After the party started to die down Natsu and the others went back to their room to rest. Since Natsu and Lucy were back together she finally came back to their room to sleep. After changing out of their costumes, they went to their beds to relax.

"You never stop surprising me with all the dumb stuff you end up doing ." Gray said.

"Yeah we thought for sure Laxus was going to knock your ass out of the guild for that stunt." Gajeel said laughing.

"Whatever I'm just happy Luce forgave me for acting like a jerk." Natsu said smiling and holding Lucy.

"Just make sure you don't wait so long if you ever make me mad again." Lucy said. Even though it was a little embarressing, she had to admit it was kind of romantic Natsu did that.

"I didn't even think you'd end up back together." Levy said still surprised at what had happened tonight. "I thought you were both done, and I never expected to hear Natsu give that confession in front of everyone like that."

"You know when I suggested you do something to win her back, I didn't expect that." Lisanna stated. "But like Gray you never stop surprising us."

"Juvia wishes Gray-sama would do something romantic like that in front of everyone." Juvia said while cuddling more with Gray.

"SEE WHAT YOU CAUSED NOW YOU JERK!" Gray yelled blaming Natsu for Juvia's new fantasy. As the night went on they eventually all fell asleep. The next day Lucy was the first to wake up that morning. She looked around and saw she was sharing a bed with Natsu again.

"Good to know that wasn't a dream." Lucy said smiling as she saw her boyfriend. She slowly got out of bed and walked to the bar so she wouldn't wake up the others. Once she got there she saw Mira and Erza cleaning up from the night before.

"Hi Mira and Erza." Lucy said waving. "You two need a hand?"

"Sure if you wouldn't mind." Erza said smiling. The three of them started cleaning the place together and getting done rather fast. They also spent this time talking about the night before and how much fun it was.

"Good to see you and Natsu are back together." Mira said smiling.

"Yeah for a moment I thought you two were done for good." Erza added.

"Same here." Lucy admitted. "But he was able to say the right thing to win me back."

"That's the thing about Natsu. He may seem like an idiot but he always knows the right thing to do." Erza said.

"Speaking of which have you two talked about helping him study for the rest of the semester?" Mira asked.

"We agreed that whenever he's not in martial arts or eating, he'll be studying with me."

"That's good." Erza stated. "He'll have no problem passing then with your help." As they continued talking Levy had entered the room figuring that's where Lucy had gone. She also offered to start helping and were able to get the cleaning finished early.

"Thanks again ladies." Mira said. "It's always great getting help with making the guild look good."

"Don't mention it." Lucy said. "We're always happy to help."

"Yep it's always a pleasure helping out." Levy added.

"You've definitely helped make both of those boys better." Erza said. "They're completely different than what they used to be."

"I don't know about that. I mean Natsu still seems to be dense most of the time." Lucy joked. Lucy looked over and saw that Levy was frowning with her head down. "Are you ok Levy?"

"Oh I'm fine it's just you guys are talking about them being better and I still don't know what Gajeel was like before we got here." Levy explained.

"Have you tried asking him?" Erza asked.

"Well I'm worried to ask him, or that he won't talk about it."

"Well if it's really bugging you we'll tell you what happened." Mira said.

"Is that alright to do though?" Levy asked. "I mean it is Gajeel so he should get to explain what happened."

"It wouldn't hurt to ask them though." Lucy explained. "And you could still ask Gajeel about anything after."

"Well I guess it wouldn't hurt." Levy said. "Ok I'm ready to listen."

"Alright just remember he was a different person back then." Erza explained. "It all started during last year."
