To Ever Love Such a Devil (jin kazama love story) Chapter Thirty Three - Now What?

Jin's POV

My vision enshrouds in white. I see someone in the mist. She has long blonde hair and a white sundress. She turns her head, seeing her eyes, I relax; it's Cadence. She turns, she holds something in her arms.

"Cadence?"

"Tee hee! Come close, we won't bite you." I walk closer, Cadence all smiles. I walk closer, it's a little baby, wrapped in a soft blanket.

"Is this?" I look back, but Cadence is gone, along with the baby. I turn all over to find them, but no luck. I call out to her, she doesn't answer me.

My vision starts to come back, I'm inside the building, with Nina, Lika, Allen and a few of my soldiers. The last thing I remember, Cadence was...CADENCE! I sit up really fast, but the pain in my chest stops me. Lika puts her hands up,

"Mr. Kazama, please! You can't be drastic right now, otherwise you're wound will open!"

"I don't care about that. I have...to find Cadence."

"Sir, we dispatched all units to find her. We've been...searching for three days-"

"THREE DAYS!? WHY HAVEN'T YOU FOUND HER YET!? GO FIND HER!" The rest of the soldiers leave the room. "Idiots." Allen is sitting in a chair across from me, where I'm laying in bed. Nina and Lika leave also. "You were going to shoot your own daughter." Allen's head is hanging.

"She's giving birth to a Child of the Devil. I really should've taken her back to New York."

Cadence's POV

It's been three days. Locked in the cold chamber. You lay in bed, the walls are an icky, grey blocks. The source of light, is on the other side of the door, underneath were the light of the hallway is turned on. The bed is small, steel bars, springy mattress, but the peach comforter is actually warm. And all that you've done this entire time is sleep, you cry holding your stomach, with the comforter covering your whole body. Talking to your baby,

"My sweet baby. My little baby. Mommy still loves you." You don't even have an idea where you are. The door opens, slowly and creaking. The blankets have been pulled forcefully away from you. It's Anna. You give her an evil glare. "Why?" She looks away from you. Another pair of footsteps make their way to the room and revealing itself, is a male figure. He's appears African American, 6'3", with black hair and eyes. He wears a military uniform. Your eyes widen, realizing who this is. "You're Brue Irvin! The Muay Thai fighter! Why are you working for Kazuya!?"

"Cadence, you're pregnant. You're stressed out. You haven't eaten for three days. Think of the baby." He says, oddly soft and calm.

"We'd rather die than be imprisoned here." Bruce comes closer to you, you try to scoot as far away. He places his hand lightly on your ankle.

"Your baby will die if you don't take care of yourself. We don't agree with Kazuya locking you away, he doesn't intend to harm you." For whatever reason, a bit of relief washes your worries, just a bit, still feeling fear. Bruce stands, holding his hand out. "Let's go."

"You're not going to poison me, are you?"

"Of course not."

The walk is quiet, you don't know what to think or feel. You still have your hands on your belly, refusing to move them from place. After taking a turn around a corner, Kazuya stands there, arms cross with his purple military uniform.

"Well, well, well. Seems as my future bride finally makes an appearance. Yet, you look very sickly. Thinking of me being a grandfather makes me feel...neutral." Goosebumps shiver your body. You feel violated that a being such as Kazuya can say that. "Please, my Princess." He walks towards you, alarms go off in your head. You want to run, but you don't want to fight as you think of the baby. His hand touches your face, caressing it, but then squeezes it.

Kazuya's POV

I grab her face, her crying, red eyes glare at me. Out of nowhere, electric current hits my hand. Releasing her, I back away, seeing Angel behind Cadence, wings covering her like a blanket. I shake my head, look back, Angel has disappeared.

'Damn her. She's protecting them both...or is it the baby?' I look at Anna and Bruce, "Take her to the Dining Room. And make sure she eats. Anna, afterwards, fit her in her wedding dress. We shall wed tonight." I walk away, 'And once we do, that Child's Devil Gene is mine.'

Jin's POV

I return back to my office, clearing everything away from my desk in frustration, including a picture of Cadence I have shatters on the floor.

"Grah!" I put my head in my hands. I turn, sensing a person by the door. It's Allen.

"I didn't want this for my daughter. She was already with a monster. And now, this future she's going to have: A baby with Devil's blood. And the father who plans to consumed the world in entire darkness. And a mother, who is scared and frightened. Afraid to lose the one you love the most is hard. Get my daughter back." He walks away. Where do I even start?

Cadence's POV

Kazuya orders you to be in a wedding dress. What the hell? Anna and you move to a room that is actually a nice, glamorous bedroom. You sit on the bed, still upset that THAT bastard dared to touch you. Even though you ate, you only ate for the baby. Only being two months, you just wanna go back to the doctors and hear the baby's heartbeat again. Anna opens the wardrobe, already you can see this is going to be really bad. There is one dress hanging up. Anna takes it down, purple corset with black fill on top and attached is the skirt, which is black and a bunch of tulle material. The right side of the skirt is slit, so your leg will be exposed.

"Anna." She looks at you. "This is wrong."

"I know, the dress should be white." You get up and tackle her, knocking her down. You start beating her, she bucks her leg up and knocks you off of her. You get up, moving away from her, out from under her dress, she pulls a syringe out. "You bitch! I'll drug you up and you'll be out for so long, you won't know what happens during your honeymoon!" The fear runs through you, not wanting any drugs in your system. The door slams open and Kazuya appears, grabs Anna by the shoulder and throws her across the room, knocking her out.

"I really hate to admit this, but thanks." He looks at you,

"I don't plan to harm you or the baby."

'Wow, Bruce was serious.'

"Just forcefully marrying you to me and stealing the baby's power of the Devil."

"You'll never lay your hands on my baby."

"After tonight, you won't have a choice." He grabs your face and pins you to the wall. "You belong to me, my Dear." He lets you go and sees the dress on the ground. A dark smile forms. "They say, when the groom sees the bride before the ceremony, bad luck will come. It seems bad luck is already here for you." He picks up Anna and leaves the room, crushing the syringe with his foot along with. You know it's useless to escape. You look out the window, you're in a dark part of a forest, in the middle of nowhere. Guards are heavily guarding every inch and corner of this place. A rat won't be able to get through unless noticed. You look at the dress on the floor. You'll never be his bride.

'Jin, where are you? I need you now. And your baby needs you too.

Kazuya's POV

Sitting alone in my business conference room, I'm debating how I plan to take the Devil Gene from the unborn child. Or, I should do something completely different. I guess, hehe, I should play fair. Give him a fighting chance.

Jin's POV

I sit in the corner of my office, my head resting on the wall. What do I do now, Mother? I let Cadence out of my sight. And now, she's pregnant. I made a promise to not let her in Kazuya's hands. And now, she's...

"Mr. Kazama!" I turn my head. A soldier appears, along with Xiaoyu. I look back on ground. "Sir! I'm sorry, I tried to stop her!"

"Leave us." I say, he salutes and leaves. "What do you want, Xiao?"

"Jin. I heard about an explosion here. I want to see if you're okay."

"Do you think I care about it? Cadence was taken by Kazuya, and she carries my child."

"She's pregnant?" She asks with distraught. She breathes deeply and exhales loudly. Footsteps are soft, she appears in front of me. She grabs my arm in shock and pulls me up. "I may not like Cadence, but the fact that an innocent baby is part of all this mess, makes me upset I could punch a wall. And yeah, before you ask, I know about 'Sara's' identity and how that's not her real name." She must have figured it out about Cadence's past during her own research.

"Never mind that." An alert sound comes from Xiaoyu's phone. Pulling out her phone and looking at what she received, her eyes widen and she gasps. I look at her phone, my Devil starts to awaken.

"I know that building. I know where she's at."

"We have to find her!" Xiao nods, we run out of the Zaibatsu, with the last image I have that sparked my fire: Cadence sitting in a royal bedroom, wearing a black and purple dress, hair up with a sad look. Cadence. I'm coming.
