Saphina review: Hello darling! I tried replying to your review but you've disabled PM. But no worries! My DeviantART username is SparklingPebbles. I don't have this story posted there just mostly photography.

Over the next couple of days Megatron's orders had been heard by everyone, including the femmes and sparkling's. There was agreement and disagreement, but this was the final order and everyone had to follow without question.

Soundwave wanted to reason with his lord to have his sister remain with him, but Turbulence told him not too, knowing it was going to be crowded in his quarters and she would need to find her own accommodation. She tried to be brave, wanting to prove herself that she was capable of looking after herself. She loved her brother dearly, but he had been treating her like she was a sparkling again. It wasn't something new coming from him. Before he joined the decepticons she was the youngest and so was treating as such but him and his twin. It didn't bother so much at the time but that was so long ago, and now she had grown used to being by herself and she wanted to show her brother that.

Sure, this place did scare her, not knowing who might be around the corner waiting for her. Best she could do was finding someplace close enough to other's she trusted. The only available rooms available was either storage rooms or sharing with another, one of Megatron's goons is what she figured that meant, which she really didn't want to do. So she continued her search for a storage area. However, everyone she looked in looked filthier than the next. They were small, cramped and she wouldn't be comfortable in any of them. Her brave plan seemed to be slipping away at every passing minute.

She slowly strolled down the silent hall of the nemesis, peeking into each room she passed, but wasn't having any luck. Sighing heavily she bowed her helm almost in misery and turned around a corner. Without looking up she ran into something solid, or to be exact, someone's chest. Looking up she gasped to see it was Blast Off who held the most perverted grin over his face.

"Hey beautiful, it's been a while since I've seen you," his crimson optics roamed over her like she were a piece of meat for a hungry beast.

Turbulence hitched as she tried venting out her fear. She quickly glanced around herself and without answering him she tried to move passed, but he blocked her way easily.

"No answer? Ignoring me, huh? That's very rude of you femme."

She didn't have time to scream as he pinned her against the wall with his servo placed over her mouth, muffling anything she tried to say. Blast Off leaned closer, inhaling beside her audio and chuckling deeply.

"I know none of the others have tried you out yet. I guess I'm the lucky first."

Turbulence screamed behind his servo and tried shoving him away from her but didn't stand a chance against his strength. He turned her around and slammed her helm into the steel wall, cracking one of her optics and sending her helm into a spin off. The force was unexpected, felt like her helm had been run over repeatedly. She could feel the con behind her press his lower body up against her aft, grinding into her making her whimper behind his servo.

"You really are a true treasure," Blast Off groaned behind her helm, "Your brother thinks he can keep you away from us but he's very wrong. Here you are, in my possession, I'm going to frag you raw!"

The weight was suddenly gone and his servo was removed as well. Turbulence panted heavily and turned to see Vortex had Blast Off pinned against the other side of the wall by his neck.

"Leave her alone. You're not fragging anything today, Blast Off."

"Think you're a hero now, Vortex? Think she'll let you frag her now?" He chuckled at his own question at his so called buddy.

"What I know is that you're not fragging her or anything else. Get out of here before I let Megatron know you're slagging off your job!"

Once his neck was let go Blast Off rubbed the sore area shooting a glare at Vortex. No other words were exchanged, and he left with a annoyed grumble leaving the two in the hall.

Vortex turned to Turbulence, who had slid to the ground letting out tearful whimpers. He approached closer before he noticed her cracked optic and snarled lowly.

"Fragging idiot," he knelt down next to her and lifted her chin up, "You ok?"

All she managed to do was shake her helm and wept quietly. He didn't ask anything else and scooped her up in his arms. She didn't fight against him. She was just too much in shock of what had just happened, and let herself be carried in his firm hold. She guessed they were going to the medic bay, which was where they ended up.

"What the - -" Hook dropped everything and rushed to the medical berth where Vortex sat her. "What happened? What did you do to her?!" Of course he was going to be accused.

"I did nothing! I stopped Blast Off from forcing himself on her in the middle of the fragging hallway."

Hook narrowed his optics and looked down at her. "Is that true?"

Turbulence nodded her helm. Vortex saved her from being raped. Buy why? She knew he wanted her for himself, maybe that was it, but she couldn't be certain what his reason was.

As Hook began to look over her optic Darklight entered the room and once she saw her she rushed over to her side. She comforted her softly and wanted to ask what happened but then she noticed Vortex near them.

"What the frag did you do to her?" She stormed her way towards him and glared daggers.

"I've done no harm," he decaled casually, "This is Blast Off's work. I stopped him before he could rape her, or would you had rather I left him to do it?" Darklight stare back confused what he had said.

"You saved her?" It was asked with doubt.

"I'm not as cold sparked as you believe me to be," he held a bit of a smug look which didn't help with her being convinced.

"I already know the type of mech you are, and to hear this is all but a surprise to me."

"Join the club," Hook said over his shoulder as he finished repairing Turbulence's optic. During this whole time she didn't glance at anyone or said anything.

Vortex grunted followed by a smirk. "You think you know what's best, but truth is you just want it your way and make sure all the femmes are safe. I helped her out when she was in trouble and you right away accuse me that I'm the culprit. You need to stop being so judgmental, Darklight."

She had ignored his little speech, one she though he had reherse. "Why the frag are you even still here? She's in good servos now and doesn't need you around."

"Now that, is exactly what I'm talking about." Hook decided to cut in because thing's exulted.

"Vortex, she's right, there's nothing left for you to do other than to carry on with your duties. But, thanks for helping out."

He glanced down at Darklight and back at Turbulence, who had finally looked up at him from her lost staring. They stared at one another for a short moment before Vortex chose to leave, feeling her optics on his back as he exited the room.

Turbulence didn't know what to say or do. She had been almost raped and was saved by the last person she expected. He showed a side of himself she had never seen before and it made her think over many things. Her optic was quickly fixed and continued to sit on the berth as Darklight approached.

"Are you ok?" Concern filled her voice and she responded with a short nod.

"I'm fine,"

"Did he do anything to you? You can tell us, we won't tell anyone else."

"No, no, he didn't do anything like that. What he said is true. I don't know what else to say."

"It's ok," Darklight hugged her closely and cupped both sides of her face in her servos. "Have you found anywhere to recharge tonight?"

"N-no…I was attacked before I could find anywhere, but I…I-I don't want to really go out on my own right now," or ever again.

"How about you ask Soundwave - -"

"No. I don't need him worrying about me. Please, don't tell him about any of this, he'll freak out."

"But - -"

"Please, I'll tell him myself, just not right now."

Darklight didn't feel comfortable about letting this slide and carry on. Soundwave had the right to know what had happened; at least that is what she thought. But she couldn't force her to do or say anything. "Ok, I won't breathe a word."

"Neither will I. If you like, you can use the medic bay to recharge until you find yourself somewhere else." Hook added kindly. Turbulance offered a weak smile.

"Thank you." Her thoughts went back to Vortex and she couldn't help but wonder about him.

'Why did he help me?'

Breakdown was more than happy to take in his own son but he knew it wasn't going to be easy. He didn't have any experience of how to care for a sparkling and didn't fully understand how to raise one. There was a time in his life where he did want to have a family one day, but after the war started and he joined the decepticons that dream faded away. Now he has the responsibility for one he wasn't sure if he could do it, but was going to try. What he didn't expect was to have a teenager in his care. Teenagers were worse, at that stage of life of being moody and stubborn, than again he used to be like that too. He just knew she wasn't going to make things easy for him, but she was family, his son's cousin, which made her his niece and himself an uncle.

A father and an uncle, that's not something he ever expect in such a short time.

Most of the crew members knew of Bluemoon's reason here. Turns out she knew Tarn and was his pet, or whatever you want to call it. Whatever she was to him made his tanks ache, knowing it wasn't anything good. He didn't know what was going to happen when they left and she was to be forced to go with them. As much as he hated them he hoped they would stick around for as long as possible so she was here longer. No one mentioned this at all, not with her around.

Breakdown had informed his team of what was going to happen. None of them liked it, of course they didn't. Having both a sparkling and a teenager was definitely going to chance their lives, especially Breakdown.

"Why must they live here? Why can't the seekers have them?" Drag strip wasn't happy one bit about the news.

"Firstly, the seekers already have their servos full with two sparkling's. And secondly, it's my son and niece."

Wildrider snorted loudly in annoyance. "It's going to change everything, not just for you but us as well. We're not fragging foster carers!"

"I never said any of you had to help out, in fact I prefer if you didn't." Breakdown was growing more annoyed arguing with them.

"Listen, Breakdown," Motormaster had come forward and strangely patted his shoulder as any good friend would, but coming from him it was out of character, "You feel you have a responsibility, and as a friend I'm telling you, you don't. Maybe when Tarn and his crazed up team leave and take the femme they could take the brat as well. Sure they'll find use from him." Breakdown couldn't be anymore disgusted by the suggested idea.

"Please tell me you're joking…" Motormaster smirked shaking his helm.

"It's not the worst idea."

"Frag off!" He slapped his servo off his shoulder and stepped back glancing at them. "I don't care what you all think or feel about this, it's my son and niece, and I want to take care of them. Besides, Megatron's orders, we have to follow."

"The femme won't be around for long," Motormaster had the nerve to remind him that, "Then it'll be just the kid. Who knows, might not be all too bad," his sudden change of spark was confusing to Breakdown but didn't want this conversation to linger much longer.

The knock at their door signalled of their arrival and Breakdown answered it. "Hey Thundercracker, thanks for bringing them."

Bluemoon didn't want to be here. If she had a plan, she'd make an escape with Velocity and seek shelter with the autobots. Yes, it sounded perfect, but she didn't even know where the flipping exit was. When she found out one of the decepticons here was cousin's sire she didn't want to believe it, but after Darklight had a little talk with her she said him being with his sire was probably the safest place for him and herself. Well, she didn't know how much longer she was going to be here anyway, may as well make the most of it with her only family. When the time did come for Tarn to leave and take her away she'll make sure to make it very difficult for him. She'll kick and scream if she must. Being with that psychopathic again was something she didn't want to happen. Right now though, all she wanted was to be with her cousin.

"Yeah, no problem," Thundercracker casually said. "They're both ok. Check-up went well and nothing seems to be of concern. Make sure they settle and just try to have a quiet one tonight."

"Of course," Breakdown stared at the young femme holding his son in her arms and offered a kind smile, but they just gave him the cold shoulder.

Velocity was still trying to understand how this mech was his sire. He didn't want to believe it. It scared him knowing this new information and could feel his spark tug every now and again whenever he was present, just like now. He felt his cousin hold him closer to herself given him that bit of comfort.

"They're both still...trying to understand what's going on. Just be patent with them, they'll warm up eventually."

Thundercracker left and now it was just them. Breakdown rubbing the back of his helm not really knowing what to say or done, then figured they could do with some rest.

"Hey there," he tried greeting them with some sort of kindness but got nothing back, just a hidden face from his son and a blank glare from his niece. "Right, I know this will take time getting used to but I hope we can work this out somehow. I'll show you to your quarters. You'll have to share since it's the only spare one I have, but I'm sure we'll work it out." As he walked into the room more the others were gathered together murmuring lowly and called to get their attention. "Guys."

The four remaining stunticons stared at their fifth member and at the two newly members to their dome.

"Welcome to our humbled palace," Motormaster mockingly bowed making the others snigger. "And how's our little prince charming and princess finding their stay to our beloved world?"

Silence was only given from the two and Bluemoon held a more hateful glare at them.

"Gee, tough crowd. Anyway, got better things to do," the other followed him too not really wanting to deal with this. As Drag Strip passed Bluemoon he touched her aft, making her kick out at him.

"Don't fragging touch me!" The others let an n uproar of laughter.

"Ohhohoh, she's a feisty one!"

Breakdown shoved Drag Strip towards the exit and snarled lowly. "Don't ever lay your servos on her again!" The threat wasn't much to them but Breakdown wasn't going to just do nothing. Once alone he faced them once more.

"You ok?"

"We don't need you," he saw her optics slowly swell with tears and flicker red a couple of times before returning to blue. He was told of her strange optic changing and it didn't bother him. "We don't even want to be here. You claim to be a relative or something to us but that means nothing to me!"

"It's ok; I understand you're not very happy about any of this. But please try giving it a chance. The others may not be very welcoming and I'll keep reminding them to not bother either of you. All I want is for the both of you to be safe, and that's with me."

Bluemoon narrowed her optics at his kindness and shifted Velocity in her arms. He was too afraid to look at him and tried hiding himself against her.

"I understand you're angry, I'd be too in your position, but I want to try and make this work out for the both of you. I - -" he sighed heavily before continuing, "I don't want either of you to be separated. I can't promise anything but I'll do my best to make this work. And down the track I'd like to get to know you both," he tried getting a glance at his son's face but didn't have any luck.

She didn't really respond much to him other than a firm nod and looking around herself. "Where can we rest?"

"I'll show you," he brought them into his own quarters where there was a storage area. "It's not much I'm afraid, but it's the safest for the both of you. Even the others won't be able to enter my own room, so you don't need to worry about them."

"You don't trust them?"

"It's not that," he wanted to trust his own team but couldn't find it in himself to do so. "Just to be safe I guess."

Bluemoon entered the small room connected to Breakdown's. He was defiantly right when he said it wasn't much but she didn't expect anything more honestly. He wanted to make them feel welcome somehow.

"Do you guys need any energon?"

"We've already had some. We just need some rest."

"Right," he wanted to make small talk with could tell that wasn't going to happen today. "Well, if you need anything just - -"

The door was closed before he could finish the sentence, leaving him on his own and closed off from his own niece and son. Breakdown let out a heavy exhale and sat down on his own berth. This wasn't going to be easy and he just needed to be patient with them.

Meanwhile, he'll try and think of ways for both of them to trust him.

Bonecrusher was passing back and forth franticly as the others watched on with their optics going back and forth with some becoming slowly dizzy. Only Hook wasn't present, but will be shortly when he arrived with Micro and Deltastorm.

Scrapper almost had enough of his ridicules behaviour. "Would you calm down?! It's not like he's gonna disappear out of thin air."

"It feels like he's gonna," he couldn't help himself. "Frag it, I should've picked him up."

"Just relax!" Scrapper strolled over carefully. "Hook will arrive any minute now. You just need to hold yourself together."

"What if I disappoint him?" Scrapper cackled lightly.

"How are you going to disappoint him?!"

"I-I don't know…Maybe I won't be the dad he wants me to be?" It was now the others turn to speak up. Mixmaster was next.

"Bonecrusher, nobody is perfect. Look at us? We know nothing about parenting and we're about to have two sparkling's in our life's. I'm sure Micro isn't expecting the most perfect time with us, but despite that he still wants to be here."

"He's right," Scrapper added. "We're all gonna help out and Hook will too."

The medic finally arrived with the two sparkling's behind him.

"Hey champ."

"Hey dad." Micro smiled.

Deltastorm was not far behind. It felt weird to be here, surrounded by others he didn't know and Micro's sire. He was told of his sire. Onslaught was his name, at least that's what he remembered. He couldn't care less that he was related. He already had a sire and creator back on cybertron who he missed deeply, though he didn't really show it. That kind of emotion was something he tried to keep bottled up. From what he overheard was that Onslaught didn't want anything to do with him either. Good, there won't be anything to worry about there. Being with Micro was his best choice, and surrounded by his sire and his friends was something he knew he'd have to get used to, but it could've been worse he guessed, may as well give it a chance.

"Alright then," Hook looked like he just got back from a very busy afternoon, which he probably did, "their check up's went well and nothing off the chart. All seems to be good for them." Bonecrusher nodded with approval and knelt down at the sparkling's.

"Come on, I'll show you to your room. You'll both need to share, hope that's ok."

"We don't mind, thanks dad."

Hook smiled as they lead the sparkling's to their quarters. The smile vanished though when the thought of Moondancer came to mind. Bonecrusher was still not talking to her, or even acknowledging her to make things more badly. He'll need to work on that though since it was Micro's mother. He couldn't ignore her forever, and sooner or later Micro is going to pick up on this and that is when things will start firing up for them.

Bonecrusher needed to forgive Moondancer somehow.

Oooo999oooO

Moondancer stood in front of Soundwave's quarters and stared blankly at the metal door. She was thinking how this was going to work out for them and with Micro staying with his sire she wasn't sure how Aria was going to cope with that. Her sparkling was upset already being separated from her twin brother. But she promised she'll see him every day. It was only the living arrangements that needed to change.

Aria noticed her creators silence and spoke up gently. "Mummy, are you ok?" Moondancer quickly snapped out of it and forced a smile at her little one.

"I'm fine sweetie," honestly she was nervous. 'How is this going to work out?' She couldn't help but rethink this repeatedly, almost causing a head ache.

Finally, she inhaled slowly and knocked against the door frame. Soundwave greeted them.

"Dancer. No reason to knock anymore." He hadn't called her by that for a long time.

"Oh, ok. I wasn't sure," she stepped in and placed Aria on the ground, who right away was group hugged by Rumble and Frenzy.

"Come on sis, let's show you to your room!"

All of Soundwave's cassettes had been very good with Aria, she had gotten used to both the mini cons and in fact loved them. That was good enough for Moondancer, for her daughter to be happy at least was better than nothing.

"I've provided another berth for you in Aria's room," he spoke to her casually, but it was also what he said that surprised her.

"You did? Does Megatron know?" She had expected to be sharing his berth. Soundwave shook his helm slowly.

"Megatron doesn't need to know. What goes on in my own quarters is not of his concern."

"Oh," she didn't know what to say to that, but felt more comfortable about this, "I guess thank you. And I'm sorry about Turbulence. If you still want her here - -"

"Megatron's orders," he sounded disappointed but she didn't blame him. "I'll keep optics on her. Make sure she's safe." She smiled warmly.

"You're a good brother, Soundwave. She's lucky to have you." He didn't respond like she thought.

"I've failed her too many times. I don't want to fail her again."

"You won't," she touched his shoulder giving him light rubs. "She has a working position with Hook, that's better than what both I and Darklight are doing. If she needs you for anything I'm sure she'll let you know."

Soundwave trailed his visor to where her servo was and reached up to touch them under his own. The contact made her jump a little but didn't pull away but instead she gazed into his visor with loving optics.

"I've missed you," the words fell from him, words she didn't expect.

"I-I…I should check on Aria, see how she likes her room." She moved passed him without looking back.

Soundwave remained where he was and deeply sighed. He should've known better than to say that, but he couldn't help it. Having Moondancer here again with him has brought much comfort to him, and providing her with her own berth was the wise thing to do. Last thing he wanted was to make this difficult for them. What happened between them was a while ago, and he wasn't sure if it'll ever happen again.

Bonecrusher made it obvious he wanted nothing to do with her, and that gave him the chance to win her again.

'No, she's not a trophy.' He hated to think like hse was some sort of prize, but that is what it was before she left. Now it was something different and he wanted to show her a side from him that'll make her see he can be a good father and possibly bond mate.

That's right, he wanted to bond with her. Despite everything he understood her reasons for leaving. He didn't care how it turned out. He now had both his daughter and the femme he still loved back in his life.

He cannot throw away this chance.

It was honest to say that both Falere and Marble were glad to be still together but were not too thrilled about being separated from their friends. It's always been the six of them since they've arrived and now they were separated it felt strange. However it made them feel a bit better when told they'd see each other every day, it was only at night. Darklight sat in their room which now shared two berths for each of them and talked to the little ones for a bit.

"I know this arrangement is a bit different to what you're used to, but at least it's not so crowded now and you two get to stay together, right?"

"Yeah, we guess," of course they were happy to be together but still missed their friends since they left over the last few hours. Marble rocked her legs back and forth while clinging onto her predicon doll and hummed lightly. "Will we see them tomorrow morning?

"You'll see each other all the time, don't either of you worry about that. You'll be watched over by whoever will look after you lot and free to do as you like."

"Mum, we don't need a baby sister," Falere pouted lightly earning a chuckle from her mother.

"Oh I think you do, I know the kind of mischief you'll get yourself in," she ticked her front under her moving servos forcing a broken giggle from her little one.

"And what kind of torture are you giving my little seeklet?" Starscream entered and smirked down at the femmes.

"She thinks they don't need to be watched over," Darklight chuckled back and both parents stared smugly at the sparkling's.

"W-we can watch ourselves?" Marble tried adding inersently.

"Yeah, we can be responsible!" Starscream chuckled at them.

"I know you'd like that, but tough luck. You're all still knew to the base and need to be watched for your own safety." Mostly to protect them from any others who weren't so fond of the sparkling's but he didn't mention this.

"But - -"

"End of story," he wasn't going to argue about this knowing they wouldn't win. "Tell you what. When I get some free time I'll take you out for some flying lessons. How does that sound?" He couldn't miss her beaming smile.

"Really?!" Even Marble looked happy for her friend, everyone but Darklight.

"Are you sure? She's still very young. Shouldn't she wait bit longer?"

"When I was her age I was swooping between buildings," he declared proudly. "I'm a skilled flying, I'd never put her in danger."

"I-it's not that. What if she falls or a strong wind gust throws her off balance?" Falere sighed knowing what her mother was freaking out about.

"A few years ago I jump off one of the buildings at school and attempt to fly. I did for a bit, but lost control and crashed into the ground. I broke my wing and had it fixed. She kind of had forbidden me to try again." Starscream chuckled lightly.

"You cannot forbid a flyer to not fly! That's torture. Trust me, Darklight, she just needs a good teacher and who better than her own sire?"

"Yeah!" Falere held that bit of hope her mother would agree.

After a few moments of silence and hard thinking, Darklight sighed out of defeat and nodded dimly. "Ok! But you have to be responsible."

"Thankyouthankyouthankyou!" Falere threw herself at her and hugged tightly.

"And Marble," Starscream wouldn't forget her. "Maybe while Falere is with me Thundercracker will spend time with you. I know you two have been getting along. How does that sound?"

"Y-yeah, I'd like that," it's true she did like hanging around with the blue seeker and they both had a lot of common.

"Then it's settled!"

All had agreed on what was to happen over the coming days. What Starscream hadn't mentioned though was Marbles surgery to have her wings upgraded. It was a topic he had avoided to mention, knowing Darklight wasn't going to like or agree with it one bit. But they were Megatron's orders and they didn't have a choice, not even Marble. He knew Thundercracker will look after her though and wouldn't dare to leave her side. In the meantime he needed to figure out a way to get the femmes and sparkling's to the autobots. Taking his daughter outside was the first step, and it was the best he had so far. He just needed to figure out how to get everyone else out without being suspected somehow.

Done! Not with the story of course, but you know, the chapter. Hehe. Hope you all enjoyed and thanks so much for reading. Ideas are always welcome and don't forget to review.
