CHAPTER THIRTY-EIGHT
Blaine and Kurt were on the Hummel-Hudson couch. Kurt was sitting up, his head rested against the back of the couch. Blaine was lying down, his head resting on Kurt's stomach and his hands on either side of his fiancé's belly. They were all alone as Burt and Carole were on a date and Finn was hanging out with Puck.
"It feels like she is riding a roller coaster in there." Blaine said gently stroking Kurt belly as he pressed his ear to Kurt's exposed skin.
"Does that make me Six Flags?" Kurt laughed.
Both Blaine and Kurt laughed for a minute. "Oh, she just kicked me in the face." Blaine said sitting-up and rubbing his cheek.
"Good Peanut, kicking daddy after he called me a theme park." Kurt said rubbing his stomach.
"I believe you called yourself a theme park." Blaine pointed out.
"Yeah, but you laughed. Our daughter will always side with me." Kurt said sticking out his tongue.
"Well I am going to change that." Blaine said laying his head against Kurt's stomach again. "Hey in there, you have to listen to me okay." Blaine said rubbing Kurt's stomach.
"Will you stop corrupting out child?" Kurt said as he rolled his eyes.
"Never," Blaine said looking straight at Kurt. Blaine put his head back down on Kurt's stomach and started to whisper things to his daughter, about how he would take her to the park everyday, he promised that they would go to Disney Land and that she could eat cookies for breakfast.
Blaine was in the middle of telling the baby the story of how he and Kurt met when Finn and Puck burst through the door. The boys were singing and laughing loudly, there were making quite the ruckus.
"And I was like forget you." Finn sang as he slammed the door shut.
"Oh look honey, guess whose home?" Kurt said looking towards the door.
"The boys." Kurt and Blaine said in unison.
"Hey Kurt, Blaine and Peanut. Did we interrupt something?" Puck said with a wave.
"I though you were going to be staying at Puck's house tonight?" Blaine inquired just ignoring Puck's question.
"Planning something Anderson?" Puck said with a grin.
"We are just going to get a CD. We just saw the Cee Lo concert. Wow. We have to listen to that song again. He only sang it like four times." Finn said while humming the tune of 'Forget You'. "I didn't think anyone would still be up." Finn said sounding a little apologetic.
"You are not going to play it here, are you?" Kurt said with a cringe.
"Nah, we are going to do it at my place." Puck said proudly.
"Nice choice," Kurt smiled.
"Could you guys, kind of move out of here quickly, you were kind of interrupting." Blaine said wanting more alone time with Kurt.
"Yeah, we'll be gone in a moment. I just need to find the CD, where the hell did it go?" Finn said flipping through the CD collection.
"Here give me a pile." Puck said as he also flipped through CD's.
Kurt and Blaine sighed as they waited for the boys to leave.
About ten minuets later Sam came running through the door.
"Hey, what the hell is taking so long?" He asked looking a little impatient.
"Good question." Kurt piped in sarcastically.
"We can't find the CD." Puck said still sorting all the CD's they were looking for.
"Sam, come give me a hand would you," Finn said motioning for the blond boy to join them. Sam then picked-up pile and began to look for the missing Cee Lo Green CD.
"Finn, you could have driven to the mall and bought a new one by now." Kurt said rubbing his forehead getting a little impatient.
"Blaine, help us look would you, please" Finn said pointing at the pile of CD's still to look through.
"If it will get you out of here quicker, sure." Blaine said standing up and walking to where Finn, Puck and Blaine were searching.
"Hey everybody what's going on?" Mike said as he flung the door open.
"Wow Finn, you can fit a lot of people in that car of yours." Kurt said raising an eyebrow
"Mike, how can we help you?" Blaine said looking up from his CD pile.
"I needed to pee, and since Puck, Finn and Sam are moving at a glacial speed I figured I'd just crash the party." Mike said with a smile and a shrug.
"Cool," Kurt smiled from his position on the couch. "Bathroom is to the left." Kurt pointed down the hall.
"I am pretty sure that between the six of us we could produce our own Cee Lo concert." Blaine said still flipping though the CD's looking at Kurt who just rolled his eyes.
The five boys (Finn, Puck, Blaine, Sam and Mike) had been serching through the Hudson-Hummel's extensive CD collection for about forty minutes. Kurt had kept up his sarcastic commentary from the couch.
"Hey, hey, hey. I found it." Sam said waving a CD in the air. "Someone put it in "Madonna – The Golden Years"." Sam said confused.
"Finn did it." Kurt responded immediately.
"Well then where's Madonna?" Finn said looking around.
"Somewhere in the English countryside weeping. Could you all like, hit the road." Kurt said looking at Finn.
"Good idea, let's go." Sam said herding the other boys out of the room.
"Yes, thanks guys, Kurt are you sure you don't want to listen to this." Finn said tapping the CD.
"Finn, I have never been surer about anything in my life." Kurt said with a smile.
Finn laughed said his goodbyes along with Mike, Puck and Sam as they went back to the car. Blaine sat back down next to Kurt with a huff.
"Alone at last," Blaine said lying back down, placing one hand on each side of Kurt's stomach and began to talk to the baby again. "Let me hear from that daughter of mine?" Blaine said while softly caressing Kurt's stomach.
"Don't mind me," Kurt yawned. "If I fall asleep." Kurt said closing his eyes and leaning into the back of the couch.
"Hey, Katy. It's you dad here." Blaine said speaking to Kurt's stomach.
"Katy?" Kurt said raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, Like Katy Perry." Blaine smiled.
Kurt laughed and pointed to his stomach as he spoke. "Katy Perry is not in here Blaine, my daughter is. And her name is Galinda." Kurt joked
"Katy Galinda?" Blaine questioned.
"I don't think so." Kurt smiled.
"Well I am just going to have to convince you otherwise." Blaine said with a devious smile.
"Go ahead, try and convince me." Kurt said while playing with Blaine's hair.
Just then Finn burst through the door again.
"Oh for Gods sake." Kurt said rubbing his head.
"Hey Kurt, have you seen my blue jeans?" Finn asked while looking around the living room for his pants.
"Seriously, Finn?" Blaine said looking a little aggravated.
"Yep they are in the bag that is in your car." Kurt said in a sweet voice.
"There not in the car. Why would they be in the car?" Finn said heading upstairs looking for the missing pants.
Sam then ran through the door again.
"Seriously?" Was all Blaine could manage to say.
"Hey Kurt, have you seen my keys?" Sam said patting his pockets down.
"Do I look like an information booth?" Kurt asked.
Finn ran back down the stairs, "Got 'em." Finn said waving the jeans around. "Now all we need are my keys and we can go." Sam said looking around the room.
"Well where did you leave them?" Finn asked.
"I thought they were in my pocket." Sam said looking confused.
"Well maybe you lost them at the concert." Blaine added.
"No, they were in my pocket when I came in here." Sam said, he was now in the floor looking for the keys.
"Is that them, with the bumblebee charm?" Kurt said pointing to a set of keys with a bumblebee charm hanging off it.
"Yes," Sam said as he ran over to the keys. "Thanks Man." Sam said with a smile.
"You can thank me by leaving." Kurt said gesturing to the door.
Just as Finn and Sam had shut he door, Burt and Carole came through the door talking and laughing with each other.
"Oh my God" Kurt sad shaking his head.
It was a few moments before Carole and Burt even realized that Blaine and Kurt were watching them.
"Oh, hello boys. What are you doing up?" Carole said a little surprised.
"Just having a little bonding time." Blaine answered.
"And now if you'll excuse me." Kurt said getting off the couch.
"Babe, where are you going?" Blaine asked inquisitively.
"To our room, it is the only place we are going to get any kind of privacy." Kurt said as he stepped over Blaine.
"Night boys," Burt and Carole said in unison as Blaine and Kurt walked up to their room holding hands.
