"The Jedi knew that someone was plotting against us Young Kallium, hence why there is two files, a decoy and a true file. It was precautionary as we didn't expect Skywalker to fall to the darkside but we took precaution's just in case Master Windu was correct in the belief of someone plotting against the order. He was correct and we benefitted from his insight." Shaak Ti told Kallium.
"But wouldn't Skywalker know where his fellow Jedi were?"
"Only some, the decoy file was placed in utter silence, only Masters, Windu, Yoda and Koon knew of it's placement and existence, Yoda informed me a few weeks ago of this file but Master Plo Koon was the one to hide it, no one else knew where as it was for safety purposes. We did not expect Master Koon or the majority of the order to be slaughtered but take heart Young One, some Jedi may still be on their assigned planets."
"Master, it has been almost a decade, what if Vader or Sidious found them and didn't advertise it? It could still be a trap for us."
"That is partially correct but I do not think that your Father thinks of Jedi in the same way the Sith did."
Shaak Ti paced as Kallium touched various parts of the display and moved many data chips around, she thought for a few moments as Kallium pushed himself to fulfil his task, her red skin glowed with her hope for a revival of the order yet it was a dull glow as she remembered the hundreds of Jedi that died in Order 66.
"But the Clones are now the Storm Troppers Master, they were programed to follow Sidious' orders, he never did end Order 66, what if my Father cannot control their passion for killing our kind?"
"He is the Emperor, they cannot disobey him as that is part of the programming they have plus Sidious is recognised as the Emperor's Master and in a way Father, so he fits the parameters easily."
"I see, sorry for my forthright comment Master."
"Kallium, dear boy you were speaking your mind in concern for your fellow Jedi, that is what it means to be a Jedi, compassion. It's nothing to be sorry for but in future I recommend that you phase it more respectfully."
"I understand Master."
Kallium turned back to the archive computer terminal and relaxed his body but forgot the system he was using in order to find the file quickly by luck or what some would say the will of the force, Kallium found the file and was notified by a Holo-projection of the Republic seal and a image of Plo Koon appearing.
"File passcode?" The Hologram asked.
Kallium turned to Shaak Ti with a look of repressed glee on his face and awaited the passcode from her.
"Koon7782PRED.8721" Shaak Ti announced with a smile, "No need to repress your happiness Kallium."
"Access denied."
"That passcode, not it is. Predictable that is." Yoda spoke softly as he entered the room clutching his walking stick and a datapad.
"Master, how can that not be the code? It was Master Koon's code." Shaak Ti asked.
"DeltaRepublicBetrayal." Yoda said un-cryptically.
"Access Granted, welcome Master Yoda."
Galen ate his breakfast quickly, he hated being away from home for so long but felt it necessary as many of his men could not return home even if they wanted to. He watched the sun rise as his men scurried about busily and a perimeter search was conducted.
"Target, any check-in's from the other Units?"
"One, from Beta, they have engaged the Imperial Army on their front."
"What about Delta, Gamma and Omega?"
"No reports sir but one com-in each from Delta and Gamma, Omega has dropped off the grid."
"Send a small Unit of say ten men in their direction, tell them not to engage unless necessary."
"Aye Sir."
"And Target?"
"Yes Sir?"
"After you have completed that would you set Unit's one, six and nine to drill?"
"Of course Sir!"
Syen cradled Padme as Leia spoke with Maris, he had asked Kenan to drop the baby and Kayl to the temple as he wished to stay longer as did Leia, they were assigned a room to the west of the temple, the floor was cracked yet the dust had been swept away to make room for two bed and a crib. Padme cooed as Syen rocked her. Kayl ruffled his hair from out of his eyes and left the room to visit his cousin in the main temple rooms.
Padme soon felt asleep in Syen's arms, he smiled, kissed her forehead and put her in the white-washed crib, he pulled the plain-white blanket over her before turning and flopping into a study looking cream and orange chair. He closed his eyes as Padme had kept him up for the majority of the night and began to drift off but it wasn't to be as his ComLink began to beep and buzz frantically on his wrist yet didn't wake Padme.
"Urgh." Syen moaned as he opened his eyes to reveal his brown eyes and the dark black bags beneath them.
He slammed his hand down on the accept button and waited to see who had disturbed him.
"Marek to , Mar-"
"Yes Galen?"
"Your needed back on Naboo, Omega Units seem to have vanished and without them we are undefended on their front."
"Galen, I can't get back to Naboo for at least three days and by that point the whole battle maybe over!"
"Not this one, the other armies are amassing also, almost every Civilianist Soldier is here Syen, we need another force wielder."
"Are you asking that as my friend or superior? Don't try to guilt me into coming back to Naboo, Leia needs to be here so I will be here at her side with our children for as long as I am needed."
"Syen! I would never guilt you! I was asked by the Governor to get you back here because we are the only two force sensitives in the ranks and we can hold the enemy at bay for longer than a non sensitive, and together we could probably keep more of our side alive than with just me."
"Sorry Galen, Padme is teething and has kept me up all night, look I tell you what I'll speak with Leia and see what I can do but Leia comes before work."
"I understand."
"Syen out."
Syen lay back in his chair and huffed, why did the Governor always pressure the force sensitives?
Syen soon fell into a dreamless sleep.
