Sango's POV:
It's officially February 14, AKA Valentine's Day, and you know what that means...
Confessions of love!
At least, you know, in anime...
Like that would ever happen to me in real life(not until high school at least)...
Well at least not my true love...
Ayame's POV:
ITS VALENTINES DAY
ONE OF MY FAVORITE DAYS OF THE YEAR
GUESS WHO MY VALENTINE IS GONNA BE?!
KOGA!
Well I haven't asked him yet but... Yeahhhh...
Well I'd better get to school...
Kagome's POV:
While I'm at my locker, Koga comes up to me.
"Hey Kagome," he says.
"Um, hey Koga, happy Valentine's Day," I reply, focusing on my locker and not even looking at him...
"I was wondering if... You..."
"Huh?" Now I look at him.
Oh great... Is he gonna ask me to be his Valentine..?
"Do you know where I can find Ayame...?" He asks, to my great surprise.
"Huh?! You wanna know where Ayame is?!" Is he seriously... When did this happen?!
"Um, yeah, do you know where I can find her..?"
"Um, no, sorry, she's probably at her locker if you know where it is. She might not be here yet, though..."
"Thanks," he says, walking off.
Well that was... Strange... Usually Koga thinks Ayame's a creep and would never date her for the world...
Maybe there's some kind of magic in the air today, maybe something unusual will happen to all of us.
I smile at the thought of it, and shut my locker.
I wonder what else will happen today...
Rin's POV:
Well, I haven't seen Sesshomaru since Sango's Christmas party.
If only I hadn't fallen for a demon!
Stupid stupid stupid!
He's like the most powerful demon too, and there's no way he would even like me!
But I can't let myself down, I have to find a way...
Kagura isn't the problem, the problem is Sesshomaru himself.
It's Valentines Day, I have to do something!
Too bad we have school though...
Why couldn't it snow or something?!
Well then I would just be stuck at home...
Whatever, I'll just ask Inuyasha where to find him after school.
And then... We'll see.
Kirara's POV:
A special edition of the school newspaper came out this morning!
Which includes many pictures that I have taken and given to Ayumi.
What can I say, I know how to get good stories!
Of course it was Ayumi herself that snapped most of the pictures of Sango and Miroku, but don't think I haven't gotten some too.
And I've gotten quite a few of Inuyasha and Kagome.
And of course we can't leave out Ayame and Koga, although their story isn't as good...
Yet...
You could call me a spy, but I'm just trying to help my friends.
It's my mission to make sure they realize who they truly love, and of course I plan on falling in love myself at some point, but that can wait for now...
Shippo isn't part of that plan, he's just my crush. Everyone deserves a crush, right? Someone they can think about and dream about, but doesn't plan on spending the rest of their lives with them.
Otherwise it's not a crush, it's true love!
Like Kagome and Inuyasha, they've been on dates, and like each other. Koga has a crush on Kagome, but that's a crush because he's not planning on falling in love with her. Trust me, I know these things.
But Rin's story is completely different.
She thinks she has a crush on Sesshomaru, but it's not a crush. It's like... Long distance love, but the distance is in age. Either way, it isn't liking, it's true love.
Although I can't predict the future, I'm pretty sure that Rin and Sesshomaru are more than just a dream if Rin's.
Because there's more to it than that...
It's a fairytale hidden in reality, just like the rest of our stories...
Sango's POV:
Well the day has been pretty normal. I haven't seen Miroku in the hallway yet, but he'll appear when I least expect it... Probably...
And this is the curse I must live with for a while...
I hope things will be different when we're all in high school...
Well I guess I don't hope for it to be too different, I'm not saying I like the way things are between us, but it's just...
I shake the thought from my head and walk to first period.
But of course the first thing I notice is a stack of fresh copies of the school newspaper.
A Valentine's Day edition.
Oh great, what have Kirara and Ayumi done this time?!
I pick up a copy out of pure curiosity and open it up.
The first two pages are a collage of... Everyone.
There are pictures of couples I don't even know.
I scan the pages for pictures of people I do not, including myself.
I see the picture of Kagome and Inuyasha from the day we played truth or dare at my birthday party. I also see the one of Miroku and I from that night. There's a picture of Rin hugging Sesshomaru, and I laugh when I see Ayame standing next to Koga who's wrapped in duct tape. There's a picture of Ayumi with this guy named Hojo. And one of Kirara with Shippo. I also spot one of Kikyo with a guy, I think his name is Suikotsu. I see one of Kagura with Bankotsu, not really romantic, Kagura looks like she's sucking someone's soul out, but Bankotsu's trying to smile.
I never really noticed some of these other couples before. It's kind of interesting...
As class is about to start, I see that Miroku isn't here yet. I wonder where he could be...?
Ayame's POV:
After I'm done at my locker I spin around to face Koga who apparently is standing right there...
"Koga...?" I say.
"Hey Ayame," he replies.
"Oh, um, hi..." I reply, I bit surprised at his calmness.
"Listen, I wanted to say something. I... I don't hate you, if you've thought so."
"Eh?"
"I remember the day I made that promise, although I haven't been able to accept the fact that it happened. All of this, meaning you skipping so many grades to catch up to me, it's a bit much. But it makes sense now..."
What is he trying to say?! He remembers the promise?! Is this my chance?!
"Um Koga, I..." I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA WHAT TO SAY! WHY NOW OF ALL TIMES
"Ayame, will you be my valentine?" Koga asks.
"Eh? Your... Valentine?"
"Erm, yes."
"YES! BAKAAAAAA YOU'RE SUCH AN IDIOT DO YOU EVEN HAVE TO ASK IVE LOVED YOU EVER SINCE YOU MADE THAT PROMISE AFTER YOU SAVED ME FROM THOSE BULLIES DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?!"
"Huh? Oh, right. I did save you..."
Aaaand this is when the bell rings.
"WERE GONNA BE LATE FOR CLASS COME ON!" I grab his arm causing him to blush and I race to the classroom and to our seats just as class was starting.
Kagome's POV:
When I get to class and sit down, something lands on my desk.
A box of chocolates.
I look behind me to see a blushing Inuyasha.
"Eh?!"
"What? It's Valentine's Day, I had to get ya somethin'," Inuyasha says.
"Thank you," I reply.
"If I didn't you'd probably kill me..." I hear Inuyasha mutter.
A dark aura surrounds me. "What was that?"
But in truth, I'm glad he remembered.
XDDD Well I'm kind of running out of ideas... The story might end soon but THERE WILL BE A SEQUAL DONT WORRY if I do end up ending it soon the sequel will take place when they're in high school. So... More action xP Anyways you may never find out what happened in the last chapter HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHA well maybe anyways I had to update but I didn't finish until after midnight sooooo it's not really Valentine's Day anymore is it... Whatever plz review I don't want this story to end but it might have to. DONT BE MAD I LOVE YOU ALL k bai I'll update soon and VALENTINES DAY SHALL CONTINUE
