Hi everyone,
First off I'd like to apologies because this is not an update. However, I'll post the new chapter within 48hours. I just wanted to react on some reviews because I do realize that I'm writing about some touchy subjects for some people and I don't want to offend anybody in any way.
Personally, I'm not gay and I don't know what it's like to come out. However I've some gay friends and most of their parents have had a hard time accepting that. Moreover nobody expects anything but I'm pretty sure my own brother is gay because I've found some pretty explicit images on his phone, if you know what I mean. It shocked me at first but just because I didn't expect it. However it never ever made me think less off him or love him less. I love him to pieces, no matter whom he chooses to love or be.
Please do keep in mind that this is fiction and that I do not think it's acceptable for parents to treat their kid like that ever! Also to avoid any misunderstandings, I'm not racist and I did not let San's parents react that way because they're Latin. I hope that nobody thought that because I didn't mean for it to be offensive.
Please understand that the story is about to get even more intensive and kind of scary, but everything always happens for a reason. Personally, I'm a realist and I do believe that the world we live in isn't always rainbows and sunshine. Unfortunately, bad things happen on a daily basis and there will always be people with bad intentions, like Elijah. To end on a more positive note, keep in mind that most people are kindhearted and our world can be beautiful most of the time. Wish you all the best, and hope you'll read the next chapter!
