Chapter 35: Galactic Threat

Space, the final frontier. But not as mysterious as the freakin ocean. Or is that just the moon's surface we know more about than the ocean? I mean I've seen that Mermaid are Real special on Animal Planet and yes it was all fake. I'm not saying that we can actual know what's in there or not, but I mean come on. The small layer of skin between our thumb and index finger is a left over flipper?

So anyway, space ….. filled with possibilities and knowledge just waiting to be grabbed. A single asteroid floated in the emptiness, going to a destination anyone can possibly guess …. Or just get blown up, that's fine too.

The Great Fox flew through space shooting more asteroids, but it was not alone on its mission. Next to it was Rosalina's Observatory with Rosalina herself guiding it. "Star Fox." Rosalina called out through telepathy. "I sense a great disturbance up ahead, we're close."

Inside the Great Fox was Fox McCloud and his team. "Read you loud and clear." He turned to his teammates Slippy, Krystal, and Falco.

"We're getting close to the Cross-Over Crystal. Are you ready?"

Slippy gave him a thumb up. "More than ever."

Krystal softly smiled. "I'm with you to the very end."

"Might as well count me in." Falco shrugged. "And again, sorry for the match you had. Didn't know the full story."

"That's O.K. it was for the better." Fox informed them, thinking of the match he had with Shulk.

"Wish it could have been a fair fight." Shulk walked in with Sonic, Peter, and Shantae.

"I'm sorry for this as well." Over at a computer sat Pyso and Peppy. "I know we wanted a villain at first, but Shulk is more skilled at close-hand combat than you are. Minus Final Destination only."

"Well the important thing is we're all focusing on our main problem. That Vira guy." Peppy said.

Peter and Sonic looked out to observe the vast void. "Oh boy, we're in space." Peter eagerly jumped up and down. "This is the same place where The Force can be found." He looked at Sonic. "By the way, it's illegal to mention episode 1 through 3."

Sonic glanced around the emptiness. "I heard that floating in space is just the same as swimming. I'll wait inside until we reach that crystal."

Shulk and Shantae joined them. "Amazing, I know about space for some reason, but I never would have thought to actually be here." Shantae said in awe.

They looked at the observatory as Arceus and Bowser's Airships followed by.

"It's astonishing, isn't." Mario came in with Luigi. "Luigi and I have traveled to different galaxies on two adventures."

"Why Bowser wanted to take over the galaxy twice I will never know." Luigi said as he pointed to Bowser.

"Hey Shulk, do you know if your world has its very own space?" Shantae looked at Shulk.

"I know now…" Shulk, was just having a field day to himself. When they arrived at Corneria and learned of a strange phenomenon that could be linked to the crystal, he had no idea what they meant by 'Going to space' or anything they mentioned. Until he witness firsthand the Great Fox rising passed through the sky.

"Isn't it beautiful?" Fiora said as she held his arm.

"It is …." Shulk looked at a passing planet. The two looked at Shantae. "In fact, we actually were in space before."

"Really?" Shantae eyes widened. "Did you have to wear space suits or fight monsters?"

"Well …. It's a very long and complicated story." Shulk felt his head. "But we did go there to face our most greatest enemy."

"Oh sweet. A fight in space!" Peter said. "Hey Rosalina, Goat God. Did you hear that?"

"We did." Rosalina answered. "Sorry if this seems like eavesdropping, but we should stay in contact as much as possible."

"She's right." Arceus said. "But I must say, a fight in space must sound truly extraordinary. What type of foe did you face?"

"Oh." Shulk showed sign of worry. "Well you see, we-"

Suddenly a call was being processed. "Incoming message from Ridley." The Great Fox's robotic piolet, ROB (Not to be confused the R.O.B.), opened a video chat of Ridley and Mother Brain. "Star Fox, we are detecting a Space Station up ahead."

Outside a large Space Pirate ship flew in front of them. "Rosalina and Acreus, can one of you examine this chart?"

Rosalina agreed and flew herself inside the Great Fox. "Hmmm …. Yes." Rosaline turned to the group. "It's possible that the crystal is located inside or around that base."

"A base, here?" Peppy checked the map. "But there shouldn't be any authorized bases here. Unless it belongs to some no good space pirates. Peppy quickly remembered the group of space pirates flying with them. "Heh, well I uh."

"Don't waste your energy." Ridley said. "We're getting close to the source, and look like we'll have company."

The heroes looked over to their left to see a small fleet of what looks like Olimar's ships and blobs of Vira's Blood.

"That fiend!" Olimar and his Pikmin came in. "They're using my peoples' technology for space travel."

Arceus looked ahead to see the fleet's two leaders. "Deoxys ….."

Bowser took out a telescope to see the DNA Pokemon along with Andross. "And Block Face." Bowser turned to his minions. "Alright, everyone get in your new Fire Spitting Clown Cars!"

Peter held in a laugh.

All the Goombas, Koopas, and Hammer Bros. saluted and jumped in their flame-painted Clown Cars, including for some reason a Bill Blaster, a Cheep Cheep, and a Coin.

Rosalina and Arceus flew straight towards the fleet. "We'll hold them off. Space Pirates, protect the Great Fox until they reach the space station." She turned to Bower's fleet. "Keep an eye out for any attacks from all around us. Vira would plan ahead for this."

"Alright, troops. You heard the space lady. Go!" Bowser's Airships and his drones scattered around the area as Rosalina and Arceus reached the upcoming fleet.

Arceus shot a Hyper Beam towards Deoxys. The Pokemon dodged the attack but the beam was able to bring two ships down, which thankfully caused them to be absorbed into Vira's aura, or unlucky. They're still alive, O.K.

"Looks like Vira doesn't want to lose his useful slaves." Arceus said with a sick feeling. Yeah, that's sort of what I just said. "He'll just heal their wounds and send them right back to us."

"Which is why we'll stall them for as long as we can." Rosalina shot three beams of energy from the Observatory.

At the Great Fox, the fighters were being boarded onto a carrier ship. "This will bring us straight to the station for easy access." Fox said as he joined Peter, Sonic, Shulk, Shantae, Fiora, Olimar, and a good amount of other fighters. "Falco, Flippy, and Krystal will use their Arwings to aid the others." Fox operated the carrier and contacted ROB. "ROB, are we good to go?"

"Affirmative." ROB gave the signal and Fox opened the hatch. "We're we go." The Carrier flew from a large opening from the Great Fox and flew with the Space Pirate towards the unknown space station. At the same time, Ridley flew from his ship as they got close enough to see the station first hand.

"I really don't remember seeing this." Fox said as he got a closer look at the ship. "G. F. Bio Lab?"

"Just when I was finally over Gravity Falls." Peter whimpered.

Sonic had doubt about what Peter was thinking. "Say Fox, I think I know what this is."

"You do?" Fox asked as they found a loading area. "Actually, I think I know too, and that ship parked right there." Fox pointed at a familiar looking smaller ship on a tube connected to the base. "That Gunship belongs to-"

"Samus Aran!" Ridley snarled. The Space Pirate leader looked with disgust at the ship belonging to his mortal enemy. "This means that this world has been fused was well." He used a communicator on his head to contact Mother Brain. "That Chozo's brat is here, and unfortunately this is the worst time to seek vengeance!"

"I know this too." Mother Brain spoke. "And it would be very unpleasant for us if she lands in the hands of Vira. But it's highly likely there will be a fight between you two. Find the crystal, or perhaps crystals, before Vira and we'll deal with her later." Ridley hung up, leaving the brain to ponder. "Samus Aran. You had so much potential to join us. But you chose to fight for the obsolete race and prevented me from achieving my rightful place as leader of the Galatic Federation. Do you realize how corrupted they can be?" Mother Brain looked at everyone exiting the carrier and Ridley swirling straight into the base. A MagiKoopa then flew in to warn them of an upcoming fleet coming in. "Space Pirates, it is our time to show Vira who's the rightful species of this galaxy is!"

"What was that!?" The space station shook underneath the feet of a single person walking down a hallway. The light flickered onto an orange metal-cased body of a woman. Yes it's a woman. Can you not see those curves …. Let's not go there.

Samus Aran, the Galaxy's Best Bounty Hunter, was hired to investigate a distress signal from a bio-laboratory that had recently uncovered two unusual crystals that have now caused the creatures on board to go berserk. Everyone evacuated without any casualties, so Samus had no issues for searching and protecting any survivors. However she was not at all too happy at what this government-run facility could be hiding, unlike the last one.

"There better not be any more Metroid being raised here."

She entered a dark room cautiously and made her way through the long corridor, killing off hidden creatures such as Skees, Zoomers, and Wavers. She jumped from platform to platform up to another floor and opened it with a Super Missile and found herself inside a large room, big enough to hold a large creature.

She became high alerted, searching every corner for any possible threats. However there was no possible way for anything to be hiding here. The room was entirely empty. She even checked her heat scanner and found no trace of camouflaged life. However through much experience, this doesn't mean anything can just crash right through, which she'll be right soon enough.

"Alright, team. This area should be crawling with aggressive animals." Fox told the fighters and Ridley. "We know a crystal is here for a fact, but the second crystal could be here as well. I suggest splitting up into two teams."

"I'll lead one team." Olimar volunteered. "The Pikmin and I have encountered plenty of creatures much larger than ourselves. With my knowledge of biology I would be a vital leader."

"Fair enough. And I'll lead the second team." Fox called on Mario, Mewtwo, Shulk, Fiora, Greninja, Ness, and Donkey Kong.

Olimar took the rest which includes Peter, Shantae, Sonic, Kirby, Captain Falcon, Yoshi, Lucario, Pikachu, and Ridley.

"We'll find the crystal faster this way. Keep in touch when one team finds a crystal." Fox pointed to his Summoner. "Any questions?"

"I have none." Ridley responded. "But I cannot follow anyone."

"Why's that?" Olimar asked.

"Because he's too-"

Ridley spoke over Peter. "I cannot fit through small passages. I am able to break through these wall, meaning that I can find that crystal faster."

"Good point." Fox said. "But you should be careful not to get too close to the edges of the station. If another hole is made, we'll all be sucked out."

"Thankfully there was a large passage to lead me here from where I entered." Ridley looked at a wall. "You do whatever you will. I'll find those crystal before Vira." Ridley flew up and swirled into the wall, crashing into the next room.

"Hey wait!" Fox called out, but Ridley flew into another room, out of earshot. "Darn it. I forgot to tell him what to do about Samus."

"Samus?" asked Peter. "Who's he?"

"She." Sonic sighed. "She's a bounty hunter and Ridley's main enemy."

"You don't say." Peter scratched his chin. "It's not like a guy like Ridley to make enemies."

"Peter, please don't tell me you still think he's a friend ever since you 'bonded' with him as a hair ball." Sonic spoke, knowing what the answer was.

"Yes." Peter followed Ridley into the next room. "I'll keep my buddy safe from that evil lady. Together we'll save the galaxy from that evil bitch!"

Pikachu sighed as he followed Peter and Ridley.

"Where's he going?" Shulk asked as they watched the Pokemon run off.

"Pikachu and Samus are good friends." Fox told him. "He'll calm the both of them down, and if things get out of hands between them, Pikachu can just contact one of us so we'll explain the whole thing to her, or shock both … three of them."

The two team split off from each other in search of the crystals. They fought some strong (and annoying) monsters and manage to find their way around the station. Olimar was able to use his Pikmin to go through small spaces to activate some switches to open passages and Kirby inhaled some missiles dropped from enemies and shoot them at the doors to unlock them. Shantae was without a doubt their best player. She was able to locate hidden areas and open other doors with her magic.

With Fox's team, they had to rely on Poison Mushroom to get throw small passages and Shulk to cut through doorways they were not able to open.

"Mamma mia, these enemies are a tough." Mario ran around a Side Hopper before Mewtwo destroyed it.

"A bio-lab. No doubt they may be involved with cloning." Mewtwo grunted as he helped Ness with a Dessgeega. "Perhaps they've growing Metroid here, won't Samus be thrilled." He sarcastically said.

"Samus…" Shulk and Fiora walked with Fox as the group entered another room. "Just in case she and Ridley meet up, what should we know between those two?"

Fox looked at the couple; his face informed the two that this wasn't a happy story at all. "It all started when Ridley attacked her planet."

"Are these the crystals?" Samus exit the large room with ease and found the source of the strange energy, two large crystals contained in glass. One was colored orange-brown with a bit of white swirls and the other was red and orange. "Amazing…" She scanned the two and found the energy reading very unique from what she seen. She looked at the orange and red one in particular. For some reason this one felt more beautiful to her.

Before she could marvel at it some more, a huge crash was heard back in the next room. She hurried back and in a split second a rather large creature hurdled itself into the next room. "What was that?!" Samus ran ahead and scanned the hole and found no trace of whatever that was. "Let's see what they've been working on this time." Before Samus could chase after the beast, a loud panting was heard from the second hole

"Wait …. Up …. Buddy…" Instinctively, she turned around and aimed her blaster at the newcomer, only to see that it was a large middle age man in casual clothing. "Oh boy …" Peter caught his breath and waved some debris smoke away. "Thank you Wacky Inflatable Arm Tube Man thingy."

"What?" Samus questioned herself as she lowered her blaster. "Are you a scientist? I was informed that everyone evacuated."

Peter brushed himself off and noticed Samus. "Hey, robot."

"Robot?" Samus spoke. "My name is Samus Aran. I'll escort you to my ship. There's an unidentified creature making these large holes."

"Oh, don't worry. That guys with me." Peter pointed to himself. "I'm Peter Griffin. Family Guy and an employee at a brewery. Speaking of, got any booze?"

"Great, a drunk." Samus sighed, recalling some intoxicated people she had to save. "Mr. Griffin. The government had closed off this station. You need to leave, now."

"Oh yeah. Who's gonna make me?" Peter was quickly answered with a blaster. "Looks like you don't take no for an answer. Well neither do I. Well except for when someone asks for money, gay sex, taking out the cash, changing Stewie, cutting the grass, rethinking my shenanigans, if I'm voting for Trump, turning off Surfin Bird, holding in a far-"

"Enough!" Samus shouted at the idiot she feels she'll just be babysitting. "I don't know who you are or why you're here. But you need to leave, now!"

"Well tough luck, Iron Woman, I got friends here."

"Great." Samus groaned. "More drunks."

"Pika-Pika!"

Samus's eyes widened from hearing that familiar noise. "Is that?" Then from the hole Pikachu came using Quick Attack and landing right next to Peter.

"Pikachu?" he said to Peter before noticing Samus Aran. "Pika!"

"Pikachu!?" The Pokemon leaped into her arms and Samus cuddled her dear animal friend. "Pikachu how in the world did you get here." She removed her helmet and revealed to Peter her true face.

"Wait, you're hot?" asked Peter. "Oh I get it. You're one of those hired cosplayers." Peter stretched. "You know, there're plenty of chubby chaser girls out there who are also geeks ….. how much they paying you?"

Samus looked at Peter with disgust. "Who are you?"

"Pikachu." Pikachu spoke to Samus the best he could. She was only able to tell that something was wrong. "What is it?"

"He's probably warning you about this Samus chick."

"What?" Samus looked at Peter.

"You see Samus. There's this evil lady named Samus who's a huge enemy to my buddy."

"Your buddy?" Samus glared at Peter as Pikachu looked unamused. She was getting very suspicious as to who this buddy was, but not as curious as how stupid this guy is. "You probably worked for those one of those new crime bosses I've recently took out."

Peter stared at her for brief moment before gasping. "You're Samus Aran. I better call my buddy!" Samus looked at the unusual bracelet device on Peter's hand as he used it to call someone. "Yo pal. I got 'you know who' right where I want him down here! … The red one. See you soon." Peter hung up and pointed at Samus. "Ha, now you're gonna get it!"

Samus let Pikachu go and confronted Peter. "I don't have time for this. You're going to explain where you come from now!"

"Sheesh, relax." Peter said. "Master Hand sent us here to get some crystals."

"Master Hand?" Samus looked at Pikachu. "Are the others here?"

"Yep, like Mario, Sonic, Kirby, Ness, and my best pal Ridley."

"Pikaaaaa." Pikachu lowered his head after hearing that name. He looked up to his shocked friend.

"Did …. Did you just say-"

"Peter Griffin!" Samus and Pikachu jumped out of the way as Samu's arch enemy landed in front of the fat man.

"Ridley?!"

Ridley heard the familiar voice. "Her ….." He slowly turned to see his most hated enemy. "Samus Aran. Surprised to see me?"

Samus's heart beat accelerated from anxiety. Her eyes slowly twitched as fear nearly taken over her body. "Ri…. Ri…"

Ridley looked away from his enemy and only saw Pikachu. "Peter, the red one you spoke of. It was just Samus Aran. Wasn't it?"

"That's right. Now your chance to save this galaxy from her evil wrath!" Peter grinned and pointed at the woman.

"Yes. I would love to save …. What?" He glared at Peter. Knowing enough of his stupid nature, he decided it was best to forget he's even here. "Samus Aran. How've you been? Sleeping well?" He walked slowly towards her as Pikachu charged his electricity. "When was the last time we met before the third Smash Bros. tournament? … Yes. It was from our second fight on Zebes." He opened his wings. "I was revived by Master Hand himself and he told me the reason why I was not repaired." He looked at his bulked arms. "No robotic enhancements, no regenerating chamber … because you've destroyed the planet you grew up on." Ridley laughed. "How does it feel to completely wipe out the home planet of the Chozo who've raised you? Does it still haunt you in your sleep?"

Suddenly pure rage overcame the fear in the bounty hunter. "Ridley …. Why do you keep coming back?" She held her blaster at the sadistic space pirate. "Even through cloning you keep coming back!"

Ridley tilted his head with curiosity by the mentioning of cloning.

"When will I ever be rid of you for good!?" Samus was about to fire at the cocky monster, but Pikachu jumped around, trying to catch Pikachu's attention.

"Samus, I hate to cut our reunion short, but there is now a much greater threat to this world than you can possibly imagine."

Samus felt very conflicted. She was facing her mortal enemy right now for another time after killing him. But what could he possibly mean? This threat mostly likely involved the World of Trophies since Pikachu is besides her and Master Hand wanted the crystals, and Pikachu isn't acting too aggressive towards him. But can she really trust him? Samus eyed him and the so-called friend of his.

"What do you mean?"

Before Ridley could speak, Peter spoke up. "Wait. Just to get this straight, how come you're threating my friend here?"

Samus looked at the two with complete confusion as Ridley glared at Peter with great annoyance. "Peter, we were never allies to begin with!" He looked over to Samus. "He's just an idiot who's for some reason friends with both Link and Sonic. It's too long to explain this."

"Awwww." Peter looked at his friend with google eyes. "You're making her think we're not friends in order to protect me."

Ridley started twitching with frustration. "I'll just kill you now!"

Before Ridley could do anything, Samus fired at his arm. "Explain now before I kill you again!"

"A…Again?" Peter looked at Ridley and Samus. "And Ridley did what to you?" he asked sternly, acting like Samus was the bad guy here.

Samus was without words by the sheer stupidity of this man. It will only get worse when Peter came up with an idea.

"I think I know what's going on. It's just like in 'Batman' that live-action movie. But not 'Batman and Robin' and … I haven't seen the new one yet. Heard it sucks" Peter glared in front of the screen with a dramatic close-up. "A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away."

METROID

After Other M horrifically bombed with sales and reviews, Nintendo played make-believed that no-one like Metroid in general. But then years later they've decided to make a New Metroid Prime game, a spin-off one, and people were outrage; but that wasn't the only threat. Deep within the Death Game Cube, a new weapon was created that could destroy planets … Paper Mario: Color Splash.

This …. Is not my story.

Being told through a poorly crayon-drawn cartoon, a planet was shown to its viewer.

"It all started in a small colony on another planet. Two parents were having a wonderful bonding moment with their loving daughter ….. Ridley."

Ridley, dressed as a three-year old Samus from the manga, played tag with his parents, but then the evil space pirates attack, being led by the biggest bitch who've had ever moved onto their parent's couch, Samus.

Samus, practically a starved supermodel, babbled at her minions to blow up the planet and the rockets were launched.

"Seeing the threat with his super sight, Ridley warned the planet. But it was too late for everyone. However both Ridley's parents stuffed him in an escape pod before the planet's fate was sealed. Ridley flew way and landed on a different planet called Earth. There he was raised by Peter and Lois and later took the identity of Ridley Scotts and made a lot of movies, but at night he becomes the greatest superhero of all time. The dark knight himself, Darkwing Duck!"

"The End." Peter looked at the shock faces of Samus and Pikachu and the furious snarl from Ridley.

"You ….. what is wrong with you!?" Ridley shouted. "How can you possibly exist? There is no way an idiot like you could have survived this long, let along achieved the remarkable adventure I was told about. I'll gladly hand deliver you to Vira right now!"

"Just sign here." Vira held out a clipboard and a pen. Despite the unbearable rage he wishes to unleash, Ridley was too cunning to fall for that trick and quickly shot a fireball at Vira.

Vira somersaulted away and avoided the fire ring that followed after. "Looks like you're straight forward to the point. Such a shame, I could have delivered Peter off of your claws." Vira then dove into his aura after Samus shot a missile at him.

"And what might that be?!" Samus shouted at Vira returned from behind the group. "Samus Aran. I was hoping to go all Brock/Sanji/A successful version of Johnny Bravo in your presence.

"Now listen here, buster. I'm still here!" Johnny Bravo popped out of nowhere, and then noticed Samus. "Hey there pretty momma. How about you and I go-"

Samus threaten the man with her blaster, causing him to scream like a girl and run off. "What is going on!?"

"Guess I won't be going gaw-gaw over you." Vira said to the loner bounty hunter. "The name's Vira. I'll be your main enemy throughout this entire thing. Think fast!"

Vira held up a 1-up Mushroom and threw it on the ground.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu warned the others to stand back as a large, long neck alien creature rose from the red blood.

"A Queen Metroid?!" Samus start shooting the Metroid Queen with Missiles. "What did he do?"

"He'd revived a dead one." Ridley glared at the energy devouring beast. "He'd taken over the World of Trophies and slain Crazy Hand."

Those final words shocked Samus like a bolt of lightning. "Crazy Hand …."

"He's dead now and look who's Omega now." Vira pointed to his Omega symbol on his chest. "Now you guys play nicely while I get me a crystal." Vira made a run for it, but Pikachu shot lightning towards him.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu sounded like he'll deal with Vira as someone take care of Queen Metroid.

"I'll help him." Peter Griffin said. "And Samus, you might learn something from the kind heart of my friend-"

"Go now!" Both Ridley and Samus shouted, scaring the man away to chase after Vira.

So it was now just Samus and Ridley against the Metroid Queen.

"Has this ever happened before?" Ridley playfully point out the situation.

"You and I teaming up?" Samus readied her Ice Beams. "No. But what's stopping us from turning on each other the moment the Metroid Queen and Vira is stopped?"

Ridley gave the bounty hunter a small smirk. "Only that white-glove."

"Alright, team. All range mode!"

"I bet you always wanted to say that, Falco." Slippy said as the three pilots swarmed around Andross. "I've detected his shield gauge. Now let's show him what we're made of."

Star Fox shot at the tyrannical space head and left hardly any damage. Andross tried inhaling one of the ships, and then shot out horde of square pieces at him. Krystal quickly found the weak points and ordered the team to aim for his eyes.

As the fight continues, Deoxys and a few other enemy ships will fly in, but Arceus, Rosalina, the Space Pirates, and Bowsers would always come into take them down.

"We better take care of him, quick." Falco said after narrowly dodging Deoxys who was being chased by Arceus. "That Vira guy's probably in the station right now."

"And a one-a and a two-a and a three-a!" Vira was shooting at Peter and Pikachu as he tried reaching for the crystal. Pikachu manage to grab him and throw him towards Peter to punch him, but Vira dodged and kicked Peter in the gut, sending in in the air only to be kicked back down.

"Looks like you've gotten stronger, you douche."

Vira laughed. "Well of course." Vira held his hand up to show off his aura. "Absorbing worlds and capturing their people is one thing, but don't forget I can do this too." Vira incased himself with his blood and transformed into Vira Sonic. "I'm still not as strong as when we fought in R.O.B.'s island, but I've been practicing my Sonic. Ahem, 'Sonic Boom? Just end me now.' Huh, huh?"

He quickly vanished and kicked Pikachu behind the head.

"Pikachu!" Peter thought quickly and took out a stop watch. "When I press stop, time itself will freeze."

Vira Sonic laughed it off as Peter being stupid, until realizing too late that was one of the Smash Items. Peter playfully walked around, taking his sweet time to set up A Home Run Bat and a Motion Sensor behind Vira. With a single charged hit, Vira was flung straight into the Motion Sensor. Vira hurdled into the ceiling and lost his Sonic form.

"Well well well. Now it's our turn." Peter tried walking, but noticed his feet were stuck. "Oh." Peter looked down to see the aura covering his and Pikachu's feet. "Well played."

"And yes, that's gotten better too. Also I may have watched Big Hero 6." Vira then did a bit of scanning and shifted into a form of Pikachu. "Pikachu! Pikachu!" Vira Pikachu rolled around, acting adorable before turning into Peter. "I'm Peter Griffin. I drink too much and I don't care about my humor." And out of curiosity, Vira threw out a Meg, which was for some reason the real Meg herself.

"What the Hell?" Peter did the same thing, and another Meg appeared.

The two Megs stare at each other, until they began fighting for dominants under Peter's orders.

Vira returned to normal and smirked. "Now I suggest you guys stay here while I grab me a crystal."

"No!" Peter tried pulling his legs out, but no good. "Pikachu, you got a saw?"

Vira looked at the crystals and played Eenie Meenie before choosing one. "And you are it!" Vira pointed at Samus's world's crystal. "Sorry, Sammy. Tough luck."

"I heard it coming from over here!" Fox led his team, which now included the others, back to their starting point. "Ridley may have found Vira by now." He pointed at the walls everyone jumped through them. But as they traveled, they felt a violent tremble.

"Was that from outside?" Fiora asked as the others became concern about the battle.

"Either that or Vira has one of the crystals." Mewtwo said. "Hurry, there's not much time to waste."

"We stopped him!" Slippy cheered as the aura from Andross left and he turned into a trophy.

"I'll be taking that!" Bowser swooped in with his Clown Car and grabbed the trophy before a blob of aura could grab it.

Two small Space Pirate ships circled around Deoxys to distract him long enough for Arceus to use Dark type Judgment on him. The same happened to the DNA Pokemon and Rosalina grabbed him.

"Pyso, both Deoxys and Andross have been retrieved." Peppy said to Pyso. "But it looks like more of that blood stuff is coming, and something's happening to a part of space over there."

They looked at the radar to see unusual activities up ahead. "This must mean that Vira has Samus's world under his control." He stood up and talked on his bracelet. "Heroes, Vira has conquered Samus's world. It's only a manner of time before this area will be conquered. Stop him before he gets the other world's crystal."

"Easy for you to say." Peter said through is bracelet.

"Aaaaaand done!" Samus's crystal became fully corrupted. "One world down!" He walked over to Peter and saw him using the tech. "A summoning hand thing and a walkie talkie girly thing. So one can summon stuff and the other's for talking. Can you just have the Summoner do both?"

"You know I asked the same thing." Peter said. "That's how the iphone does it. Why not this?"

"Well I'm no tech guy, but mind if I see?"

Peter was about to hand him the bracelet, but Pikachu shouted at him.

"Oh, nice try!" Peter pulled his arm away. "But you have to do a lot better than-"

The aura grabbed his arm and hold it still for Vira. Vira tired pulling it off, but it didn't seem to work. "Great, Snailer's handy work." Vira folded his arm in protest. "Doesn't matter, now it's my time to take over the Lylat System and have two three space worlds for myself …. Wait, they all have space. Darn it, I should have grabbed more Deoxys, Deoxyi?" Vira glanced at the two. "But hey, I get another Pokemon and a fat guy." Vira snapped his fingers as the aura started possessing the two, and cutting off communication from the Summoner and Bracelet.

Vira reached toward the crystal, but a laser struck his hand. "And who can it be?" Vira turned to see Fox McCloud and the other fighters.

"Vira! This is it!" Fox aimed his laser Vira as the fighters helped out Peter and Pikachu. "Surrender. We have you surrounded and the Queen Metroid's almost done for."

Vira looked at the open door and noticed Ridley and Samus fighting actually quite well together. The Metroid Queen would summon more Metroid as it tried stretching its neck to attack.

Samus froze two Metroid and destroyed them with missiles, but the Queen tried striking her with its tail. Ridley dropped in and grabbed the beast's tail. The Queen bit onto Ridley's shoulder, but Samus jumped on the Queen and shot its face.

The Queen let go in pain and Ridley shot a fire ball at the body. It summoned ten Metroid covered in aura and Samus was having a difficult time until Ridley took their attention as he flies around, shooting the Metroid with his fire.

Samus ran in and shot more Ice Beams at the beast's limbs and shot a missile in its mouth. Unfortunately it was not enough and the Metroid Queen bit her and swallowed her hole. Acting quickly, Samus curled up and set bombs inside the Queen, damaging it greatly as Ridley grabbed a hold of the Queen's neck.

The Metroid Queen shrieked in pain as it spit Samus out and summoned more Metroid. All the Metroid latched onto Ridley and not only began draining his energy but also injected the red aura like mosquitos.

Samus quickly acted and shot ice beams at each Metroid. Ridley felt his energy returning and shattered each one, but the Queen pinned him to the ground.

Ridley dodged each coming attack. "Samus! Do something!"

Deep down Samus urged herself not to help, but she overcame her instinct and jumped onto Ridley to shot another missile inside the Queen's mouth. She then jumped right inside mouth to lay more bombs inside.

Ridley used this advantage to push the monster off and shot enough fire at the tail and used his great strength to tear it right off.

Aura escaped its body as the Queen Metroid screeched in pain again. After laying more bombs, Samus placed one Power Bomb before escaping. The belly of the beast bursts from the explosion, leaving the Queen's heavily damaged organs vulnerable.

"Rildey, Now!" Samus charged up a beam as Ridley did the same with this fire. The two enemies fired at the same time and the combined power obliterated the Queen Metroid.

The two watched at the Queen screeched in agony before turning into a trophy. Samus walked up to it and picked the figure up. "Why did it turn into a trophy?"

"It was from Vira." Ridley informed his arch nemesis as he turned to the door. "Vira is some reality warping being. We don't know what he is, but he's a greater threat than Tabuu himself."

"Tabuu?" Samus recalled the enemy that attacked the World of Trophies years ago. "And he's still in there with the others." Samus held her blaster close. "There's two crystals and sixteen fighters in there, and Peter. Vira should have the disadvantage."

Soon a commotion was heard from behind the door. "Samus, Vira is also capable of summoning-"

The door quickly opened and out came the fighters and hundreds of Pokemon. "Vira!" Fox jumped into the air and ran on top of each Pokemon's head before reaching Vira, who had already perched himself on the crystal.

"I'm already corrupting the crystal, Fox!" Vira smirked. "You should go escape while you can before-" The two were caught off guard when a huge explosion took place outside. Each enemy Pokemon was wiped out from a Super Bombe and Samus Aran ran right in. "Vira!" Samus held her blaster at the red being.

Fox acted quickly and used his Fox Illusion move to strike Vira. He quickly turned and shot multiple lasers at Vira as Samus shot a Super Missile at him. Vira was forced off the crystal and Fox quickly jumped on. "Samus, you need to hold Vira off. I need to concentrate!"

Samus put her trust in her friend and fought off Vira. Samus found Vira's abilities quite interesting as he used the red substance to try grabbing her, creating walls, and moving around like a swimming pool. However Samus was as quick as always and blasted the aura before it reached the crystal. And when Vira tried turning into Sonic, Mario, or Kirby, Samus was quick to use each character's original weakness to her advantage."

"No … I want the Lylat System. It's getting a more promising adventure!" The other fighters came in and attacked Vira right until Fox had finished.

"This world's saved now." Fox said as the crystal turned to his normal size.

Samus shot an Ice Beam at Vira to hold him, but he predicted this and exits the world. She turned her blaster off and turned to the others. "So this world's saved?"

"Pika…" Pikachu looked saddened.

"Samus, Vira got your world now." Peter said, which shocked Samus.

"But that doesn't mean it's gone forever." Fox said. "Look, I know you have friends and everyone else in your world, but if we stop Vira once and for all, we'll save them all. I'm sure of it."

"But this side of the galaxy is a part of my world." Samus said. "We need to leave, now."

After Fox informed his team of the half victory, the heroes activated their Summoners to warp themselves out.

Samus stood beside Ridley, glaring at one another. "So, our world's being taken over now. Did Master Hand revive anyone else?"

"Both Dark Samus, Mother Brain, and some of the Space Pirates." Ridley said. "I still wonder why he does this just for his tournaments."

"Yes … like it's just for entertainment only."

Samus and Ridley quickly turned to see Vira. "Before shooting me! Hear me out!"

Ridley didn't want to play the role of the fool and shot a fire ball at him. Vira opened a portal and quickly shouted. "So much for my speech! Samus, why doesn't Master Hand just bring everyone back from the dead? Like your parents!"

Vira leaped into the portal before Ridley could get a hold of him. "Dammit, he got away!" He snarled as he activated his Summoner. "Samus, we'll be teleported to our hideout. There you'll see Master Hand and everyone else from those other worlds. Now come…" Ridley noticed Samus Aran standing still. "Samus!"

Samus jolted slightly and walked next to Ridley. "Yes, and we'll work together until he's defeated. R-Ridley."

Ridley noticed the odd tone in her voice. He'd hear her crack up a bit when they meet after another deadly fight. But this one sounds different from recalling a traumatizing moment, more like interrupting a very deep thought. However he decided to ignore it and warped Samus and himself back to Nintendo Land.

A/N: I've noticed that I've made a mistake in the Mother Earth capture with what the bracelet can do. I'll fix that in the future.

But here's a rundown on the Summoner and Bracelet

Summoner: Summons Fighters, Bosses, and Items. Teleports anyone in and out of worlds.

Bracelet: Communication device.

Both can detect Vira's aura and shut off as to not lead Vira to Nintendo Land.
