To all of my readers; I apologize, it's been quite a while since my leave for this story. I was on another fan fiction, updating it quite a lot… Don't worry though, I'll be back to this one. Now I need to re-adjust to Bleach. . .
Larkfall: I apologize that it took so long for an update, it's just that I've also been updating another story alongside with my college work -Tired- Well, here's the long awaited update!

The memory played all over again within Gin's head…
"Heyyyy, Hali!" Gin chuckled as Halibel merely looked at him with her cold, unwelcoming gaze.
"What is it that you want, Gin Ichimaru?" she asked, staying well-aware of the man that could not be fully trusted. Even Grimmjow knew not to be too trusting around the man… She kept it quiet, This man… he has the scent, the aura, even the Spiritual Pressure of a natural born traitor… the wary Espada thought.
"Ohhhh, why're you so cold? Makes me feel like ya just despise meeeeee! I thought we were frieeeendsss!" Gin said childishly with a frown on his face. "Now it seems like no one wants to be my friend anymore!" Gin said as his head hung in shame. "Now that Luppi died, I have no one to be best buddies with." he said, sounding almost saddening as he walked away quietly from the Tercera.
"Gin, wait." she said shortly, only to see Gin immediately turn to her with a large, frighteningly comical smile on his face. Halibel backed off slightly, "You said that you lost your only companion, correct? Then what about Tousen, or Lord Aizen?" she cocked an eyebrow in question of the man.
"Oh nooooo, they're not good friends! They got Luppi killed and didn't even caaaaare!" Gin answered within less than a second, not even giving the Espada to blink!
The said Tercera closed her eyes as she took her usual pose, arms crossed over her chest, "I suppose… why not we try being more closer comrades? A 'friend' so you say?"
A smile of nothing but childlike glee ran over his face as he quickly declared, "Yay, my new bud's Hali!"
Mila-Rose in the background muttered to Apache, "Why the hell is Miss Halibel being so kind to that snake?"
"I don't know, but it seems forced rather than real. Ichimaru's reaction to it is still sickening!" Apache spat in a low whisper.
"Girls, calm down… I'm pretty sure Miss Halibel has her reasons for befriending Gin in such an unorthodox manner." Sun-Sun answered quietly with her usual pose.
"Yeah but… that guy's acting like he knows her already!" Apache retorted.
"Miss Halibel could possibly be resonating with an answer to his cries for a friend, since he seemingly doesn't have one amongst the Arrancar army…" Sun-Sun answered quite profoundly.
"Are you serious? Miss Halibel is actually going to befriend the snake?!" Mila-Rose answered with a slight sound of annoyance in her voice.
Gin laughed and danced around Halibel as a five year old child would! What the hell would make a grown man wish to do such things? Was it possibly the loneliness of being without many friends, or was it the horrifying experience of being alone for so long before meeting Rangiku, and then experiencing this loneliness once again thus being deprived of a long relationship with a good friend?

The miasma slowly faded, the destructive explosive leaving nothing more than a crater in that attack's wake! Reappearing on the scene was Jushiro Ukitake, panting a little bit in exhaustion. Looks like she's truly a Vasto Lorde, otherwise she wouldn't have forced me to try and go farther ahead… he thought as he looked around for his opponent.
Appearing in front of him was the beautifully unharmed Selena Rosa, Quinta Espada. She malevolently chuckled, "So, Captain, are you finally going to take me seriously, or am I going to have to beat some more sense into you?" she asked with quite the sadistic look on her face.
"Oh, I'm well aware tha--" before Ukitake's sentence could finish, his eyes widened in surprise at the feeling of a blazing hot Spiritual Pressure that radiated throughout all of Soul Society! Master Yamamoto had to release his Bankai?! he thought before the blazing hot Spiritual Pressure began to change, feeling like he was in a furnace! Just how powerful is his opponent? Am I going to have to do the same as well…? he thought and then looked back at Selena, whom fired a silvery gray Cero at the said Captain. Quickly, he evaded the attempt at attacking him, and extracted his blades from the ground. His eyes narrowed in concentration, "I seem to have almost no other choice, Ms. Selena…" he spoke calmly as his existence radiated with a white aura. His Spiritual Pressure began to skyrocket as he then whispered one simple word that would strike fear into the hearts of those facing the now-serious Captain… "Bankai." he simply said.
Selena grinned, "What're you sorry for? You make it sound like you really think you'll defeat me." she said as her drawn Zanpakutou began to glow with a white luminescence. "Now that I know you're finally going to be serious…" her Spiritual Pressure skyrocketed, reaching an almost unbelievable level! "Command the Night, Diosa de la Luna." she commanded calmly as the two then exploded with awesome might, their energies now able to be felt throughout all of Soul Society…!

The colored smoke slowly vanished, revealing Pegasus whom stood there as if nothing happened before a murky image of what looked like wings suddenly straightened. The cloud of smoke vanished, revealing white, fragile-looking wings that glowed with a gentle light. Pegasus now had slightly longer hair, whilst a horn-like bone structure was on his forehead. His Spiritual Pressure finally settled, and Sasakibe's eyes widened in surprise at the feel of it…
D-damn… this is an Espada's release!? His Spiritual Pressure… it feels so vast… it's almost as vast as space itself! he thought in surprise as he felt the pressure beginning to take his breath away. The pressure was strangling him, but before he could even struggle…
Pegasus grinned, "So you're unsure of what's going on…" he said almost sounding satisfied with what Sasakibe was feeling. He then suddenly vanished from sight. Before the weakling Lieutenant could even do a thing, Pegasus reappeared in front of him with a horn-like arm blade made of what looked like… diamonds?! "This is goodbye, Lieutenant of the First Squad…" he said with quite the entertained look as he then beheaded the Lieutenant with one quick slice! As the head flew away, the man's facial reaction was one that would be remembered forever… a look of terror, a look of despair, a look that screamed 'Someone come save me before I die!'… Blood pumped forth from the headless man's body as Pegasus then moved away gracefully. As he floated backwards, his hand was pointed right at the headless Lieutenant… "Cero." he simply called as a glittering, clear light appeared in his palm and launched forth with great might. It engulfed the entire man's body in one fell swoop, thus erasing the body from existence, only to leave several drops of blood, and some burnt cartilage where he originally stood…!
