And without further ado it's Time to begin the chapter.

( Time Skip: Unknown time later* the amount of time passing is not specified so the entire Time line of Remnant is off, kilter from cannon /yes I'm that anal about cannon/.)

A/n: To catch up here's what happens, Flood wakes up and after a commutation with the brother gods inform Ruby of the Silver Eyes warriors, which Ruby goes with Silver to them to talk them into joining there cause, they agree, and after a month of training or so where implemented into Silvers new Silver Eyes division, with the second in command being Xerxies*

A/n yes that is a full metal Alchemist ref, and the story will be a side story for later all side stories will Including what happened during the time skip.

[Beacon: Combat Warroom: 7:09 Am: Vale standard time]

In an off center office of the Beacon Tatical room was a normal Boardroom with a holo table used to make any structure, in the room as well were many peojectors to allow stand, and secure crossband commutation's, as of this moment all classes were closed as the Students and armed members of the Rose Army were in the inside Ampitheater getting breifed by there commanding officers, in the Warroom Ruby sat in the end of the room, with Silver Rose next to her, as Glynda and the Royal Guardsmen commander as well in full armor with two guards outside the door. "Glynda you have the map of the area?" Ruby asked, "yes." She said "pull it up I want to know we have it functional before the meeting starts." Ruby said looking at her scroll. Glynda nodded and pulled up the map of Remnant which was a 3D hologram of Anima including mountain ranges, tunnels and, abandoned Towns that might be used for bases for them or could be used by Mistral to heed there advance. After the image was pulled up Ruby brushed her hand around to move it to expose all its functions, and Nodded, "good, we've got 15 minutes before the meeting, so we should have enough time to inform everyone." She said Glynda nodded, and headed out as she opened the door the two Guards nodded as she strode down the hall, Ruby sat in her chair,

"How are you feeling mom?" Silver asked. "I'm okay, stressed, but good, I'm glad to know, that we were able to gather the deadland Warriors to our side." She said the commander of the Royal Shield nodded eagerly "Agreed Madam Rose. With them on our side we are certain to win!" He said as Ruby turned to him, "I will ingnore the outburst, but I will not accept the statement, you can't win a battle by just strength alone, that breeds arrogance." Ruby said as she thought 'and that's why he is the reserved-guard, he's not creative enough, and a one track minded general,' she thought,

She looked over, at Silver who stood by a TV, "show me the Beacon Training ground's." He said as the screen changed to a group of Silver Eye Warrior's in synch training in a range of the weapons, with there eyes blindfolded, the commander Xerxies walking back and forth, nodding at there movements. "HALT!" He yelled as everyone froze mid swing, "blindfold's off!" He said as everyone took off there eye covering. "Never before have I seen a Troop I've been more proud to serve under. The world of Remnant thinks us a myth, well it's time we show them all Myths have some backing!" He yelled. As everyone cheered, "dismissed!" He said as everyone headed out, Xerxies turned around and saw Goodwitch. "Commander your needed in the Warroom, "by all means lead the way." He said, as he followed Glynda. The TV shut off. As Ruby checked her watch, "7:15 which means, the others should be getting here about-." Ruby said as suddenly the Door opened and Jaune Arc and Nora Valkyrie walked in. And sat down on there side of the table, Ruby nodding, "hey where's Ren?" Nora asked,

Suddenly a vent shaft opened and a smoke bomb covered the room making Everyone scream but Silver and Ruby who were able to see past the smoke due to there "optical advantages" the Guards outside heard the screaming the bursted in, "MISTRESS ROSE ROYAL HEIR!" They screamed. "Lie Ren Must you enter in like that everytime! Your liable to give the guards a reasion to kill you," Ruby said, as the smoke faded and Lie Ren stood up. "Apologies Madam Rose, But I had my reasions for doing so." He said, bowing to her, Ruby raised an eyebrow, "and what would that be testing the troops again?" She asked. As she looked over to the guard who sighed feeling they failed a test, Ruby nodded and they walked out, shutting the door,

"On the contrary I was making sure I was still up to par with my record." Ren said, Silver shook his head, "typical startling half of command just to ensure he's still deadly as ever. Which is why we had simulation's built for that." He said, Ren went to argue but Ruby stopped them "Argue at your own time, it's time we begin, Isn't that right Ms goodwitch?" Ruby said as the door closed with Xerxies behind her, "correct." She said as Ruby checked her scroll, "7:25 we should be getting a call right about-." Ruby said when suddenly the glass walls of the board room darkened as the words incoming call was shown, "-now." She said as she answered,

The three sides corresponded to a major group biased on geographical location, left side was Vacuo and as such had Members of the Rose Army stationed there, on that side,

In the middle was Atlas, and on the Right side was Mistral/ Menganserie as such the right side had a extended wall, and with the expetion of the Right side the glass walls had three Pnals to fit 3 people, then school headmaster, Second In command and military advisor, or in previous eras a council member.

Sitting as Vacuo's representive was Scarlet David as Headmaster, Sage Ayanna as Second in command and Cardin Winchester as Military advisor.

In Atlas, Weiss Schnee was Headmistress, with Blanca as Military head, and Whitley as not Second in command but SDC Head CEO,

In Menganserie, Blake Belladonna as Headmistress, Illia Amitola as Second in Command, Yang Xiao Long for Military advisor as well as Qrow Brenwen who swapped inbetween them. However that wasn't the only one, as Hazel Rainart appered. And even Flood himself, although he just stayed off to the side,

"Ms Rose." Hazel nodded, Ruby nodded back, "It apperes we are all assembled. We can now begin, The Court of Rose has started." Ruby said, "So now is the time to strike?" Hazel asked, "once the meeting is adjourned you can begin however be weary I'm not sure how long it will be until the landing's start." Ruby said,

"I think it would be best if we come up with a plan first." Qrow Said, as everyone in view nodded, ""agreed,"" they all said, Ruby nodded, "very well then." Ruby said as she pulled back on the mountain range and showed them the Contenant of Anima and the srrounding islands, on the south end. "Thanks to Qrow's reconisence we know the missles are pinned up here." Ruby said as on the map and two south prongs sticking out towards Menganserie yet still connected to the main land mass where the missle sites. "On the main landmass yet still inrange to fire upon Menganserie's port city, Vale has its missle battries set up to intercept should one be fired towards Menganserie, hopefully they won't, Hazel your job it to make sure they do not fire use what ever means to do so." Ruby said Hazel nodded, "got it." He said noddding, after that we have a little time and leeway, Ash will know about the attack, however he won't be able to stop it, and we use that to our advantage, Whitley how goes the tests with the Huntsmen mechs?" She asked. "The Mechs are safely stored and ready for transport, I just need the all clear, I will personally ship the ones for Qrow Brenwen, Blake Belladonna, Yang Xiao Long and Illia Atolmia personally." He said Ruby nodded "agreed and then when ready you will send the group into the landing of the southern tip of Mistral." She said, Whitley nodded, as Weiss spoke, " I will bring my fleet to Vale and Give Jaune, Nora, Ren, Silver, You, Glynda, and Xerxies your mech. "No not just yet, Just give Jaune, Nora, and Ren there Mechs, you four will assult the first wave, the rest of us come later." Ruby said. "What about us?" Scarlet asked. "You keep transporting troops and ships to Vale as we send them into the battlefield." Ruby said, "and of us?" Cardin asked, "you are to protect our rear, keep us from being flanked." She said Cardin nodded,

Once we land on the contenant I will reiterate this, but we will split into 3 groups, Blake, Yang, Qrow, you will approch from the south, and head up to, leaving the group with Jaune, Ren, Nora, Weiss, Glynda, to Split up with Weiss, Ren heading with Nora up the northern loop and into the wind path, while Jaune And Glynda go around the bend.

Jaune the path you take will just be like the one when we first headed to Mistral, Past Oniyuri, and Kuroyuri, you will stop at Kuchinashi and hold out and wait for the rest, to be in position, and ready to attack, Scarlet once the landing of Anima is green The remaining commanders in the capital will head over to Vacuo along with Silver, to prepare for our arrival at Kuchinashi, from there I will personally lead the attack on the kingdom. This is quite complex so I will remind you all of this at a later time.

"The over time as we approach the capital more and more commanders will end up in Anima with the final assult including all of us on the city. Is that Understood?" Ruby asked everyone nodded. "Hazel, if your willing to, to ease up pressure on the landing's once the missles ore down mind causing havoc in the southern region?" Ruby asked, Hazel nodded, Ruby looked over, the plan, "everyone remember there roles?" She asked, everyone nodded. "Good now then, We begin now." Ruby said as she dismissed everyone,

[ Mistral]

Hazel hung up his scroll and looked south "so it begins." He thought as he ran into the woods.

(Southern tip: Mistral Missle Launch site)

The Mistral's armed Guards looked around, the pirimiter making sure any Unknown sources didn't go past without being reported. As the new guy was eager and would jump at anything the veteran guard slouched down easily, "hey nothing is coming." He said "how do you know the forest is nearly pitched black out you can't see a thing." The new guy argued, "I don't have to see anything, any person with decent hearing can hear a snap from a tree branch before they hit the base." He said, when suddenly the snap from there sector was heard making both men sit up in attion, "what was-?" The new guy asked as the vet made him lower his voice as he gripped his gun, "Go online and tell them we may have a Green alert. I will go to investigate." He said "I should go to togther." He said But the vet shook his head, "no. I need you here to keep the alert open, if I scream, then make it's a code red, Understood. The new guy nodded. He sighed and took a deep breath and slid down the ladder,

'God I hope this isn't a prank, from Camel.' He thought as he slowly reached the end of the forest, Camel had a nack for pranking the new guys for a kick, however this was the real deal, so He was alert, suddenly he heard a snap behind him, 'Shit!' He thought as he turned around.

"Who are you?" He asked as Hazel appered from behind him and whispered, "Your worst nightmare." As The guard screamed,

The new guy heard the scream and looked to see the vet come flying out the bushes, "INTRUDER INTRUDER!" He yelled. The new guy slammed on the console " WE GOT A BREACH IN PERIMITER CODE RED REPETE CODE RED!" He said as the alarms went off, and hundreds of armed guards ran out of the buildings armed with dust rifles. As the vet looked into the forest, suddenly Hazel stormed forward with Dust injected into his Veins, he growled. "YOU ARE CORRUPT! And therefor judgment shall be passed!" He yelled as she slammed his fist into the ground and using the amplifed dust shot a pillar up that sent the man flying, as the other guards looked over, "OPEN FIRE!" He yelled as they shot at Hazel,

However Hazel covered his face and protected himself from the bullets, as he charged forward and bashed the fence apart. "Son of a-." The new guy said as Hazel engaged the people below, as the new guy looked to his rifle and grabbed it firing down at Hazel.

Unfortunately this only agrivated him more, as he turned around and walked to the wooden tower and punched apart one of the supports making it fall, as a man ran up to him Hazel grabbed a wooden plank from the rubble and knocked the guard out, as he headed deeper into the base.

( Base HQ)

Commander we got a breach and no ammout of troops can seem to stop the raid!" He said, "inform command of the breach, then scramble the reserves we can't let those missles fall!." He said.

(Mistral: Haven Acadmy)

Headmaster Ash grey looked over to the, screen and saw, the alert, he pressed the intercom. "Yes?" He asked, "sir we got an alert from the southern base there apparently under attack." Headmaster Ash grey Growled as Headmaster River Tan looked up "Ms Rose..." "negative sir nothing of hers has moved it apperes we might have a revolt." Headmaster Ash was shocked a revolt but that's not-. "Scramble the forces ensure we do not lose the missle launche site or the depo!" He said. As the fighters launched from the acadmy and towards the breach,

Ruby and Glynda watched on there screens as they saw a real time play of the assult on the missle Launch site. "Hazel has engaged the enemy," Glynda said. "Madam Rose Mistral has launched there reserve fleet to take back the southern launch site." One Officer said "Inform Whitley and Weiss their time is now." She said as she walked out

[ Atlas Docks]

A commander stood on the docks waving people on "Everyone get on get on MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!" He said as the last person in line ran on the ramp on the boat the commander followed. And unhooked the ramp, "WE'RE ON GO! GO! GO! He yelled as the fleet of ships launched from the docks. Heading to Menganserie, "This is Whitley Schnee in command of the Fleet to Menganserie we are away," he said as in the air the Scattered petals as a major escort fleet was in the air, "this is Weiss Schnee, of the Scattered Petals, we're heading to Vale!" She said "Understood Weiss ports open for you," Glynda said on the intercom, "good to hear it see you soon," she said, as she turned off the intercom. As the ship headed to Vale.

[Vacuo]

Scarlet David looked over, to see, the reports of the ships moving to Vale, "it apperes it's time, Cardin how is the first batch of troops?" He asked "there ready are we moving?" Cardin asked, "Yes the docks are open get the troops to Vale." He said. As he hung up.

( Vacuo Docks)

Cardin Marched his troops down the city towards the docks. As people watched as Cardin lead them down everyone cheered, as they stood at the dock he looked over. He smiled "Attention!" He snapped The army stood at attention, making the onlookers gleam, as they in unison separated and marched up, the ramp and into the ships, before sending them off to Vale as Cardin turned around. And addressed the crowd. "That was first group to be sent to Vale, where is where is everyone else will be going. I am now accepting more people for recruit's!" He said as he walked off.

(Mistral Launch site)

Hazel stomped towards the main base. As the CCTV caught it. "Seal the building!" The commander yelled as the reinforced gates lowered down to stop Hazel Rainart, however he just grabbed them and held them in place, he grit it teeth and threw them back up shattering there rail system breaking them. "He's broken through!" The guards yelled. "CAN ANYONE STOP THIS GUY!?" He asked "prepare the heavy units!" He said as

( Hallways)

Hazel marched down the hallways as people tried to jump out at him to try to kill him, however Hazel would just turn around grab them. And bunt them away, knocking them out, "your not evil, and there fore I'll let you live." He said as he walked off.

(Command center) "he's around junction 3.4 if he heads straight he will come straight for us..." The Officer said as Hazel looked at the sign "hold on...he's turning off...HE GOING AFTER OUR WEAPONS!" He yelled. "He's trying to disable us!" The commander yelled. "Heavy units are enroute to intercept!" The Officer said as a Atleasian Paladin in Mistral colors barreled down, the hallway. And even other less sopticated suits made from stuff purely from Mistral as the culture apperince is left uncanny, looking like a power armor of a Samurai. Including the Katana.

(Hazel)

Coming across the end of the hallway he looked to the steel bulkhead and a key pad, he tried the code but was denied, access. He grunted and punched the wall, exposing the wires, and after hotwireing them the door opened, he smiled as he stepped in. Only to be sent back by the Atleasian Paladin who grabbed the back of his shirt and flung him aside, "you will not go in there." The Paladin said as he cut the wire making the door close, Hazel grunted, "You better move out of the way, unless your in line and agree with the Council's View of the world." He said

"And what if I am?" The Paladin asked as he locked the boots into a combat position, Hazel clenched his fist and spazzed, from the electricity moving his muscles, "THEN YOU ARE GUILTY THE SAME AS THEM!" He raised his hands high in the air, "And you will share there fate!" He roared as he slammed his fist on the ground, making the ground shake and topple the Mech, 'woah son of a-!' The mech driver said as he looked up to see Hazel infront keeping the mech down by holding onto the front, As Hazel roared he tore the front off exposing the now shitless driver, as Hazel pummeled him, The mech Twitched as its occupant felt pain. the people behind the camrea cringed as the bloodless carnage they knew the occupant couldn't scream even if he wanted to, and they were terrified. As Hazel stepped away, "this is your fate." Hazel Said to the camrea last he dropped the head on the ground bloodied, before he stepped over the mech and opened the door,

Walking inside Hazel only growled at the extensive Armory these bastards gathered. Several intercontinental missles, and even more, Personal Anti Air missles, including Mistrals version of the AX-1 packs Hazel Rainart looked behind him and saw 7 true Mistral Mechs pointing there swords at him. "Intruder you are breaking and entering, submit for questioning or else we will have to use for-." The Mech didn't get to finish as Hazel appered infront of Said robot, and lobbed it's head off,

The remaining mechs charged and swung at Hazel, he parried the first swing with his Arm and found the blades were sharp enough to stick into his skin, he growled as he saw himself bleed. He yanked his arm away and ripped the blades out of his opponents hands, before he grabbed them and stabbed them with there own swords, making them fall limp on there knees, as Hazel walked past the first robot as the other mechs backpetaled at the sight of Hazel approaching, before they flipped there swords around and rushed in groups of 4 at him,

Hazel looked up to see two on one side and two on the other, he grit his teeth as he stomped on the ground and jumped back as they stabbed themselves into the ground,and looked up as Hazel landed on two of them on the heads popping them off and making them fall as he hopped off he grabbed there swords, and duel wielded them. As the robots charged. Hazel saw the strike coming from his 3 ( base weapon Hand/ right side) and parried it spinning around to get around the blade and with his other he both Cut the Robot and stabbed it in the back, Hazel. Looked down to realize he killed it but the cut didn't leave a scratch. "Damn." He thought as he let go of the first sword and grabbed the robots other sword. As they charged, Hazel parried and countered them bashing them up, and stabbing them, if they were humans it would be to graphic to show...even now I can't describe them, as robots being pinned down by swords in the ground and pull themselves apart to escape. Only to power down soon after. A bloodless massicare.

( Command center)

"Sir it doesn't appere that anyone can stop him." The Officer said. The base commander growled and pulled out his dust gun, "fine if they won't do anything I will." He said as he friend around, only for Hazels Giant hands to clamp around his face. "Here let me help you." He said as he slammed him into the side of the table snapping his neck, as Everyone stood up, he slowly backed up, to make sure no one damaged any equipment.

"kill him!" The second in command yelled. As the others charged,

To be fair on them they all rushed him at one. However unfortunately Hazel was able to over power all off them by redirecting there attacks into another." As the commander watched about to join the Frey he got an alert from the computer system of Atlas transport heading to Menganserie. "Oh no you don't you son of a bitch." He said as he jumped over his console and into the rows of computers,

Hazel clobbered what he guessed to be hundreds of guards and employees, and still the surrounded him in hordes, they were more of a nusince than anything, as he looked over the he saw the second in command jump the stack and into the computers, as Hazel looked to see Whitley's fleet approaching Menganserie. 'No!' He yelled as he stood up and threw the people off him, and ran inside he was able to press the buttion and lock the door. "Huh useful. Just in case." He said as he barred the door with a chair, as he jumped down into the rows of computers. The commander started to panic. As he looked around trying to pinpoint, Hazels location but no luck so he insted got back to his work. After hitting a switch, the commander pulled out his scroll and attacked a cable from the computer to it downloading the field, Hazel looked around the computers with all of them reading the same screen 'files transferring.' Hazel growled and smashed the first computer breaking the row severing the connection, "Damn it," The commander hissed, as he yanked his scroll free to ensure his scroll wasnt destroyed by feeback.

However this did allow Hazel to pinpoint his location as he looked back just in time to duck under a thrown monitor from Hazel. He looked back up to see Hazel Rainart lunging at him, as the commander screamed and rolled away, just in time as Hazel shattered the Desktop and keyboard, the man got up and ran just as Hazel went to grab his collar he vanished as he grabbed air. The commander was a trained Huntsmen, and his semblance was fazing, Hazel looked over to see the commander left a Data chip in the computer as Hazel with his less than needed ability to open a file,clicked it to see what was on it,

The answer command codes to automatically launch a missle at any target it wanted, Hazel looked over to see another monitor that said prepared missle was aimed at...Whitley's fleet about to dock at Kuo Kuana. Hazel grit his teeth, he looked at the controls, and cursed his lack of insite into such tasks 'Damn I'm not the one needed for this, Dr Wattz was the more inturectural when it came to these affairs,' he thought as Hazel did th Ronny thing he could he Turned to his scroll.

[Beacon Tatical room]

Glynda goodwitch was overlooking the battle at hand and sighting at the troops mobilized for invasion, when suddenly from her scroll buzzed Glynda picked it up 'Rainart.' She narrowed her eyes and answered the called. "Yes?" She asked

"You got to help me the base commander triggered an automatic launch Code and I need a way to shut it off!" Hazel said as he cleared himself a space to work "wait what-!?" Glynda yelled. "I said!-." Hazel yelled "I heard what you said but how where are these missies going?" She asked, "right to the forces stationed at Menganserie preparing for Assult." Hazel Said, "brother gods...if just one of those hits..." Glynda breathed, "I know it will make the island steril if not kill the population outright." Hazel said, "the problem is I'm not a tech wiz and these lines of code are confusing explained to me in simple terms how I disable the system." Hazel said, "in order for this I need direct access, plug your scroll into the terminal." Glynda said as Hazel did so and a Glynda's screen read the text Hazel was seeing,

"Alright all this stuff is crap trying to scrape you away from the main goal. Exit out and get back to the home screen." Glynda said as Hazel did so Glynda stopped him. "There bottom left!" Glynda said as Hazel scrolled over a icon of a missle, "how ironic." Hazel muttered. "Surprisingly the interface of almost all major Computer softwhere including scrolls is "dummy proof."" Glynda said as Hazel accessed the real missle console, and looked up to see the horror on his face, as one of the missle's launched. "Oh shit..." he hissed "what was that?" Glynda asked, Hazel looked around trying to stop the missle to reach its intended target. Leaving Glynda without an answer, "uggh..." Hazel looked around, and found nothing, "Hazel!" Glynda yelled "ORDER MS BELLADONNA TO EVACUATE MENGANSERIE NOW IF YOU HAVE TO ADVANCE THE RAID TO GET EVERYONE OFF THE ISLAND DO IT!" He yelled.

[Beacon Tatical room]

Glynda understanding what was going on rushed to her computer to input the missle in the sky. As the big computer screens no's showed a large red missle heading to the island, everyone started to panic. However fortunately Glynda calmed them down. "We got at least 5 hours until the missle crosses the water and hit the island, and if planned we can take out the missle in about 3 minutes." She said as she looked up the nearest guard and an able runner, "you now Go and fetch ms Rose- no never mind." She said as she sent a message to Ruby via scroll service, only to find her scroll was jammed, "fuck!" She swore. As she turned to the guard again, "Go and fetch me Ms Rose now!" She yelled as the man ran off. Glynda turned to the connection with Hazel which wasn't affected.

[Ruby's office Beacon]

Ruby sat in their chair writing a form for the treaty of Mistral for there capputlation, however she was struck with the worst type of writers block, trying to sound formal, without her message being either dragged down or being considered an insult, seeing as Mistral is one of the more artful Kingdom's they treated words like speeches just like dance and poetry, Ruby was walking a fine line. Suddenly her doors was broken open by the guard, Madem...Rose..." the guard panted heavly, Ruby stood up shocked at how tired he was, "Good Brothers are you alright you must seek medical attention! Have you been running?" She asked, but the guard waved her off. "Urgent...crisis...in the...WAR ROOM!" He gasped out his breath not wanting to waist time trying to breath. "Glynda...seeks...you..." he struggled to breath as the lactic acid buildup made it hard to even breath, Ruby settled him down, "easy... my thanks soldier your comrades will carry you to the medical hall." She said as she grabbed her cloak and rushed out, and tapped the guards outside the door, "see to it the man here gets to the infermary he is in no way allow to carry himself." Ruby said before. She exploded into rose petals,

(Beacon Tatical room)

"Continental Commucation of the CCTV are down probably an effect of trying to keep the missle from being hacked How ever seeing as were still talking, its most likely there using a stronger interncontinatal signal to keep the missle in flight." She said, "meaning!?" Hazel requested in English. Glynda sighed. "No Mistralain countermeasures will be able to stop the missle." She explained "Can we mobilize anything to Menganserie to stop the missle from getting there?" Hazel asked, "it would take to long to pack up and ship there and the missle would,hit before they could unpack it." Glynda said, as she looked to see a Rose petal on next to her hand on the desk Hazel cursed. "Has the evacuation started yet?" She walked to the docks to see her Firend amd comrade Weiss Schnee standing infront of several large Wooden crates, "hello Ruby." Weiss said with a smile, eager to show off there "new toys" Ruby strode forward, "hello Weiss." Ruby said

" I'm glad you came to join us Ruby along with all of our friends" Weiss said Professionally looking behind Ruby to see Silver, Jaune, Lie Ren and Nora and more, Ruby smiled back "of course Weiss as if I wouldn't mind the time to "catch up." Ruby said Weiss smiled "unfortunately this isn't the time for clever chat because to today we publicly announce the bright new future of warfare, and so without further Ado I introduced to you!" Weiss said as she pressed a button on her scroll making the wooden boxes fall away to reveal. "The Huntsmen Assisted Prossessing SUIT: or HAP-suit for short," Weiss said As Ruby crossed her Arms "HAP-suit...that's the worst name since Atleasian Paladin, cheesy and cringeworthy yes, but it get the job done, in fact these just look like flasher versions of the 295's." Ruby said Weiss shrugged, "R&D pushed for the name, I don't understand why but what ever doesn't matter it may still change title howver these are not the 295's." Weiss said, "So then what's so Special about these suits if they look just like normal AP-295's with even worst armor." Weiss said. As everyone nodded. "Now onto schematic's," Weiss said as she turned around, "Each HAP-Suit is color coded to allow troops to recognize there commanders on the battlefield, I'm sure you can make out who is who." Originally the fleet was going to head off to Vale to seek shelter and hopefully find a new home, now only two of those ships which held only village Elders and Young children in post nursing and those who physically couldn't pick up a weapon were the only one's.

Bolstering the Invasion fleet of Menganserie's invasion force from 1 Schnee transports and 4 military escort to 7 Civilian Transports and 1 Military one with the 7 of them carrying Fanuas Troops. The 1 military craft carrying was carrying some of the Rose Armies Best armies division and there symbols of there divisions pride ...There special Commander's battle Mechs

The SDC's Secret project: The Huntsmen's Arms: Type 2 battle mechs like the AP-295 however the HAP-Suit as it was called was a brand new model, with a completely different production line. And The Dragon: The Eyes of the Sky: and the Unanamed Mech: were fresh off the line.

Outside there pilots Yang Xiao Long, Qrow Brenwen and Blake Belladonna looked at both the military force gathered and there new War machine's, with a single nod all of them walked to there Mech the only one staying behind was there national Leader herself to talk to her second in command, "Illia I know I said I wanted you here however now that we might be losing our home, I have a new mission, Join the free people of Menganserie and fight as the leader of the Menganserie's Home Army, and follow me into battle." Blake said, Illia bowed to Blake, "it would be my duty more..." she said Hollowed whispers for fear of her voice breaking.

Unknown to everyone Illia's change of side into redemption came from the pity she had as the home of the Belladonna estate was destroyed by the white fang, however even after the war was one Illia's guilt remained, and will remain until the day she died. Seeing her call Blake nodded and headed to her Paladin and hopped on, before walking back upbard the Schnee Transport and hunkered down for the heavy ride of the waves.

After reading the manual Hazel beleaved he Understood the launch sequence, as he typed in commands, and took into effect the moment of the other missle he beleaved with his calculations correct, he could fire the remains missle in time to shoot down the other missle in such a way that the. Resulting explosion won't harm any residents of Menganserie, although his calculations could be off. But this was his only shot, he sighed, as he read over it again.

He was ready, he flicked open the protective screen to stop any accidental activation's and sighed now or never. '3...2...1' he thought as he pushed the buttion and the missle launched.

After escaping from Hazel Rainart, the Mistral Commander hooked up his scroll and launched the first missle to Menganserie, he needed them launched, he was safe as he sat back and watched the missles path, it was now halfway across the ocean, when suddenly a rumble.

As the commander looked over to see the second missle launching, he looked to his scroll to see the missle was on an intersept course with the original missle. And it was faster. The commander growled, as he stood up and walked off.

Hazel sighed as he saw the missle get closer and closer, he could feel it the world was saved. When suddenly the hairs on the back of Hazels neck straightened as he turned around, just in time as the second in command went to Kick him Hazel raised his bulky arms and sent him back. "I was wondering if you were the cowardly type?" Hazel growled as he rolled his shoulders making them pop, "glad to see you aren't." He Said, The commander looked to Hazels computer station then back at Hazel, before he suddenly lunged,

Unfortunately Hazel tackled him to the ground and got two lucky hits on him, as he slammed his fist for a third hit the commander Fazed away making Hazel tear up the flooring, he growled as he looked around for his target. Only to be kicked in the back of his head as he turned around only for him to be gone. After several minutes of this going on, Hazel snarled and waitied, he heard the whoosh of the semblance behind him and turned around and threw his fist out.

It connected, as the commander was sent flying back into the wall and was embedded into it. Hazel roared and charged at him his intent to kill him before he could escape again,

Unfortunately the man despite being dazed was able to do just that as Hazel charged the dry wall and tore it like cardboard. As the commander reappeared on the middle of the floor he sighed as he went to work disabling the second missle. "NOOOOO!" Hazel roared as he reappeared smashing. Through yet another part of Drywall "I WILL NOT LET YOU KILL THOSE PEOPLE!" He yelled. "They've earned their fate when they crossed the council now it's time to uphold the law!" The second in command said, as he went back to work. As Hazel stomped forward the man turned around and pulled out a revolver and shot at Hazel. Hazel crumpled to the floor holding his eye. "You cannot interfere." He said as he put the Gun on the desk, "ARRGHHHH!" Hazel yelled as he stood up, the man looked over horrified. "What?" He asked as he jumped back as Hazel swung at him blindly still covering his eye. "How are you not dead, I shot you with a Anti-Aura bullet, right in the eye your brain is Mush now. Or should be!" He yelled, "you forgot my semblance..." Hazel Said as he pulled his hand away revealing a Burn dust crystals jabbed into his eye cartlizing the shot a trail of blood leaked down his cheek as the Dust crystal stuck out like a sore thumb (The joker with a batarang in the eye) as Hazel swing. "My semblance is able to counteract any pain! As such I cartrized the wound from the bullet before my Brain was mush. As well as the fact my brain wasn't protected by my aura so it didn't shatter once the bullet hit as such my aura is healing the tissue as we speak!" He said

The commander could not accept the truth as it was showen by the fact that Hazels movements. We're getting more and more coordinated, finally he pulled out the dust Crystal and showed the bullet in the crystal. The trail of blood still existed, it was very minute. " NOW FOR YOUR CORRUPTION YOU WILL DIE!" Hazel yelled as he roared, and went to punch the commander only for him to faze away, Hazel grabbed a Burn dust crystal from his pouch and jabbed it into his arm, as the guy appeared behind Hazel he spun around and punched him sending the power of the dust through his hand and into the commander, causing 3rd degree burns.

Despite this the attack had its drawbacks, seeing as Hazel wasn't in peak condition he was t in full control so the dust crystal shattered and burnted his arms, no big deal however the attack as well disengrated his right arm where the crystal was jabbed into, revealing the muscles and skin, even with his semblance, Hazel finally registered pain as he semblance over loaded. Howver being the though son-of-a-bitch he was kept going, now only seeing. Red he wanted to pound the guy to death for stealing his eye, nearly killing the people of Menganserie, and all the other bastardly fucked up things the council did to the kingdom's to keep them in line, Hazel stood above him awaiting to deal the final blow, when the Commander vanished and reappeared Behind Hazel he turned around and went to swing. When suddenly -bang-. Hazel was shot...he froze...he looked down, he was shot in the heart, he looked up and was shot again and again, until the last revolver chamber was empty, Hazel fell to his knees 5 shots in his chest, one in his eye. Yet the bastard still lived. "God damn you are one sick fucker!" The commander cursed. As he kicked Hazel down, "you know many people here were scare and here you are, taking down by a measly revolver. Huh, guess you are just a mortal after all." He said as he headed back to the computer, "so...are...you." Hazel Said weakly making the commander spin around, "Oh no you don't you son of a-!" Suddenly he was cut off as a loud explosion was heard, Snapping his head to the screen he looked horrified as he saw the mushroom cloud of the Dust missles exploded harmlessly into the ocean, "no..." he muttered...he turned "you bastard!" He roared as he kicked and beat at Hazel until he was a bloody pulp, and a mess, however the commander had failed as he dropped to the floor and succumbed to the wounds, with the last's words said was "Die Another day?...huh the fucker." He said and died.

Headmaster Ash Grey looked at the reports about his war machine when he looked over and saw the faint end of a mushroom cloud...several minutes later the window's in the office shattered, as the two intercontinental missles slammed into eachother. Ruby opened her eyes to hear her ears ringing, and her vision blurry, she looked around to see a car alarm go off, as she blinked away,

Everyone was on the ground but no major damage to the city. Ruby looked over "is everyone alright!?" She asked and slowly she got nods that everyone in the Rose Army was okay. "What the hell was that?" Weiss asked "that was two Intercontinental dust missles colliding harmlessly over the sea, and detonating, Hazel Rainart just saves us all." Glynda said in awe. Even she didn't expect the explosion fallout to be so it it could be felt in Vale! Those weren't intercontinental missles they were World Enders,

"Glynda are you saying the southern end of Mistral is unarmed now?" Ruby asked, Glynda nodded. Ruby turned and yelled "CHANGE OF PLAN'S EVERYONE LOAD UP WE'RE INVADING ANIMA NOW!" She yelled "Glynda get to the docks for boarding! The Rose Army rides off for the future!" Ruby said as she Opened her Mech with her scroll and hopped in activating it, powering it up, "Everyone move this is possibly the only chance we get!" She said as the others knocked out of there stupor ran to get Incase's in there battle suits. And ready for battle. As Ruby in her Mech who was idiefied by the Red Cloak and massive Scythe headed up the ramp to the boats the Deivision followed them until everyone was on and they were off, the invasion of Anima had begun for Vale, as Glynda rushed into her Mech and into the desk just in time.

On the boat crashed into open waters Ruby realized that with. Everyone here, There was no commander who was able to uphold Vale's laws while she was away, howver thankful she remembered there was one person, his name was Onix Reinheart. Ruby pulled out her scroll and contacted Reinheart, "yes?" He asked, "Reinheart I'm off to the invasion of Anima your in charge of Vale's troops until I return Flood will be the second in command, I didn't expect such an eventful turnout so I'm going to for the first invasion," Ruby said, "Understood Madam Rose Vale will await you for your return. Brothers guide you." He said as he hung up, 'brothers guide us all.' Ruby thought. As the ship steemed out into the open water's.

[Open waters of Menganserie/ Mistral]

The invasion force of Menganserie's Home Army and was traveling on open water to invade Anima when they looked and saw the missles explode they realized what it was and sighed in relief now they only had the harder part, the infibious invasion of Anima,

The two fleets headed to Anima at the same time, Blake and her fleet of Menganserie's Home Army would land on the beach of the southern Fjord's and take over the Missle base, before marching up to Mistral and attacking any village, this was communicated to Blake by CCTV signal in the battle mechs, as Ruby planned her Assult to everyone, on the fleet,

[Vale's Invasion fleet]

"Blake is going to land about a day or two earlier than us, but that's fine once she lands she will dismount and head to the Mistral Missle base to ensure it doesn't fall back into enemy hands." While this is happening The Scattered petals as well as the rest of the Airships will blaze ahead and start picking off coastal bases to allow us an easier landing situation into Anima. Once there we will split into Two groups. Jaune, Glynda, Silver, Weiss, Nora, Ren, Xerxies and me, once we Land the two groups will be Me, Silver, Jaune, and Glynda as we cut through the under bend of of Anima. Xerxies, Nora, and Ren will go around the upper half, Weiss you will take the Scattered petals as well as the rest of the air fleet and cut through the monsoon and start barraging the city from afar, by that time we should all be around the same position to be able to assult the city at the same time the only difference being Weiss who will lay seige to the City until we arrive, once we meet at our meet up spots, Mine and Blake's raids at Kuchinashi. Xerxies at the Mistral Pass, once at our location we will broadcast a signal saying we are ready to attack, once everyone checks in we will mobilize. "Nora once we land I want you to keep the Rose Wall to remain behind to keep our lane for reinforcements incoming. Vacuo will lead troops from there until we capture Kuchinashi, then we will get support from troops directly." Ruby said Everyone nodded. Good commanders I've sent you the battle plan into your mechs hubs, I suggest you review them and brief the troops, Scarlet is aware of the plan as is Blake, and once we hit land we will invade instantly, get some sleep people, it won't belong before land fall." Ash Grey woke up, and looked around the office was locked down, the metal shuttered kept the light of day from the office, as he looked around his scroll buzzed, he looked at it, and found it was the Mistrals Reserve fleet he sent to secure the missle site. And reported it was under there command however both major missles had been fired, and the stationed Army was dead, the attacker they idified as Hazel Rainart, was dead too. Ash grey sighed, 'so it was arms Rose.' He thought before he thought 'wait a minute if the missles were fired then?' Ash got up and ran to his computer and looked and sure enough Two fleets were heading to the edges of Anima. He grabbed his scroll "All forces the Rose Army in on approach defend you villages and homes. This is not a drill. We fight for a free Anima from these Tallitarians." He said

The reserve Air Force landed and started clearing the base getting it up to tip top shape as Anti-Air guns were enstalled. And the base was back up to strength, two more missles were loaded however these weren't as strong as the previous ones and couldn't go as far but they would be enough to stop a ground invasion or so they hoped.

: Mistral prepares for invasion: as the Call to Arms blaired around the continent of Anima, people ran to the armory grabbing rifles and rounds, and heading to the village front, the other thing that happened, was the Huntsmen were kicked out, as they were fearful they were in line with Ruby's Rose Army.

As several Huntsmen s stood up worried a bad fight was about to break out and they would have protect the Peace. However what they didn't expect was the people to turn to them, "You!" One man said, "You should leave here You are a traitor of the Kingdom You don't belong here!" They said "now hold on now let's not be hasty..." one of the Huntsmen said as the bartender slammed his knife on the table, "Enough!" He said. As everyone stopped, "there will be no bloodshed in this tavern you will go!" He said, "but who will protect the town?" The Huntsmen asked, "not you," he said as he pointed to the mob, "you." He said, "What?" They asked. "Are you turning traitor?" They asked, "no it's you that is...Ruby Rose stands for freedom, I saw it personally, he said. "The mob looked to eachother, "and what if we refuse." The mob leader said, as the tender raised a double barrier Shotgun. "You get the FUCK! out of my bar NOW!" He snarled. The mobber scuffed and shuffled forward "I don't think you know what's going to-." The Tender opened fire ripping open the mans chest making him stumble over and fall dead. Everyone else was shocked, as the man cracked open the breach and reloaded another shell, and redirected it, "I said get out." As The mob stormed off, "YOUR GOING TO REGRET THIS!" They said as they stormed off, and looked around, "what do we do?" One asked, "the village blacksmith he will help us." They said as they headed to him,

Unfortunately what they didn't expect was said blacksmith to be on the phone talking to the bartender, "I see." He said as he looked over, "got to go there here." He said as he hung up. The mob rushed in, "you got to help us!" The mob said "no." The blacksmith shook his head. "What?" The mob asked. "I've heard you've turned traitor...I will not accept business from you." He said, "we are many." The mob said as the blacksmith raised his own gun, "try it fuckers." He said the mob did the smart decision to leave. Packing up there stuff they chose to head to the next place they could. Shion, despite it being destroyed, it was still capable to holding people, so they left.

The bartender, the blacksmith and the Village elder stood in the town center, with the Huntsmen. "So what do we do?" One of the Huntsmen asked, "if your willing, stay with us and help us defend our village I'm sure Ms Rose will send an army past here, the least we can do in harbor them safe passage." He said the Huntsmen nodded, "I'll see if I can't help enforce the weapons and armor up the population we have left." He Blacksmith Said the elder nodded, "then we must prepare I'm sure Mistral will be sending a group to secure this village." He said "they won't get through." The Huntsmen said as they walked off, as the Village broadcasted a signal saying they were a safe haven for any allies of Ms Rose on Anima, which put a large target on there back but also, allowed those who were in procusicution, to escape and find a way to safety.

This village was a nice port town, easy train and on the safest route to Mistral, howver when the call went out, everyone joined, the Huntsmen fled, as the entire village stood at Arms to defend the borders of Anima, from the Rose invaders. They looked up and saw small squads of Mistral army helping the population prepare, so they will be ready. As the villages became military bases and civilian's became troops, it was sure the Battle for Anima will be the hardest fought invasion.

Scarlet David watched as news reports of "the zone of peace" showed military preparing to repel an invasion from Ruby's forces. As Scarelt David sighed, "Cardin how long will the troops be ready for the second Batch for Vale?" He asked "I'd say about another week I can rush them if you want me to." Cardin said Scarlet shook his head. "No I'm just wondering if..." Scarlet stopped as his scroll beeped he looked over to see, the latist Global news report,

Cardin looked outside to see a huge mob yelling and screaming, holding signs saying, 'I WANT TO BE A HUNTSMEN!' and 'Defence for Humanity Join the Huntsmen!' "Because I'm running out of Room in my little base." He said "keep those you beleaved can help train the others and sent the rest to Shade Acadmy, and the combat school's, if the people want to join we will let them," he said, All over the world the same thing was happening in all the kingdom's but the abandoned Menganserie and Mistral but the numbers of Huntsmen recruiters jumped from 20% to over 50% and that number kept growing,

[Mistral southern fjords]

After the Mistral Missle site was retaken the troops set up a scout system to make sure they weren't caught off guard as the guards looked around and saw on the edge of the horizon saw the fleet of Blake Belladonna's ships heading to the coast, "we got an invasion incoming!" The man yelled, as alarms rang out and people mobilized for battle, on the ledges Anti-Air Craft gun's as people powered it up the weapons and started to test the calabration, "come on come on hook up the power!" One Mistral trooper said as his missle battry activated as he looked around. And targeted the fleet, the man cursed, "Damn it, there out of range." He said, he will have to wait for them to come up closer.

When down south the crews spotted Blake's Invasion fleet, the West coast spotted Ruby's fleet, amd scrambled, to mobilize, fortunently they had forces on the beach ready to go. As the commander looked over to Ruby's fleet approaching and yelled, "HEAVY MORTERS OPEN FIRE!" As the bombardment began, the war was Erupted,

First chapter. I'm surprised I was able to push this so far and technically not over shoot my goal usually I have to fit 3 chapters worth of meterial of a story to make a 10,000 word chapter. And while I may be able to shorten more parts and stretch on more for dramatic effect, I feel happy, next chapter the landing of Anima, oh boy this will be fun, and most likely long, as I will include the full battle field of the war here (the only way I can push to 10,000 that's right the last three chapter are going to each be 10,000 words long AND THAT IS A PROMISE! For now it's Time I'm off to bed and dream of doctor whoviean stuff, and enjoy the space time countulessly cup of tea...ok yea that was bad the second episode of doctor who just came out and to say I'm hyped about the new tardis designers doesn't even scratch the surface I've always love the round console design always make it look more alive to me and the crystal!
