Will's Bluetooth pinged in his ear which he answered with an irritated sigh. That lasted for only a second when he heard...
"I'm an idiot. I should have realized sooner that Torri was in love all of this time..." Mercy's voice rang clearly in his ear.
"Mercy?" Will blinked as he spoke into the earpiece.
Someone, the one that had commed his earpiece snorted at her disbelief. "Surely you felt something from your sister."
"Oh can it Sunny." Mercy snapped before continuing on in her self degradation... "I may be her twin but I stay out of her head. I don't care to deal with Torri's fucked up head so how was I supposed to know she was in love with Will? God I'm an idiot!"
Will cut the comm off before getting in touch with Sideswipe.

Annabelle found Torri sitting in a dark stairwell, curled up in a corner at the base of the stairs her head in her arms.
"Aunt Torri...?" Anna called softly. Torri didn't look up at Annabelle as the teen approached her. "Are you okay?"

"I'm such an idiot... I always put that pained look I saw in her eyes off on the tours she did... and the fact that she lost her leg... Or how that damned hospital seemed determined to grind her heart into nothing because of all the red tape... I didn't think it was because of him."

"Aunt Torri?" Anna put a hand on the woman's shoulder. "Do you want to talk about it?"
"... Annie... I can't."

"I always assumed it was Will that dumped Torri for Sarah... I can't believe I never realized that she stood aside for Sarah... even though she still had feelings for him... And here I've been a god awful bitch to him all this time..."

"Torri..." Anna hugged her aunt. "Whatever it is I can keep it a secret if you want me to..."
Torri sighed. "I don't think you could forgive me... if I told you."
Anna hugged her aunt tighter. "If you don't tell me I'll start guessing."

"You know I'm probably just annoying the hell out of you and I should probably just shut up." Mercy said to Sunstreaker as she pushed herself away from the junked jeep. "You can go on and tell the others I'm all pacified now if you want." she said as she reached in and picked the sledgehammer out of the glass.
"You are an idiot."
"Thanks I believe I've stated this about six or seven times in the last twenty minutes." Mercy said dryly.
"It's her own fault for spending all this time pining. Not yours." Sunstreaker said quietly.
Mercy sighed as she pinched the bridge of her nose. "I wish I could be certain of that... But I wouldn't be surprised if Torri didn't think she was leaving me behind. That woman is loyal to a fault... of course then there's Annie.. and I have no doubt that she thinks that she's betraying Sarah's memory..."

"It's not because of all of this is it?"
"Anna please. I don't want to talk about it." Torri said raising her head to scowl at Annabelle.
"Torri... Is it because of my dad?"
Torri's eyes met Annabelle's as she hit the subject on the head. "Anna..."
"So it is..."
Torri panicked. "Anna please I'm sorry... I didn't... I mean I don't.."
Anna smiled as she hugged her aunt once more. "You know I saw you two the other night... And you know... I think he might like you on some level too... if that playful banter was anything to go by."
"... You're not mad at me?" Torri blinked at her niece with wide eyes.
Annabelle tilted her head as she smiled. "Better you than some lady I don't know right? Besides you and Mercy basically raised me anyways... Sure it's a little weird but it'll wear off..."

"Damn it..." Mercy grumbled. "I've really screwed up..."
"I say you have." Mercy's head snapped to face Will who stood not too far away with his arms crossed. Mercy glared over at Sunstreaker before retraining her gaze on Will.
"How long have you been standing there?"
Will smirked. "Since about the third time you called yourself an Idiot."
Mercy's glare narrowed on him. "You could have stopped me at any point you ass."
"True, but it's a treat to see you so repentant."
"I swear that one of these days, you will find yourself tied to a cactus nude, drizzled in honey, so that the fire ants in a one mile radius will be attracted to you." Mercy said darky as Will merely shook his head with that damned smirk on his face.
"So can I ask you blessing?"
Mercy's left eye twitched as she glared at him for the longest before letting out a irritated sigh. "Fine... but you hurt her... You'll be praying that the cactus threat is the one I will use."

Bluestreak was huddled over something on the desk in his berthroom when Prowl slipped into his brother's room silently. Bluestreak was so immersed in whatever he was working on did not notice his brother until he was looking over his shoulder. Blue yelped as he fell off his chair and shuttered his optics several times as his brother stared at the objects lying on the desk with a contemplative look on his face.
"H-How in the pit did you sneak up on me? I swear you are a damned ninjabot not an enforcer. Have you been taking lessons from Jazz again?"
"So the twins were right."
"Pardon?" Blue said as he got to his pedes.
Prowl turned his gaze on his brother, a slightly pained look in his optics, his doorwings betraying his irritation. "You have fallen in love with the human femme."
Blue glanced over at the five metal roses that he was putting the finishing touches on. "Prowl... I..."
"You realize it will never work out between the two of you. It is highly improbable that you would be able to sparkmerge, and even if it is... Are you prepared to return to the Well in less than an Vorn? Humans live such fleeting lives..."
Blue clenched his servos at his side. "My spark is calling out for her. Even if it is impossible I want... I want to try."
Prowl cocked his head. "And if she doesn't reciprocate your affections?"
Blue's helm tilted downward in defeat, a deep ache echoed in his spark at the thought... He knew he was setting himself up for sparkbreak... And Prowl was pointing it out to him in spades..
"While I can easily say that the odds are unfairly stacked against you, I will not condone you if you chose to follow through with you intentions.." Prowl said with a sad smile.
"Prowl...?" Blue blinked at his brother as the older praxians words slowly sunk into his processors.
"Good luck little brother." Prowl said as he quickly made his way out of the room.
