The tension between Undertaker and Lily thickened the atmosphere so heavily that one could cut it with a knife. He tried his best to understanding of her current situation, but the fires of time are burning weakly with each passing moment.

"...I..." Lily breathed with her voice breaking. "...I need to think..." Lily rose up to her feet while holding her growing belly, heading to a nearby pond.

Think? How could she bring herself to say that word? How could she not understand that time was luxury that could no longer be afforded? At this moment, the eye was gaining force to appear fully and attack. When it would do so remained to be seen. But the fact that Lily stood steadfast in the face of her own destiny spoke volumes of how little she had matured.

Just he moved to follow her, Shawn stepped up, blocking his path. "Shawn, stand aside..."

"Ok, I don't know jack about how business is handled among demons. But brow beatin' someone doesn't accomplish squat! Especially if that someone is a hormonally volatile, pregnant girl who one; recently lost her mother and two; is wrestling with the fact that the father of her baby is one of the-"

"If she is to become the sovereign she is destined to be, she must learn to let go of the mortal plights that have impeded her growth," Undertaker silenced coldly.

"...Look," Shawn pinched his nose bridge and sighed angrily. "I ain't blind to what's happenin' with that eye. Trust me. And I know that the kid's our only shot. But you're forgettin' somethin'..."

Shawn motioned towards the pond where Lily sat by. She rubbed her stomach tenderly with her head hanging low. "You said she needed to think about her baby. Don't ya think that's exactly what she's doin'? I mean how is she gonna be groomed to fight that thing when she's got a bun in the oven?"

It wasn't until Undertaker truly stopped to observe Lily protectively holding her stomach that he realized her mature desire.

"She coulda easily aborted her kid and moved on like nothin' happened. After all, she's only a few months fresh outta NXT," Shawn added on. "But she didn't. If that doesn't scream maturity, then I don't know what does..."

Perhaps Shawn was right. Any other female wrestler who recently graduated from developmental would have terminated their child, not wanting to be derailed from in-ring success too soon. But still... "What of Roman?"

"That is a dilemma that only Lily can handle," Magi Luna spoke up. "But understand this, Deadman. Due to his paternal claim, Roman is tied to Lily's fate just as much as their unborn child."

Even so, it seemed that Roman's pursuit of power and "justice" had heavily clouded his judgement. And instead of putting aside what's best for business, he attempted to use his unborn child as leverage for his own personal and professional devices. What's more, Lily made it abundantly clear that she wants no part in his, The Shield's, or the Authority's machinations. Under the same token, she could more than likely by exorcising her hatred towards the Authority and its' followers to mask her true feelings. After all, it was The Shield that rescued her from the Wyatt family.

"What about my baby?"

Undertaker, HBK, and Magi Luna collectively turned to face Lily. Her expression was a mixture of inquisitiveness and concern. "Y'all were talkin' about my baby. Why?"

"We were just comin' up with a game plan on how to beat the eye is all." Undertaker could tell that Shawn lied with that statement. While he did address the issue, it wasn't followed up with a game plan.

"Oh... Ahem, anyways there's somethin' I need to get off my chest," Lily spoke. "Magi?"

"Yes?"

Lily paused briefly as she sniffled. "...I admit that all of this is too much. But, I.. I'm sorry for being such a bitch to you... I didn't see that you were tryin' to get me to trust you. I guess it's because part of me didn't want to listen."

"Come now, child." Magi approached Lily and gently squeezed her shoulders. "Do not blame yourself. It was unfair of me to try to enforce your trust. It is my hope that we can eventually come to an understanding..."

"Why not start now?" Lily smiled. Seeing Magi Luna take that gesture as a hint of approval from her reassured the Undertaker's faith in Lily's growth. And the two them sharing their first genuine embrace helped confirm his hope even further.

"May I ask a personal inquiry?" Magi sighed softly.

Lily broke her hug, looking up at Magi Luna. "I'll try my best not to get pissed..."

"...Do you still love him?"

Lily hung her head with dread. If she was as mature as Shawn believes her to be, then this test should either solidify or dispel his belief. "I... I don't know..."

"Speak from your heart. What does it tell you?"

"He ranted about how he was gonna use The Shield's position in the Authority to provide. But I don't care about The Authority because they're a bunch of liars! I can't put my child through any of that!" Lily choked on her sobs as she expressed her ill will towards the agenda of WWE's latest oppressors. "And... I'm afraid of him... When he found out that I was pregnant, he scared me..."

"The fact the he stated that he's willing provide for you both shows that cares-"

"If he truly cares about me, Magi, he'd leave all the 'what's best for business' BS behind! ... If only I knew what he was gonna be a part of-"

"Enough... Living in the past is futile," Undertaker interrupted. It was made clear now more than ever that Lily may never come to a decision on her feelings regarding Roman. Unfortunately for her, it's not a issue that she could afford to linger on. "You must focus on the matter at hand..."

Lily exhaled raggedly, her eyes flaming red with vigor. "I agree that there comes a time when you need to move on. But not everybody can be cold and dead inside like you! So, excuse me for actually caring!"

Then hard wind began to blow, blasting most of the leaves off the trees. The sky rumbled and lightning clapped above. "Deadman, I know that you're upset with baby mama here! But bringing out your wrath-"

"It's not me!" Undertaker corrected. The lights of the forest had dimmed. Other than the noises of the leaves being blown, the sounds of the forest were hushed. "It's here..."

"What is?..." Lily asked as the ground quaked beneath their feet. Suddenly, a lightning bolt struck a nearby oak tree, setting it aflame and splitting it in half.

Lily shrieked in terror at the sight of the explosive phenomenon. They all casted their glance upward as the dark clouds parted like eyelids, ironically revealing the cause of the thunderous chaos.

"H-How in the fuck is that possible?" Lily shuddered and heaved in sheer horror.

"All things are possible..."

The eye's collection of voices verbalized in eerie harmony. Its' pupil narrowed it's focus dead center on the mighty crystal tree while the iris lit up in a icy shade of blue.

"You must go now, child," Magi Luna ordered as she exuded her snow white aura.

"But what about-"

"Now!"

Lily's protests and Magi's beseeching became murmurs when a beam of light pulsed from the iris. It pierced through the core of the crystal oak, cracking its' outer wooden shell, the pearls, and the soil where the roots protruded through. A massive sheen of white blurred the land around them all followed by a deafening explosion...

And silence...
