Callie rubbed at the side of her temples and sat back in her chair. With a sigh she reached for her cup of coffee, grimacing as she took a big gulp before realising it was almost stone cold. She glanced at the clock and nodded to herself as she started to pack-away her files. If she left now, she would have time to pick up another brew on her way to meet Arizona at the therapists office. Taking a deep breath as she thought about it Callie shook her head and reminded herself of her commitment to help her wife in any way she could, even if it meant being banished to the waiting room again whilst the Dr spoke to Arizona, the blonde woman felt stronger and more confident just knowing the brunette was waiting outside if needed, but her therapist had wanted to spend the first few sessions just speaking to Arizona alone, to "establish a bond of trust!" she had explained in a somewhat condescending tone in Callies opinion!

She put the last of the files in the cabinet and turned the key before dropping the set in her briefcase and locking the lid. She glanced quickly at the photo on her desk and smiled. The photo showed Arizona and Sofia at Disneyworld, both wearing matching Mickey Mouse ears, and grinning like crazy. Sofia was Callies biological daughter, but she sure took after her momma in the goofy grin department! With another quick smile Callie switched off her office lights and set quickly off across the hospital.

The rest of their stay at Arizonas parents had been fun and relaxed. Her parents had brought a somewhat hyper and tired Sofia home a little after 6.30pm. Their daughter had chatted away constantly as Arizona had made her a light supper before Callie had changed her for bed. The two of them had tucked her in together, laughing as their daughter had literally fallen asleep mid-sentence. "Wish I could do that!" Arizona had whispered as she crept out of the bedroom and headed down stairs. Callie had chuckled as she replied. "Falling asleep doesn't seem to be a problem for you. STAYING asleep however!"

Arizona had abruptly stopped on the stair case and turned to look at Callie before very quickly saying "I'm going back to therapy! As soon as we get home, I'm gonna make an appointment! I said I was going to, but the holiday, then work when we got back and babies….I just put it off. But these nightmares, they're getting worse, and they are affecting you and Sofia. So, I'm doing it, I'm going back. And this time, I am NOT quitting….."

"Arizona! Hey, slow down! Whoa!" Callie had grabbed her wifes shoulders and bent down a fraction until they were eye level. "It's ok, it's ok. It's fine honey. I will come with you, we'll do this together ok? Together. And I promise you, I will do everything I can to help you. Everything, whatever it takes! Therapy, meditation, yoga…..Tai whatsit!"

"Tai-Chi. And you laughed all the way through our taster class!"

"Well" Callie had grinned sheepishly, "It was kinda difficult to concentrate when he said the move was also called Patting the Horse ya know!"

Arizona had shaken her head and quickly kissed her cheek. "Dork!" she whispered as she went to walk away

Callie had reached out quickly to turn her back to face as she nodded before saying sincerely. "Arizona, I mean it. I will do …EVERYTHING you need me to do in order to help you. I, I love you. Let me help!"

Arizona had smiled and gently cupped Callies cheek as she whispered. "I love you to, and you DO help me, every day, just by being here!"

They had stood like that for several seconds, just gazing at each other, before Daniel had coughed politely as he poked his head around the bottom of the staircase to announce dinner was served. The four of them had chatted easily over the meal itself, with the two older Robbins fondly talking about their day with their Granddaughter and how much fun they had all had. Callie had noticed how from time to time Barbara would gently reach out to stroke Arizonas hand or shoulder, she also noticed how Daniel would look at his daughter and study her when he thought he wasn't being watched. But, neither of them asked about Arizonas nightmare that morning, though Callie had sensed they desperately wanted to.

They had gone to bed fairly early, and, exhausted by their own special day together, had slept easily wrapped in each others arms. They had stayed long enough to enjoy Sunday lunch, then with the promise if visiting again soon and having the Robbins come visit them, they had travelled home. Arizona had dug out the number for her therapist, and true to her word had called first thing Monday morning to make an appointment. That had been a little over three weeks ago, and as Callie paid for her new cup of coffee and a hot chocolate for her wife, she realised that she would have time to meet Arizona up on the Peds ward and walk her the rest of the way for appointment number four.

Smiling as she spotted her favourite blonde at the nurses station, Callie quietly took the time to let her eyes rove up and down and drink in the way Arizona looked. As cliché as it sounded, she was glowing, her skin, her hair and her eyes. Oh, wait, her eyes. Busted! Yet again her wife had caught her checking her out! "Hi!" she muttered, blushing slightly as she took the last few steps and gently pecked the smirking blondes cheek before handing her the cup of hot chocolate. "Thought you might like this, before your appointment!"

"OUR appointment, and thanks!" came the grateful reply before Arizona greedily took several swigs. "Mmmm, heaven, bless you! Callie?"

"Mmm?"

"You keep looking at me like that, and with my hormones making me all kindsa horny….we may not make it across the hospital before I drag you into an on call room and have my wicked wicked way with you!"

Callie laughed and raised an eyebrow before whispering. "Have I mentioned how much I am enjoying your hormones?"

"Not helping!"

As she moved closer and pulled Arizona towards her Callie grinned. "On this occasion, there is only ONE thing that will help!"

"And what's that?

"An empty on call room on the way BACK from therapy!" Callie chuckled before leaning down and softly claiming the pink lips of the frustrated woman who made her feel just as horny, and she didn't have an excuse! Pulling out of the kiss she smiled again as she heard the soft moan from Arizona. "Come on!" she said as she reached for her hand. "Sooner we get there…."

"Sooner we find that room!" Arizona said quickly as she started to walk and drag Callie behind her

"You're insatiable!" Callie muttered before allowing her eyes to travel down a fraction before adding, "insatiable and the owner of the best ass in the world!"

Still sipping their drinks as they stepped in the elevator it was Callie who pulled the other woman to her and, after gently pushing a stray lock of blonde hair behind her ear, slowly kissed her, letting her free hand travel down Arizonas arm and side before automatically coming forward to trace over the ever more burgeoning bump.

"You know" she whispered against Arizonas cheek as she pulled their bodies closer, "You really are starting to show these days. I think we have to come clean to the rest of the board and Owen. Give him time to plan cover for your maternity leave….and mine!"

"Umhmmm" Arizona nodded as she wrapped her empty arm around Callies waist and pulled them closer. "I know. Been thinking the same thing myself. I fact, I caught Meredith looking at me this morning in the cafeteria…she was doing that frowny thing she does where she WANTS to say something, but doesn't know what it is she wants to say!"

Callie nodded as she giggled, then frowned a fraction as she asked. "Cafeteria? What, what were you doing in there? I made you breakfast before you left!"

"Oh, oh yeah. Uhm. Well!" Arizona stammered, before suddenly stepping back and reaching again for Callies hand as the elevator doors opened on their floor

"Zona?" Callie growled softly

"Ok, fine!" came the guilty reply. "I had a craving and tried to ignore it, but…I was hungry!"

"For?"

"Blueberry cheesecake. Only, they didn't have one….so I got a plain one, and some blueberry jelly to put on top of it, but is seemed dry….so I topped it all with…blueberry yoghurt!"

"Arizona!"

"I know, I know. But it was just this once, honestly! I am trying to be good, truly! But, this morning, after last night, you and me, all night…."

Callie smiled, blushed and nodded. "Okay, fine, just this once! Honey, I don't wanna be a killjoy you know that. And I would love it if I could just say eat whatever you fancy. But, your BP is only just stabilising, Addison and Dr Leroy are both worried about it though, and your kidney function to! We still don't know what caused it to fluctuate so much, the last lot of readings were…."

"Ok, so stop worrying so much! They were ok!" Arizona grasped her hand more tightly and brought it up to her lip to gently brush a kiss against her knuckles.

"I am always going to worry about you Arizona" Callie said as she stopped them walking to briefly stroke her hand down the pale cheeks of the other woman. "Always. Can't help it! But you try and tell me that you never worry about me and I won't believe you! Hmm?"

"Okay, fine, I worry about you to. And you're right, it's because I love you. But…"

"Ah ah, no buts about it! I have a damn good reason to be worried about you right now. SO, tough, live with me nagging….and before you complain always try to remember what you were like when I was carrying Sofia!"

"Fine!" came the half-hearted reply as Arizona started walking and headed over to announce their arrival with the therapists receptionist before she and Callie sat down on a comfy sofa against the far wall"

Callie chuckled as she pulled the blonde in for a hug. "Yes. Fine. Arizona", she said picking up their earlier conversation. "But, listen to me, you are carrying our children, you are doing something so amazing and wonderful, and all I can do…ALL I can do, is to take care of you and make sure that you get all the love, care and attention that you need and deserve"

"You certainly gave me plenty of love and attention last night!" Arizona chuckled

"And there is plenty more where that came from" Callie husked back before saying seriously. "I just want to look after you, to, to protect you"

"And you do" Arizona whispered as she once again cupped Callies cheek and pulled her forward so they were resting their foreheads together. "You do" she breathed. "You do"

They were interrupted by the receptionist announcing that the doctor was ready to see them. Callie smiled as watched Arizona stand up. "Good luck honey, I'm gonna be right here waiting for you ok?"

"Ok" Arizona smiled back. "I love you!"

"Love you to!" Callie replied. She watched Arizona close the door behind her before rummaging in her bag for the paperback novel she had brought with her.

She was only three pages in when the door to the therapists room opened and Dr Wiseman poked her head out. "Callie? Hi. Could you uhm, could you come in and join us?"

Instantly Callie was on her feet. "Is something wrong? Did something happen? Is Arizona alright!?" she gasped as she dashed across the room, only stopping when the doctor stepped fully out of the room and gently pushed her back a fraction before calmly saying. "Arizona is ok, she is fine. Please, relax. It is just, after spending a bit of time talking to her alone, I now feel that is time for her to talk with you in the room, to talk TO you about what she has been through, what she went through, what she IS going through and how she feels about it all"

Callie took a slow breath, her eyes locked on the older woman in front of her before she quietly said. I KNOW what she has been through. I know"

R Wiseman nodded sympathetically but kept her expression blank as she looked directly at Callie and quietly told her. "Part of what Arizona feels is guilt, about what she has put you through. She needs to talk about that, needs to confront it. The only person who can help her with that, is you. You have to be honest in this room Callie, completely and utterly honest. She knows you went through hell when her plane was missing, but you never tell her about it, not fully. She knows how hard she made life for you during her recovery, but you never complained or talk about that either. She knows you feel that you let her down by not joining her in San Francisco sooner, but all you talk about is how happy you are to be a mother again, how much you will love the babies. You don't talk about what happened to her. She is scared, but she is not porcelain Callie. She needs to talk to you, and she needs you to talk to her. So please, join us, but remember, be honest, be open….and trust her as much as she trusts you"

Callie held her gaze for several seconds before drawing in another slow shaky breath and nodding before slowly pushing assed the doctor and opening the door. "Hey!" she whispered as she looked at Arizona sitting on the sofa. She looked so small and so nervous, her hands twisting nervously in her lap.

Arizona smiled weakly back as Callie came to sit next to her and reached for her hand. "Hey" she whispered back. "You don't have to do this you know" she added as Dr Wiseman sat down in the armchair next to them. "Not today, it was kinda sprung on you so you don't have to do this today not at all in fact. You don't have to….."

"Arizona!" Callie chuckled gently as she looked lovingly in to her blue eyes. "I'm here aren't I? And, I want to do this, I do! I want to help! I want to help you, to help us. I'm ready ok? I am, so let's do this. Ok? Let's do this!" She turned to look back at the therapist and with a small smile asked. "Where do we start?"
