KPOV
"Yeah, well who had to run across the quad starkers because you lost a bet?" Bella retorts, leaning across Edward's torso to poke me in my arm. His chest rumbles with suppressed laughter, while Bella's eyes shine with unshed tears from laughing so much.
"Well you are the one with the better body," I reply poking my tongue out. This causes an unladylike snort to escape from her nose, then she stands abruptly.
"Shit, Kik, I gotta go break the seal," she announces while doing a pee pee dance. Edward steadies her as she stumbles over the barstool, his arm around her waist. "Umm..thanks," she says shyly, before heading to the restrooms.
It's strange to see her like that. Bella's normally confident, outgoing and definitely not shy. She's surrounded by hot guys all the time at work, and I've never seen her act like that. I'd say Edward has definitely made an impression on my twin.
I see Edward staring after her as she disappears into the crowd.
"You like her, huh," I confirm, rather than ask.
"Yeah, yeah I do," he replies with a nod of his head.
Yaaay! He said he likes her. Who wants to hear from E next?
I've been reading some awesome fics lately. Let me know if you want me to add fic recs on the end of the chapters.
