Hey guys! I am sorry that it has been taking so long, but here is a new chapter! I know you guys were really excited about the whole Auslly kiss in the last chapter, but believe me, especially in this chapter, things have only just begun. She still has to get her friends to like her, she still has Gavin to worry about, and in case you forgot, Dallas, Tilly and Noah still want to kill her. Just putting that out there... Anyway, enjoy this chapter!
"So, you're going to break up with him today?" Austin asked after putting his shirt back on. Ally smiled. "Of course. Besides, it should be easy. Plus, it might help me become friends with Trish and Myia again."
Austin smiled back. "Yeah, let's hope they see how good you really are."
She blushed and stood up, brushing herself off, trying to make it look like she and Austin weren't messing around in the janitor's closet. She opened the door and started to make her way to class when she realized something...
She was late for class.
She began sprinting to her class, worrying the whole time. What if Myia thought she was skipping with Gavin? What if they wouldn't give her a chance to make up to them? She ran all the way to her class before opening the door. Her teacher was in the middle of a lecture, and everyone in he class turned their heads at the sudden intrusion. "Um, I'm so sorry I'm late, I..."
The teacher cut her off. " , I can't believe you. I never thought that one of my prized students would skip class. You do realize that school is over in five minutes, correct?"
Ally looked at the clock and gulped. "Um... I'm really sorry..."
"If it happens one more time, you are getting detention."
Ally sighed, relieved that her punishment wouldn't be too severe. "Okay. I will make sure I don't skip again."
Later that day, Ally had finally arrived at Gavin's house to give him the news. She had been pondering ways to say it, but none of the methods she thought of really worked, so she decided she would just wing it. She stepped on the porch and rang his doorbell. He answered almost right away. "Hey, Ally? Ready for another round..."
"No, Gavin. Sorry, not this time. I have something I really need to tell you..."
Gavin's grin disappeared. "Oh, shit. Are you pregnant?"
Ally's jaw dropped. "What? No..."
"Then what is it?"
She looked down at her feet, not sure how to start. She had never broken up with a guy before... Except with Austin, but that was... different...
"Well, I've been feeling like... I've been feeling like the only reason I even have a boyfriend is for sex... I feel like I'm just using for sex. It doesn't feel right. That's why I'm saying..."
"Oh no." Gavin frowned, knowing what was coming. "Are you breaking up with me?"
"Um...yeah. Yeah, I'm sorry..."
"Oh, it's fine. I mean... I'm not sure why..."
Ally stared at him confused. "But I just told you... I felt like I was just using you for sex."
"But Ally, it doesn't seem like that's all there is to it. I can tell something else is bothering you. Ally, what's wrong?"
She looked down at the floor once again, finally finding her feet particularly interesting. "Well... you can say that..."
"Ally, I need to know the truth."
"But, Gavin..."
"Oh. It's another guy isn't it?"
Ally stared at him, her jaws agape. "Are you serious? Are you accusing me of..."
"Ally, answer me!"
She shut her mouth and hung her head in shame. "Yes. It's Austin..."
Gavin rolled his eyes and threw his hands up in the air in anger and exasperation. "Oh, of course. It's always the ex, isn't it? Always because of some other guy..."
"Gavin, this is different..."
"No, Ally. It really isn't. Oh my gosh... I can't believe I ever dated you. I've never felt so stupid in my life!"
"Gavin, please."
"No, Ally. You're right. We are done."
And with that, he slammed the door in her face.
That night, Ally's sat in her bedroom, thinking about what she had done. Had it been the right choice? Was she really meant to be with Austin? At the thought of him, Ally then remembered that she needed to tell Austin the news. She grabbed her cell phone and dialed his number. "Hey, Austin?"
"Yeah, did you do it yet?"
"Yeah, I broke up with him this afternoon..." Her voice cracked.
"Oh, Ally, I'm sorry. I know you liked him but... you are happy now, right?"
"Yeah, I guess so."
"Okay, good. See you tomorrow!"
"Bye."
The Next Day...
It was Saturday, and Ally was tired as hell. She got no sleep last night, because she was up all night thinking about Austin and Gavin. She kept telling herself that she had already made her decision, but it still bothered her. So, she decided to call Austin about it. She dialed his number on his cell phone just as she had the previous night. He picked up almost immediately.
"Hey, Ally! Is something wrong?"
"Actually, yeah. We need to talk."
Hey guys! So, I know it was kind of a short chapter, but at least it was something, right? Well, in the next few chapters, Gavin will start to bully Ally because of the breakup, and she won't have any friends because they all hate her. All she has is Austin. Find out how she will survive soon... BTW, there are a lot of stories that I highly recommend. There is this story called Lost Soul on Taylor Raye Pember's account and it is pretty good so far, if I do say so myself. I have written half of the chapters, so hopefully, you guys can read it and review for his sake, but anyways... See you soon! ;) R&R!
