Author's notes: This is for QOS group who challenged me to write a cross over. It is an AU for both series where T/T is not relevant. The main characters are Archer/T' Pol and QOS characters along with some Highlander visitors.

Away Mission To Terra Beta
Part 98( Follow the leader)
The Enterprise dove into the fight. Travis wondered why he had agreed to be the bait? He sighed as he considered a world of primitive humans under Klingon and Romulan control. Nope it was not happening on his watch.
The two birds of prey came at him. He knew however there were a lot more vessels from what Martak had said. "Gunner fire on their weapons and engines. We need to take out at least one of them so the other ships will de-cloak. We have to know who we are fighting and how many. Ensign George hail them and order them to surrender."
The ensign looked at his temporary co as if he was crazy but complied. He has a plan I am sure…I hope.
Travis smiled as the ships attacked Enterprise with reckless abandon he definitely gotten their attention and made them mad. Good angry opponents made mistakes that he could use. He recalled his father once using similar tactics against Nausicans.
The phase cannons shot out and ripped across the hull of the closest ship a Romulan bird of prey and they had devastating effect as they struck the port engine. The ship shuttered and in a flash exploded. The bridge crew cheered until two more ships de-cloaked.
"Damn!!! Only two." Travis said.
"Are you nuts!" Ensign George said.
Travis laughed clearly enjoying himself "Davis aft 3458 warp two lets see if they will play follow the leader. I just hope Shran is in position. We need to have the ships all out in the open ensign. We don't need them popping up behind us."
As if to prove that point a ship appeared directly in front of Enterprise and attacked. The ship dove low and the vessel engaged the Romulan that was on Enterprises tail catching it completely off guard and destroying it.
"Damn it!" Davis shouted they could have warned us. I almost rammed them!"
Travis grinned as he silently congratulated Martak on his kill. He noted the Ship rolled and cloaked. This was fun.
