Disclaimer: No matter how much I begged or threatened, CCS is not mine. No need to rub it in..
Humans feel. Sometimes we feel so much..too much. Supernatural marathon affecting my moods. SO this is fluff to help you through the dreaded Monday.
Sakura couldn't help but feel like she was being stalked by a demon with excellent control. She could feel his eyes on her but instead of pouncing, he would let his presence known with noises from his general direction or made a habit of walking in front of her to make sure she noticed him. Sakura appreciated the gesture. She knew how quiet he could be, even with the now settled bond between them. Her mood had considerably lightened since the lake but her nerves are still frayed along the edges.
She was sitting on the chair having breakfast when she heard him behind her. Warmth enveloped her when he leaned lazily across her back to steal a piece of her mango. His chin resting on her head. Her mouth became dry from his proximity and he does not show any inclination to move. Sakura poured out his coffee. She had to lean a bit to get to the pot but Syaoran readily followed her movements. Sakura nudged him softly to get his attention before gesturing towards the mug.
"Come and sit down." Sakura invited softly, she was thankful that her voice was somewhat normal.
"I'm plenty comfortable. Don't mind me." She could hear the laughter in his voice and it brought a small smile to her lips when she could felt the tremors against her back. She loved his voice. She could hear him talk for hours. She especially loved his morning voice. It is somewhat richer, huskier from disuse that sleep claimed.
She didn't particularly mind this position. Syaoran felt and smelled nice and she was brave enough to admit that she enjoys his attentions. When his hand circled her left wrist and his thumb caressed her pulse, she gently leaned back against him with a small sigh of contentment. Syaoran growled in approval.
Tell me what you think, pretty readers. Reviews are food to me.
