The Orion Pirates stared in disbelief at their Sensor Display.

The Enterprise Warp Field was multiplying itself.

"I'm detecting four Warp Fields belonging to Captain Kirk's Enterprise, all heading in the same direction." The Orion Tactical Officer reported.

"They are Creating Sensor Echoes to confuse us." The Orion Captain decided.

"Navigational Officer, display their current heading and top speed." The Orion Captain ordered.

"I'm unable to determine their Correct Warp Speed, Sensors show the Enterprise traveling at Warp 2, Warp 3 and Warp 4 simultaneously." The Orion Helmsman protested nervously.

"Curse their Sensor Echoes! Locate Captain Kirk's Enterprise now!" The Orion Captain yelled in sudden outrage.

"The Enterprise Warp Fields are still multiplying themselves, I'm detecting the Enterprise heading in three directions now, Sensors Analysis inconclusive." The Orion Helmsman added nervously.

"Captain Kirk really thinks that he can outsmart us with these False Warp Signatures, Relay Sensor Scans to the Fleet Commanders and extrapolate their real heading." The Orion Captain says knowingly while his crew continued exchanging worried glances at each other inside the background.

"I don't think the Orion Pirates are falling for it, Jim." Doctor McCoy says pointedly.

"Give it some time, Bones." Captain Kirk replied back.

"Captain, the Orion Pirates are following one of the False Warp Fields." Mister Sulu reported.

"The Orion Pirates have finally taken the bait." Captain Kirk says triumphantly.

"Captain, I believe my probes can keep the Orion Pirates busy for another month at best." Mister Spock stated.

"The False Warp Signatures are flooding everyone's Sensor Scans... I don't think the Orion Pirates have even noticed that we changed direction yet." Mister Sulu added thoughtfully.

"Captain, the Romulans are decloaking all around us." Mister Spock announced in sudden surprise.

Captain James Kirk stared at the Viewscreen dumbfounded.

"Captain, somebody named Admiral Sela wants to talk to you." Lieutenant Uhura told him.

"On screen." Captain Kirk says suspiciously.

"Captain Kirk meet Ambassador Spock." Admiral Sela stated.

"Hello Old Friend." Ambassador Spock told Captain Kirk.
