ENJOY! I WROTE THIS CHAPTER IN TWO HOURS. I WAS INSPIRED FOR IT, SO YEAH.

Naruko started showing half-way through her seventh month. In fact, she had gained another ten pounds and was forced to get specially made clothing that had seals on them for extra protection against outside attempts of piercing or penetration.

She was no longer allowed to use Kage Bunshin, because she couldn't strain herself and any damage done to one could ultimately affect her in some way. Shikamaru took to helping her a lot when he wasn't busy. Since he was a super genius like her, he figured it was best that he help her where she needed it instead of leaving her with a bunch of idiots.

Sasuke had recently become an Anbu Captain and was out training a lot more often. Sai was busy helping the new Root recruits. Kakashi rejoined Anbu, now that he didn't have a team to teach. He took over as Anbu Honsho.

Itachi and Shisui finally got themselves girlfriends. Everyone had been waiting for it to happen. And it did! Fugaku had never smiled so much before the day Itachi introduced his girlfriend to his family. And who she ended up being, was a shocker.

Shizune.

Even though she was like ten years older than him, he really liked her and it was obvious that she reciprocated his interests. They had been dating for three months in secret and finally, decided to come clean to the world. Shizune definitely had the Uchiha looks. Pale skin, black hair and eyes. She was a Jonin and probably the second best Medical Ninja in the world. Tsunade still holding the position of best.

Shisui had it bad for a Chunin girl who ignored his presence for two years. And then he saved her life and it just went from there.

Karin and Konohamaru were inseparable. Though they claimed to not like each other in that way, everyone could tell where their relationship was going to end up.

Kei was finally coming out of his shell and made friends with a Nara, who was just as silent as him and liked to play Shogi.

The Ninjo siblings, branched out. Futeki had his sights set on a young Yamanaka. Manzen was infatuated with an Aburame and Ainonai really had a crush on a young Uchiha who was considered a prodigy. Only thirteen and he was already a Tokubetsu Jonin.

Kimimaro and Haku had both been placed under the C.R.A.. They each were on good terms with girls from the Uchiha and Inuzuka clans and therefore, met the requirements of three wives each. Haku was working his way up to being a great Medical Ninja and Kimimaro was recently entered into Anbu.

Konohamaru's friends Udon and Moegi ended up together. Moegi's sass and Udon's intelligence seemed to go together perfectly. Both were already Chunin.

Love was in he air. Everyone seemed to finally have someone. And the one day Naruko had been waiting for, arrived.

Tsunade finally accepted Ero-Sennin! FINALLY!

A joyous day to behold, it was.

The only person that hadn't gotten hitched or pre-hitched, was Kakashi. Iruka was with Anko. Hell, even Gai was seeing someone!

Naruko pulled the Copy Ninja aside one day and asked him if he intended to remain alone forever and he shrugged. Shrugged!

"It takes a lot of trust and there is no one around my skill level or my age that is single."

"Ever think that maybe you're meant to be with a civilian?"

"No. I will never do that."

"What about a Uchiha? You do have a Sharingan. I can vouch the Uchiha's are very good in bed."

The only visible eye opened slightly wider than usual and a light eyebrow rose. He said nothing though.

"Look, Kaka-sensei, I don't want you to be alone. Everyone has someone now. Everyone but you! At least try! I think you'd be good with a Nara. You like intelligence and all that."

There was a knock on the office door and Naruko relaxed back into her chair as Kakashi froze slightly, right hand trailing to his weapons pouch just in case there was danger. Not like the four Anbu hidden around the room weren't enough to protect her or anything.

"Come in!"

A tall man with an eye patch and a rather short boy with a large sword, entered the room and bowed. Naruko recognized them immediately and scolded herself for forgetting. How could she forget that the Mizukage was visiting Konoha for a small vacation?

Mei Terumi, in all her long red hair and dark blue outfitted glory, entered the room with a smile.

Naruko glanced at Kakashi and smirked internally when she saw her former sensei stare at the busty Mizukage. In return, the woman looked upon the Copy Ninja with bright interest.

"Kaka-sensei, this is Mei Terumi, Godaime Mizukage of Kirigakure no Sato. Mei-chan, this is Kakashi Hatake, or better known as Sharingan no Kakashi."

Mei brightened even more and held out her hand to the masked ninja. "Hello, Kakashi."

The man froze for a second, before accepting her hand, something he had never done with anyone as far as Naruko remembered. He then answered the woman with a simple, "Uh...hi."

Naruko was grinning. It was decided. Kakashi would be the ambassador to Kirigakure from then on. If his interest in the Mizukage was anything to go by, then this meeting would lead to some very important moments, she was sure of it.

And the plotting never ends for Naruko Uzumaki Namikaze Uchiha!

"Boss, are you sure this is a good idea? Won't we get into trouble doing this?"

Naruko looked down at Konohamaru and scoffed. "Excuse me, but I'm the Hokage. If someone tries to punish you, I'll deal with them. Now get up there and paint!"

Konohamaru Sarutobi, apprentice to the Rokudaime Hokage, Naruko Uzumaki Namikaze Uchiha, had just learned a new jutsu and was now training it. Naruko stood in place and watched as he prepared the seal.

"Taju Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!"

Several pops sounded, until the two shinobi were surrounded by Konohamaru Kage Bunshin, each holding their own bucket of paint.

The Bunshin jumped high and began their task, keeping in mind which picture there were supposed to replicate.

The original Konohamaru grinned at his boss.

"You really want this to happen?" he asked.

She ruffled his spiky hair and grinned, "Kid, I did this years ago and it took a week for anyone to notice. This is good training for the shinobi as well as a good prank. How long will it take for them to notice this time? Seriously, I need my ninja to be able to notice changes like these."

Needless to say, it took another week before anyone even noticed the new mural and it was Jiraiya, much like last time. It was a picture from his newest book, which had only three pre-copies released, Naruko, Sasuke and Kakashi being the prime receivers of them. Since the book wasn't due to be released for another month, Naruko decided to put an excerpt from the book and a picture of the cover on the monument.

It was given to Konohamaru as training to see how he did with Kage Bunshin and to see how fast they could move. Also, it was a hidden test for the ninja of the village.

With such poor locator skills, Naruko issued a village wide test for all Chunin and up. She enlisted Konohamaru to help her around, because running was becoming a problem with such a huge stomach in the way.

The two proceeded to change certain parts of Konoha. They weren't big changes, but enough for the ninja to have to look to find them all. Ten things were on the list and every shinobi from the Chunin and up had an hour and a half to find them all. Those who found all of them would remain in their position, but anyone who failed to locate every change, would be evaluated to see if they were worthy to even be the rank they were at.

All the Tokubetsu Jonin, Jonin, Root Anbu and Anbu and did fine. Six Chunin were demoted to Genin and would have to participate in the upcoming Chunin Exams if they wished to earn their former rank again.

Naruko expressed how disappointed she was that it took everyone so long to see the bright colors that stained the normally brown monument. Everyone was embarrassed and looked properly chastised. Konohamaru earned himself goodie points for helping Naruko so much. Goodie points meant a bunch of Katon Jutsu.

The days dwindled down to her eighth month of pregnancy.

Sasuke took to taking her to his parents often, where Mikoto would fuss over her.

The only downsides toward the end of her pregnancy were the, no sex, no jutsu, no jumping, no running, no sleeping on her sides, only on her back, no excessive ramen ventures and no stairs, rules. So, pretty much everything. Seriously, she was a kick ass kunoichi and they were pretty much making being alive impossible.

Her time in the office was limited to four hours, instead of eight to ten. Her feet had to constantly be elevated. Water all the bloody time. Super healthy foods.

Mikoto and Tsunade whre very insistent upon what she could and couldn't do. Sasuke backed both of them up. Only because he didn't want the wrath of either woman upon his head.

Naruko had gone through what she wanted to name the second son and felt that she had chosen a good name She was going to name the second born and Sasuke and his .03% self would have the privilege of naming the first-born. He was very happy with that decision.

Naruko couldn't help but wonder who the twins would look like. Her or Sasuke? Blonde with black eye? Dark with black eyes. Blonde with blue eyes? Dark with blue eyes? Would they have Sasuke duck butt hair? Oh! That would be so cute! The would really be ducklings then!

"Ducky, what are you going to name the first one?"

"Secret. What are you going to name the second?"

"Secret."

"Can I at least do something? All this chakra is building up and I feel sick."

Tsunade gave the younger blonde an unimpressed look. "If you want to do something. I'll teach you Sozo Saisei(A/N: Ninja Art: Mitotic Regeneration) and Byakugo no Jutsu(A/N: Mitotic Regeneration: One Hundred Healings). It's not necessarily only used to keep me young and 'immortal'. It also give me an extra power boost in battle. If by some ungodly reason, you run out of chakra and you don't wish to resort to the Kyuubi's chakra or Sennin Modo, you can activate this and all the stored chakra, will flood your system and immediately heal everything. It'll only take an instant, of course you would have to learn some Medical Jutsu before I deem you acceptable to learn either of those techniques. In fact, Medical Jutsu might be the only kind you could use at the moment and since you have a lot of chakra, you wouldn't faint like most would when starting fresh. You know what, we'll do that. You never know when the knowledge will be useful."

And so began Naruko's introduction to Medical Ninjutsu.

Fucking fish. Fucking animals. Every med ninja had to start off with these puny little things as they learned how to heal. Naruko could already tell that she would never truly like medical practices. She was more into the kicking ass out on the front lines, than staying back and healing people. However, she needed a continuous chakra output before she got sick from chakra poisoning and this was the only thing she could do without hurting herself.

Imagine using her chakra to stitch the skin together while clotting the blood at the same time. Repairing the blood cells and making sure nothing was wrong.

True to her genius nature, Naruko got this all down with a week, but it was so boring and time-consuming. And since she couldn't use Kage Bunshin, she had to read the fucking books on her own!

Sasuke supported her through it all. Since she was pregnant, knowledge of medical jutsu could be a real help in case she was somehow injured with no help. This scenario was highly unlikely, but still, the know how could help at some point.

She was going into her first week of the nine month. She was a balloon that couldn't see her fucking feet. Tsunade had taken over as Hokage for her until a couple of weeks after her pregnancy. She was pretty much stuck at home all the damn time and had four Anbu guards constantly in her house with her.

Karin was luckily there when Naruko tripped, because she couldn't her damn feet!

The blonde had managed to turn herself so that she landed mostly on her left shoulder and the left side of her back. The landing jostled her badly and with the way she hit the marble floor, her shoulder fractured according to the redhead Chunin.

One Anbu was immediately sent out to fetch Tsunade as Karin rolled Naruko over onto her back, despite the pain in the blonde's shoulder.

I can't heal it until she sets it!

It's okay. Pain is pain. Nothing new to me, really. I just want to know if the babies are okay.

Just as she thought that, Karin moved her arm, causing a bolt of pain to shoot down her spine, making her lurch upward and then slam back down to the floor.

"Sorry! Sorry! I have to set it or it may heal wrong!"

When Naruko landed again, something didn't feel right. She frowned at the feeling and groaned as something in her body, tore and moved. Down.

Naruko's traditional hakama became soaked suddenly and there was a burning pain inside. She let out a hiss as her free arm reached down to hold her large stomach.

(A/N: WARNING! PRETTY DETAILED BIRTHING SCENE HERE! IF YOU GET SQUEAMISH, YOU MIGHT AS WELL SKIP TO THE 'END WARNING'.)

Kit! The Placenta has torn away from the Uterine Wall! The Kits need to come out now or they can die! Tell the red one! Tell her!

Why do you know these terms?!

That doesn't matter right now, tell her! NOW!

"Karin!" Naruko gasped.

"Sorry, nee-chan, I'm trying my best!"

"Kyuu just told me something called a Placenta was torn from something called a Uterine Wall. What does that mean and why can it hurt my babies? OW!"

Karin paled, "I've never performed a Cesarean! I need Tsunade-sama here now!"

The door to the house was suddenly knocked down and in ran Tsunade, followed by Sasuke, who was taking off his mask, and Mikoto and Shizune.

"Karin! Report!" Tsunade yelled, kneeling beside the two girls on the floor. Mikoto and Shizune knelt beside Naruko and Sasuke stood back in worry.

"Shishou! She tripped and landed hard on her left shoulder. It fractured and as I tried to set it, she jerked violently. Upon landing, she screamed and according to the Kyuubi, she's going through Placental abruption."

Tsunade uttered an extremely loud and long string of curses. Something like that happening after twenty week of pregnancy wasn't normal. Placental abruption happened to less than one percent of women before their twentieth week of pregnancy. To happen so later into it though, was unheard of.

She looked to the girl she viewed as a niece and said, "Naruko, we're going to have to cut you open through the stomach. The placenta allows for the children to get the nutrients they need to grow. It connects them to you which is how waste, blood and nutrients are passed to them and keeps them alive. If we don't get them out now, they could die and you could suffer if the placenta drops too far. Okay?"

Naruko nodded silently, gritting her teeth in pain,

"It's going to hurt, can you handle it?"

The younger blonde scoffed through the pain. "Ba-chan, I can handle anything. Just save my ducklings, please."

Kit, the red one managed to fix your shoulder, I'll start healing it. For now, try to breathe carefully. No big breaths.

Why do you know all of this?

I'm a construct of chakra, created from access chakra lingering around and the hatred of people. Knowledge comes from chakra. Besides, the Rikudo Sennin was knowledgeable in many things and imparted his wisdom to we Biju.

Oh.

Jiraiya appeared in that moment and Tsunade explained what was happening. He then did something with his blood and seals and Naruko was restrained instantly, unable to move her arms or legs.

"Naruko, we can't give you anything to make this better, because medicines don't work on you. Please try to remain as still as possible," Tsunade begged as she put a rubber glove on her left hand. Karin was running about gathering towels and bowls of warm water. Shizune also had on gloves and she was preparing somewhere to put the babies and how they were going to mark them so they could tell which twin was which.

Tsunade's right hand was outstretched and her index and middle fingers were extended. They began to glow green and she lowered them to the expanse of Naruko's now reveal stomach.

Naruko stilled once she registered the pain in the tearing. It burned.

Tsunade had literally cut a long line right into the skin and it gave way, like a hot knife through butter. And then came the bleeding. Blood swelled up in the long incision and Tsunade used her gloved hand to pull and push the skin around.

As she prodded and pulled, the blood welled and surrounded the entire area, making it slippery. Tsunade had to make a few more cuts, much deeper inside and finally a crescent cut into the membrane of the amniotic sac. It came apart easy enough, for her. For Naruko, it was like someone was chopping her up on the inside.

Sasuke appeared kneeling at her left and hand a cool hand over her forehead. She breathed quickly as she struggled to keep herself still.

She could do this. Women go through shit like pregnancy all the time. She could totally handle it. She just wished it didn't hurt as much.

Tsunade began spreading the tissues of the skin and amniotic sac apart, making a large opening. Amniotic fluid and blood began to run over, dripping onto the white marble floor. Shizune moved in and placed a wad of gauze around the area, getting rid of the excess liquids.

Tsunade reached her hand, which was glowing green with chakra, into the opening help keep it stable.

A head was visible. A full head of hair.

Shizune nodded to her shishou and leaned down. Carefully, her hands, much daintier than Tsunade's were, reached into the opening and grasped onto the small shoulders and pulled. The head came out first, in which she paused in her pulling check if the umbilical cord had somehow wrapped around the neck. It hadn't, thank Kami.

She finished extracting the first baby and severing his umbilical cord, before handing him off to Mikoto who knew what to do. As she proceeded to clean the newborn off, Shizune had to go into for the second.

Tsunade waited patiently for Shizune to finish. After the second child was out and his umbilical cord was also cut, Shizune moved to go and take care of him. Tsunade returned her attention to her niece.

Naruko sighed as most of the pain vanished. She felt considerably lighter too. Though it felt odd to have Tsunade's hand roaming around inside the now empty space, she couldn't bring herself to be embarrassed. There was lingering pain and they had just managed to save her ducklings. As far she was concerned, roaming hands and partial nudity weren't important at the moment.

Once Naruko was completely cleaned out, Tsunade began the healing process.

(A/N: 'END' WARNING IS OVER! BASICALLY, NARUKO'S PLACENTA TORE FROM THE UTERINE WALL, PUTTING THE TWINS IN DANGER. SHE HAD TO HAVE AN EMERGENCE C-SECTION.)

Kyuubi decided to join in during that.

It's over. I can heal you now. You should be fine by tomorrow morning at the least. Tomorrow evening at the most. I would suggest no strenuous movement for a week though.

The Godaime sighed in relief once Naruko was completely closed up. She relaxed fully when her niece's body was covered in orange chakra. The Kyuubi was fixing her. She'd be alright.

"How are the twins?" she asked, while getting off the floor and staggering slightly after kneeling for so long.

Sasuke looked up from putting a pillow under Naruko's head. Mikoto was holding out a baby to him.

"The first-born."

Tsunade had to instruct the young Uchiha on how to hold a baby, but he did get it. Carefully, he held the little person close to his chest.

Naruko was looking at Sasuke's arms expectantly.

Shizune knelt at the right side, with the second baby in her arms, aimed toward Naruko.

"Both boys are eight pounds, nine ounces. Identical."

Naruko smiled, "Can I sit up please? I want to hold my ducklings."

Jiraiya was there, helping her sit up. He sat behind her, allowing her to lean against him and she reached for her second son.

Sasuke was beside her the entire time and they both shared a look, before staring at their children. Their children. Their children.

Upon closer inspection, Naruko grinned widely, like a maniac.

Both boys had bright red hair, much like Gaara's. They must have gotten it from Naruko's mother, Kushina. The children were undeniably Sasuke's, because both had little duck butts and bangs of their own! And when those eyes opened, Naruko was looking into endless pools of black. They were also very pale in pigment. Definitely Sasuke's children all the way. Both had Naruko's eyes shape though, so that was something.

The new parents looked at one another and asked in unison, "What are you going to name him?"

"You first!" Naruko insisted. "He is the first-born after all."

Sasuke looked down and gave a small smile. Not a smirk, a smile. "Natsume. Natsume Uzumaki Namikaze Uchiha."(A/N: Natsume- summer eye.)

Naruko stared at the newly named Natsume and grinned. "I like it. And his nickname with be NUNU for short. No offense, but that is a mouthful and I don't like the idea of being winded just because I called my son's name. Good job ducky."

"Your turn," Sasuke murmured after placing a kiss on her lips.

"Ryuunosuke Uzumaki Namikaze Uchiha. Ryuu for short."(A/N: Ryuunosuke- dragon herald.)

"Nice."

"I can't believe we have our own ducklings. I love them Sasuke. Thank you."

"I'd like to remind you that it takes two. But anyway, you are welcome."

"My little duckies and their duck butts!" Naruko cooed, rocking Ryuunosuke gently. "Kami, I'm tired."

"That's where we come in!" Tsunade called, coming over to take Ryuu from her.

"You need rest. A weeks worth of sleep at least. Mikoto, Shizune, Sasuke and I will look after them until you are up to working again. You will remain relaxed until I say so, got it, gaki?"

"Yes, Ba-chan," Naruko mumbled, giving up her baby with a pout.

After receiving a kiss from Sasuke and a lowly murmured, 'I love you', Jiraiya lifted her up and took her upstairs.

The last thing she heard before being consumed in darkness, was Tsunade, saying, "At least you two didn't pick embarrassing names. Being referred to as ducklings will be bad enough for them in the future."
