June 2005

"Alright lets go home. The sofa, TV and junk food are calling my name." I say smiling. This causes my whole family to laugh. I roll my eyes as I follow my family out of the courthouse. My left hand entwined with my boyfriends and my right hand holding my mothers.

I slide into the backseat of Edwards Volvo with Edward beside me while mom hops into the passenger seat and dad drives. Emmett, Jasper, Rose and Alice are in the Jeep.

I lean my head on Edwards shoulder as dad pulls out of the parking lot. I was very excited. Junk food and relaxation with my family and boyfriend what more could a girl want.

We arrived home and exited the cars. I ran straight up into my room, showered and changed into my purple, pink and blue vertical striped onsie, my hair in a loose pony tale and all the makeup free off of my face before heading downstairs into the lounge room. Everyone had changed and were now in comfortable clothes sitting on the couch. Emmett and Rose were snuggled on a recliner. Mom and dad were sitting on couch with Alice and Jasper sitting on the floor in front of them. Edward was on the last couch so I sat beside him. I leant my head on his shoulder as his arm went around my waist.

In front of me on the coffee table was a large pile of junk food. Crisps, chocolate,popcorn, Lollies, cakes, soda, juice. My eyes were wide at the site of all this food.

"Where did all the food come from?" I ask mom. She looks at me and smiles but its dad who replies.

"Your mom had It hidden from you since you love junk food. You can have it on occasions." Dad tells me. I roll my eyes and grab a block of chocolate. I smile as I open it. Breaking a piece of I put it in my mouth and my eyes close and I moan at the taste. I hear laughing and I slowly open my eyes. Everyone is staring at me and I roll my eyes. A booming laugh surrounds the house and my eyes bolt open glaring at Emmett.

"AHAH now that is soo funny sis, you sound like Ro... Ouch." Emmet says but Rose elbows him in the gut before he could finish. I crinkle my nose as Emmett was going to tell me about his and Rosalies love making. I shudder at the thought.

"EWWWW, EMMETT. I dont want to know all about the sounds you and I Rose make while you enjoy each other. Plus I havent had chocolate in a long time. I was savouring the taste." I say glaring at my big bear of a brother.

"You eat so much junk food CJ and yet you're so skinny." I shrug as Alice says this. I look down at my body and roll my eyes.

"Well I have a fast metabolism, and fast metabolisms run in my family, right mom?" I say looking at mom. She just nods. I smile and put another piece of chocolate in my mouth. I see Rose and Alice watching me with horrified faces on. I guess it smelt bad. I shrug.

"How can you eat that? It smells disgusting." Rose asks me still watching with a grossed out looking face. I shrug.

"Chocolate to me is like grizzly blood to Emmett." I respond placing another piece in my mouth.

"Alright, enough talking , I wanna watch movies and scoff down food. Hurry up." I say pouting. Emmetts booming laugh surrounds the space we are in as he grabs a few movies.

He puts in Coach Carter and we settle in for the day. My head resting on Edwards shoulder and his arm around my waist. His hand absent-mindedly rubbing up and down my arm. I sigh as I place another piece of chocolate into my mouth.

Halfway through Coach carter I had picked up the bag of popcorn and shoved a handful in my mouth. Emmett and Rose were pecking each others lips every now and then. Each time I would throw a piece of popcorn at them, hitting Emmett in the head. He didn't even notice but Rose, Alice and Jasper had. They were smirking, I was glad mom and dad haven't seen me just yet.

When the end of the movie came along and the credits were rolling, it was only then that Emmett had realised he was covered in half a bag of popcorn.

"CJ!" He gave me a glare. I immediately pointed to Edward who had the empty bag resting in his lap were I had placed it casually a while ago. I smirked as Emmett gave daggers to Edward. I burst out laughing and so did everyone else as Emmett stood up and shook all the popcorn off of him like a dog does water.

"Not funny guys, im covered in salt and butter now." Emmett said whining. I stood up and went to hug him. He welcomed my embrace, thankfully. I kissed his cheek and he ruffled my hair before placing me back on the seat next to Edward.

"LETS WHAT THE BOOGEYMAN!" I all but screamed.

"CJ to loud." Came dads voice. I look at him and smile sheepishly. Edward pulled me into his side and kissed my forehead smirking. I rolled my eyes as everyone settled back in for the rest of the movies. I was about 5pm now and I was full of energy. I felt really hyper.

"Hey mom did you know that Leonardo divinci could write with one hand and draw with the other at the same time. I think that took a lot of talent." I say randomly. Before mom could reply I again began to speak.

"If you put a grape in the microwave it explodes. Its got to be the most amazing thing in the world dont you think. Im going to try it one day and test that theory out. Oh oh and guess what, guess what. Oh alright Ill just tell you, The longest English word, at 45 letters, is 'pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis'. Now that was amazing dont you think mom. Hey mom guess what this will be a good one..."I continue to talk even though a hand is over my mouth. Everyone is actually smiling and laughing at my hyperness as I continue to talk but its muffled. Everyone could understand my fast talking because they are obviously vampires, any normal human wouldn't have.

"Mm mm mhhmhmh." I say with the hand over my mouth. Edward releases my mouth.

"What was that you said honey?" Mom asks me. I sigh and roll my eyes.

"When twister was introduced in 1966, it was denounced by critics as sex in a box." I finally get out. Everyone had stopped laughing and smiling for a moment as they looked at me in shock. I shrugged and layed back against Edward. I was still full of energy. All of a sudden I jump in fright as Emmett laughs loudly. I cover my ears at his laugh and send him a glare.

"Well CJ that was rather interesting but I think you need to calm down honey." Dad says. I roll my eyes and nod.

The starting title of the movie boogeyman began and I relaxed into Edwards side with my block of chocolate in my hand. Stretching and yawning I stand up, everyone looks up at me. I roll my eyes.

"Human moment. Jeesh I swear you guys forget that I am human." I say running up the stairs to my room, then into my bathroom. I had to get rid of some of this energy.

Turning on the stereo I had Alice get me so I can go to the toilet in peace and not have anyone listening in. Finishing real quick I wash my hands and then make my way back downstairs. I kiss mom on the head as I pass her and head into the kitchen.

"CJ sweetie are you hungry?" Mom asks.

"No mom, ive got junkfood remember. Just grabbing a glass of water." I reply. As I grab a glass and fill it up I head into the livingroom. An idea pops into my head and I take the long way round which mean having to walk past a smooching Rose and Emmett. I could see Jasper, Alice and Edward smirking, knowing what I am about to do while mom, dad, Emmett and Rose remain oblivious.

Heading to my seat with the glass of water in my hand I walk behind the chair that Rose and Emmett are on. Slowly tipping my glass I watch as the water falls from the glass and onto Emmetts head. Him and Rose jump back in freight and I fall to the floor clutching my side in laughter.

"Th th ahahahahahahaha the look on you faces was priceless ahahahahah." I say through a laughing fit I am having. I can hear everyone but Emmett, Rose and the parents laughing. I wipe my eyes as tears stream down my face. I stand up with the help of Edward. One look in Alice and Jaspers direction has me back into my fit of laughing.

I must have been laughing hard because my face feels hot and my heart was beating fast. It was just to funny.

"CJ you need to calm down. You're working yourself up to much." I hear dad say. I nod and slow my breathing down, which calms my heart down. I also feel Jaspers calming waves roll through my body. I let out a big breath before sitting up.

"Ok back to the movie." I say once I am calm and back to my position on the couch next to Edward. I could feel Emmetts glare on me through the movie and it took all the strength I had not to burst out into another laughing fit.

1 block of chocolate, a can of soda, a bottle of water and a mouthful of chips later had me moaning and groaning. We had watched Coach Carter, Troy and the boogeyman and I was now in pain.

"Carlisle whats wrong with her?" I hear my bear of a brother ask. I just continue to curl in a foetal position on the couch as I hold my stomach praying for the pain to leave.

"Shes got stomach cramps. She ate to much and is now suffering." I hear dad say. I nod.

"I told you that you love your junkfood. Now you're in pain because of it." Dad says to me placing a hand on my forehead.

"Totally worth it though." I say smiling a little before my face contorts into pain. Edward picks me up and carries me into my bedroom. I am able lay on my bed as Edward runs a bath for me.

Edward leaves me to be on my own as I strip and slip into the bath. The warmth of the bath helping my belly to settle a little.

Feeling myself starting to fall asleep, I quickly hop out, dry off and change into a pair of purple sweatpants and a black hoodie before slipping under the covers and letting the warmth pull me into a deep sleep.

"CJ, CJ baby wake up." I slowly open my eyes and roll onto my side facing the voice. I smile as my eyes land on my amazing boyfriend leaning over me. I raise my arms and wrap them around his neck pulling him on top of me. Our bodies separated by the blankets over my body.

"Morning." I whisper out before attaching my lips to his. I can never get enough of the feel of his cold lips on my warm ones. Our lips move in sync with each other, my hand gently rubbing the back of his neck as his arms are holding him up so he doesn't crush me.

"Edward, CJ stop playing tonsil hockey. CJ needs to have breakfast and we need to go to school" I hear Alice say. I groan as Edward pulls away from the kiss. Edward chuckles and pulls me up out of the bed. I slowly stand from the bed and stretch, arching my back till it cracks. I see Edward cringe as It cracks and I smirk.

"I got to go to school now. Ill see you when I get home ok Love." I nod and wrap my arms around his waist, my lips seeking his for a goodbye kiss. I hadn't meant for it to turn into a makeout session but it did, we only released when Alice stormed up the stairs dragging Edward away. I pouted as she dragged him away.

Sighing I headed into my bathroom to get ready for the day, I showered and shaved before walking into my closet in a towel. Standing in my closet I look over the mountains of clothed that hung on hangers against the walls. I slip on a pair of underwear and bra throwing the towel in the hamper.

"Mom what are we doing today?" I all but asked into thin air knowing that she could hear me. In an instant I hear a gasp. Spinning around I come face to face with her horrified face. Instantly I remembered that I only had my underwear and bra on. Shit! I mentally scold myself. Without thinking I run into the bathroom and throw on my robe before walking carefully back out to face my mom.

"What did they do to you? My poor baby." Mom whispers as her eyes are still staring at the spot I had recently been. Slowly walking forward I wrap my arms around her waist and lean my head on her chest.

"Mom Im ok, Im fine." I whisper back hugging her tightly. I let a small smile cross my face as moms arms wrap around my body, hugging me tightly.

"CJ show me!" Mom says after a moment as she pulls me away from her but gripping my arms. I look down at the floor, I can feel the tears starting to pool in my eyes.

"I don't want you to be upset and horrified even more." I whisper out still looking at the floor. Mom tilts my chin so my eyes lock onto hers. I can see the anger, pain, sadness and worry in her golden eyes.

"Sweetie, Please. I need to see what they did to you. You're my baby, I hate not knowing things." Mom says to me. I nod and slowly remove my robe, my eyes remaining on moms face. As soon as my robe is off I see a flash of anger pass through her eyes. I do a slow three sixty turn before looking back into moms eyes. Instantly my robe is back on and I am pulled into an embrace so tight, but able to breath.

"I better hope that the monster who did this to you was punished." Mom whisper. I nod into her neck.

"Aro personally dealt with him." I whisper back hugging mom tightly. Mom kisses my forehead before releasing me and sitting on my bed. I look at her confused.

"Get dressed, we are having a mother daughter day today, going shopping and anything else you want to do." I smile a large smile before looking up and down the rows of clothes. My hands on my hips as my eyes roam the clothing.

After half an hour of finding everything in my large closet I was now in a pair of jeans, white tanktop and a red suede jacket with my black converse shoes.

"This alright mom?" I ask once I had finish bushing my hair and putting a little makeup on. I was standing infront of mom as she sat on the bed. Her eyes roamed my body before smiling and nodding.

"You look beautiful. Your breakfast is on the bench, Im just going to go get changed into something humanly appropriate for this weather." Mom says kissing me on the head before heading into her room. I rolled my eyes as I walk down the stairs and into the kitchen.

A bowl of fruit and yoghurt mix is on the counter with a cup of hot chocolate. I take a seat on top of the counter and began to eat.

The sound of footsteps on the stairs alerted me of moms entrance, so I swiftly hoped off the counter and slid into a stool, acting like nothing was going on.

"Chairs are for sitting on young lady." Mom says in a stern voice but had a smile on her face. I let out a laugh, trust mom, its like shes got eyes in the back of her head.

Mom was now dressed in a knee length black pencil skirt, lavender coloured blouse that is tucked into her skirt with a black belt around it, black stockings and black high heeled shoes. Her hair was down and flowing beautifully. She lookes hot, I mean she looked very hot. Its kind of weird to say this but my mom looks like a yummy mommy. I let out a little snort thinking of this and I earned myself a confused look from my mother. I just blushed and sipped my hot chocolate quietly.

"Mom have you and dad ever wondered what your baby would look like if you could have had one?" I don't know where that came from its been on my mind for a while. Mom looks at me and smiles.

"Yes, your dad and I have wondered that if we were human, our baby would look just like you." Mom tells me and I nod.

"Do you miss being human?I mean missing the part of growing old, having grandchildren to watch as you get older. Having more babies?" Mom looks at me with a far off daze before nodding.

"I do miss being a human but I don't if that make sense. I like being a vampire because I can be with Carlisle and the rest of you kids forever. I wished I had more children besides your biological dad, but I have you and you're my daughter. In my mind you are mine and Carlisles, in my mind I gave birth to you and so you're mine forever. So actually, no, I dont miss being human." I nod and smile, standing up I place my dishes in the sink and wrap my arms around moms waist.

"Im glad you are a vampire or I would never have gotten a mom as great as you." I say kissing moms cheek.

"Thankyou, baby. That means so much to me. Anyway, lets get going." Mom says kissing my temple before walking over to grab her purse. I walk to the front door and put my black scarf around my neck and heading to the garage. Mom follows behind me now with her black below the knee overcoat, black scarf and handbag.

"Mom can we take my car. I hasn't been driven in a long time." I say looking hopeful. Mom nods and I smile. I watch as mom heads back inside to grab the keys while I slide into the front seat of my sky blue BMW. Dad had taken his Mercedes, the siblings and boyfriend have gone in the jeep and volvo today. I smile and do my seat belt up as the car starts and we are now zooming out of the driveway and heading out for our girly day.

Just Esme and myself. Mom and me, mother and daughter.
