Chapter Thirty-Six
HARRY'S POV
During lunch I talk to everyone about the rules we want to put in place at school so magical creatures can attend. "I would like for us to figure out some rules for the magical creatures, so they can attend schools. I want you to think really hard and give me some ideas. If you have to, write them down and give me the paper when you are done. I need to have at least an example of the rules before my meeting tomorrow with the leaders."
Everyone nods and finishes their meals. Hermione follows me to my study. I sit on my seat and look at her. "Mione, do you really think I can do this?"
She smiles at me. "I know you can. Just remember, you are not doing this alone. We are all here to help you."
I nod and smile. "Thanks."
I suddenly think of something. "Hey. Do you think Dumbledore was paying other people to watch me?"
She frowns. "It's possible. We will have to come up with a way to test it."
I sigh. "There is so much work to do. Dumbledore has really messed up the education of Hogwarts, and he has basically brainwashed all of Britain to believe that all magical creatures are dark."
"We will fix this, Harry."
"I know. It just feels like so much to do."
"Let's talk about your meeting tomorrow with the leaders of the Vampire Coven, the Werewolf Pack and the Elf Community. I have a packet of everything you want to change for each of the leaders to read. The only thing I don't have is the rules they would need to follow or the laws you want to establish."
I nod. "I should be able to get that done by tonight. That way you can add them to the packet."
Hermione nods and leaves. I start to work on the rules that the magical creatures will have to follow in school. I have two rules written down when there is a knock on my study door. "Come in."
Fenrir walks in and hands me a piece of parchment. "This is all the rules we can come up with so far."
"Thanks."
He leaves, and I add the other rules to my list. When I can't think of any more rules, I look at my list.
Rules for Magical Creatures Attending Hogwarts:
All werewolves will take the Wolfsbane potion on the full moon nights.
All werewolves will be somewhere safe on the nights of the full moons.
No werewolf will purposely bite someone.
No vampire will take blood from a student/teacher (unless in emergencies where it is needed *only teachers*).
Blood will be provided for all vampires and any other creatures who require it.
Leprechauns will not bring alcohol to school.
No fighting between races.
No picking on someone for their race or house.
Humanoid dragons will not fly in hallways. (No other dragons are allowed at school unless they are familiars.)
Goblins will not use their weapons on people. (Unless in a suitable class.)
Any creature that finds their mate or mates must tell an adult immediately.
I nod in acknowledgement of having accomplished something already. I then start to work on the laws I want to pass.
Laws for Magical Creatures:
All magical creatures will be referred to as magical races.
All magical races will receive an education.
All magical races are allowed jobs.
All magical races are allowed to marry/mate and have children.
No one is allowed on a magical races territory without permission.
No magical race is considered Dark.
I look over my list and nod. "Mipsy!"
Mipsy appears. "You called, Master Harry?"
I hand her the two parchments. "Please take these to Hermione. She will know what to do with them."
Mipsy nods and disappears.
