Here's Part 2 of Chapter 17! this might be the shortest Chapter but don't be disappointed, Megaman and Protoman will be coming in right about...Now! Enjoy! ;D

Chapter 17.

Part 2.

Church.

Knocking at the door soon interrupted the two boys as Lan, thinking it was Yuichiro to see if they were fully ready, answered it only to get the most shocking expression along with Chaud's seeing both of their net Navis standing right in front of them! Megaman was the same height as his operator. His emerald green eyes shined more brightly than how they were in the PET along with his midnight blue hair in which Dr. Hikari convinced him to take off. He was wearing a simple navy blue suit with a baby blue tie to blend in and patent leather black loafers that shine with every step he took.

Protoman was the more breathtaking site to look over which made the multi-colored haired boy nearly pass out as he breathed. He was clad in a black suit with a crimson red tie and the same loafers as his acquaintance; but what mesmerized the Vice President more than anything was the fact that his navi had his helmet off for a change staring into his blue eyes that mirrored his but his were slightly darker and slanted while his own were more lighter and rounded.

"P-Protoman...is...that you?" The navi nodded and managed a small smile in return while pink managed to seep onto his cheek feeling slightly insecure; no one had ever seen him without his helmet before and without it, he felt quite vulnerable for it gave off a sense of pride that he himself would never let that go; but today felt more different for him than usual. Taking slow but steady steps, he held up his hand to touch his face if necessary to see if this wasn't a dream and hopefully wouldn't wake up anytime soon. The touch was warm as the taller male held onto his hand to touch something that he had always wished for from the very beginning.

"Master Chaud..." The long silver haired copyroid breathed as he soon hugged him feeling relief wash over him. Taking a strand of hair, he soon started to sniff it lightly which smelt intoxicating of cinnamon and vanilla the same scent that his mother smelt of.

They stayed in the warm embrace for what seem like 5 more minutes before Lan cleared out his throat. "Well, since we are all fully together, what do you say we get going? Mom and Dad are probably waiting for us. Nodding once more, the 4 left the room along with the elder Hikaris who both grinned seeing how happy and joyful the males were to finally have their programs in the real world at last.

Jumping off of the last step, Lan quickly hugged his Father as muffled sobs could be heard. Yuichiro chuckled placing a warm hand on his son's head to pat lightly.

"Easy now Lan, you don't want to get my jacket all soaked do you?"

Shaking his head while wiping his tears away, he then gave him a much more gentler hug this time. "Thanks Dad, this is so awesome! I can't believe it; how did you-"

"While at Sci-labs all day yesterday, I had designed copy bots for the both of them."

"That's why he wanted us to be the test subjects last night; he wanted to see what it would feel like to be here and to interact in the real outside world; we will still have our powers and reflexes, but in a more human-like sense." Megaman finished explaining.

"Well it is awesome to have you here Megaman." He soon then hugged the latter who slowly hugged back feeling tears well up.

'It is great to be with you...little brother.'

Haruka dabbed her eyes with her purple hanky as she gently put her hand on her husband's shoulder who looked deep into her eyes giving her a peck on the lips.

Chaud couldn't help but watch the scene play out right in front of him as he forced the tears that we're going to come out as well but with Protoman's warm touch, his nerves instantly calmed down as Yuichiro looked at his watch.

"Come on everyone, let's go, we don't wanna be late." He announced and they all took off into the Hikari family car going down the street.

*Sniff* I cried so much while doing this chapter. It was so nice to finally see Lan and Megaman reunited even if the navi himself is in his copybot. Doesn't Protoman look drop dead sexy? yum yum... I think it was about time to give the helmet a break for once to see what he really looks like under it. ;) anyway, look out for more. Stay tuned! :) :D for part 3 of Church!
