Hey Everyone! Thank-you so much for your reviews! I saw that many were disheartened by the the fact that I had decided to move ahead 7 years. I know it's hard and I feel your pain. Klaus, Caroline, Rebekah and Stefan missing the first 7 years of their kids' lives is sad, but sometimes stories just flow a certain way. I was way too excited to introduce the five children, Aden & Arianna and Zane, Eliza and Noah. I know it's been a long time, but if you don't remember their births, I encourage you to re-read Chapter 18 and 31. You're for a bonus this week with another update! I really hope you like this chapter and there is much more coming up...
Esther left for a meeting leaving Liz alone in the house with the kids. Before, preparing for dinner Liz sat down by the back window and looked out into the yard. She had now become accustomed to staying at home and making dinner. It was very different than being on the go as the Sheriff of Mystic Falls. Even the town name seemed so distant.
Liz saw a young boy with short blonde hair run past her. His hair was perfectly spiked at the front. She remembered his morning tantrums. He would get quite antsy on days when he couldn't get his hair to sit right. He was wearing jeans and a red t-shirt that she had bought for him on his seventh birthday. His green eyes, his father's eyes, sparkled with mischief as he snuck up on his twin sister and gently tugged at her long, straight dark brown-bronze hair.
"Aden!" she yelled and ran after him. "I'm going to get you for this!" Arianna had her mother's light blue eyes and was very mature for her age. She was quite particular about her dressing style. Esther said it reminded her of Rebekah when she was young. Arianna ran after her brother in inhuman speed. That's another thing Liz had witnessed. On their seventh birthday, the twins started to attain some supernatural attributes such as their speed and senses. She and Esther had to explain to them that they were not allowed to use their super fast speed outside their house premises unless there was an emergency or they were threatened in anyway.
Aden's laughter echoed through the backyard as he ran from his sister. Hearing him, a sandy blonde head ran past her into the garden. Zane was a mini version of his father but with his mother's green eyes. Liz had caught Esther many times on the verge of calling Zane, Niklaus. But as soon as he would look at her with his green eyes, she would stop. Zane was a bright, upbeat child and he loved to play.
"Hey Grams!" he said as he ran past her. As soon as he was out the door, he transformed into a light grey pup. Liz was used to it now however, the first time he transformed; she almost had heart attack. Same as the twins, the triplets had also tapped into their supernatural abilities. All three of them were able to transform themselves into wolves at will without any kind of pain or breaking of bones. It was natural to them and most of all, they loved it. Bonnie was surprised to see them attain their supernatural abilities so early. They were supposed to get them at the age of nine. However, realizing the fact that these kids had to grow up a little early without their parents, it made sense.
Suddenly, she saw a girl with curly blonde hair run past her.
"We're going to get you this time. Its girls versus boys and we're going to win," she said. Liz smiled. A mini version of her daughter ran past her. Her intense blue eyes looked up at her and she realized that it was her granddaughter, Eliza. Eliza was preppy but a doer like her father. Eliza transformed herself into a blonde wolf before she hit the ground outside and ran after Aden.
Then Liz felt a tug at her pants. She looked down to see a pair of blue-green eyes staring at her. A young boy with soft curly light brown hair stood by her.
"Grams, may I have a cookie?" Noah asked.
"Of course," Liz said as she took a big chocolate chip cookie out of the jar and gave it to Noah.
"Thank-you," he said and sat down at the table. Noah was always very polite and well-mannered. He was always calm and serene. They would usually find him sitting under his favourite tree either playing his flute or just making sketches. Liz had to say, Noah was quite talented for a seven years old.
Arianna peeped into the house.
"Noah, want to play wolf tag with us?" she asked.
"Sure, I'll be out once I am finished my cookie," he said. Arianna nodded and closed the backdoor behind her. Noah finished his cookie and got up.
"Excuse me Grams," Noah said as he pushed his chair in and walked out the back door. He jumped off the steps transforming himself into a bright white wolf.
Liz watched as the three pups put their paws in to see who was 'it'. It was intriguing that the triplets were in full awareness even in their wolf forms. As the two broke, Eliza was left behind to count. Another aspect of this supernatural phenomenon was that the three were able to talk to one another telepathically in their wolf forms and human forms. The same went for the twins. They were somehow able to communicate with their minds. Liz and Esther figured it out when they saw that all the cookies from the cookie jar were gone. They knew the only little ones at home that day were Zane and Aden who were sick with a cold, so they had confronted them. Zane and Aden said that they had seen a man come into the house and eat them all. Liz and Esther didn't push the matter further; however, when Noah, Eliza and Arianna came home, they heard Arianna and Eliza.
"Seriously, that's the best you came up with, 'a man ate the cookies'," Eliza said. "I was laughing in class!"
"I know, that was the dumbest excuse ever. The teacher thought we were laughing at her," Arianna said. "What do you say Noah?"
"I think the teacher, Grams and Grandmother are probably getting very frustrated by the fact that we are able to talk to each other without phones or saying the words from our mouths," Noah said. "Well not Grams and Grandmother anymore because they listening to us talk right now."
Noah was very perceptive and always had these guts feelings about events. The kids were shocked to see their Grams and Grandmother outside. They apologised and promised to never lie to them again. Liz, Esther and Bonnie told them that they had to talk out loud at home and school. They had managed to explain to them that they had to act normal for their own safety.

It was nearly dinner time; Liz started to set the table. Bonnie walked through the front door.
"Anybody home?" she called.
"In the kitchen," Liz called back. Bonnie walked into the kitchen and sat down near Liz.
"How was your day Bea?" Liz said. Bonnie had changed her name to Beatrice O'Neil.
"It was okay, yours?" Bonnie said.
"The same. So any news?" Liz said.
"Yes, I do have something to share with you and Ellen," Bonnie said.
"What is it?" Liz asked.
"I will only say it once as per our rule, so I will wait till Ellen gets home," Bonnie said. Liz nodded. They had made this rule where they only spoke once of information unless it was necessary. It was a precaution they took for the kids' safety.
Bonnie looked out at the kids and smiled. She then got up to go take a shower.
"Going to freshen up?" Liz said.
"Yes, it's been a long day and I'll have to prepare for the bed time story. All they want to hear is about their parents," Bonnie said.
"I know, I find them looking at the albums at least once a day," Liz said. All the kids wanted to do was hear about their parents. At first, Liz and Esther decided not to encourage it. However, it got to a point where the kids found the album of pictures. So now every night Bonnie would tell them the story of their parents.
"They really miss them," Bonnie said.
"Yes they do," was all Liz said.
"Let me know when Ellen gets home, I have something to tell you two," Bonnie said.
A minute later Aden walked in through the back door. He took off his shoes and held them in his hands. Liz and Esther had made it quite clear to them that they were not to bring dirt into the house. Arianna followed her brother in. The three pups waited outside. Liz went outside and turned on the garden hose. She started with the light grey pup by washing his paws, wiping them and taking him inside. Once he was inside the house, he ran to his room. Liz did the same with the blonde and white wolf. They also ran to their rooms once they were in the house. Liz and Esther saw that their clothes would shred into many pieces every time they transformed into wolves. It would drive them crazy that the triplets were always running out of clothes. But now they gave up that burden and always bought them five extra pairs every time they shopped.
Esther came home with shopping bags in her hands. She stopped in the kitchen where she saw Liz preparing dinner.
"Lorene that smells delightful," Esther said.
"Thank-you!" Liz said. "How was the business meeting?"
"It went well," Esther said. "Never realized I was such a business woman," she smiled. Esther had managed to start a thriving business in natural medicine or should she say witch's herbs.
"Bea is home, she says she has to tell us something," Liz said. Esther nodded.
"Let's find out," she said. They walked up to Bonnie's room and knocked on the door.
"Come in," Bonnie said. Esther and Liz walked in and closed the door behind them. "Oh good, both of you are here."
"You wanted to tell us something?" Liz said.
"Yes," Bonnie said. Bonnie lit the sage in the room and quietly chanted a spell. It was necessary since the kids had sharp senses. She took a deep breath and spoke again. "Yesterday when Arianna and Zane got hurt, they were bleeding. After I had bandaged them up, I noticed that their blood was on the counter. So I collected that blood hoping that I could do a location spell."
"Surely you did not do it in this house," Esther said worried. They had tried not to do any kind powerful spell in the house.
"No I didn't. Today at the University, I found an empty office and I preformed the spell," Bonnie said.
"And?" Liz said as hope rose within her.
"They are alive," Bonnie smiled. The smiles on Esther and Liz's faces were of pure joy and happiness.
"Where are they?" Liz asked.
"In New Orleans, Mystic Falls, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Miami, Pittsburgh, New York one was half way to Michigan." Bonnie said.
"What?" Liz said.
"Well I don't know who is where because the blood spread to all these locations on the map," Bonnie said. That made sense. Zane and Arianna shared bloodlines with their uncles and aunts too.
"I assume Mikael is the one that is half way to Michigan," Esther said.
"Yes, I agree. I kept an eye on it for a good three hours. Only one that moved was the one travelling to Michigan," Bonnie said.
Just then they heard the kids calling. They were hungry for dinner.
"Let us go. The wolves are hungry," Esther said with a smile.
"Yes, and let us not forget the supers," Bonnie said referring to Aden and Arianna. After watching Mr. Incredible with the five kids, Aden and Arianna were supers while Zane, Eliza and Noah remained the wolves.

After travelling to Michigan, Mikael came to New Orleans. He made his way to a small Bayou near the witch's cemetery. There at the entrance he met a familiar face.
"Silas, nice to see you here," Mikael said.
"Same here. So how was your trip to Michigan? Any lead on the Five," Silas said.
"No, unfortunately, it was just a waste of time set up by that bastard Niklaus," Mikael said. "He had set up all these fake safe houses all over the country for his kids. I'm afraid those kids may not be in the US at all."
"Where do you presume they are?" Silas said as they opened the door to an underground tunnel. Mikael walked in followed by Silas.
"I don't know. I don't understand why you won't let me kill him," Mikael said. "Those kids are your problem. I couldn't care less what you did with them." Silas came and stood in front of him.
"Now let's not get hasty here. I promised that you can kill him or all of them once I kill those kids," Silas said. "And by the way, imagine the pain you would cause them when they see their own children being killed in front of them."
Mikael thought about it for a moment.
"You're right. They'd be begging me to take their lives next," he smiled.
"Good, now that we are on the same page. Let's go see how our seven years guests are doing," Silas said.
They opened the final tunnel door to a small room with a large double casket. He opened the casket and looked down at the two desiccating bodies.
"Niklaus, wake up boy. Or are you dead?" Mikael said. "I know you can hear me. Getting a taste of your own medicine eh?"
Klaus lay there with his eyes closed. He had no idea how long it had been since the last time Mikael made a visit. He was starved but every time Mikael came, that meant that he was unsuccessful in finding his kids. It also meant that all the fake safe houses he had set up across America were doing the job of keeping Mikael and Silas occupied.
"Oh look at poor Caroline, she looks like she would die at any moment," Mikael said.
Klaus knew that Mikael was trying to get under his dead skin. He and Caroline had been lying side by side for a very long time. At first she would respond to him however, as time went by and she started to desiccate, her movements minimized. But he knew she was there by her constant presence in his mind.
"You know we are very close to finding those three abominations you created," Mikael said. "Then we'll bring them here and kill them in front of you. You'll be begging me for your own death then boy."
With that Mikael shut the coffin and walked out.
"Do you think he's close to finding them?" Caroline's worried voice spoke in his mind.
"No love, he's just getting agitated," Klaus said.
"How long has it been?" Caroline said.
"I don't know. He didn't mention anything about time," Klaus said.
Well, as long as they are safe it doesn't matter," Caroline said.
"I agree love," Klaus said.

Katherine heard footsteps coming towards them from inside the coffin she had been trapped in for so long. Elijah lay beside her daggered. She remembered that cursed day like it was a few moments ago. Silas made a witch perform a spell to stop the hearts of Sage's, Elena and Damon's, Stefan's, Klaus and Caroline's and hers. Elijah, Kol, Rebekah and Finn had all been daggered by Mikael.
The footsteps came closer and she could hear voices.
"I wonder who lived her?" a girl's voice said.
"I don't know. I heard it's been empty since it was built seven years ago," a guy's voice said.
"It's kind of cool that they have this underground cellar thing there. For a house built only seven years ago. I mean, why would anyone get something like this?" the girls said.
"I know. It's kind of creepy. Why did we have to start down here?" the guy asked.
"I want to see the whole house bottom to top," the girl said.
"Right; and you want to start with the cellar," the guy said.
"Oh my gosh! What is that?" the girl said.
"It's a double casket," the guy said. "Ah, damn I cut myself on this door ledge." The girl laughed.
"I want to open it," she said pointing at the coffin.
"Alisa, that's not a good idea. I mean we aren't even supposed to be here," the guy said.
"What? Are you scared?" Alisa said. "Come on help me open it. The door is really heavy." She tried to pull the lid open. The guy came over to help her.
Within the coffin, Katherine geared herself up. This was her moment. She had to do it right. This was her chance of getting Elijah and herself out of this box. As the lid slowly lifted, a drop of the guy's blood fell into Katherine's mouth. That was all she needed. She grabbed onto the guy's hand before he could even open the lid entirely. Katherine heard their screams. She pulled the guy's hand and bit into his wrist. The blood was exhilarating; she could feel her strength returning. Once she had sucked him dry, she pushed the casket lid open entirely. She looked at Elijah's daggered body beside hers. She brought her hand to his face.
"I will be right back, my love," she said as she got out of the coffin. She looked at the dead guy's body on the ground. "Well, you're of no use to me now. Where's that girlfriend of yours? What was her name again? Right, Alisa. Wait a minute I still hear her," she vamp sped out of the cellar.
Katherine stood in front of the door surprising the human girl who was running towards her.
"Going somewhere?" Katherine said with a smirk.
"Please let me go! Please don't hurt me," the girl yelled.
"No, I don't want to hurt you; I have every reason to thank you," Katherine said as she walked towards her. "Even though I am still very thirsty, that boyfriend of yours will have to suffice for now. I actually need a favour from you."
Katherine looked into her eyes.
"You will quietly come downstairs with me and remove the dagger from Elijah's heart. Then you will offer yourself to him to feed on your blood," Katherine compelled. The girl nodded and started to walk down to the cellar.
Once they were in the cellar, the girl pulled the dagger out of Elijah's chest and gave it to Katherine. Katherine could see the colour on Elijah's face returning however, it was very slow.
"Give me your hand," Katherine said to the girl. The girl put her hand in Katherine's hand. Katherine bit into it and put it over Elijah's mouth. Elijah's darkened face started to brighten up as the blood flowed into his mouth. He held the girl's hand to his mouth.
"That's more like it," Katherine said. Elijah drained the girl completely and then sat up. He climbed out of the casket towards Katherine.
"Hello beautiful?" he said. Katherine smiled.
"Oh wait," she said. She walked towards the dead girl and put her into the coffin. She did the same with the guy. Katherine closed the lid of the casket. Elijah looked at her with a raised eyebrow. It wasn't like Katherine to care about dead human bodies. Especially ones she's killed.
"Well we wouldn't be out of that box if it weren't for these two," she said. Katherine walked up to him.
"Now where were we?" she said as she captured his lips with her own. Elijah kissed her back as his hands travelled down her back. Katherine pulled back.
"Did you know how hard it was to lay beside you for so long and not being able to do anything?" Katherine said. Elijah smirked.
"Katarina," Elijah said as he caressed her cheek with the back of her hand. Katherine closed her eyes and leaned into his caress. Elijah kissed the top of her head.
"Come Elijah, we have to figure out how long it's been," Katherine said as she took his hand and pulled him towards the door. "We have to find out what's going on."
Elijah was surprised. Katherine was actually becoming his Katarina who cared about others.
"Wait," Elijah said. He let go of Katherine's hand and opened the casket lid. He pulled out their cell phones, wallet and any kind of identification. He gave one of the phones to Katherine.
"Elijah," Katherine said as she looked at the phone.
"Yes," Elijah said.
"It's been seven years," Katherine said.

All five kids were ready for bed. Every day, during the bed time story they would all cuddle together on the king size bed in Esther's room. They all wore their favourite colours. Aden wore a pair of red pajamas, Arianna wore pink, Zane wore green, Eliza wore yellow and Noah wore blue. Once the story was done, the girls would be off to their princess bedroom and the boys would return to theirs.
"We're ready Aunt Bea," Aden said.
"I'm coming," Bonnie said as she walked into the room with the album. "Okay, before we start, let's review the rules."
"We are not allowed to share this story with anyone once it has been told to us. We are only allowed to say it to you, Grams or Grandmother when we are at home without guests," the five chanted.
"Very good. Now where were we with our story," Bonnie said.
"Well, Grandmother told us about our Dad and Aunt Rebekah and how they were born a thousand years ago," Eliza said.
"Oh yes, and how Grandmother had turned them into vampires to protect them from the werewolves after Uncle Henrik died," Aden said. "Oh yah, and that vampires can live forever and they don't grow older."
"And yesterday, you told us how Dad met Mom in the nineteen twenties and they fell in love. But because some bad guy was after Mom and Uncle Niklaus; Uncle Niklaus compelled our Dad to forget Mom," Arianna said.
"You also told us about how our Dad came to this town called Mystic Falls to break a curse that Grandmother had placed on him and that he met Mom after," Zane said.
"Okay, so let's start there. Caroline, as in Zane, Eliza and Noah's Mom, didn't like Klaus at first," Bonnie said.
"Dad was known as Klaus?" Noah said.
"Yes, but your Mom, Aunt Rebekah, and Uncle Kol call him Nik," Bonnie said.
"Why didn't Mom like Dad?" Noah asked.
"Well, it's because...let's just say that he wasn't being very nice," Bonnie said.
"Then how did Mom start to like him?" Zane asked. Bonnie laughed.
"You guys are asking too many questions. How about we listen to the story quietly and ask questions later?" Bonnie said. The kids became quiet showing that they were ready to hear their favourite story.
"Okay, so Klaus tried many ways of wooing Caroline. He started off by asking her to a ball they had at the Mikaelson mansion. However, Caroline wouldn't budge. She liked someone else at that time. His name was Tyler," Bonnie said. "Klaus wasn't being very nice to Tyler so Caroline didn't like him at all."
"I would be mean to Tyler too, if Mom was with him and I was Dad," Zane said. Eliza and Noah agreed.
"Do you guys want to hear the story or not?" Bonnie said. She loved hearing their opinions but they never got through the rest of the story.
"Yes we do. Sorry!" they chanted.
"Okay so one day Tyler broke up with Caroline. Caroline was upset and Stefan was trying to cheer her up. During the same time, I was having a bad magic time and I needed help. Caroline and Stefan came to help me but during the spell Caroline and Stefan disappeared," Bonnie said.
Bonnie looked at the kids' faces. They all had the same expression of shock on each of their faces.
"Stefan and Caroline had gone back in time when Klaus and Rebekah and the rest were human. There, Stefan and Rebekah fell in love. Stefan had to ask your grandfather for permission to marry Rebekah. However, before that, he had to prove that he was worthy of Rebekah. Stefan found a job as an architect and designed a bridge. He made a lot of money and then asked your grandfather if he could marry Rebekah. Your grandfather challenged him to a sword dual saying that if Stefan won then he could marry Rebekah or that day would be his last. Stefan won the dual and married Rebekah. Now the reason why Stefan won the dual was because Klaus trained him," Bonnie said. She looked at the kids. She could tell they were getting tired. They still wanted to hear more but it was already nine 'o' clock and they had to go to bed.
"Okay, so that's it for today, and we'll hear the rest of the story tomorrow," Bonnie said.
"Awww, Aunt Bea," they whined.
"Come on you guys, time to go to bed," Bonnie said.
The kids climbed out of the bed and ran to their rooms. Bonnie put the album on the bookshelf when she heard someone behind her.
"Aunty Bea may I ask you a question?" Noah asked.
"Of course you can," Bonnie said.
"Does my Mom love my Dad?" Noah said. Bonnie sat down on the chair by the bookshelf and took Noah onto her lap.
"Your Mom loves your Dad very much. I promise you that," Bonnie said. "Now tomorrow you will find out how your parents fell in love, okay?"
"Okay. Thanks Aunt Bea," Noah said and smiled showing off his dimples. He gave her a kiss on the cheek and hoped off her lap. Bonnie smiled.
Just then Esther and Liz walked in.
"How was story time?" Esther asked with a knowing smile.
"As usual. They have so many questions that we never get through a lot of it," Bonnie said. "Today I was asked why Caroline didn't like Klaus at first."
"They're just kids. It's hard for them to see their parents with others," Liz said.
"I know. I just wish they were here to explain to their kids themselves," Bonnie said as she sat down. "Also, I wanted to talk to you two about something."
"What is it?" Esther said.
"I'm going to go back to the states and try finding them," Bonnie said.
"Bea, what are you saying?" Liz said. "It's too dangerous!"
"I know but it will be worth it at the end. I still have a little bit of blood left. I'll do the locator spell once I get to one of those locations we found," Bonnie said.
"Are you sure?" Esther said.
"Yes," Bonnie said.
Yes they are alive! I could never kill them off, I love them too much! lol! Please let me know what you think by leaving a review! I promise the reunion is not far! :)
