It was morning and I couldn't stand another pitch scream but then again it is entertaining when they start throwing guards all over the place. "Saraphina no throwing guards out the window." Her giggle made me shake my head in the complete defeat that I have just given to her while I smile in pride because my children were a little bad ass and their mother is the HEAD BITCH IN CHARGE…. And I mean head bitch in charge in another why Aro likes to explain is that annoying blonde pop singer Brittney Spears where she always starts off its Brittney Bitch yes we get it that you are a female dog congratulations. Now I look at my one year old children who are still in their three year old body it is good to say that in some form of my sanity and everything that I have done for over three thousand years I am truly what they say…..blessed.
I am a father and I do fear that I will fail but in a way I always feel like I need to be better and work better for them. Like in the garden when my mate and children wanted to have a picnic play day it was weird at first but sitting down and watching them enjoy one another as a family I couldn't help but smile. I knew everyone was looking at me in shock because according to Aro he has never seen me smile genuinely. Not even with Athenodora but of course I did smile just not the smile I had that day.
I couldn't help but look at my mate how beautiful, fragile and yet dangerous could be a wonderful caring mother and a loving companion that I couldn't stop thinking of how I Caius Volturi do not deserve this. I don't deserve the love they have for me and I don't deserve the love have for them nor a family but as selfish as I am I enjoyed loving them more and more. "Dwaddy…" a soft sniffle behind me made me turn to look at bonnie that last born; rubbing her eyes as tears constantly spilled while the smell of blood was constantly filling my nostrils and my instincts took her as she hiccupped "I tripped down the stairs." I felt like my heart sank as she pulled her dress up to reveal the scrape on her knew with little tiny pieces of concrete on her skin. Lifting her up I picked her up and sat her on my lap and kissed her forehead as I bit my wrist and raised it to her tiny mouth and she sank her little sharp teeth in and slowly drank to her full as she healed instantly and pulled away with my blood slowly dripping at the corners of her mouth and I chuckled. I forget I had to make small tiny bites for her and I quickly wiped the blood away and cleaned her face from the tear stains she created and held her tight in my arms.
Bonnie is the quietest out of the group, of course her siblings at loud at times and love the attention that it is forgotten that she is pushed to the side and sometimes she moves quietly out of the room that you have to look for her and she is either sleeping under the table quietly or sitting down trying to read one of the giant books in the library. The worse part of it she sickens. She is the Leah I never met, she is the Leah that would sit down quietly and be unnoticed and she is the Leah I fear when someone pushes her to the edge would someone who no longer viewed the world as beauty but a cage. "Did I ever tell you how much I love you?" Bonnie looked up at me and shook her head with her beady eyes and snuggled closer to me.

"Have I ever told you about the ugly duckling?" Bonnie shook her head and I kissed her forehead. "There once was duck that fell in love with a swan that was strong and very handsome. One day she was waddling along with her duck girl friends who were talking about how they liked swimming in the giant pond that was clean and filled with food and animals. But that very day a man was hunting for his meal and started to attack the duck and her friends that they all scattered away and left her as she was the one that was targeted but to her luck the swan she fell in love with attacked the man and mad him run off saving her life and they both fell in love. Months had passed and the duck produced six eggs and smiled at her mate who was filled with pride and day after day he would return and feed her and kiss her beak and stay beside her as she kept her eggs warm while he kept her warm during the cold winter. One day as always he told her love you but never returned and two days passed when news had finally gotten to her that her swan was killed coming home with food for her to eat and she was all so very sad and lonely but her new friends kept her company and helped that they became their own family. It was finally spring and a new group of animals appeared and created their new home at the pound and another week passed as everyone got to know one another only for her to jump out of her nest feeling the eggs were finally hatching. Everyone was excited including her as she watched five tiny beaks pop out and sprang out of the egg chirping away as the animals awed at the six new ducklings with yellow beautiful tiny feathers for they were beautiful. But the duck became terrified as the sixth egg did not hatch. She thought the baby in the egg was dead until it started to move and struggle until out came a duck with ugly grey feathers who fell on its head with its butt sticking out that made everyone laugh at the duckling as a little baby rabbit shouted how ugly the poor grey feathered baby duck look. But mama duck just smiled and kissed her sixth duck thinking of how beautiful he was for she didn't care what he looked like because he was her baby. Days passed as no one liked the grey ugly duck and his siblings made fun of him that he would waddle away crying and hide beside a tree only for mama duck to find him and tell him that he will grow big and strong one day and everyone would want to be his friend. The ugly duckling didn't believe his mama but he loved her even more because she loved him. sadly one day it was time to move to a warmer less cold place that the siblings played an ugly trick on the ugly duck and made him lost from all the other animals and left in the cold winter as mama duck cried believing that he was dead after she couldn't find him and believed that he was gone forever while the ugly duckling was left under a tree to die after he realized that mama was too far to hear him and he was lost even more when he searched for her. The ugly duckling cried him self to sleep as it got colder and he was dyeing but with all the luck in the world he was found by a little girl who was playing in the snow and found him. The little girl saw how pretty the ugly duckling was because he was different from all the other ducks she had seen and picked him up and took him home to show her parents. She asked to keep him as her father was a vet and agreed to help her take care of him. The ugly duckling was happy to be in his new home and was loved but missed his mama very dearly and grew and grew till his second year they could no longer keep him and he little duckling was sad. They brought him to a big pound and the little girl kissed her ugly duckling and waved goodbye leaving with her parents. One day a hunter with his friends came by for fun to kill the animals as sport and the ugly duckling for the very first time in a long time saw his mama who looked as if she was crying and did not notice she was once again being hunted. The ugly duckling shouted Mama and she lifter her head in surprise looking to see who had called her but noticed the men and the ugly duckling sprang into action attacking the men and they ran away as other animals surrounded and praised the ugly duckling as his siblings surrounded his mother and he turned to look at her only for his mother cry but she was crying because she was shocked for their who was walking towards her was a swan. Swan… she questioned as the ugly duckling shook his head and said no mom it's me your son and she cried and for their stood the spitting image of her mate her son who had grown into a handsome swan as the animals gasped and his siblings looked at him in tears and admitted how sorry they were. The ugly duckling who is now a swan shook his head and already told them all have been forgiven a long time ago for he wasn't an ugly duckling but a beautiful handsome swan who had more heart and beauty than the pound has ever seen and all the swan cared about was that he was reunited with his mother and was popular in all the pound as he was only himself and nothing else." Bonnie looked up at me with a confused face.
"I don't get what it means daddy." A smile crossed my face.
"It means never judge the person on the outside because on the inside there is beauty just waiting to finally appear only when the time is right. Don't listen to what they say to you and just ignore them. They may be mean to you now but wait till they see how awesome you are and they are going to want to be friends with you but you are not going to spend your time with people who never accepted you for who you are and not what you are." Bonnie smile as she wrapped her little arms around my neck and pecked me on the lip.
"yeah one day I'm going to be a powerful person they are all going to regret the days they tried to hurt me."
"Exactly my little princess." Tickling her stomach I didn't notice Leah was standing by the door with a smile until I looked up as a little tear was wiped away and she made her way towards us and sat on my desk facing us.
"It's time for dinner." Bonnie smiled as I kissed her and hugged her as if our lives deepened on it and helped her down as she ran to get herself cleaned up. "That was a very interesting story." I pulled her to me and kissed her.
"Just doing my job." She smiled and kissed my forehead.
"We are so lucky to have you in our lives."
"No darling I am lucky to have you all in my life." she smiled and tears started to fall "what's wrong." She looked up at me and smiled a sad smile.
"I just wished that Dylan would have been able to have you as his dad and he would have been here." I looked at her and kissed her as much love I could reveal to her with my kiss and hold her.
"Leah Dylan is already mine regardless of the past.." lifting her chin up to look at me "one day we will have Dylan and we will be a happy family with flaws and yet love each other because of it." She smiled as she took a breath and pulled away.
"You promise." I shook my head and smiled and laid my hand on her bellow and kissed her forehead.
"You are carrying my son." looked at me confused as I chuckled and kissed her "you haven't noticed your little tantrum this morning and your roller coaster feelings." She looked at me even more lost.
"Dylan is right here." I touched her stomach as she looked at me in shock and ran out the room as I sighed and made sure the kids at all their food only to see a tearful Leah walking past everyone with a pregnancy test and her walks turn into a run and she runs into me and I hold her as she cries harder and I rub her back.
"How do you know?" her question made me smile while I kissed her cheek.
"Because it is time for him to come home and I saw his little soul enter into your tummy."
