The Healer
Fairy Tail Guild Hall
2 Weeks later
It has been 2 weeks since Zero and the others have successfully stopped the guild masters from getting assassinated by Eisenwald but from hearing the destruction of the Oshibana Station and the destruction of the building that all the guild masters were all in. It would cost the guild a couple million jewels for the cost, now going back to the debt that they own to the state with this being their most expensive bill they done.
During those 2 weeks, Makarov would have sent Zero along with Gray as his guide and do missions to repay the cost. Each mission would pay Zero around couple 100's to some couple of 1000's, drastically decreasing the amount but still he still had a huge amount of debt.
While Zero was on those missions, Yoruichi and Orihime would introduce themselves to Makarov. While the guild knows Yoruichi, they were shocked to hear that she is actually pretty close to Zero when he had his memories, giving Cana the idea that perhaps she has a crush on him and a interesting new idea. Oh boy Cana is so going to have fun with Zero when he does come back.
Yoruichi would inform of Zero's past, raising an eyebrow from the small elder guild master. She would inform him that she has been a mother figure to Zero or rather, Ichigo Kurosaki, a former high schooler of a town called Karakura Town, Japan, a different world. He was a special case as he is a human Quincy and has the bloodline of a Shinigami and has a part of a monster known as a Hollow. While Makarov doesn't know any religion of their world, he would believe in that case since he has a high pressure for someone that is a now late teen.
She would tell him the adventures that both of them and Orihime had faced from entering a place known as the Soul Society and saving a friend of his named Rukia Kuchiki from execution, to facing a traitorous Shinigami by the name of SÅsuke Aizen from destroying their world, retrieving his lost Shinigami powers from a former Shinigami to facing a Quincy God by the name of Yhwach. She would tell him to only keep this between themselves since it would bring harm if any other person besides the Shinigami, the Arrancars and the remaining Quincies.
Makarov would keep his mouth shut only if she were to tell him the true background of his 'child'. She would tell him of his past, a past that went from a happy go-lucky kid, to a now serious young man that would do anything to protect his family, his friends and those he cares about. The reason behind his scowl is because of the death of his mother, Masaki Kurosaki. She was the matriarch of the family, a beacon of hope for the family and the one person Ichigo/Zero would protect but that one faithful day when he was walking home with his mother, he saw what appears to be a a person about to drown themselves by a riverbank but it was actually a Hollow that would claim the life of his mother but it was the Quincy God that actually took the soul of his mother.
Tragic that a boy would have to experience at the lost of his mother, Makarov felt sorry that he experience that and felt that he's more connected to the rest of his children.
She would the tell him about Orihime Inoue, a close friend of Zero's. She was also by his side throughout his journey and awaken to a god-like healing ability. Her powers are mainly for defense and healing and was once a target for the former Shinigami captain.
Right now, Orihime is sitting by the bar area with Mirajane, Erza, Lucy, Levy and Cana. The girls have been wanting to know on the possible romance between the two late teens, which Orihime is mad red in embarrassment.
"Oh so it is true?" Cana takes a sip of her drink while she continues to tease her, "To think Zero would have a fine lady by his side." She elbow bumps the auburn haired late teen.
"No need to tease the girl Cana." Levy comes to her aid, "She's only been here for 2 weeks, no need to press on the teasing."
"She is right though. We can't let you continue on pressing the issue Cana." Mirajane added, "There are somethings that she probably wants to keep a secret."
"You guys are no fun." Cana puffed her cheeks as she continues on drinking her beverage of beer or whatever type of alcohol.
"Sorry that she's like that." Levy says to the auburn, "When she hears that type of gossip, she'll most likely continue on the teasing."
"It's fine." Orihime replies back, "I'm somewhat used to it from Yoruichi-san."
"Yoruichi teases you? Or Zero?" Mirajane raises an eyebrow and asks her.
"She teases Zero since he is somewhat dense when it comes to the romance side." Orihime says and continues on, "Even his sisters would try to tell him about the possibility of us dating." All of the girls eyes widen in shock as they all say,
"HE HAS SISTERS!?" She would nervously nod her head.
"Younger twin sisters." Yoruichi appears by the girls, "Karin Kurosaki and Yuzu Kurosaki. The little sisters that he swore he would protect by the words of his mother." She would then take a seat by the girls and leans on the counter, "Orihime has been the older sister type to them whenever Zero was taking on a job in our world. Both girls adore her and wanted their big brother to go on a date with her but things didn't turn out the way they wanted."
"What do you mean Yoruichi?" Erza asks the dark skinned woman.
"By the time Zero had gotten his Shinigami powers back, all of us were dragged into a Blood War."
"Blood War?" Lucy didn't like what she was about to hear from Yoruichi.
"A Blood War that was a 1,000 years in the making. A Blood War against the people that Zero was affiliated to the bloodline that Zero was unknowingly a part of. Shinigami vs the Quincies. Balance vs destruction. Of course I can't go into detail but all I can say is that Zero ended the war but at the cost of us being here and the lost of Zero's true memories."
"Did your side lost anyone?" Erza asks her, to which she nods her head.
"Couple of captains and lieutenants but the Quincies lost most of their army."
"And did Zero kill the boss?" Cana presses on.
"He did with the help of a friend of ours."
"Why did Zero lose his memories?" Levy asks this time as Yoruichi shrugs.
"Beats me."
"What was Zero true name?" Mira asks her.
Orihime would be the one to tell them, "Ichigo Kurosaki."
For some reason Erza thought of strawberries when she mentions the name but she doesn't know why.
"So should we address him as Ichigo?" Lucy asks but Yoruichi shakes her head.
"For now, only address him as Zero." She says to the group and continues, "While we may not know how long he be like this but for now, just call him by his other name for now until he regains his full memories as Ichigo Kurosaki."
"Very well."
"Uh by the way." Mirajane decided to asks something as she looks at Orihime, "What type of person was Zero like?"
That got Orihime to think. From what she could tell, he is still much the same but he doesn't scowl as much, he's more friendlier than ever before and his power has definitely increased but she doesn't know if its his true power.
"Well from what I can tell, Kurosaki-kun is quite different from what I originally knew him." The girls lean in besides Yoruichi as they are interested to know more on their amnesia friend, "He still has that eyes that have seen enough battles for one lifetime, still determined as ever and will do anything for the sake of his friends."
"But he still is dense as ever." Yoruichi added, "Like I said earlier, Zero isn't the smartest to get the idea that a girl likes him." Orihime's face would again turn red since its obvious. "And plus I'm sure that it will be only a matter of time before some of you girls will fall for him."
The girls didn't know what to say. Erza's face would turn redder than her scarlet hair and thought of some inappropriate images from those exotic novels she reads, Lucy's jaw dropped to hear such an idea since she is only friends with the KingsGlaive, Mira was shocked to hear that idea as well and didn't know what to say, Levy felt very uncomfortable since she only sees Zero as a friend, Cana on the other hand didn't know what to say.
"Y-you honestly think that?!" Lucy stammered, "Is he really such a playboy?!"
Yoruichi would shake her head and gestures the blonde haired Celestial mage to calm down, "My boy isn't like that Lucy. He always does what his heart tells him. He protects those he cares about from Orihime-chan to his sisters that he cherish as they are remnants of who his mother once was, hell to even you guys since you all found him. Its his actions that speak louder than words. Hime here loves him but he is dense as a rock."
"Yoruichi-san!" Orihime says out in a embarrassed tone.
"I say it's about time he goes out on a date!" Yoruichi says to her friend while the others sweat drop to what Yoruichi might be planning.
With Zero
"That's the last monster." Zero takes out his Star of the Rogue from the giant serpent's neck.
"Good, the faster we get this mission done, the sooner we can eat." The two of them have been taking on missions, well Zero mostly as Gray is his guide and takes about 25% as his cut for helping him. They been at this since 6 in the morning, tracking down the serpent that has been causing trouble for the neighboring village.
"You said it." Zero stretches his back as did Gray, "Achoo!" He sneezes as Gray looks at him.
"You good?" He asks his friend.
"I think so..." Zero replies back, 'Why do I have a bad feeling about this?'
Back with the Girls
"When he comes back, I'm going to make sure that you two are going on a date." The girls continue to sweat drop as Yoruichi is trying to put pressure on Orihime to finally go out on a date with the amnesic KingsGlaive.
"Should we..."
"No." All the girls said in unison, shooting down Lucy's comment since they don't want to get dragged into this mess.
"Yoruichi-san!" Orihime tries to stop her friend from pressuring her into a date with her crush.
"Oh come on Hime, you know that you want to!"
As Yoruichi presses on, the guild doors opens, revealing an Amphibian wearing a wide-collared dark jacket, with wide sleeves and edges and cuffs adorned by a series of light stripes, over a light shirt, held closed on the front by a multitude of laces ending in a bow knot in the upper part, and a long, light skirt-like cloth covering the legs. The outfit is completed by a small, elongated dark hat matching the jacket, which gets larger near its top, and has a flat, round object on the front, reminiscent of a medal.
"Where is the KingsGlaive of Fairy Tail, Zero Kurosaki?" The amphibian asks the guild.
"He's on a job." Makarov says to the messenger, as he is coming down the 2nd floor of the guild, "Might I asks why you are looking for him?"
"Well Master Makarov, it's simple. We're here to arrest him." The guild's reactions wasn't to kind as they all took arms besides Erza and Makarov. "For those of you who don't know who I am, I'm a messenger for the Magic Council. Put harm on me and you'll only make his sentence worse."
"Stand down." Makarov orders his children.
"But gramps!"
"Not now Natsu!" Natsu didn't like the fact that he had no choice since he doesn't want his friend to get a severe sentence, "Zero is on a job with one of my mages, Gray Fullbuster as his guide. He's not that good on the general locations yet but he'll be back after his mission." He says to the messenger.
"Very well, the Magic council will be fine as long as he comes back within 2 days time."
"He'll be here tomorrow. He's in a neighboring village, taking on missions to pay his debt from the destruction of the station."
"Good. I would also like his associates to come along. The Magic Council would like to speak with them on the matter as well."
"Very well." Yoruichi says lazily, "As long as it isn't to severe, I'll come willingly."
