Logan had been up for two hours now, and was currently drying himself off after a shower with Carlos.
Before they finished getting their clothes on, James and Kendall knocked on the door.
"Guys! Hurry up! There's another couple who wants to get it in!" Kendall said.
Carlos and Logan then exited the bathroom and Carlos told Kendall "We weren't even having sex. It was just a shower."
"I still need to shower. I have work in an hour and a half." Kendall said pulling James in.
When Carlos and Logan made their way downstairs, they could already hear the moans coming from their friends.
When Kendall and James got downstairs, Carlos and Logan were cooking breakfast.
"James, we need to ask you something."
"What is it, buddy?"
"Have you ever thought of having the other bathroom expanded? So there's a shower in that one?"
James knew ever since Kendall and Carlos moved in, the shower was something that they would have to do with their boyfriends, but Logan had a point.
"I actually thought of it, but I didn't think we'd need it."
"James, there are five people in this house. How could you not think about having the other bathroom expanded?" Kendall asked buttoning the buttons on his polo shirt.
"Okay! You guys have a point. I'll ask a contractor to come over today and talk to him to see what he can do. But I can't make any promises, and if the guy does say we can expand the small bathroom, we are splitting the pay."
"Deal." The other men said.
Kendall made his way to work after eating the first omelet, and piece of toast.
At this time, James kept his promise and was looking up contractors.
Carlos and Logan were now walking Stitch with Zane.
"Daddies? What you asking Uncle James earlier?" Zane asked as Stitch lead their way.
"We want Uncle James to have someone build another shower." Carlos said.
"But why?"
"There's a lot of people in the house, Zane. " Logan said.
Logan then got an unexpected phone call, from James.
"Logan! A contractor is coming to the house tomorrow to look at the bathroom! Am I awesome or awesome?"
"That's great. Thanks, man. There's someone coming tomorrow." Logan said to Carlos.
"Great." Carlos smiled.
Almost immediately, Logan got a phone call from his dad.
"Hello?"
"Logan? There's something I need to tell you."
"What is it?"
"Your grandparents on your mother's side are coming to Los Angeles."
Logan froze when he heard that.
His mother's parents are the only family he had that did not accept him coming out as bisexual.
Because of this, only his grandparents on his dad's side were the only ones who met and knew about Zane and Carlos.
"But why?"
"They just wanted to see how you were doing, and they want to meet Zane, and Carlos."
"When is this happening?"
"A week from today. Me and your mother are letting them stay at our house."
"Even after all-"
"Logan, I know you're upset, but just hear them out. They're family, after all. And for the record, me and your mother feel the same."
"Okay, I'll see you guys then." Logan said staying where he was.
"Logan? Anyone there? What's wrong?"
"Remember when I said my grandparents on my dad's side were okay with me being bi but my grandparents on my mom's side are not?"
"Yes."
"My grandparents on my mom's side are coming here in a week and me neither my parents are happy about it."
Carlos froze.
He remembered when Logan told him about the grandparents who were and who weren't homophobic.
He still couldn't believe that they haven't ever seen him ever since they rejected him.
"Who coming?" Zane asked.
"Grandma's mommy and daddy." Logan answered.
"Why come I no know them?"
"Because they don't like that I like boys and girls." Logan answered.
***A WEEK LATER***
Logan had dreaded this day coming. He would've talk about the cost of the bathroom expansion with the contractor than see his homophobic grandparents .
"Are you okay?" James asked.
"No. I'm nervous. You know what they think of us. Why are they coming now of all times?!" Logan said putting his head on the table.
Just then, the doorbell rang.
Kendall answered the door to Logan's parents, and an older couple behind them.
"Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell, come in."
"Thank you, Kendall."
"Hi mom, dad. Grandma, Grandpa" Logan said though gritted teeth.
"Hi, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell." James and Carlos said, while Zane just went to his grandparents.
"Logan, is this your boyfriend?" Logan's grandmother asked.
"Yes, Grandma, this is Carlos."
"Hi" Carlos smiled extending his hand, but it was ignored.
"Mom, Dad." Mrs. Mitchell said with a glare.
"What do you want me to say? That I'm happy our grandson is living a condemned lifestyle along with everyone else in this house?"
Logan opened his mouth in sadness, horror, and anger.
"You can't say that about them. You're also insult Zane too, you know." Mr. Mitchell said defending the guys.
"Who's Zane?"
"This is Zane." Mr. Mitchell said carrying his grandson who was now scared and confused at everything.
"Don't worry, once we get you saved, you'll be free."
"Free from what, Grandma?!"
"Living this lifestyle. He's only a four-year old boy and you're already exposing him to fags!"
"Don't talk to him or about us like that!" Carlos said back.
"Watch it, I know my great-grandson considers you his other daddy, but no matter how long you are with them, you will never be family."
"Mom, Dad, that's enough!" Mrs. Mitchell said.
"You can't talk to my boyfriend like that! Get out"
"What?"
"I thought you came here to make up with Logan, and instead you criticize him, his boyfriend, friends, and your own great-grandson."
"It is unlawful for a man to lay with another man!" Logan's grandfather said. "We're just trying to save him."
"I don't need your saving. None of us do. Jesus is our savior, not you. And he would be ashamed of you for judging us. He would be ashamed of you for turning your backs on us, he would be ashamed. I think you should leave, Grandma and Grandpa." Logan said, finally said. He was finally standing up for himself against his non-accepting grandparents. And it felt good.
"We'll be in the car."
"Logan, are you okay?" Mrs. Mitchell asked.
"Yeah."
"We're sorry it happened like this. We actually thought they wanted to make up."
"It's not your fault." Logan said with tears in his eyes.
"It's okay, Logan." Carlos said kissing him on the cheek.
"I feel horrible. They insulted you, Carlos and you did nothing wrong!"
"It's okay. I've dealt with worse homophobic people."
"Daddies, why they say mean things to you?" Zane asked.
"They don't like us together." Logan said.
Just then, the car horn honked.
After an angry huff, Logan's parents left, feeling horrible how their son was treated in form of them.
Later that night, Logan was laying in bed, when Carlos came in.
"Logan?"
"Are you okay?"
"I actually thought they would accept me." Logan said crying in Carlos' arms.
"Me too. But it'll be okay."
"I love you, Carlos."
"I love you too, Logan." Carlos said as he continued to hold Logan.
