Hey guys, this chapter contains the Forbidden Forest and I believe it's not boring at all. At least not to me. It's a little shorter, but if I added the Ministry it would have been way too long...

Thanks to the guest reviewer for sharing ideas, but I really don't know if/how/where to add it. This year is almost over, and from the sixth year on Elsa won't be taking Potions anymore. I don't know yet which ones she chooses, but Potions certainly won't be one of them^^ Maybe I can fit it in some other class, we'll see :)

If any of you have special ideas/wishes of what classes Elsa should take and why, you can tell me^^

Warnings: Bad language from teens *cough cough* -Draco- *cough cough*

Disclaimer: I do not own Frozen or Harry Potter.

Enjoy!

Why did I even dare to hope? Already the next day Hagrid was sacked. Umbridge despised half-breeds and made sure our friend had to leave as soon as possible. We couldn't even visit him one last time to say goodbye.

From Anthony Goldstein I heard Cho was still in the hospital wing and that Madam Pomfrey couldn't get the boils away. I asked him if he knew how they appeared on her face, but he could just shrug. Though he suspected it had something to do with the parchment we had to sign. Probably a jinx in case someone told anyone about the DA, since the blemishes spelled SNEAK.

Our OWLs were inching closer, leaving us no time to worry over anything, not even Anna. Even though the whole Hogwarts experience was horrible at the moment, I didn't want to fail a class.

Soon we were sitting in the Great Hall again, just like we did when we had our detention. It was quiet aside from the scratching of a feather on parchment. I had to admit it wasn't as hard as I had thought, probably because I spent so much time studying... And it was Charms, a class I've never had problems with. From time to time I looked up to see Umbridge sipping from her tea, seemingly satisfied everything was going so well for her.

Suddenly there was a thumping sound outside. First it was very quiet, but it got louder and louder, until everyone was turning their heads to see what's going on. Umbridge had her lips pressed tightly together, not happy at all. Of course she couldn't ignore such distractions and quickly left the hall to see what's going on. We all watched her as she stood in the doorway. It was quiet now, save for a small miniature firework that left us to wonder just what was happening. Who would dare to disturb the OWLs under surveillance of Headmistress Umbridge?

Seconds later we had our answer. Fred and George flew into the Hall on their brooms, both of them wielding their wands and burning our exam papers. There was a chaos, fireworks all over the hall. Soon everyone was standing up to watch this rebellious but wonderful act and we started cheering for the twins. It was like their act of defiance broke the depression spell that's been over the castle ever since Umbridge took over.

We watched in amusement as a huge firework-dragon appeared and chased Umbridge just outside the Great Hall, where it snapped and exploded in hundreds of little fireworks. All the educational decrees on the wall shattered on the ground and soon were trampled over by all of us as we followed Fred and George outside to see them leave Hogwarts on their brooms. No one paid attention to Umbridge, whose hair looked pretty burnt.

The relief was contagious and lots of other students came outside to watch the Weasley twins leave with a huge burning "W" in the sky. Through all the cheering I almost didn't notice how Harry suddenly became quiet and even fell down to the ground. Hermoine saw it too and soon we were helping him up.

He told us he saw Sirius at the Ministry, being tortured by Voldemort because he wants some prophecy. We barely had time to grab Ron before chasing after Harry, who with no doubt wanted to get to Sirius as soon as possible. Hermione tried to talk some sense into him, saying it could be a trap to lure Harry into the Ministry. But Harry being the stubborn guy he was wouldn't listen to her. Well, in a way he was right. If it wasn't a trap, then Sirius really was in danger.

We quickly changed into our casual clothes as they were more comfortable. Luna noticed my hurry and I couldn't get myself to lie to her. Not that I could think of any good lie at the moment anyways. She never met Sirius, but since he was important for Harry she insisted on coming with us. She wouldn't let her only friends fight alone. Why on earth was Luna in Ravenclaw? With how selfless and brave she was she'd be better off in Gryffindor. I decided it would be better to have as many helpers as possible and allowed her to join us. Not that she would've let me talk her out of it.

When I met up with the others I saw they thought the same and had Neville and Ginny with them. We had decided flooing was the fastest way to get to the Ministry, but the only not-monitored fireplace was in Umbridge's office. So Luna and Ginny volunteered to keep an eye out for the headmistress and the Inquisitorial Squad, who were busy with managing the chaos Fred and George left anyways. Neville stayed close to them, just in case, and would tell us when they'd come.

We didn't even manage to start the fire when the door banged open. Somehow Umbridge had passed the others and was now pointing her wand at us. Behind her the Inquisitorial Squad entered the office, dragging Neville, Luna and Ginny with them. Draco refused to look at me, and I really had no thought to waste as he stood behind me with his wand pointed at me. We all stood in a half circle with the Squad keeping us low, while Harry had to sit in a chair while Umbridge wanted answers of him.

"You wanted to find Dumbledore, didn't you?!" she sounded quite hysterical.

"No!" I winced when he was slapped. She couldn't just slap him!

Snape appeared, and Umbridge wanted Veritaserum from him. (Un)fortunately he didn't have any, since she used all of it for her investigations with the students. I almost wanted to sigh in slight relief. She couldn't get anything out of him without Veritaserum. My throat felt tight when she announced she'd have to use a different way of information gathering, since the Ministry's safety was at stake. The Cruciatus Curse would make him talk, she was sure of it.

"You can't do this! That's illegal!" Hermione was close to tears, but Umbridge didn't care.

"What Cornelius doesn't know..." she flipped the photograph of Cornelius Fudge so it was facing the table. I couldn't believe she was so cruel. She lifted her wand at Harry.

"Just tell her, Harry!" I shouted before I could stop myself.

"Tell me what?!" Umbridge's gaze flickered from Harry to me, her wand shaking in anticipation.

"If... If you don't tell her where it is, I will." I spoke further, no idea what exactly I was getting at. I just didn't want that pink toad to torture Harry. The others were a little confused, but didn't let it show.

"Where what is?!" Umbridge's shrill voice hurt my ears.

"Dumbledore's secret weapon." Umbridge's eyes widened, obviously delighted.

Minutes later here I was, leading Harry, Umbridge and Draco into the Forbidden Forest, with no idea where I was going. Draco had his wand pointed at Harry so he wouldn't try to run or attack, and there was no way we could think of a plan together.

The only thing that came to my mind was Grawp. I didn't want to endanger him in case Umbridge wanted to destroy Dumbledore's secret weapon, but it was the only solution we had. So I lead them to the place Hagrid introduced us to his brother. I was pretty sure we took the right way, since Grawp's belongings were scattered all around here, but the giant was nowhere in sight. My eyes widened at the torn rope on the ground. He must have freed himself and was strolling around in the forest all by himself.

"Well? Where is this weapon?" Umbridge asked, a little out of breath from the long hike. I exchanged a glance with Harry, who could just shrug. Umbridge shook her head in realization. "There isn't one, is there? You're trying to trick me!" I looked at her, thoughts running wild. I was able to buy us some time with this 'little trick', but now she seemed really mad. There was no doubt she would punish us now with the Cruciatus Curse. "You know, I really hate children." As if we didn't know that. Draco had his wand still pointed at Harry, but his face was rather unwilling. I could practically hear him scolding me for bringing this upon myself.

I fought the urge to close my eyes when she lifted her wand, but it wasn't necessary. We heard some noise from the right. Centaurs. A whole herd of them. Now that Hagrid wasn't here anymore, they wouldn't tolerate any human in their territory.

"You have no business here! This is a Ministry matter." Umbridge told them after she took a few cautious steps back. She tried to sound powerful, but the slight tremble in her voice gave her fear away. She had all right to be scared. From what Hagrid told us, they were dangerous creatures when angered. And after Umbridge had practically forced them to go further into the Forest and leave their original territory, they seemed more than a little angered.

One of the centaurs stepped up and shot an arrow without hesitance. I was so on edge I almost used my powers even through the gloves. Without our wands Harry and I were officially defenseless. Fortunately Draco was thinking fast and created a shield with his wand, deflecting the arrow. Umbridge, despite her fear, was furious and flung a magical rope to the attacking centaur. We could only watch as it wrapped around him and started to choke him. The centaur fell to the dirty ground and fought hard to get the ropes off.

I couldn't just watch this any longer and ran up to him to help him. Harry was following me and we both tried to tear the ropes away.

"Please! Please make it stop!" I begged when I realized it was useless. But Umbridge had a vicious expression on her face, determined to choke the centaur to death. I felt like crying at such cruelty and closed my eyes in distress.

"Expelliarmus!" I gasped when I saw what happened. Draco had disarmed Umbridge, a look of complete defiance on his face. The High Inquisitor looked about to explode, but she didn't even get to open her mouth with how fast the centaurs were attacking. The rope was gone from the centaur and the whole herd ran past us to attack Umbridge.

Draco, Harry and I stumbled back a little when they picked her up and started to drag her further into the Forest.

"No! Tell them I am no harm!" Harry looked coldly at her.

"I'm sorry Professor, but I must not tell lies." Not that his words would have mattered anyways. The centaurs finally had their chance for revenge and they wouldn't let it slip because a teenage boy told them to.

Before the adrenaline had the chance to wear off, Harry grabbed Draco's wand. Or at least he tried to. The Slytherin had a death grip on it and managed to push Harry off, pointing his wand at him. Both of them had glares on their faces.

"Oh hell, would you guys cut it for a moment?!" I told them. We just survived a centaur attack and got rid of Umbridge, in the middle of the Forbidden Forest. Couldn't they put off their rivalry for a few minutes? Helping Sirius was more important right now, and I was sure Draco wouldn't stop us. "Let's just get out of this Forest, okay?" I added before either of them could protest and started walking. We didn't get far though when we heard a strange high-pitched cackling sound. We decided to ignore it and hurry to get back to the castle.

The cackling got louder, and there were shadows all around us, forcing us to stop. There were yellow eyes... hundreds of them. Oh no. Nononono.

Draco stepped in front of me, not sure where to direct his wand since there were just so many of them. Erklings. The cackling was horrible. I knew the Erklings from the Black Forest in Germany were able to speak human language, but these ones were different.

"Do something, Malfoy..." Harry didn't dare to shout as he wanted to, as not to anger the creatures.

"What am I supposed to do, Potter?! There are too many of them." Before he could cast any spell, a dart from the left hit his hand, and the wand landed a few feet away on the ground.

It was terrifying how fast the little creatures were moving. The wand was unreachable and we had no other choice but run. They were chasing us deeper into the dark forest, and I could only hope we'd find our way back somehow.

Instead of being horrified I could only think that we had absolutely no time for this. If Harry really saw Sirius being tortured by Voldemort, he needed help as fast as possible. And instead of helping him we were running from human eating little beasts deeper and deeper inside the Forbidden Forest, completely wandless.

"We have to get out of the forest, not deeper in it!" I heard Harry shout over the awful high-pitched cackling.

"Well thank you Captain Obvious! I would turn around, but I don't wanna be eaten by this fucking mini-trees!" It was impossible to change direction. Even the slightest curve would slow us down enough for the Erklings to catch up to us.

Without any real physical training – Quidditch doesn't really count since as a seeker you don't really move your body at all – we were pretty quickly out of breath. We reached a wall. Well, it wasn't really a wall. There were many rocks and heavy roots, we'd have to climb over them, and there was just no time to do so.

Hearing sets of curses from my male companions and cackling laughs from the beasts I closed my eyes, facing the wall. Taking a quick deep breath I ripped my gloves off, turned around and froze all of the Erklings surrounding us. It was easier than I had thought, seeing how many there were. In a way it was scaring me how powerful I was getting without even knowing it.

Feeling the adrenaline slowly wearing off I sighed, preparing for what I knew was to come.

"What the fucking hell was that?! You don't have a wand! It... It came out of your hands!" Draco's voice sounded almost hysterical, and combined with his expression it was a sight to laugh at, but laughing was the last thing on my mind under these circumstances.

Harry was strangely quiet, though the look on his face was one of utter surprise too. I crossed my arms, hiding my hands and gave another sigh.

"Yeah. It's a long story." I knew that wouldn't stop them from being shocked and curious, and I needed to make sure they wouldn't tell anyone. I could live with my princess-secret revealed, but my powers were a different story.

"The short version is: I'm the daughter of Isabelle Flocon and the Spirit of Winter. She had to flee from the Spirit World and took me with her. Then she left me at a castle, where I was adopted and a marriage was arranged. My foster parents are taking care of the marriage problem right now, and I have no idea where my real mother is. But since my real father is the Spirit of Winter I have ice and snow powers."

It was silent for a few seconds. I really had no idea what to make of Draco's silence. The look on his face was unreadable.

"So... back in second year with the basilisk..." Harry started and I cut him off by nodding.

"Yes. I lied about the spell. And I lied all these years about my origin. Well, first only because the trolls back home told me to, to protect me. But when I found out about my real parents in third grade I knew it was even more important to keep my mouth shut. I mean... there has to be a reason Isabelle had to flee. And... and that's why you have to promise not to tell anyone about these powers. If the wrong people find out I'd be screwed..."

It took Harry another few seconds to react, but he nodded, understanding the matter.

"I guess I can keep it a secret..." The Gryffindor ran a hand through his hair. It was going to be hard to not tell Ron and Hermione for him, but I would tell them when I was ready. It was only a matter of time. And courage.

Draco hadn't said anything, just kept looking at me and for a moment I was worried he was stunned or something. But he started moving when I urged them to leave the Forest before more dangerous creatures appeared. And Sirius was still in danger, after all.

I shared a look with Harry while Draco picked up his wand when we passed the place where he lost it, both worried he'd tell everyone out of spite. I didn't really think he would, but he was still so quiet and I had no idea what he was feeling. Once again I felt a small twinge of jealousy at how good he was at hiding his feelings. Why did I mess it up every time? Half of the problems I had on my plate could've been prevented if I had been in control of my feelings all the time.

Anyways, there wasn't much time for worrying over that, so we quickly made our way out of the Forest. Draco followed us to Umbridge's office, where the Inquisitorial Squad was arguing loudly with our friends. All eyes were on us when we entered the office without Umbridge.

"Umbridge is gone." Harry stated, leaving the others to cheer, while the Slytherins had confused looks on their faces. They stared at Draco, not knowing how to react with how calm and quiet their leader was.

"It's true. Go to our common room. It's only a matter of time until the whole school hears about it." Draco spoke up and killed Pansy's protest with a glare. Slowly and reluctantly, with deathly glares sent in our direction, the snakes left the office.

The relief stopped quite abruptly when Hermione tried to make a floo connection to the Ministry.

"It's not working!"

"But I thought the toad's fireplace would work...?"

"Where are you trying to go?" I hadn't even noticed Draco was still standing at the door. The Gryffindors glared at him, while Luna kept looking between Draco and I.

"The Ministry. A friend's in danger." I could practically feel the glares in my back for telling him that much.

"The Ministry doesn't allow any floo connections from Hogwarts or Hogsmeade. Umbridge was pretty pissed about it."

"Then how are we supposed to get to London?" Ginny asked the others. Harry was the only one with a fast broom, as the school's broomstick for first years were really slow, and I was pretty sure both Neville and I would do horrible riding a broomstick.

"What about the Thestrals?" Luna asked. They haven't learned about them yet, but apparently she knew about them. It was the only choice we had, so we all agreed. We started leaving, and when I passed Draco he held me back by my wrist.

"It's gonna be dangerous, isn't it?"

"I'm afraid so, yes."

"Is there anything I can say to make you stay and not risk your life for once?" I couldn't help but smile a little.

"No. It's a pretty good friend, and I could never forgive myself if something happened to him and I wasn't there to help." He tried to smile too, but it seemed really forced. He looked like he wanted to say something, but he didn't.

I remembered I had to hurry or the others would leave without me and started to walk away again, when suddenly Draco's grip on my wrist tightened again and he pulled me back, right into his arms. The surprise was doubled when I felt his lips pressed on mine. It wasn't anything hasty or passionate. Just a simple and gentle touch, that ended way too fast.

"Don't die, okay?" He smiled for real this time and I couldn't help but do the same. I squeezed his hand quickly instead of answering before turning around and hurrying to meet the others before they would leave without me.

Ta...da...? Well at least for me this one wasn't boring XD Sorry about the kiss, but it just fit so damn well in there, and it was necessary for the 6th year. But you'll see when I come to it.

Next chapter we have the Ministry, and with it the end of the fifth year.

Now my question: Do you want another Draco chapter about his summer? Or should I leave it with only Elsa's summer?

See ya next chap!

Xoxo, B.
