Hey guys! Look who's back for the finale! So I'm going to be chapter dumping on you guys this week since I'm on Spring Break. I don't know how many chapters you're going to get, but hopefully a lot of chapters. Well, I'm watching The Walking Dead right now as I'm writing this. Enjoy the chapter!

Bad Wolf

Where am I? Where's the Doctor? I don't recognize this cell. Why am I in this cell in the first place? The Doctor has to be around here somewhere. I sat down on the bench in the cell and waited. It didn't take long till a robot showed up.

"Come." I definitely recognize that robot. This is the game spaceship thing at the end of the Ninth Doctor's time. So what game am I going to play? The robot leads me down and into a large room.

"No." I say to myself. I'm in The Weakest Link. This isn't going to end well because...

"Kate?" I hear Rose ask as I'm led to my podium next to me.

"Hey Rose." I pause then look at her. "We need to help each other. We just need to last long enough for the Doctor to find us." I say. She nods. "I won't vote for you."

"I won't vote for you." I hope she keeps that promise because I'm not going to vote for her.

"Android activated." Someone says somewhere.

"Oh my God, the android. The Anne droid." Rose says.

"Welcome to The Weakest Link!" Well, this is going to be interesting. Let's see how far I get with Rose's help.

"Seventeen, sixteen, fifteen. Thank you people. Transmitting in twelve, eleven, ten" The person from earlier says.

"But we need to find the Doc." Rose says to me freaking out slightly.

"Just shut up and play the game." The man on the other side of Rose says. I remember him from the episode. He wins the entire game. We need to take him out.

"Seven, six..." The show person says.

"All right, then. What the Hell. I'm going to play to win!" Rose says.

"That's the spirit." I say to her.

"Three, and cue!"

"Let's play The Weakest Link. Start the clock. Agorax, the name of which basic food stuff is an anagram of the word 'beard'?" The droid says.

"Bread." The first man says.

"Correct. Fitch in the Pan Traffic Calendar, which month comes after Hoob?"

"Is it Clavadoe?" The woman beside me asks.

"No, Pandoff. Kate, in maths, what is 258 minus 158?" Oh thank goodness it's an easy math problem.

"One hundred." I say.

"Correct. Rose, which letter of the alphabet appears in the word dangle but not in the word gland?"

"E." Rose says.

"Correct. Rodrick."

"Bank." He says.

"In social security, what D is the name of the payment given to Martian Drones?"

"Default." He says confidently."

"Correct. Broff, the Great Cobault Pyramid is built on the remains of which famous Old Earth Institute?"

"Er, Touchdown." The man says.

"No, Torchwood. Agorax, in language, all five examples of which type of letter appear in the word facetious?"

"Vowels." Agorax says.

"Correct. Fitch, in biology, which blood cells contain iron? Red or white?"

"White." Fitch says.

"No, red. Kate, in the holovid series 'Jupiter Rising', the Grexnik is married to whom?"

"Pass" I say shaking my head.

"Lord Drayvole. Rose, in maths, what is nine squared?"

"81." This goes on for a little while, and I actually answer the rest correctly. Rose does fairly well as well. Then it comes to the voting. Please let me be safe.

"So, Rose, what do you actually do?" The droid asks.

"I just travel about a bit. Bit of a tourist, I suppose." Rose says.

"Another way of saying unemployed."

"No."

"Have you got a job?"

"Well, not really, no, but-"

"Then you are unemployed, and yet, you've still got enough money to buy peroxide. Why Fitch?" That's who I actually voted for as well. At least me and Rose are on the same page.

"Er, I think she got a few of the questions wrong, that's all."

"Oh, you'd know all about that."

"Well, yeah, but I can't vote for myself. So it had to be Fitch. I'm sorry, that's the game. That's how it works. I had to vote for someone." Fitch is almost crying at this point.

"Let me try again. It was the lights and everything. I couldn't think." Fitch says.

"In fact, with three answers wrong, Broff was the weakest link in that round, but it's votes that count."

"I'm sorry. Please. Oh God, help me!" These poor people.

"Fitch you are the weakest link. Goodbye!" A beam comes out of the droid's mouth and disintegrates Fitch.

"And we've gone to the adverts. Back in three minutes." The show person says. I turn to Rose shocked.

"What's that? What's just happened?" Rose exclaims.

"She was the weakest link. She gets disintegrated. Blasted into atoms." Rodrick says.

"But I voted for her. Oh, my. This is sick. All of you, you're just sick! I'm not playing this." Rose says as she's about to step off the podium.

"I'm not playing! I can't do it. I'm not. Please, somebody let me out of here." Broff says as he steps off his podium and starts running.

"You are the weakest link." The droid shoots Broff. "Goodbye."

"Don't try to escape. It's play or die." Roderick says.

"We're going to be okay. I promise you that." I say putting a hand on Rose. She turns to me looking like she's about to cry. "The Doctor is going to save us. I promise you that." She nods. I take a deep breath. Am I going to be selfish, or am I going to save Rose. The Doctor isn't going to come in time. We go through another round and vote out Agorax. Now it's just me, Rose, and Rodrick. Hopefully, Rose will vote for Rodrick.

"You are the weakest link. Goodbye!" The droid says disintegrating Agorax.

"Going to the break! Two minutes on the clock. Just a reminder, we've got solar flare activity coming up in ten. Thanks, everyone."

"Colleen was clever. She banked all our money. Why'd you vote for her?" Rose asks looking at us.

"Because I wanted to keep you in. You're stupid! You don't even know the Princess Vossaheen's surname. When it comes to the final, I want to be up against you, Rose, so that you get disintegrated, and I get a stack load of credits courtesy of the Bad Wolf Corporation."

"What do you mean? Who's Bad Wolf?" I ask.

"They're in charge. They run the Game Station."

"Why are they called Bad Wolf?" Rose asks.

"I don't know. It's just a name. It's like an Old Earth nursery rhyme sort of thing. What does it matter?" Rose gives me a look.

"I keep hearing those words everywhere I go. Bad Wolf. Different times, different places, like it's written all over the Universe."

"What're you going on about?"

"If the Bad Wolf is in charge of this quiz, then maybe I'm not here by mistake. Someone's been planning this." Rose says.

"Well, whatever you're going on about I would vote out Kate there. She's going to turn her back on you. She won't save you in the end." Roderick says as he face forward.

"I will save you, Rose, if it comes down to it, but we have to trust in the Doctor." I say. She nods. I don't know if she believes me. I don't think she likes me all that much. Hopefully, Roderick just screwed himself by what he said earlier. We play for a while till it came to the voting. I'm going to keep to my promise. I write down Roderick. I know he's going to vote for me. I don't really care. Rose and Roderick write down the names of who they vote for. Hopefully, Rose keeps her promise. The names show and...

Rose voted for Roderick.

I let out a huge sigh.

"Roderick, you are the weakest link." The droid starts to say.

"She's going to turn her back on you!" Roderick yells. "You shouldn't have trusted her!"

"Goodbye!" The droid disintegrates him. Oh thank goodness.

"I said I was going to protect you Rose. I'm not turning on my promise." I say not looking at Rose. I'm going to sacrifice myself. That's it. She's going to make it back to the Doctor.

"That leaves Kate and Rose. You're going head to head. Let's play The Weakest Link." The droid says. "Rose, in geography, the Grand Central Ravine is named after which ancient British city?"

"Is it York?" Rose asks.

"No, the correct answer is Sheffield. Kate, in literature, the author of Lucky was Jackie who?"

"Collins?" I ask.

"Correct. Rose, the oldest inhabitant of the Isop Galaxy is the Face of what?"

"Boe! The Face of Boe!"

"That is the correct answer. Kate, in history, who was the President of the Red Velvets?"

"Chocolate?" I ask.

"No, it is Hoshbin Frane. Rose, in food, the dish Gaffabeque originated on which planet?"

"Er, is it Mars?" She asks.

"No, the correct answer is Lucifer. Kate, which measurement of length is said to have been defined by the Emperor Jate as the distance from his nose to his fingertip?"

"Giraffe?"

"No, the correct answer is a paab. Rose, in fashion, Stella Pok Baint is famous for what?"

"Hats."

"That is correct. Kate you have to answer this question right to go on to sudden death. The Time Lords are from what planet?" Rose looks at me terrified. I look at her and make my decision.

"Midnight?"

"That is incorrect." I look at Rose, and she looks shocked.

"I told you I would protect you."

"But we're not meant to be here. We need to find the Doctor. He's got to be here somewhere. He's always here! He wouldn't just leave us!" Rose yells.

"Rose, you are the strongest link, you will be teleported home with one thousand six hundred credits." The droid says.

"This game is illegal. I'm telling you to stop!"

"Kate! Rose! Stop this game!" I hear the Doctor yell. I turn to look at him. Maybe for the last time. I don't know if the Daleks will kill me or not.

"Kate, you leave this life with nothing." The Droid says.

"Stop this game!" Jack yells.

"I order you to stop this game!"

"You are the weakest link."

"I love you Doctor." I say with tears in my eyes.

"Goodbye!" I feel the beam hit me, but it doesn't kill me just like in the show. I open my eyes to find myself on a spaceship. The first thing I hear is the familiar hum.

"Well, I knew I was going to end up here." I say looking straight at a Dalek.

"Alert. Alert. We are detected." One Dalek says.

"It is the Doctor. He has located us. Open communications channel." Another Dalek says.

"The female will stand. Stand!" The first Dalek yells at me. I get to my feet afraid that they might actually kill me. The Doctor comes on screen.

"I will talk to the Doctor." The second Dalek says.

"Oh, will you? That's nice. Hello!" The Doctor says sarcastically.

"The Dalek stratagem nears completion. The fleet is almost ready. You will not intervene."

"Oh, really? Why's that, then?"

"We have your associate. You will obey or she will be exterminated."

"No." I've always loved this scene. My heart starts beating faster.

"Explain yourself." The Dalek says after a moment of silence. Everyone is confused. I just smile.

"I said no."

"What is the meaning of this negative?"

"It means no."

"But she will be destroyed."

"No!" The Doctor yells slamming his hands on the desk he was sitting in front of. "Because this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to rescue her. I'm going to save Kate Foster from the middle of the Dalek fleet, and then I'm going to save the Earth. Then, just to finish off, I'm going to wipe every last stinking Dalek out of the sky!"

"But you have no weapons, no defenses, no plan."

"Yeah, and doesn't that scare you to death. Kate?"

"Yes, Doctor?" I ask.

"I'm coming to get you." The screen turns off and chaos ensues on the ship.

"The Doctor is initiating hostile action." The first Dalek says.

"The stratagem must advance. Begin the invasion of Earth!" Another Dalek says.

"The Doctor will be exterminated!" Yet another Dalek says.

"Exterminate!" All the Daleks keep yelling. This is way beyond freaky.

Well, there you go guys! Man that took longer than usual because I had to rewrite some stuff. Did one whole episode in one chapter. I don't think I've ever been able to do that. Easy when half of the episode doesn't involve the narrator. Anyways, I hope you guys have an amazing day! Bye guys!
