A/N: I meant to post this yesterday but I had some problems spell checking (added something I didn't mean to, had a problem trying to get it out the dictionary), anyways enjoy the new chapter!

Chapter 37: Hogsmeade and Paintings

The four got into a small row boat. When all four of them made it in, the boat moved forward. It was a short ride just to get close enough to Hogsmeade without passing the Dementors.

When the boat stopped they got out. They walked over to the town entrance and found, Ron, Hermione, Momo, Haruna and Ino waiting for them.

"So where do you want to go to first?" asked Momo.

"Ginny asked me to buy her some sweets." Said Mami.

"Wait she asked you?" asked Ron, he shouldn't be surprised, buy he was.

"Honeydukes sounds good." Agreed Harry.

They headed to the sweetshop, inside there were many sweets as the eye could see.

While trying to figure out what to get, Harry looked at Fizzing Whizzbees.

"I wouldn't eat those if I were you…" said Haruna.

"Why?" asked Harry.

"You don't know the rumors, do you? It's had Billywig stings in them." Said Haruna.

"That's just a rumor." Said Erza.

"Oh come on the evidence is clear!" said Haruna.

Erza rolled her eyes and decided to buy some so Harry wouldn't believe the rumor.

After that they decided to go to Zonko's where they found Fred and George resupplying their stash of prank items.

"Well I never expected to find Sally-Anne Perks." Said Fred.

"Or Hermoine Granger for that matter." Said George.

Both of them rolled their eyes at the twins.

"So where's the Slytherin of the group." Said George.

"Sylvia wanted to tell her family." Said Ron.

"Oh little Ronikins doesn't know about the Melville family." Said Fred.

"Oh yes one of the oldest families known to Wizarding kind..." said George.

"You know about her family?" asked Ron.

Erza and Hermoine began to blush while Haruna smirked and Robin chuckled, all of them knew what the Melville did.

"You know what they do?" asked Ron.

"I'm not telling you." Said Hermoine.

"I'll tell him." Said Haruna.

"I'll tell his mum you did." Said Hermoine.

"Okay… never mind." Said Haruna scared of Molly.

"I wonder if Shampoo knew in advanced but didn't say anything…" said Robin.

Meanwhile in the Hog's Head, which was the low life tavern in the town, Sylvia finished her explanation.

"I wasn't sure if it was coincidence or not… but now I know…" sighed Shampoo.

"Oh please my family developed a tradition, if you continue the family business and you're a woman the man you marry take on the Melville last name, and if you man and don't want to counties the family business then you marry into his new bride's family taking on her name…" said Sylvia, "My family also doesn't care about blood purity so most of us, including me is a half blood… although there are a few weak purebloods… and even then most of them are women as the less bigoted families jump at the chance of a pure blooded male Melville since they can continue the line…"

"She doesn't need to know all those details…" said Titus.

"But my point is unless I'm a Muggle Born, don't expect someone bearing that name to be just a coincidence." Said Silvia.

"Wait then the aunt who taught you how to conjure ropes…" said Shampoo.

"Teaching me her tricks of the trade." Said Sylvia, "But personally I'm more in to the managing side of things than that side of the business… I'm thinking of starting a movie division too…"

"Movie?" asked Shampoo.

"That's right, I found out it's common for Muggles to make those types of movies…" said Sylvia.

"Let's talk about something else…" said Titus not wanting to talk about Sylvia's family any more.

"Have any of you heard about the Bar Tender..." said Sylvia.

Shampoo eyes winded… hoping that they wouldn't' get kicked out.

Back with Harry's group they left Zonko's decided to head to the respectable tavern of the town, the three broomsticks.

All of them had some butter beer which tasted like burnt butter scotch, which they all liked, not only that but it warmed them all up.

"Hey is that an ogre?" asked Ron.

"Where?" asked Hermoine.

"Over there…" whispered Ron.

They all slyly looked at the ogre.

"So that's what they look like…" said Momo.

"Are you sure that's one?" asked Robin.

"It does look like the descriptions I've heard." Said Hermoine.

"Maybe we should stop staring before he notices us." Said Mami.

They continued drinking their butter beer, before leaving.

"So where you do want to go to next?" asked Harry.

That was when they saw the Slytherin Outcasts.

"I cant' belie you got us kicked out." said Titus.

"Well it's own fault for being a goat fu…" said Sylvia.

"Hey! Guys!" called out Adrian not wanting her to finish that sentence.

"So what happened with you?" Said Harry.

"We go kicked out of the Hog's Head." Said Shampoo.

"She got into a fight with the owner." Said Adrian jabbing her thumb at Sylvia.

"Not my fault he went to Azkaban because what he did to goats." Said Sylvia.

"What did he do to goats?" asked Ron.

"Well you see…" said Sylvia.

"No…" said Adrian.

"We're out in public, and I don't want to hear about that again…" said Titus.

"What was that?" asked Sylvia.

"Nothing…" responded Titus hiding behind Shampoo.

"Let's just go to Honeydukes and gets stuff for Tori." Said Adrian.

"Good idea." Said Shampoo.

She looked at Erza who shook her head no. Then the two group parted ways.

They got to what was called the Shrieking Shack, which was said to be the most haunted house in all of Great Brittan. It was behind a fence and was boarded up.

"According to the stories, many years ago it would be filled with horrible shrikes and even other ghosts refused to go near it." Explained Robin.

"It's said that the noises haven't happened in years." Said Hermoine.

"I wonder why a ghost would do that?" asked Momo.

"Probably someone crazy who wanted to cause problems." Said Ino.

After they got board they headed back into town. They went to the store Dervish and Bangs which was an equipment shop. Afterwards they decided to check out the post office as none of them had ever been there before. Turns out they had many different owls.

Soon it was time to head back to Hogwarts. Harry, Mami, Robin and Erza headed back to their boat (which was charmed to take them back when all four were in it). They got back to the school, Harry, Erza and Mami decided to wait until Hermoine and Ron got back.

When they got back they headed back to the Gryffindor Tower together.

Mami gave Ginny the candy she bought her and they prepared for the feast.

"You really don't think anything will happen this year?" asked Harry.

"Well considering the last couple years we'll see…" said Erza.

The feat went well. It was rather peaceful and nothing bad happened during it. When it was over the Gryffindors headed to the tower. But when they got there was a huge backup. Percy went to the front to see what was wrong and was shocked with what he found.

As things were going Hermoine managed to see what happened.

"What is it?" asked Mami.

"The portrait of the fat woman was cut to pieces." Said Hermoine.

"What?" asked Harry.

As Pro. Dumbledore arrived they knew they had to find her (as she fled her painting as soon as possible).

Ironically the one that told them what happened was Peeves, while he was rude about it he did tell them everything that happened.

And the one who was behind was Sirius Black.

Pro. Dumbledore had all of the subtends head down to the Great Hall, and since this was big news, the other houses were brought there as well.

Word spread quickly that it was Sirius Black who caused the problems.

Pro. Dumbledore vanished the tables and conjured hundreds of purple sleeping bags. He placed the Head Boy and Girl in charge and asked the Prefects guard the room.

Everyone chose the spot to sleep, with the girls surrounded Harry, just in case.

Before lights out, Erza managed to tell Harry this.

"Tomorrow we're counting training."

Harry had gotten Erza to stop the training due to the fact that well… they were at school.

Now it was unavoidable.

However thanks to the fact that many of students were scared or sleeping on the floor it was very hard to get to sleep.

Harry and his group pretended to sleep as they heard Percy talk with Pro. Dumbledore at around 3 AM.

Thankfully Pro. Dumbledore reaffirmed his stance on the Dementors. Thankfully they had also found a temporally guardian for Gryffindor Tower.

While that did sound like good news, turns out the only one who was able to volunteer was Sir Cadogan, the painting that led Harry to Divination.

Turns out he switched out the pass words and started challenging students to duels.

It was extremely annoying.

However the next Day Harry and Erza once again started his training. Momo joined, since someone needed to make sure Erza wasn't being to hard and as a sparing partner as well.

After training Harry of course was exhausted, while Momo escorted Harry and Erza back to the area of Gryffindor Tower.

"That's because you've been neglecting it for the past couple months…" said Erza.

That was when the three of them ran into Pro. Lupin.

"Oh hello Harry, Megan, Sally-Anne." Said Pro. Lupin, "You look tired, was that about last night?"

"Sure let's go with that…" replied Momo.

Erza and Harry shrugged when she said that.

"I'm going to have some tea, if you would like to accompany me." Said Pro. Lupin.

"I would like that." Said Harry.

"Thank you." Said Erza.

The three joined him in his office. They saw that there was a tank, with a Grindylow. He made the tea, which was only in the bags.

"But I'm sure of you are tired of tea leaves." He said.

"What?" asked Momo.

"Don't ask…" said Harry.

As they had tea Harry decided to finally ask something form Pro. Lupin.

"When e had the Bogart class why did you let me go?" asked Harry.

"Well I think it was obvious Harry." Said Pro. Lupin.

Harry was surprised he was honest.

"I take it you assumed it be of Voldemort." Said Erza.

Pro. Lupin sighed and nodded.

"I didn't want to cause a panic and Lord Voldemort appearing in the staff would do that." Said Pro. Lupin, "It wasn't like a giant monster where it was expected."

Harry blinked wondering about the giant monster, then realized it was Momo's.

"But I didn't think of Voldemort, I was thinking about the Dementors." Said Harry.

Pro. Lupin smiled, "That suggests what you fear most is fear… very wise." He said.

Erza and Momo looked at each other and smiled, proud of Harry for coming up with such a fear.

"So you thought I didn't think you capable at fighting the Boggart?" asked Lupin.

"Well yeah." Answered Harry.

"Harry even I knew what he was doing…" said Erza, "IT was obvious…"

Harry blushed when she said that.

"Well you know the Dementors and…" said Harry.

That was when there was a knock on the door, he told the person to come in, it was Pro. Snape carrying a goblet.

"Oh yes it time to take my potion." Said Pro. Lupin.

"Oh hello Pro. Snape." Said Momo politely.

"So Mr. Potter, Ms. Perks and Ms. Jones." Said Pro. Snape, "What are you ding here?"

"I invited them for tea after what happened last night." Said Pro. Lupin, "After all not only is our student but our boss as well."

He gave Pro. Lupin the potion and left, after all this wasn't the first day he gave Pro. Lupin that potion it was a wise idea to avoid Harry right now.

"I needed a certain potion." Explained Pro. Lupin, "Unfortunately I'm not much of a brewer myself and this is exceptionally complex."

He took a sip and shuddered.

"Sugar ruins it… doesn't it?" asked Momo.

"Unfortunately." Said Pro. Lupin.

Harry couldn't help to but look at the potion.

"Harry…" said Erza, "I don't think he would poison him in front of you…"

Pro. Lupin heard this remark and chuckled.

"I haven't been feeling well and this potion is the only thing that helps." He explains, "Not only that but this isn't the first night I had to drink it, if it was poison it would have effected me yesterday."

"Yeah…" said Harry.

"Even if he really wants to be the teacher, I don't think he's that decorate Harry." Said Momo.

Harry blushed a little.

They watched as he finished the potion.

"Maybe we should leave." Said Momo.

"IT was nice talk to you…" he said.

The three left, completely unaware about what the potion really was.

However, the truth was that Sirius black was now confirmed to be in the area. And who knew when he would strike again.
