uncle Vernon, Dudley, his wife and the people their staying with. It should be interesting to say the least.'
