As the new spirits were heading home to prepare for training; down below their feet the restless were meeting. Past the cavern with the empty, hanging cages and through the twisted stairway the two met at the golden globe. Eris's body was elegantly draped over the sphere as her red eyes followed Pitch's looming figure. Her lips softly curled into a smile.
"mmmm….so handsome, where do we hit next?" She asked smoothly as a finger started to twirl her long black hair.
Pitch was forming small objects out of his dark sand when Eris's question arose. At first he didn't answer her as his sand made a small moon before making a intricately detailed black rose. His golden eyes then flickered up to the graceful goddess.
"My dear...our next stop is a new realm, and in it, the Kingdom of Corona. There is where we need to obtain the tears of the Healing Princess,' He said with his english accent slipping in. He then handed her the rose that dispersed in her hands. The black powder sprinkled to the ground below before dispersing into nothing.
"Oh~ and how do you propose we do that?" She asked in a teasing tone as a small grin appeared on her soft and pale lips.
"With this," He said as he moved his hands around as black sand started to morph in front of her eyes. It took a form of an old book. Eris's eyes lit up as she tried to take it, though Pitch took it before she could.
"This book," He playfully teased it in front of her face. "...is the book that brought you here to me. It is also our ticket to other dimensions."
With his teasing, Eris rolled her eyes lightly before asking," How do you know the guardians can't follow us?"
"Thos….Guardians...don't know how to travel that way. The only way I did did, was through this," He said as he held up the ancient book.
"You got the power through a book?"She asked with a raised brow and slowly shifted on the glove so she could see him better, she moved in a fluid like motion.
"The book is ancient and is powered by darkness, something that resides in a woman like yourself," He remarked.
"Mmm..I see, so how do I fit into the picture?" She asked as she slid off the globe and towards him.
"Some of the spells encased in here need more than my power to activate it. That is why you are here,"
"Is that the only reason i'm here?" She inquired as her hips swayed side to side in a hypnotic way before she gently placed a hand on his cheek.
He was silent for a few minutes as his eyes flickered to silver then back to gold. "My dear, I want you to rule by my side."
"I'll follow you to the end," she uttered softly before pulling a small dagger from out of thin air, she then crossed it over her heart.
"Good," He grinned before pecking her cheek and started to walk away. "I need to...research our next destination, do as you will," He said softly before dispersing into shadow. Eris stayed quiet as the grin on her face grew.
Too Easy.
