(Isengard)

In the Tower of Orthanc, Saruman meets with the Dark Keyblade Master, Lord Thanatos in the central chamber where the Palantir rested.

"SARUMAN THE WISE. I HAVE HEARD MUCH ABOUT YOU." Lord Thanatos says

"Lord Thanatos. It is a great pleasure to make your acquaintance. What business brings you to Isengard?" Saruman asks

"I COME SEEKING ALLEGIANCE WITH THE DARK LORD, SAURON AND SARUMAN THE WHITE ON BEHALF OF MY MASTER, THE GREAT AND POWERFUL DARK LORD OF THE SHADOWS." Lord Thanatos says

"What could you possibly offer me?" Saruman says

Lord Thanatos stretches his right-hand out to his side and grips it into a fist. A dark light flashes briefly in his hand and several Neo-Shadow Heartless emerge from the shadows and stand idle behind the Dark Keyblade Master. Saruman was most intrigued by this.

"FORCES BEYOND YOUR COMPREHENSION. THESE ARE THE HEARTLESS, CREATURES OF DARKNESS THAT POSSESS DARK AND TERRIBLE POWER. THEY SERVE ME AND MY MASTER IN OUR QUEST TO CONTROL THE UNIVERSE. LEND US YOUR ALLEGIANCE AND WE SHALL GRANT YOU THE POWER TO CONTROL THE HEARTLESS. SHARE IN THE VAST POWER WE POSSESS. WITH THE DARK LORD, SAURON AND YOU, SARUMAN THE WHITE AS OUR ALLIES, THE UNIVERSE WILL BEND TO OUR WILL. MIDDLE-EARTH SHALL FALL AND IT'S PEOPLE SHALL SERVE YOU AND SAURON." Lord Thanatos says

"You make an intriguing proposition. Very well. I accept your offer, Lord Thanatos, in hopes that together, we shall rule Middle-Earth." Saruman says

"EXCELLENT. YOU ARE INDEED THE WISE AND POWERFUL SARUMAN SPOKEN OF. NOW, IT IS TIME WE CONSORT WITH THE DARK LORD, SAURON." Lord Thanatos says

With that said, Lord Thanatos and Saruman walk up to the Palantir sitting on the center podium in the room. Saruman held his right-hand over the Palantir and spoke with Sauron through telepathy.

"The power of Isengard is at your command, Sauron, Lord of the Earth." Saruman says

The Eye of Sauron appears in the Palantir.

"Build me an army worthy of Mordor." Sauron says

Saruman sits in another chamber while Lord Thanatos paces around the room. Ragnarok, the dark dragon laid down on the floor, watching his master. Then, three Orcs approach the evil villains .

"What orders from Mordor, my lord? What does the Eye command?" An Orc asks

"We have work to do." Saruman says

(Moments later)

Outisde the tower of Orthanc, the Orcs began tearing down trees, and burning the gardens. High up at the top of the tower was Gandalf who began to regain consciousness. He looks around and finds himself stranded on the pinnacle of the tower. He then looks over the edge and see the Orcs going about their dirty work. Lord Thanatos and Saruman walk up to an Orc to check up on the progress.

"The tree are strong, my Lords. Their roots go deep." The Orc says

"Rip them all down." Saruman says

"LEAVE NO TREE STANDING." Lord Thanatos says

The Orcs continue ripping the trees from the ground.

(Elsewhere)

It was getting close to sundown and Devon, Luna, Spyro, Cynder, the Viking Teens and their dragons along with Frodo, Sam, Merry, Pippin and Strider arrive at Amon Sûl which was also known as Weathertop.

"This was the great watchtower of Amon Sûl." Strider says

Strider turns and faces the group.

"We shall rest here tonight." Strider says

(Moments later)

The group made camp along the cliff of Weathertop. Strider tosses the Hobbits each a sword.

"These are for you. Keep these close. I'm going to have a look around. Stay here." Strider says

With that said, Strider heads back out into the wilderness.

(Later that night)

Devon, Luna, Hiccup, Toothless, Astrid, Stormfly, Spyro, Cynder, and Frodo were sound asleep when they awaken and see Fishlegs, Meatlug, Snotlout, Hookfang, Tuffnut, Ruffnut, Barf and Belch, Sam, Merry, and Pippin sitting around a fire with cooked food.

"What are you doing?!" Frodo asks

"Tomatoes, sausages, nice crispy bacon." Merry says

"We saved some for you and the others, Mr. Frodo." Sam says

"Are you guys insane?! We'll get spotted!" Devon says

Frodo jumps up to his feet and kicks dirt onto the fire.

"Put it out, you fools! Put it out!" Frodo says kicking dirt onto the fire

"Oh that's nice! Ashes on my tomatoes!" Pippin says

Suddenly, the group hears a loud shriek through the darkness. They all look over the cliff and see five Nazgûl riding toward them on their dark horses.

"Go! Go!" Devon exclaims

Devon summons his Keyblade: Soul Calibur while the four Hobbits draw their swords. The group all head up to the top of Weathertop. When they reach the top, they look around warily. Suddenly, out from the darkness emerge the five Nazgûl. Each of the Ringwraiths draw their swords and slowly approach the group. Luna, Toothless and the other dragons all growl and snarl at the Ringwraiths, protecting the group as they approached with their swords pointed at them.

"Back you devils!" Sam shouts

Sam swings his sword at one of the Nazgul, but it easily blocks his attack and tosses him aside. Merry and Pippin move infront of Frodo to protect him, but two of the Nazgûl grab them and toss them aside.

The Nazgûl approached Frodo, but Devon and his friends move up and stand infront of him, making their stand against the Ringwraiths.

Devon swings his Keyblade at one of the Ringwraiths with a left and right slash, but it blocks his attack and swings it's arm, tossing him aside. Seeing that her rider was knocked down, Luna rushes over to Devon and stands over him, protecting him from the Nazgûl.

Spyro and Cynder try to attack one of the Ringwraiths, but a great wall of darkness, emitting from one of the Ringwraiths tosses the two dragons aside, making them slamming against two stone columns.

Hiccup and Toothless move infront of Frodo to protect him. One of the Ringwraiths lets out a loud shriek which made Hiccup cover his ears and Toothless writhe and grind his head against the ground. The same thing happened for the other Viking Teens and their dragons.

Frodo, paralyzed with fear, drops his sword and falls backwards. He then hears the Ring uttering a dark voice and pulls out the Ring. The Nazgûl turn their attention toward Frodo and slowly approach him. One of them draws a dagger. Frodo tries to crawl backwards from the approaching Ringwraiths, but a wall stops him. Having him trapped in a corner, the lead Ringwraith prepares to stab Frodo until he slides the Ring on his finger and vanishes.

Frodo soon found himself in a distorted environment. Infront of him were supposedly the five Nazgûl. But to him, they looked like Kings of Men. They were all white and they had no eyes, only black holes of darkness. The lead Ringwraith reaches for Frodo's hand, trying to take the Ring from him. Frodo looked on and saw the Ring being attracted to the Ringwraith, but he manages to pull his hand back. The Ringwraith then stabs Frodo in the left-shoulder with the dagger, making him scream in pain. The Nazgûl attempts to reach for Frodo's Ring again until a shadow from the left emerges and attacks the Ringwraiths. It was Strider.

Strider jumps in and fends off the Ringwraiths. He swings his sword and torch at the Ringwraiths making them back away. Frodo slides the ring off his finger, fighting the intense pain he was feeling. He reappears back on Weathertop and lets out a scream of agonizing pain.

"Aaaahhhh!" Frodo screams in pain

This caught the attention of the group, mostly to Sam.

"Frodo!" Sam shouts

Devon, Luna, Spyro, Cynder, the Viking Teens and their dragons rush over toward Frodo with Sam, Merry and Pippin.

"Frodo." Sam says

"Oh Sam." Frodo says weakly

While Sam, Merry and Pippin tended to Frodo, Devon and his friends watched as Strider valiantly fends off the Ringwraiths one by one. One Ringwraith swings it's sword at Strider, but he ducks down and thrusts his torch at the Ringwraith, lighting it on fire. The Ringwraith flails it's arms and flees into the night. One of the Ringwraiths swings it's sword at Strider, but he blocks with his sword and lights it on fire with his torch. While the other three Ringwraiths flee into the night, Strider attacks the fourth Ringwraith with a barrage of sword strikes, sending it back close to the edge of the hill. With a kick, Strider sends the Ringwraith back into the darkness.

While his back was turned, the last remaining Ringwraith approaches Devon, Luna, Spyro, Cynder, the Viking Teens and the Hobbits, targeting Frodo. Devon stood infront of Frodo with his Keyblade drawn with Luna standing by his side, growling and bearing her sharp teeth at the Ringwraith. Strider turns around and throws his torch at the Ringwraith, landing a direct hit straight into it's hood. The Ringwraith was engulfed in flames with it's arms flailing. The Ringwraith flees into the darkness of the night, screaming.

"Strider!" Sam shouts

Strider rushes over to the group.

"Frodo's hurt!" Devon says

"Help him, Strider." Sam says

Strider picks up the dagger that was next to Frodo and examines it.

"He's been stabbed by a Morgul Blade." Strider says

The blade crumbles into dust and Strider tosses it to the ground.

"This is beyond my skill to heal. He needs elvish medicine." Strider says

Strider picks up Frodo in his arms.

"Here. I'll carry him." Luna says

Strider nods and places Frodo gently on Luna's back.

"Be careful, Luna." Devon says

(Moments Later)

The group cut through the forest, trying to escape the Nazgûl as they hear their screams echo in the wilderness. Devon moved alongside Luna on her right-side while Strider moved on her left-side, trying to make sure Frodo wouldn't fall off.

"Hurry!" Strider says

"We're six days from Rivendell. He'll never make it." Sam says

"We have to try! Frodo's life depends on us!" Devon says

"Hold on, Frodo." Strider says

"Hold on, little one." Luna says

Frodo was lying unconscious on Luna's back, resting face down on her back.

"Gandalf!" Frodo yells in his mind

(Isengard)

Isengard was now turned into a fortress of evil. There were factories, large caves, pits, tunnels, and caverns filled with countless Orcs preparing for war. While all this was going on, a moth flies up to the top of the Tower of Orthanc and flies toward Gandalf. When close enough, Gandalf catches the moth in his hand. He looks at the moth as it crawls around in his hand and whispers to it.

"Gwaihir. Go." Gandalf whispers

Gandalf lifts his hand and the moth flies away.

Down in the caverns of Isengard, Saruman's Orcs were preparing themselves for war, crafting swords, shields, bows, arrows, armor, and other machineries of war. The trees that once stood around the Tower of Orthanc were now fuel for the fires that burned. Lord Thanatos, Saruman walks around, observing all the activity with pride. The dark dragon, Ragnarok was also with them and they walked through the caverns.

They head down to the deep pits of Isengard where creatures of evil were born from a slimy, muddy birth. One creature emerged from the slime and mud and grabbed one of the Orcs by it's throat, choking it with a strong grip. The Orcs try to stop it, but Saruman and Lord Thanatos stop them holding their arms out. The creature rises to it's feet and lets go of the dead Orc in it's grip.

A creature half-Man, half-Beast, half-Orc possessing far great potential than any in Middle-Earth. This new creature came to be known as the Uruk-hai.

Author's Note: Having met Strider at the town of Bree and nearly escaping the Nazgûl, the heroes head deep into the wilderness beginning their journey to Rivendell. Meanwhile, Saruman works on building his army and surprise! Lord Thanatos is working alongside him! At Weathertop, the heroes were attacked by the Nazgûl. They manage to fend them off, but not before Frodo is stabbed by one of them. Now it's a race against time. The heroes now have to get Frodo to Rivendell before it's too late.
