Jester; Hey we're back… well more over I'm back. Smiles is off on a beer run or whatever. So on with the reviews DJ Rodriguez don't worry there is more relationship progress on the way so don't worry. Israelhunter115 yes the relationship is a pairing with all four girls. Still if you just skipped over all my authors notes it means you missed the parts where I had polls up asking about the relationship everyone wanted to read. A large margin of people asked for a harem and here it is. He23t thanks you're the hype and yes you will see plenty of reactions in this update. Roberto another short and very tasteful review thank you. OmegaOverdrive once more another good summery and yes the key points your asking will once more be addressed in this update. Dead for life thanks for the cookie and like I said before Finn's not going to get just one of the girls. You all have to read to find out which one breaks his curse first. And thanks for showing such dedication in our work. GrimAngel16 thanks for all the likes and expectations. But I made it so Finn's BIONIC ARM would be linked to his body like if it were his real arm. Thanks to Hawk being housed in the arm it helps Finn control the arm better. Ok lets get going!
Flame's View
It's been an hour since Finn and Jake jumped into the gem. Now it was just sitting on the ground shinning from time to time. It was so boring just sitting around but from the little bit of history Jake told us Finn's had a rough childhood. Being found completely alone in the Grasslands forest, growing up with only a name sown into his bear cap. Always being looked at differently even by some of the odder people of OOO, and lastly sitting next to his adoptive parents as they breathed their final moments. Jake said he had to rush nearly all over OOO to find Jermaine. But once they returned they found Finn not moving or even crying on the floor in between their parent's deathbeds. Finn was holding their fathers hat and mother necklace. Finn said, "They told me to… to… tell you their happy". Jake told me he never heard of anyone crying and not make a sound. Finn made no sound as he gave Jermaine and Jake their father's hat as slow stream escape his eyes. But Jermaine took the two pennies from inside the hat and put them into Finn's shoes.
The older dog telling Finn to 'Let dad be your guiding steps'. Finn didn't argue he just slipped the necklace around his neck and has never taking it off. He only took it off to have it repaired other then that the necklace never leaves Finn sight. "Girls how do you think we should go about breaking the curse? Not even your dad can fully understand the thing Marceline. So what do we do"? PB looked at us saying, "Finn left to understand why we crashed at relationships. None of them where his fault to begin with. We have to make things right and learn how Finn over came the pain. So it's simple we learn everything we can about Finn then we make it up to him.
"We have to prove to him the we don't care about his new status or powers. We have to prove that our love for him is true. Only then will we break the curse". Marceline looked up from under her sun hat saying, "Yeah but how are we going to deal with Huntress? That chick won't let us get near Finn when she's around". Before PB could answer a loud voice shouted, "Hey Mar-Mar"! Looking up a man on a magic carpet can down his gray colored skin almost similar to Marceline. Except her skin had hints of blue in it but as I looked at Marceline's face it read anger.
The man laughed saying, "Come on Mar is that how you looked at your old boy Ash". Now I got it Finn had told me once of a stuck up wizard that trick him and Jake and mess with Marceline's memories. This was that asshole wizard Ash who even female wizards hated talking about. Marceline gripping her base-axe said, "Get lost Ash I don't have time for your crap". Ash with a cocky smiled got off his carpet and responded by pulling his wand. Ash, "How about I make time"? With a wave two streams of energy knocked PB and me back as Ash grabbed Marceline's wrist. Ash, "Last time that brat of a chump got in my way. This time when I take away your memories they'll stay gone". Marceline tried to lift her axe but the creep had his foot wedge it into the ground preventing Marceline from fighting back.
Ash was about to use another spell he looked anger at some of Marceline's words. But a large shadow loomed over Ash stopping him cold.
Finn's View
In all my few hours of Soul Tapping have really helped the Huntsmen. Right now he's got descent muscle definitions, he can use some magic, and his posture is back to how he liked. Huntsmen, "Finn are you sure you don't need to eat"? "Yeah I only eat when I know I ready or feel like it. Look you and Jake chow down I'll get back to helping you ok". Nodding his head I went back to letting my energy to flow into his weakest points. Right now I could feel his body return to a stable feeling but his muscles tissue was still lazed. They clearly had seen the effect of all the days of neglect and little nourishment.
Huntsmen, "Jake how has OOO changed since I've been gone". Jake spit some of the fruit he was eating out because of its odd taste from what I could sense. When he was done he said, "I'll let your daughter talk to you about what's changed it'll give you time to bond after all this. I mean the girl must really miss you". Huntsmen nodded his head and the room fell quiet as I went on with helping heal the Huntsmen's body. Finally satisfied I gave him the nodded and we went outside. The Huntsmen then put his body through its paces. He ran, vaulted over things, lifted a few things over his head, and even did a few stunts like back flips and spinning rolls. Nodding his approval I triggered my Ink ability.
A lone bat emerged from my body and went to Huntsmen. He was clearly confused so I told him to think of a weapon and the bat would turn into it. Just like that the bat turned into a double-edged broad axe. Huntsmen, "Come you two the exit is a four day walk to the south. And we won't be able to see at night". "Don't worry I can light the way". Tightening my fist I focused my green lightning into the fist lighting up a large area around us. Smiling the Huntsmen led the way as Jake took his place back on my head and shoulders.
It was clear that we would be walking for a while so I simply hummed and followed the Huntsmen.
Marceline's View
I couldn't believe it Finn's bear and Spirit companions had stayed behind. Ash back away as the bear freed me from his grip. Ash, "What the hell"? As Ash tried to cast a spell the Spirit transformed into a snake but just the skeletal structure of it. Its body was seeping with black smoke as the bones looked made of crimson or blood colors. The snake spirit hissed as it swatted Ash's hand and most of his arm with its tail. Staggering back as regain his balance Ash shoot several hexes at the two.
The bear roared causing a flurry of ice to freeze most of Ash's body and his hexes. Then the snake Spirit used its tail to whiplash Ash high into the air. Grabbing hold of him in mid flight the Spirit pulled his wand free and slammed him to the ground. As Ash lied on the ground the bear stood up gave a loud huff and slapped Ash clear across the face. Coughing and having a hard time to stand on both feet he eventually got up. Only to have the snake coil around he keeping him in place. Spirit, "Calamity even though Finn is not here I say we kill this foolish moron". Calamity as the snake called her said, "No we will let Finn see to his punishment when he return's".
Ash laugh saying, "Finn your waiting for the loser? What could he possible do to me"? Spirit, "Fool you haven't heard have you? Finn is more powerful then any mortal. His very soul is a dragon and how do you think we are so strong? We feed from Finn's power when he allows us. This new strength was given to us by his will. Now just imagine what he will do to you once he hears you tried to harm his friends". Calamity, "I would say run like the coward you are. But I would much rather see Finn torture you, so have a pleasant nap while it lasts". With another attack Calamity knocked out Ash, as the Spirit remained coiled around him.
Spirit, "I can't wait to see how Finn deal with this idiot or better yet if he will kill this little shit". Calamity, "Relax Hawk Finn instructed us to protect the girls if needed. We have done that and are you three well? This pathetic wizard did not harm you did he"? Shaking our head no we were ok and we were all left in amazement. Finn's two little companions had powers because of Finn's powers. 'Finn how strong have you become'? Walking over to the two I said, "Hey can you two please tell me why you don't like us". Calamity huff saying, "We don't hate you we dislike the action at which resulted in Finn's several heart breaks.
"But if your action hadn't caused Finn to leave OOO he would have never realized his destiny. Apart of me still is unhappy that Finn heart had to be wounded to find his destiny. But as you all know the Faiths hold a cruel since of humor. So as Finn said he thanks and forgives your actions. You taught him a strong lesson and Finn's heart is slowly coming to terms with the past". I felt sick in both a good and bad way. Finn told us before that he forgave us but never explained. Now that we know in detail how Finn would have turned out completely different had we not hurt him. He would have stayed and did his cute hero thing. But it meant that he would have die by the hands of the Demoniac that was using the Lurker's to draw him out. 'Faiths really cruel even to the kind hearted'.
Finn's View
The Huntsmen was right we could see the portal that will let us exit the gem. But standing between that and us was over five hundred skeletons. Each one covered with vines or dripping with the brown ooze of the swamp. They looked slow as the shambled around or bumped into one another. The area they were guarding looked like a decaying shantytown. To tell the truth I didn't know how Jake and the Huntsmen could handle this kind of horde. But I looked at them saying, "Ok stay right here and I'll get us to the portal in no time. With my Soul Tapping you two will remain shielded but I don't know how much it will take to kill them all.
"But if I tell you to cover me then that means that the shield strength is starting to weaken. And it will mean that we will have to fight even harder them predicted". Jake, "Finn don't worry we'll be ready when you need us". (Play Midnight Riders One Bad Man on a loop ever time Finn fights).
With that I charged forward to combat the closet Zimb as the Huntsmen called them. As it turned to me it shrieked gaining the attention of the others. Drawing my Mixed-sky sword and triggering my electric powers. I began the assault on the creatures only for them to charge at me in return. Over charging a Volt grenade to then toss it into the air it divided into smaller bits. That exploded in streams of smaller explosions. As some got closer I used my long blade to behead and even cleave some right down the middle. As one slash grazed a Zimb I then grabbed it in my palm and shot lightning clear through its skull.
Its skull shattered and crumbled in my grip as another two were hit by my attack. Sheathing my sword I then switched my electric powers to my right arm and used my firepower's in my left. With burning fire and shocking bolts escaping my hands I used my powers to carve a nice swift path through most of the horde. It was odd I soon notice a division between the Zimb's. It became apparent as two one digger and smaller tried to jump on me. Catching the larger one by the neck I snapped its neck attached a Volt grenade to body and threw it back into the horde.
As the explosion kicked off two littler ones jumped on my back and started to strike at my head. Before I could grab hold of the idiots another variant of Zimb tried to spit at me. Rolling clear as it spit just in time I threw one of the smaller Zimb's in the path of another wad of spit. Only to see its body slowly begin to melt on contact. Trigger my left arm the three tubes in my arm popped up with top of my metal arm. Shooting several explosive bolts into the creature. On implosion it knocked two smaller Zimb's head over heels. Using a Static Leash I grabbed both two roast them. The little one from before came back after falling off me in the roll. Only I kicked its face and stomped in skull to a pulp.
Summoning the large swarm of bats I had them curve through all in a surrounding radius. Shouting a single Thu'um as some tried to circle around me, "FUS"! As they staggered back or toppled I threw a flurry of fireballs. As the bats returned to circle around me I saw several spitting ones take up a wall and started to spit at me. Using the bats as I a shield surrounding most of my body. I then pointed at the wall the bats went on the attack. Swarming the spitting Zimb's their wings cut into them with ease and left them unable to fight back. As the spitting stop the bat came back but I could now feel them draw from my energy. Some were damaged from the Zimb's spit and as I feed them the energy to regain the basic shapes. I turned to see more Zimb's heading my way.
"No body said life got easy when you became a king".
PB's View
It's been six hours since Finn went into the gem and now it was dark. Flame had gone off to sleep while Marceline hover next to her looking off into the night. Calamity and Hawk chained Ash to the ground but every time he was close to waking up. Calamity would give him a good blow to the head to knock him out once again. Earlier Marceline and Flame went deep into thought about Finn and all I could do was think as well. Finn's future was decided because of our influence on his heart. Finn's gentle nature was harmed because of our influence so it's only fair that we give him back every ounce of kindness he gave to us.
Voice, "So the scouts were right you three really are sitting here". Turning to the right Marceline and I saw Huntress come into view seeing as we were using Flame as a heat source. In the light from Flames body we could tell the Huntress face show she had little tolerance of us. Marceline, "Huntress listen you obviously haven't heard but Finn has a curse on him. And with the curse causing him to ignore the affection of both the flesh and sight of women. We have to show Finn love through spirit. Even you can't do that alone. So listen please work with us and we promise we can help him together. Please it's not about us or jealousy Finn's journey may have been our fault. But think what would have happened if Finn had stayed. He wouldn't be nearly strong enough to have killed the Demoniac.
"So put aside your anger at us and think of Finn mainly. With the four of us working to tend his heart and keep him as gentle as he should be. We don't want Finn to be cut off from our lives and neither do you. So will you help us"? Huntress took in Marceline's words and after sitting down and thinking she just nodded her head. She had finally come to term as it appeared with the facts that lead to Finn's long quest.
Finn's View
Man I could feel the drain of my energy now Jake and Huntsmen got my signal and they joined in to kill the remaining Zimb's. With them all dead we slowly started to walk to the exit until a loud rumble and a lot of moving Zimb's parts pooled together in the muck. As the loud deep shriek bellowed from the swamp a large bulking Zimb emerged. Its mouth was hanging open with the gunk of the spitting Zimb's falling to the nasty waters, large jacked up hands like the jumping ones, but its body was huge as if it was trying to mimic a body builder from the Marauders.
In its charge I pushed the other out of the way and slowed most of its heavy swing. But my bats and electric wall were easily shattered at the bulky swing. Rolling in the swamp to stop myself in a low crouch. Pulling my Cross I transformed it to the disk blade form. Filling it with fire once ignited I had my bats mimic the blade. Causing them to catch on fire as well ordering them all at the Creature. Each burning slashes cutting and charring the creature. Aiming carefully at its neck my bats gave me a clear line of sign so I shot more explosive bolts at it. As the creature slouched I was sure it was dead until it swept my feet and caused me to crash into a wall.
Clearing my self of the debris and some swamp water the creature had turned to Jake and the Huntsmen. I saw even Jake's morphing powers wasn't enough to fend of the creature he couldn't handle this kind of foe. Summoning my bats once more I used some of the debris to launch me into the air. Over the giant Zimb I turned my bats into large nails to keep the creature in place. Landing in front I turned to my friends saying, "Get back". Focusing my energy I pushed my fire and electric energies in a large ball of the mix. Having the ball hover in front of me I focused most strength into a Shout, "FUS RO"! With the ball propelled to the creature the ball made contact and exploded in the most powerful explosion I've seen since when I tried to learn magic at Bufo's academy.
Feeling the take from my form after using the attack I leaned to my side to keep balance. Exhaling slightly I turned to Jake and Huntsmen both impressed by my work. "So lets get out of here". Nodding their heads we left the gem at last. It was morning as best we could tell and looking around I saw the girls sitting and talking. They looked a lot more relaxed around each other. But as they stood the shock came to Huntress face moving to the side her father smiled seeing his little girl. Running at him she hugged him as if she never wanted to let go. As they parted Huntress nodded knowing that she was really hugging her father.
Huntress turned to me saying, "Finn how did you… I don't understand". "Your father wasn't killed the wizard Miut sealed him in a gem to suffer. But I got him out and Huntsmen an old friend wants to be at your side once more". Huntsmen picked up his axe and smiled with joy of having his old friend at his side again. The girls looked at me saying, "Finn Ash tried to mess with Marceline but Calamity and Hawk caught him". Hawk, "What do you wish to do with him"? "Wake up"! With that Hawk sent a jolt into Ash slowly wake him and as he saw me I smiled knowing just what to do with him.
Ash, "What are you smiling at loser"? "Watch this". Going into a long two sentences of I placed my hand on Ash chest and pulled. But what I was pulling was his very magical powers. As the magic within him manifested it took on the shape of a cube walking over to the Huntsmen I asked for his axe. Pushing the energy inside the Huntsmen's axe its voice came out for all to hear saying, "Human Finn thank you I can speck to my wielder you truly are a kind soul". "Its what I do and Ash just to let you know I took away your power. But that's not all". Using the last of my strength I vanished and returned with Marceline's mom and dad.
Hunson, "Finn this better be important to be drag away from a nap". "Oh it is this is the jerk that hurt Marceline and had just recently tried to hurt her again". Hunson and Liliana's eyes looked sinister and looked as if killed Ash wouldn't be enough. Have Hawk and Calamity held then back I cut Ash loose saying, "This is the part where you run like a chump". With that he ran and after ten seconds I gave my two companions the ok. With Marceline's parent hot on his tail Ash screamed as I laughed at his pain. "Man the funniest things in life do come when it's done to someone else".
