Authors Note: Hey guys, I know this chapter isn't my best chapter… but please bear with me. I am trying to put things together and hopefully soon the story will be up to par with what you all deserve to be able to read and some of my best work, because I have some great ideas on how I want to end this story… I just haven't decided whether to end it and leave the ending open to a sequel or just end the story and leave it with no sequel needed… thanks for being so patient folks.
Thanks for being so patient. I have been having loads of issues with uploading my stuff to the document manager and stuff, sometimes it wants to work and other times it wants to drive me insane. Thank you for hanging in there, reviews are always appreciated. I am all for reviews meant to be helpful, but angry and hateful ones are not ever ok.
I am going to try and write things faster so I can post faster… hopefully I can try and get another chapter posted before the new year begins.

Chapter 36
Colin was struggling, he wanted out of the hospital bed and he wanted the chance to save the woman who meant everything to him. Jessica was the one person he knew was meant to be his forever, the woman who owned his entire self, his heart and his soul belonged to her and her alone. He couldn't imagine living life without her and yet everyone was telling him he should be prepared for the worst case scenario, the one in which they could not find her in time to save her. Colin had to believe that she would use her gift to protect herself, that she would find a way to use that gift to escape and get to him or contact someone else. He didn't care if she contacted the FBI or Nicole first, he just needed to know that she was out of that horrible place, away from those psychotic people and that she was safe and being cared for. Colin had a feeling in the pit of his stomach that she was wounded, that she needed someone to be looking out for her and that she was hanging on but who knew how much longer she would be able to last. He knew that Jessica would do everything she could to get out of there alive, to make sure she came home to him, but sometimes everything you could just wasn't good enough, he knew that just as much as anyone else did.
Colin kept thinking of all his plans for the future with Jessica, all the things he had hoped they would be able to do together one day, and he knew that there was a chance that he might never get to do those things with her. He looked out of his hospital room window, hating that he was stuck in there and hating even more that every single time that he tried to leave to help on the case, they gave him medication and held him there until it kicked in. His own boss had made it clear that he wasn't to leave the hospital, not while he still needed medical attention. Everyone said they understood how hard this was for him, they understood what he was going through but that was impossible, how could anyone else understand what he was going through? He felt it in his heart that the woman he loved was struggling to stay herself, to fight back but she might be fighting a losing battle and by the time they finally found her, they might not be anything left to find.
Jessica was trying to reach out with her mind again, wanting to connect to the other women and try and talk to them, but something seemed to be blocking her or weakening her signal. Jess knew that these people weren't playing around, that they were extremely serious about everything they were trying to do and it worried her in the long run. Jessica knew that if she worked with the women that she had met and seen before, that they could work to get out of there, they could do anything if they really tried and set their minds to it. She was finally getting a break from those stupid fake glamours that they would do to her, making her think something was real. She was never going to tell them how she knew how to tell the difference, and she knew they would try everything, including using one of the other women against her. Jessica was going to have to be very careful on who she trusted, because of the women were compromised, then she might not have anyone in the area that would help her, she could be completely and totally on her own.
Nicole was pacing again as she looked at the boards that were filling up her living room. Her boss at the FBI had ordered her to go home and get some rest. No one was resting with a missing FBI agent out there, no one was going to give up on Jess, she was one of them, but Nicole knew that they had no idea where to look, it was usually Jessica that helped give them some clues and a place to start, she was the one who gave them what they needed to find the impossible answers that would have most likely been well hidden and never found if not for her gift, which at this moment Nicole was thinking of as a curse, because it was that gift that got Jessica grabbed up.
"Why only women that are psychic?" Nicole asked suddenly as she looked over all the things that were there. "There are plenty of men who have abilities, why only women?" Nicole stared at the boards and willed them to tell her something, willed them to speak to her for Jessica. "Come on, help me out here, why only women, why not men? Is it because men are stronger? That would make no sense because not all men are super strong and they would already have strong guards to keep so many women in line, so that can't be it. Is it because…" Nicole trailed off, her eyes widening as she looked over everything, there had to be an obvious reason and she felt like she knew it, that it was there in her brain but she couldn't quite grab it and hold onto the idea. "Come on, tell me why only women?"
He was getting more and more annoyed. They had increased all the dosages and in doing so, they had lost one of the women. He knew that it was a risk, this was a new drug but he needed to make it work, he needed this to work the way he wanted. He turned his attention back to Jessica, the female FBI Agent and psychic. She had a powerful gift, he could tell right off the bat that she was holding back on what she could really do, no one had actually seen the full potential of her abilities, not even Jess herself. He wanted to help her, he wanted to teach her how to do it and he was going to do whatever it took to wake her up. Jessica would be his greatest success and when he finally got her where he needed her, she would be his partner, she would help him build a psychic army and they would finally have the control and wealth that they deserved, together. He grinned as he got glimpses of a future that he wanted to be real, a future that showed so many amazing things in his mind, and he was going to make sure they were a reality, he had to make sure they were a reality, there was no other choice.
"Soon there will be nothing anyone can do." He said as he looked at the new request he had been given. They did have control over two women that Jessica hadn't met yet, the very first two women he had grabbed and he was going to use them to fulfill the latest request, they would go and kill the people that were listed in the contract. He was pleased to see that things were starting to pass along, by word of mouth and so forth, and that they now knew that his army of deadly females would be able to pull off even the most impossible jobs, like this one. The people they were ordered to kill, were in a federal safe house. He grinned, it wouldn't take long for them to kick the bucket, he was going to show everyone that his idea was the best, and that his women were deadly with all of their beauty and gifts, no one would know his real plan, and by the time anyone figured out the truth, it would be too late, way too late.
