Chapter 38: Operation: Rescue Tori
Soon after calling her dad, Trina called everybody over to tell them about Tori. At first, all of them, even Jade, were glad to know that Tori was still alive. But after seeing the horrifying video, they were also still worried for her.
"That was the most disturbing twenty minutes of my life." Andre declared after the video was over.
"I can't believe he would do that..." Robbie said quietly.
"I can't believe he would be strong enough to do that..." Beck added.
Cat sniffled. "Poor Tori... I hope we can save her in time..." Peter gave her an assuring smile. "Don't worry, Cat. We'll save her." Cat smiled a little. Before anybody else could talk, Trina got another text message. As she read the message, she grinned a little, as it seemed to be another ray of hope. She began to read the message to everyone
If you want to see Tori again, meet me at Hollywood Arts. I'll... I mean, we'll be waiting for you. Take too long, and I will cut Tori's throat. You have until the end of the day...
Jake had bitter thoughts. Well, thanks for telling us where you are, Blake. But DON'T threaten Tori. When I see you, you're gonna pay for what you've done to her. Big time.
Meanwhile...
Tori woke up once again with a massive headache. She was aching all over again. She opened her eyes to look at her surroundings. Why had see fallen asleep? She was just awake about twenty minutes ago. Suddenly, it all came clear to her. She had fallen down some stairs... or rather she was thrown down the stairs. Tori looked up at the staircase, and could've sworn they looked familiar.
Very familiar.
Just like the ones at Hollywood Arts- It suddenly hit Tori.
She was at Hollywood Arts.
But why did the Dark Pirates bring her here? How did they even get in here? If they had brought her at some sort of abandoned warehouse, that would have made more sense. But a school... that was just strange.
Wincing, Tori tried to stand up, using support from the stair railings. She tried to make it upstairs, hoping to find a phone or something to eat. She hadn't eaten anything since she was kidnapped. Her stomach growled painfully, and it bothered her. After making it to the stop of the first set, she pondered on which set she should take next. There were two different sets that led to two different locations in the school.
Come on, Tori. Just pick a set and get out of here.
"Goin' somewhere, Tori?"
The girl froze in place as she heard the cold teasing voice. She could sense Blake walking up behind her. "I was... uh... I..." Tori tried to explain. But she couldn't think of an excuse. Blake smirked. "You were trying to get away from me... we can't let that happen. Your friends will be coming for you."
At hearing that sentence, Tori was deep in thought. She would see her friend again... but for how long? There's no way he'd let me go... there has to be some sort of trick with this... I hope they can find me... and I really hope Blake doesn't hurt them in any way...
"Don't worry. I won't hurt them..." Blake assured her. Tori sighed in relief. It's like he read my mind.
"At least... not too bad."
Great. Tori sighed again. This was gonna be a long day...
Later that day...
"So... Tori's at Hollywood Arts... strange place to hold a girl hostage..." Andre thought as Trina drove to the school. It wasn't very far from the house. Just a five minute drive. Jake stared out the window. All he could think about was Tori. He was glad that she was still alive. But she was still hurt, and it bothered him. He could still hear her screams in the beating video.
Help me, Jake... please...
Her voice echoed in his head. "I will save you, Tori..." He whispered quietly. Soon, they made it to the school. "Yay hey, no way!" Izzy exclaimed. "This is a big school..."
Jake had to agree. It was a big school. Tori could be anywhere in there. "Enough looking. Let's save Tori!" Peter urged. Jake also agreed to that. "I hear that! Let's go this... for Tori!"
"FOR TORI!" everybody shouted, pumping their fists in the air.
With that, the gang started towards HA.
The gang walked through the building. It was pretty quiet. A bit... too quiet. "I wonder where he is... or where Tori is." Cat whispered. "Well. It's obvious he's waiting for us. So we can't let our guard down." Peter whispered back.
Jade scoffed. "I don't wanna wait too long. I wanna get that son of a you know what. Hey!" She started shouting. "Where are you, Blake?! Come out and fight like a man!" Beck began to shush her. Jake looked around, sword in hand. He didn't really care what it took, he just wanted to save Tori. I will save you. He thought over and over.
Suddenly, a silver ball was through somewhere in the building. It release some smoke that spread all around, causing the gang to cough and gag. Soon, everybody fell to the floor, losing consciousness. Jake tried to stay awake, but the smoke was too strong. Before he was completely knocked out, he thought he could hear teasing laughter...
Five hours later
A horn was blown, waking Jake up. The pirate boy opened his eyes to find himself in a classroom. He tried to move, but he couldn't. Something was holding him. He looked down to find himself tied to a chair. Jake looked around to find the others tied to chairs as well. Skully was trapped inside a cage. They too were awakened from the sound of the horn. "What... what happened...?" Jake asked.
He soon got his answer when he look at the stage in the classroom... a person was standing on it... a person with a mocking smirk.
"Hello, Jake." Blake greeted.
Jake was suddenly enraged as he struggled against his bonds. "Where is Tori?!" He demanded. "I wanna see my sister!" Trina added. What they didn't know was that something was behind Blake. The evil pirate boy stepped aside, and there lied Tori. Tied up and gagged. Looking frightened. Everybody was shocked at the sight of her battered and bruised form. The may have seen it in the video, but seeing it in person was even more scary.
"You're all lucky I didn't kill her..." Blake said with coldness in his voice. "Even if she did give me some trouble."
Jake stared into Tori's brown eyes. In them were fear, sadness, and pleadings for help. He wanted to help her, but since he was tied up, there wasn't much he could do. "If you so much as hurt her again. You'll pay... big time." Jake threatened. Blake grinned and pulled out something that made Jake, and everybody else, stunned and shocked.
A gun.
A black gun.
"Where did you get that?" Jake asked.
"None of your business." Blake retorted. "It's a natural Desert Eagle." Cat gasped. "Aren't you young to be holding a gun? This reminds me of the time my brother used a gun. He accidentally shot a woman in the leg..." Blake decided to ignore that random comment and pressed the gun to Tori's head. Jake tensed up. Would he shoot her? Or is he just teasing them?
Tori began to cry as she felt the gun to her temple. Blake chuckled evilly. "Scared? Well, you should be. Because you're mine. My plans worked out perfectly." This suddenly made Jake curious. This was all a part of some plan? "What kind of plan?" He asked. The evil pirate boy began to explain.
"Well, when I knew how much you and Tori cared so much for each other, I decided to mess with that. I overheard you say that you dream was to find you most greatest treasure. That's when I knew what you were talking about... My plans when into action. Remember those death threats Tori had been getting. That was me. But I'm sure you already figured that out. And about Ms. Tea giving everybody but Tori a movie ticket... I told her to do that. I needed to have Tori be alone so I could get her."
All of this was making Jake angrier than before. To know that Blake did all this is just... sickening. He just stared in silence and rage as Blake continued.
"Anyways, I chose to hold her here because it would be the perfect place... in my opinion. As you can see, I did beat the daylights out of Tori, and I had Lizzy record it on Tori's phone. I gave you all warnings... I gave Tori warnings and threats... I wanted you all to know what happens when you mess with me!"
"But Tori hasn't done anything to you!" Jake snapped.
Blake shook his head. "Wrong. When you guys were in switched bodies. Yes, I found out. The time at the restaurant, before the food fight happened. At first I thought it was Jake who had punched me. But when I overheard you guys at Tori's house... I realized it was Tori in Jake's body. So she's still pretty guilty."
"She was defending herself from you!" Jake protested. "She doesn't deserve this torture! None of us do! You hurt her, you hurt all of us...and you're gonna pay."
The evil pirate boy laughed. "Oh please. What can you do? You're tied up. I'm free to do whatever I want with Tori. And you ALL have to watch." With that, he walked off the stage to grab something, removing the gun from Tori's head. Jake tried to see what it was, and gasped lightly when he picked up the deadly looking whip.
At the sight of it, Tori started wailing, though it was muffled behind the gagged. Blake laughed evilly as he approached her, gripping the whip tightly. But, instead of doing what he was doing, he gave the whip to Charlie who was standing by. "Put some water on it... it's kinda dry." The boy left the room to due his duties. Blake stared back down at Tori, saying vicious insults about her. "You're useless... you're pathetic... you're weak..." Each word stung Tori like a bee. It also stung Jake.
"You're spineless..."
Another sting.
"You're stupid..."
And another.
"You're nothing but a silly little girl that deserves to be tortured."
That nearly did it for Jake.
Jake struggled against his bonds. Blake noticed and laughed. "Struggle all you want. But you still can't save her." He taunted. Jake hated when the villain would talk like that. It was just too taunting and mocking. Jake continued to struggle as he watched Charlie return to the room with the whip. Blake took it cracked it, making both Jake and Tori winced.
"Now... if any of you make a sound... I will shoot you." He threatened. Jake ceased his struggling. He still wanted to save Tori, but he didn't want to risk getting killed in the process. He hopeless watched as Blake raised the whip. Tori began to cry all over again, and Blake just smirked as he brought the whip down...
CRACCCCCCCCCKKKKKKK!
Tori let out a scream of pain as the whip hit her on her side. Jake had to turn away, only to look at the others. They too were looking away. He thought that he saw tears in Trina's eyes. Jake turned back, only to see the whip hit Tori again. Blake laughed as she scream, and it angered Jake even more.
CRACK!
Anger.
CRACK!
Fury.
CRACK!
Rage.
CRACK!
Pure rage.
CRACK!
That did it for Jake.
Extremely enraged Jake struggled in his bonds. Eventually, he broke loose from the rope. It seemed that all of the happiness was gone and replaced by pure rage. Getting up from his seat, he charged at Blake, knocking him down, and causing him to drop the whip. Beck got loose from his bondings, and helped the others.
As the villain recovered, he glared at Jake. " I see you were clever enough to escape... but you still won't save Tori!" Jake growled, and punched him in the cheek. Blake did the same. As soon as everybody was freed, Trina ran over to Tori, and started to untie her. "Don't worry, baby sis. We're gonna get out of here, and to a nearby hospital." She assured her sister. Tori smiled a bit as Trina removed the gag from her mouth.
"Everything hurts..." She moaned, her voice still hoarse. I sure hope everybody can get me out of here quick. I don't know how longer I'll probably live... Jake... please save me... but don't sacrifice yourself to do so.
And, we'll see what happens next chapter. We finally find out what that black and shiny object that Blake was holding earlier. But I will give you a slight hint of what will happen: Someone will get shot (I won't tell you who). Until then, here's another chapter preview:
"Okay... I'm gonna ask you guys one more freaking time!" Blake snarled as he pointed the gun at Andre, Cat, Robbie, Beck, and Jade. "Who. Threw. That. Book. At. ME?!" He demanded. All of them tried to defend themselves once again, but Blake didn't believe any of them.
"I didn't do it." Andre said defensively.
"I didn't do it either." Robbie added.
"I sure didn't do it, and either did Jade." Beck defended himself and his girlfriend.
"It wasn't me." Cat squeaked, hiding behind Robbie. Trina who was still holding on to Tori, also defended herself, as well as the Never Crew, and her sister. "It wasn't me. Or anybody else in her."
Blake was getting irritated. Nobody would tell him the truth, and they were gonna pay if they didn't. "So... since you won't tell the truth, I'll just shoot the person I assume threw the book."
With that, he pointed the gun in the direction of one of the teens, and pulled the trigger.
Oooooh! Who get's shot? Or almost gets shot? Tell me in a review on who you think will get shot. I'll see you guys later. And don't forget to review. Thank you.
