Dean-
Lexi paced, she was nervous for Cat. Aunt Rose brought her a glass of water.
"Try to calm down sweetheart, your babies are probably freaking out in there", Aunt Rose said, patting Lexi's stomach.
Lexi took the cup and drank some before sitting. Ronnie ran in and asked to sit on Lexi's lap.
"What's wrong mommy?", she asked.
Lexi kissed her head.
"Nothing baby. Go on upstairs and wash your hands, get ready for dinner", she said.
Ronnie nodded.
"Are we going to talk about the babies names?", she asked from the first step.
"Yeah, tell your sisters and brother to get them ready. After dinner we will talk about it", I said.
She nodded and ran upstairs. I sat beside Lexi.
"We need a good distraction from all this", I said.
She nodded. Detective Scott smiled.
"I still can't believe you have all these kids. You've both made a good home here and a wonderful family.", he said.
I knew he was trying to keep Lexi from thinking about Cat.
Catherine-
Getting to the hotel and to her room, Cat knocked. She heard the lock turn and then the door opened. Penny opened the door and smiled at her.
"Finally, come in", she said.
Cat walked in. Penny closed the door and walked her into the living room.
"You look different, skinny. Are they not feeding you?", she asked.
"They are, more than you did", Cat said.
Penny didn't like her tone.
"I've missed you, you left without a word. I needed you and you left", Penny said angry.
"If I would have told you, you would have stopped me", she said.
Penny nodded and stood. She walked over to Cat and sat beside her.
"So you met him?", she asked.
Cat nodded.
"And?", she asked.
"He's a good guy", she said.
Penny nodded with a creepy smile.
"I know, but it's her. She forced him to kill Ma", Penny caught herself.
Cat noticed, but she didn't let on.
"Kill who?", she asked.
"Your mom, Penny and my good friend Burt", Penny said, touching Cat's cheek.
Cat had to go along with hating Lexi, even though it hurt to do so.
"Why?", Cat asked.
"Because she was jealous that Jon wanted Penny back. He still loved her, but she trapped him with that brat, their oldest", Penny said, standing and walking towards the window.
"He's too good for her", Cat said.
Penny nodded.
"He is, she made Penny give up her", Penny again caught herself.
Cat waited.
"My sister had you and she was all alone. Lexi knew about you and didn't do anything to help. She hated you and kept you a secret because she knew that if Jon found out, he would run to be with you and Penny", she said angry.
"She treats him like trash", Cat said.
Penny looked at her. Cat was shaking, terrified of the look on Penny's face before Penny calmed down and looked lost. She moved over to Cat.
"I know sweetheart, she won't take you away from me. She already has him, she can't have you", Penny said, cupping Cat's face.
Cat smiled at her.
"She can't take me from you. You raised me aunt Madison, not her", Cat said.
Penny smiled.
"I was going to punish you for leaving me, but you might just come in handy. Does Lexi like you? Does she talk to you? Does she trust you Catherine?", Penny asked.
Cat nodded.
"Yes", she said.
Penny smiled and Cat wasn't sure if she liked where this was going.
"Good, everything she does and says, report it back to me. Keep earning her trust and when the time is right, we will strike and she will pay for everything she did to hurt our family.", Penny said.
"What are you planning to do?", Cat asked.
"I'll let you know. I don't have the whole idea put together yet", Penny said.
Cat swallowed.
"Are you going to kill her, Madison?", Cat asked.
Penny smiled.
"Hopefully, I won't screw up this time. Third time is the charm after all", Penny said.
Cat nodded.
"I should get going. I told them I was going out for milk and if I stay too long they are going to get suspicious.", Cat said.
Penny nodded.
"We our going to be a family again", Penny said, before hugging Cat.
Cat nodded against Penny's shoulder.
Lexi-
We were getting ready to sit for dinner. The front door opened and Cat walked in.
"Let me talk to her first", Detective Scott said.
We nodded. The kids sat and he took Cat upstairs.
"Ronnie said we were going to say the babies names after dinner", Amelia said.
I nodded and set the plates.
"Yeah, this way we have time to really be sure which names we are picking", I said.
They nodded. I kept looking into the living room waiting for Cat and Scott to appear. Dean wrapped his arms around my waist from behind me. I smiled.
"Stop worrying, please", he whispered.
"I can't help it", I whispered back.
His hands moved towards my small bump.
"Royal Rumble is next weekend. We are taking all of our kids and going to Pensacola. Riley has been wanting us to visit, why not", he said.
I smiled and nodded.
"You should ask Joe first. We can't just plan and show up unannounced.", I said.
"I'll ask Sunday when I see him", he said, grabbing a plate and serving himself.
"You'll be here for Christmas right?", I asked.
He kissed my cheek.
"Not missing it for the world. It is our last in this house", he said.
Cat and detective Scott walked in, she came over to me and hugged me.
"We can talk tomorrow. I have to head to the office", Scott said.
We nodded.
"And don't worry about Penny, I have eyes on her. If she moves, they text me where, with who, and what she's doing", he said to Dean and I.
We nodded.
"Thank you", Dean said, shaking his hand.
I walked him out and waved as he drove off. Walking back into the kitchen, everyone was eating and talking about Christmas and moving, the Royal Rumble.
"Dad, can I invite Ryder to the Rumble?", Amelia asked.
Dean shrugged.
"If his parents say it's okay, sure, but he will be staying with uncle Seth or Roman", Dean said, adding the ending quickly.
Amelia rolled her eyes.
"Can I invite Wyatt?", Gracie asked next.
Dean chuckled and shook his head no.
"Hell no", he said.
"What? Why? What makes Ryder okay to take, but not Wyatt?", Gracie asked.
"Ryder isn't trying to sleep with Amelia", Dean said.
"Ew dad", Amelia said.
"See", Dean said.
"And you think I would sleep with Wyatt just because I like him? I know better dad, trust me", Gracie said.
Dean chewed his food and looked at me. I raised a brow.
"Fine, but he stays with uncle Seth or Roman too", he said.
"Daddy", Veronica said.
"Yes Ron", he said.
I took my seat beside him.
"I have a boyfriend, his name is Devon.", Ronnie said.
"No you don't", Camden said.
Dean raised a brow. Everyone giggled at what Ronnie said, except for Camden.
"What makes this kid your boyfriend?", Dean asked, taking a drink.
"He let me borrow his crayons and I told him he was cute. I told him I was his girlfriend and he said okay", she said.
"That's how your mom got me", Dean said, winking at me.
I laughed and Dean shook his head.
"Well damn, Veronica beat you both in the boyfriend department", Dean said.
Gracie and Amelia smiled.
"Do I get to meet him?", Dean asked, playing along.
"No", she said.
"Why not pumpkin head?", Dean asked.
"Because he doesn't know where we live", she said.
Dean leaned over and kissed the top of Ronnie's head.
"So can we say baby names now?", Gracie asked.
Dean looked at me and smiled. I nodded.
"Sure, let me get a pen and paper", I said, standing and grabbing a notebook.
I had already a few names picked out, as did Dean. We would write them down and place a first and middle name to see what it would sound like. I sat back down.
"Alright, youngest to oldest. Since Elijah can barely talk, let's move to you miss Veronica", I said.
"Cat said we could share names so, it's my pick and hers", Ronnie said.
I nodded and Cat smiled.
"We didn't pick boy names, Ronnie and I think it's girls", Cat said.
I smiled and looked at Ronnie.
"Alright babe, give them to me", I said.
"Luca and Victoria", Ronnie said excited.
"Cute", I said, writing them down.
I pointed at Chloe.
"Now you missy", I said.
"For girls I picked Elena and Jenna. For boys James and Justin. Nana Rose helped me pick them", she said smiling.
"Cam", Dean said.
"I only picked boy names. I don't want anymore sisters. There's too many girls to take care of", he said.
Dean chuckled.
"What names?", I asked.
"Mason and Kevin", he said.
I nodded and looked at Lia.
"For girls I picked Lacey and Lucy, for boys Emerson and Benjamin", she said.
Dean nodded towards Gracie.
"Melinda and Maya. Boys, Adrian and Nicholas", she said.
I wrote them down and looked at Cat.
"Any you want to add?", I asked.
She shook her head no.
"Like Ronnie said, we're sharing", she said.
I nodded.
