So here is part 2. Havent written any chapters after this and I don't know when I will get a chance too, but imma try. As always, I own nothing and please leave a review.
…
"Is everything ready, Levy?" Makarov asked as he watched the bluenette fiddled with a couple wires.
The bluenette nodded as she twisted two wires together. "Now the sound will be loud enough to reach them outside if the plan 'A' fails."
"You ready Wendy? They've been spotted over the hill," the principal asked as the young Sky Dragon Slayer looked at the spell book nervously. She nodded her head, determined.
"When we give you the okay, press down on this button and start reciting the spell. Remember you must hold the button down the entire time," Levy said before moving out of the sophomore's way.
Outside, the students gathered by the school, watching the slow parade of zombiefied farmers drag themselves across the small field.
"You think this will work?" Gray asked,
"I don't see why it wouldn't," Caleb said, a slight wind picking up around him.
"It seems simple enough, pretty smart too," Lucy added, her hand on her keys.
"Let's hope the spell doesn't need to be read in person," Gray said, still having a bad feeling about the plan.
"They're almost here, everybody ready?" Erza asked, drawing her sword.
"Yeah!" the students closest to her called as they began their charge toward the zombies.
Lisanna changed and took flight, sectioning off a small group of the farmers. They slashed at the air clumsily as they followed her. Gray jumped right into the middle of a group of farmers, his hands together as he called out, "Ice Make: Cage." A cage of ice grew up around thirty or so of the farmers, capturing them.
"Gale Force!" Caleb called as he unleashed a powerful wind that launched another group of farmers up into the air. "Now Lucy!"
"Right!" the blonde called. "Open Gate: Virgo!" Lucy called as the key started shinning and out popped the pink haired maid. The spirit went immediately to digging her tunnels and the farmers fell from the air into them to be transported to the auditorium. "Nice!"
Erza's swords circled around another group pushing them to the auditorium just as Lisanna was doing with her group and Gray with his cage.
Everywhere they looked, the students and faculty had their magic going, trapping the farmers and transporting them to the auditorium, and when the last one was locked up Laxus pulled out a Lacrima and told the principal that phase one was complete.
"Okay Wendy, they're ready," Makarov said, placing the Lacrima back in his pocket.
The small girl nodded her head and pushed the red button on the intercom system. She took a quick breath before reciting the cure for the spell, "ALmania shezic quoteaz."
"It's working," Natsu called as he peered into the auditorium skylight.
All of the people on the ground started cheering as Natsu turned his attention back to the famers who were starting to look around, confused, the clarity in their eyes showing they were cured.
…
"Watch out, food coming though!" Jet and Droy called as they pushed two carts full of food from the cafeteria into the auditorium. They and some others started passing out the pizza and fruit to the farmers while others were having their memories jogged by Wendy. Other students, their phones out, were scrolling through the list of names and pictures, telling the 138 confused farmers their identity and why they were hundreds of miles away from their homes.
…
"So how are we getting all of them home?" Igneel asked as he learned against the wall, his arms crossed over his broad chest.
"I already contacted the news stations and papers in the areas where most are from. Their families are being notified now that their loved ones are alive and well," Lydia said as she entered the room, a Lacrima in her hand.
"Great, thank you for doing that for me," the principal said. "But it is a pressing matter how we will get them back. They can't stay here, not with the war and the risk of being zombiefied again. But neither do we have enough funds to buy them all train tickets."
"I talked to my father," Lucy chimed in," he said he wouldn't mind donating money to help with getting them back."
"I can help too," Igneel said.
"Perfect, let the rich people handle that," Laxus said. "Now what? If we wait any longer, Raven Tail might just find more people to zombiefy and use against us. We need to take the fight to them!" the Thunder Dragon Slayer said, his fist slamming into the wall he leaned against.
"I am aware of that," Makarov said, his fingers laced together as he rested his chin on them. "Igneel," he said turning toward the dragon, "I want you to go back to their hideout, find out any more information and try to draw up a floor plan of their base. We will need it if we are going to invade them."
The dragon nodded his head before leaving to get ready.
"As for the rest of you, good job today. Especially you Wendy. Get a good night's sleep. Soon, we finish this," the old mage said, his own fist slamming down hard on the desk.
…
Wendy woke suddenly, her acute hearing catching the whispers in the dark.
"We can't screw this up, Metalicana would eat us if we do," came a rough, male voice.
"I know," came the shrill response from his female partner.
The young sky dragon slayer threw the covers off her and slid silently out of bed careful to not wake Carla. She crept behind the door, preparing her roar just as the knob started to move.
"Got ya!" came the triumphet cry of the man as he landed a powerful punch to the girl's stomach, knocking her unconscious.
"Great, now let's get out of here before the others wake up," the female said.
…
Wendy's eyes fluttered open as she regained consciousness. Recognizing that she wasn't in her room, she moved to get up, but the chains on her feet and wrists kept her bound to the column.
"Confused are you?" came a deep, metallic voice.
"Metalicana?" Wendy growled, spotting the giant red eye of the dragon.
"It's amazing that you remember me, we only met once when you were young, and I was in my human form then," the dragon rumbled.
"What's going on? Why did you kidnap me? How could you betray Igneel? He was your best friend!" Wendy shouted, her voice angry but laced with fear.
"Sorry child, but for now you will have to remain confused," the dragon grinned before turning, smoke coming off his body as he reverted to his human form. Wendy gasped as she saw what the dragon had hid behind his large body. The entire force of Raven Tail, Ivan included.
