Ananbeth's POV

Rachel. She was shaking her hips as he walked, like she was all that. I rolled my eyes as she said, "Percy. What a pleasant surprise to see you here!" Percy turned his head slowly, afraid of what he was going to see.

"Rachel...," Percy said, then put his hand in mine. It was just like Rachel to wait for a time when Coral isn't here with us. Rachel looked down at our hands and frowned, then quickly looked back up and smiled.

"I was thinking maybe-" Rachel started to say, but got cut off because some kid tackled her to the ground. My first thought was 'Coral', but the kid wasn't Coral. she had dark blonde, straight hair, and was yelling, "Churros!"

"What the heck?" Rachel exclaimed. "Who are you!?"

"That's my sister's best friend. I told her you stole her churros," someone said from the direction the kid came. I turned to see Coral, Nico, and Coral's sister, Eden. Coral smiled at me. "Sorry. My mom said that if I wanted to come, I had to bring Eden, who wanted to bring Maddi here," she said, gesturing to the girl who tackled Rachel. "Looks like she came in handy."

"Once again, you saved my butt," Percy said.

"You really should have already gotten used to it," Coral said, then turned to Rachel. "If I were you, I wouldn't finish what I started to say." Rachel got up, steaming mad, and stormed off. Coral looked back at us. "Miss me?"

I started cracking up. "Your sister has one crazy best friend," I said.

"I know. She can be calm sometimes, but she's usually crazy. Honestly, I didn't think she would tackle her, just confuse her with yelling, but what she did works, too."

"Yeah. Hey Nico," Percy said. Nico waved.

"Where's my churro?" the girl, Maddi, asked.

"I'll buy you a different churro. This one will taste so much better. I figured out the churro she had was gross and moldy," Coral told her. Maddi laughed and went to Eden.

"Sorry we're late. Did we miss anything?" Coral asked.

"Not really. Just Thalia bringing up the fact that you called her Katniss Everdeen," I said.

"Yeah. That was low," Thalia said.

"You had it coming,"Coral told her. Thalia stuck her tongue out at Coral, and Coral did the same to Thalia.

"Are we going to ride rides or just stand here, sticking our tongues out at each other?" Erica asked impatiently.

"She has a point," Percy said. We laughed and started walking toward a ride that looked cool. So far, this day has been good.

Coral's POV

We had ridden four rides by the time lunch came. We all ordered hot dogs (except Piper, who got a salad) for lunch. I got Maddi a churro, too. I sat next to Nico and Maddi, and across from Percy.

"I'm surprised," Annabeth's stepbrother, Matthew, said. "I didn't think girls had the guts to ride roller coasters like those."

"Really?" I asked him. "We're just getting started. There are still a lot of good roller coasters left to go on."

"Matthew, I'm surprised you were able to ride all of those roller coasters. You peed your pants in the Tower of Terror in Disneyland." Annabeth said. We all laughed. Matthew's face was red.

"Oh, don't worry, Matthew," Thalia said. "Jason peed his pants on that ride three times when he was little, but giggled afterward each time."

"Thalia!" Jason complained.

"What? I'm just being a good big sister and telling stories about you when you were little." Jason glared at her, while Thalia was laughing. "I'm gonna be telling those all day now!"

"Thalia, don't! I have some embarrassing stories about you, too."

"I have to hear one of those!" Percy said.

"I'll save it for if or when she tells another embarrassing story about me as a kid," Jason said.

"Honestly, it doesn't matter. All of us have embarrassing baby stories," Annabeth said.

"What's your's?" Thalia asked.

"I wasn't saying-"

"Where to start?"Matthew said. "Let's see, when she was three, she asked her dad where babies came from. Her dad said, 'Well, Annabeth. Babies come from the sun, and are sent down to Earth to a couple in need'."

"Shut up, Matthew. At least I actually know where babies come from now. What about you? Do you know where babies come from?" Annabeth asked him.

"Well, not from the sun."

"Come on," Percy said. "Everyone knows that babies come from Neptune."

"We were told Jupiter," Jason said.

"Come on, guys," Piper said. "When I was little, my dad said Venus."

"I was told that Pluto was where babies come from," Nico said, then looked at Jason and Percy. "Why is it that our dads are brothers, but have different stories on where babies come from?"

"Because they're different," Jason said. "Babies definitely come from Jupiter, though."

"No. They come from Neptune," Percy argued. By that time, I was laughing so hard, I could hardly breathe.

"When did this conversation even come up?" I asked in between laughs.

"Matthew brought it up," Annabeth said.

"Then you continued the conversation," Erica said.

"Whatever reason, it was still hilarious," I said.

"You find weird things funny," Thalia said.

"Yeah well, I'm weird."

"That's true."

"Shut up."

"Make me."

"Okay, I will," I said. I tried to charge at her, but got held back by Nico. Thalia was, also ready to charge, but got held back by Jason.

"Will you two stop arguing for one day?" Jason asked.

"Probably not," I admitted.

Jason groaned. "It's okay, little brother. I fight with everyone. Not just Coral," Thalia said.

"I know," Jason mumbled.

"Can we go on more rides now?" Erica asked.

"I guess we should, huh?" Percy said.

"Let's go," I said, then got up. We got in line for another ride and waited about forty-five minutes to get on, then got Maddi another churro. It was about ten O'clock p.m. before I got into the passenger seat of Nico's car, with Eden and Maddi in the back.

"Today was fun," he said.

"Yeah. I enjoyed it," I said, as he backed out of the parking spot.

"Maybe we'll do it again sometime, just you and me."

"If my parents will let me come without having to bring my sister."

"Yeah. It wouldn't be just you an me if she's around, huh?"

"No duh, Sherlock," I said. He laughed. We were silent the rest of the way to my house. When we got there, the girls got out, and went inside. I sat there and looked at Nico. "Thank you, for an awesome day, Nico," I said, then kissed him. I got out of the car and went into my apartment.
