I walk over to the table. " Ash are you alright? dont give me some bull shit lie."
"fine I won't. I have called Spencer. I just got done talking to her voicemail. I can't take it anymore ky. I have to see her. I have to fix what I have fucked up with her. ky I just have to." I said crying again i can't stop.
" just wait for her to call you back.i will text Madison and tell her to keep an eye on her." Kyla said.
Kyla texted Madison and nothing she did get a text. nothing at all just like me it been three days and still nothing from either of them.
I don't know what I am going to do. I have to get my shit together. I have to fine some where for me and kyla to live. she needs to go to school and I need to find a job.
right now we are sitting in yet another hotel room. Kyla is on her phone looking up schools in salt lake city. I am looking at the classifieds for a job and an apartment.
I found a two bed room apartment. I call them.
"hello I'm calling about the two bedroom apartment that you have in the paper.i was wondering if it was still available."
"hello yes it is. was you wanting to come like at it. what is your name." the lady said.
" Ashley Davies. yes that would be great. what time can I come today." I ask hopefully.
"can you come around 3:30 this afternoon." the lady said.
"thank you so much. I will be there." I said kind of jumping off the bed.
" ky get ready. we are going to go look at an apartment." I said grabbing some clothes out of my suitcase for us.
" alright. hey I found a school you think we can check it out on the way." kyla said grabbing the clothes I got out for her.
she is wearing jeans and I nice light blue button up shirt. I am wearing a black business suite with a nice light pink button up shirt.
"yes" is all I said before walking in to the bathroom.
I get ready and look at myself in the mirror before putting on some make-up. I need to cover up my dark circles under my eyes.
I haven't really slept since I left L.A. I don't know what to do about stuff there don't get me wrong I want to go back. I can't Spencer hates me. I know I need to get over her but I can't she is and forever will be my true love.
alright I need to stop thinking about her I am going to start crying and make my make-up run.
I look at my phone still nothing for Spencer. I wish she would just text me. I walk out of the bathroom.
"awe ky you look so cute." I said looking at Kyla.
"shut up I hate it. I really need my own clothes. I look like you." she said looking at herself in the mirror.
"is that such a bad thing." I said only if she know what I looked like when I was a teenager.
"yes" she said.
"uhh." I said and acted like I was hurt. then got a pillow off the bed and throw it at her.
" you ass." she said throwing it back at me.
"come on we need to go." I said looking at my phone.
we got in the car and drive to the apartment. we get out of the car and walk up to the apartment. wow it look like a bad neighborhood. I don't think I want to live here. I not used to this kind of stuff.
a lady dressed in a business suit with a skirt that is mid thigh. wow is has some nice legs. she had long dirty blonde hair that is haft up and haft down. she walked up to us. god I would I rock her world. man I so wish the old me would go away sometimes.
"hello you must be Ashley Davies. I'm Shane Stone." she said holding out her hand for me to shake. I take it in my hand shake it.
"yes and it's very nice to meet you." I said letting go of her hand.
"do you have and places that is less scary and near a good school." kyla said and I neg her. "ouch" ky said giving me a look like 'you bitch you are thinking the same thing.'
"I do but it nine hundred a month." shane said. while I guess I will be sleeping with the landlord to get it cheaper.
"that's fine." I said with a small smile.
"great follow me." she said getting in her car. kyla and I get into my car.
"I saw the way you was looking at her." kyla said.
"what you can't say she is not hot." I said turning the car on and following Shane to the other place.
"I can't but..." ky said but I didn't let her finish.
"please don't." I said turning on the radio.
we get to this big house. a little ways from it is a school.
"that is the school I was talking about ash." ky said kind of jumping in her seat.
"we will check it out in a few." I said getting out of the car.
shane got out of her car. we followed her into the house. wow it is so beautiful.
"if you don't like the colors you can paint it. I just furnished it with all new furniture but you have to buy your own bed. if you don't want the stuff I can put it in storage." she said walking into the living room. wow it is so amazing in her. the color of the room is a soft brown. no not the ugly one. there is black leather sofa and chairs.
"wow. is there t.v." Kyla said.
"umm no but you can get one for like fifty bucks at the pond shop." Shane said.
"the is three bedroom and a full bath in each one. the is a full bath in the hall way up stairs and down." she said as we walked around the house. "you haven't said anything Ashley. what do you think." she said looking me in the eyes.
"I love it. it's near the high school. I think we could probably call this home." I said.
"we are you two a couple." shane saifd.
"what eww no this is my little sister." I said pointing at Kyla.
"oh ok that a good month is free to see if you like it and so you can get some stuff for the house." she said with a wink. she handed me the keys to the house.
"thanks." I said with a small smile.
"I let you guys get settled in if you need anything you have my number." she said walking out the door.
I watched her walk off the porch and down the sidewalk to her car.
"you want her." kyla said from behind me.
"maybe. let's go see if we can get you in that school." I said nudging kyla again.
I pull my phone out of my pocket. 'would you like to go to dinner with me tomorrow night-A'
we get in the car.
