The Missing Chapter

Ally's P.O.V.

Getting on that plane caused my more pain than I can ever express.

As I sit on an uncomfortable plastic blue chair, I stare out of the window, wishing I could smash into the cock pit and order the pilots to turn the plane around and fly straight back to Miami. But that's called hijacking a plane, and something I would get in huge trouble for doing.

I twirl the diamond ring around my finger several times, admiring the way it sparkles in the rising sun coming from the window. I sigh, wanting to cry again, but refusing to let myself do so in fear of scaring my dad and any other passengers.

I search through my bag, looking for my ipod, which I would probably use to listen to the songs I wrote with the greatest guy on Earth, even though that would make me feel worse, I wanted to hear his voice one more time. Rummaging through my bag, I finally find my ipod surrounded by a lot of my books, but there's also something screwed up near on of the books. I smooth it out and realise its an envelop, with my name written neatly on the front. Not wanting to open it in front of my dad at the fear of all the questions. I place my ipod in my pocket and rush to the airplane toilet to have some privacy.

Leaning on the wall of the cramped bathroom, I smooth the letter out as best I can before opening it up…

Dear Ally Moon

By the time you read this, you'll be in England, or the plane, I'm not sure.

I'm not sure how I can even put into words how much I'm going to miss you. And even though I know I'm going to see you again, I'm dreading the wait.

I wish I could have ran to the airport, made one last attempt to stop you getting on that plane, but I know it wouldn't have worked, and I would have been in even more pain than I am now.

I'm glad I met that new girl on that first day back at school, and I'm glad she let me have a new start. You were defiantly an improvement to the couple with 10 children.

Going to that horror festival was just an excuse to get closer to you. Singing with you one new years eve, and at that Halloween party was amazing. And dancing on the beach with you…wow. I wish I could relive everything a million times over and over again.

For a girl who cant dance, you're the best dance partner I've ever had.

P.S. Track 3

Tears fall onto the paper as I read. I couldn't have asked for a better guy, but then my mind wonders at the note at the end. I take my ipod from my pocket and put the headphones in, searching for track 3 and pressing play immediately when I find it.
