AN: As always I own nothing. Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoy

The silence lasted a few minutes until Dr. Kodema decides it was time to dive into those hard topics that she was sure that she was going to need the Mom's help with getting cooperation out of Callie. She know it was going to be imperative that Callie was on board with her plan.

Callie must sense that it was the end of the pleasant to topics and the silence is making her uncomfortable. Callie keeps her eyes on the small table in front of her and as she tries to keep her face neutral. Lena starts tracing designs on the back of Callie's hand that she is holding trying to remind her that she was safe.

"I'm glad we are making progress even if it is with a few bumps. Callie, you know that I have to report to Bill and your Treatment team how I think you are doing with all of this correct?" She asks trying to get Callie to look up at her.

Callie automatically goes on full alert as soon as Dr. Kodema mentions Bill, which doesn't go unnoticed by anyone in the room. When Callie realizes that Dr. Kodema was going to wait on her to give her an answer, she slow nods her head.

"I don't want there to be any misunderstandings between us, I think it's important that you understand what is going on. Remember when we talked about I had to report if you hurt yourself?" Dr. Kodema asks then waits until Callie gives her another slight nod before continuing.

There was waves of tension coming of Callie, but Dr. Kodema doesn't slow down knowing that it was best to plow through with what need to be said so that they could work through it. "When I reported it they voiced some valid concerns, I have to be very honest with you as I have been with your Mom's. I share some of their concerns, what we don't agree on is the best course of action is." The more Dr. Kodema talks the further Callie goes into herself. Dr. Kodema is sure that if Stef hadn't been there Callie would have bolted out of the room.

Stef for her part has wrapped her arm around Callie's shoulders tucking her in tight to herself, giving Callie a reassuring safe place to find comfort.

Dr Kodema meets Stef's eyes for a moment, letting her know she was doing the right thing as the Doctor continues "I have been able to talk them into doing things my way for now. To seeing if you and I can work on your issues. Callie you are a very bright young lady I need you to know that it's very important that you keep your promises and not give them any excuses to move forward with their plan of action. Which would be a more controlled environment." Dr Kodmea gives Callie a few moments to say something but when she doesn't she moves on with the conversation "So for the time being my recommendation is going to be that we talk three times a week, two sessions like we did last time were we talk alone about whatever you would like and work on getting you some tools to help with all the pain and confusion. Then the other sessions like we did today with your Moms either one or both your choice." Dr. Kodema finishes, keeping her face neutral while she settled in to wait on Callie's answers

After a few minutes when Callie hadn't said anything but hadn't blew up. Lena tried to get her to talk "Baby what you say?"

After a few moments Callie quietly mumbles "I don't want to come here more" never looking up from where she has her eyes glued to a spot on the small table in front of them.

"That's because the Monster has been telling you coming here is bad right?" Dr Kodema asks

Callie gives her a slight nod, wary of where this was going.

"That's because it's this is part of the secret to make the Monster be quiet." She smiles then continues "The more tools you acquire, it will get to where your voice and thoughts will be louder then the negative ones that is spinning in your head making everything jumbled."

For Callie's part she is struggling, making what she knows and is feeling right now sync up with what Dr. K is saying. Lena and Stef are listening to what Dr. K is telling her and they seem to be agreeing with the doctor. But Callie is scared of the thought of having to talk about stuff that she knows she shouldn't.

"I don't want to" Callie says quietly but with force. Her face was telegraphing her confusion and frustration.

Stef leans over and whisper into her ear softly "Its ok, just take a minute and breathe…think about want you want to say and the use your words respectfully please" the last part came out more of a warning then a suggestion.

"It's stupid" Callie mumbles then with more force "I haven't done nothing since… I'm better!"

"We know you haven't, and we want to keep it that way." Lena says bending her head down has she talked, trying to catch Callie's eyes. She chooses to ignore the stupid comment, knowing that Callie needed to learn to talk about her feelings even if stupid wasn't the most articulate word. "For us its part of the safety promise, and to make sure we are supporting you." Lena says breaking out into a reassuring smile when she catches Callie eyes. "Even on those days that you and Dr. K talk either me or Stef will be right in the waiting room. You can use you colors when you need to. And you can have Dr. K get us any time, you need to"

After a few minutes of silence when Callie still hasn't bought into the idea of more weekly therapy appointments. "And this way you don't have to get up early and go to group on Saturdays" Lena finishes hoping that the idea of getting out of group where Callie was noticeably uncomfortable would be enough to get Callie to agree.

After a few minutes Callie blurts out "I need to be excused" she says as she pops up off the couch "I need to go to the restroom" she mumbles when Stef will not let go of her hand enough for her to take a step.

Both Moms knows this is an excuse to make an escape from the conversation. It didn't go unnoticed by Dr. Kodema either "That's fine we can take a break, I find about this time of the day I like tea. Would you Ladies like to join me?" She asks has she stands up walking to the other door beside the one that they knew leaded to the waiting room. "Callie can come with us and use the one extra restroom we have in off the kitchen, while we wait on the water for the tea."

When she receives a polite that would be lovely response from Lena. Dr. K continues "Lena would you like to help me?" Lena smiles and nods as she gets up and follows Dr. Kodema, giving Stef a look of reassurance before she left the room.

"Callie would you like some tea or maybe juice? I think I have some cookies also" Dr Kodmea asks with a smile before she walks down the hall knowing that a brooding Callie needed a few minutes to regroup with Stef.
