We see about Kathryn and Peta
"Kendall can you massage my back?" Kathryn asks him
"Sure sweetie" he says grabbing the tennis balls from her hospital bag
(Peta's room)
"I can't wait to have our girls in our arms" Peta says as James was giving her a full body massage
"Me either" he says as he continues to massage her, so she was relaxed for the birth
"Our girls are going to have such great lives" he says as he massages her
"Yeah they will" she says as she drifts off to sleep cause she was relaxed with James massaging her whole body
(Kathryn's room)
"Babe would you like to walk the halls a little bit?" he asks her
"Yeah maybe that could help ease the pain of the contractions" she says as she gets up and starts moving around
Kendall grabs her I.V pole and holds her hand as they head out to start the many laps around the floor to help ease her labor pains that she was experiencing at the moment
(Peta's room)
"With my schedule being so crazy we didn't have time to come up with names" Peta says as James was still massaging her body
"I thought Pirouette and Alicia could work cause of your dancing background, and you could pick whatever middle name pops in your head" he says smiling at her
"I'm going to go with Karina as Alicia middle name and Pirouette I don't know right now" she says as she relaxes as James continues to massage her body to relief any tension that she had from dancing that season with her pregnant belly
"I can't wait until I can hold them in my arms" he says looking into her eyes
"Me either" she says as she falls asleep cause she wanted to go as much natural as possible for her labor with just her and James in the room
(Kathryn room)
"Okay sweetie would you like some medicine to help you with the pain?" he asks her
"Yes please all that walking brought the contractions on too fast for me to handle" she says as she slowly goes to the bed
Kendall knew he had to get her some relief and quick cause he knew the girls were coming sooner and sooner
(Peta's room)
"James I think I feel one of the girls" Peta says to him
"Okay if you want go ahead and push Peta" he says to her "I want you to lift the blanket up and see if he sees one of the girls making their appearance
Peta relaxes and breathes through the pain of the contractions as James sees under the blanket if he sees one of the girls coming out
"One of the girls are here, so I am going to put the blanket up a little bit, so we can see her as she is being born" he tells her as he closes the door so the nurses don't hear the cry of a baby
James figures out how to get the feet rest out, so her feet can go there. After Peta's feet were in the feet rest James covers her lower half
"If you're ready Peta go for it" he says as he takes his position above her
Peta lets her body do the work as she bears down a little bit to push the rest of the first baby out
"You are doing so good Peta keep going" he tells her
Peta keeps going until she felt the baby slip out
"She's here Peta she's here" he says as he cleans out the first baby's mouth and nose and cleans her up a little bit
"How she look?" Peta asks him
"Absolutely gorgeous like her mum, but she had daddy's eyes" he says as he continues to dry off the first baby and cut the cord
James puts the first baby on the scale to weigh her
"How is she?" she asks him
"6.6 healthy babe perfectly healthy" he says as he takes the baby to get a diaper on and be wrapped up in a blanket
"The first one is going to be named Alicia Karina" Peta says from her bed
"She looks like and Alicia Karina for sure" he says as he wraps her up and gives her to Peta
Peta holds little Alicia in her arms for the first time and the bond could not be broken at all
(Kathryn's room)
"Kendall something doesn't feel right" Kathryn says as she feels the pain of the contractions
Kendall goes and gets somebody to check Kathryn
"It seems both babies are in distressed, so we are going to do a C-section right now" the doctor says as he checks her
"Kendall I'm scared" Kathryn tells him
"Our girls are going to be here soon" he says as the nurses move her to the operating room
(Peta's room)
"Okay Peta little Pirouette is right here just leave the contractions and your body ease her into the world slowly" he says when he sees little blond on Pirouette's head
Peta does little pushes and little Pirouette slowly makes her entrance into the world
"Come on Peta you are doing so good" he says as he cleans the last one mouth out as she comes out
Peta gives the last two her all before Pirouette cried
"Welcome to the world little Pirouette Maslow" he says as he dries her off
Pirouette cried and cried
"Okay here's mommy" he says giving Pirouette to Peta
"I'm thinking of Brooke as her middle name
"Pirouette Brooke Maslow it sounds different, unique and absolutely perfect" he says as he kisses her
Pirouette weighed 7.7 a pound heavier than her sister
"I'm going to get a nurse, so you can be moved to recovery" he says kissing her
"Hurry back James" she tells him
The nurses take the twins down to the nursery to get color to them while Peta took a small nap
"Hey James" Logan says coming with his three
"I'm a dad Loges to two beautiful girls who look like Peta" James tells him
"Ah they look adorable James" Logan says when he sees the babies getting a pink color to them
Soon Kendall appears
"They are taking my girls to the children's hospital cause they were having trouble with their lungs and some other things" Kendall says as he was ready to cry
"Kendall they are strong little girls they will pull through" Logan says to him
Soon a very happy Carlos appears
"Guys I have twins sons" he says happily
