The next Leah and the rest of the girls were in the audience as they waited for 'Southern Justice' to perform. Jasper had been so worried that Leah had to sneak him in the girls bathroom, lock them both in a stall, and screw him stupid just so he wouldn't have a heart attack before they went on. As much as she wanted to win, she wanted to prove her band was the best and to do that she had to face off against the best and like it or not, Jasper and the guys were good, really good, and probably the only real competition the girls had.

Leah smiled as the curtain rose and they started to play. Jasper looked as if he belonged up there and any apprehension he may have been earlier had left no trace whatsoever. The Quilette woman forgot all about the fact he was her competition and instead focused solely on supporting her friend and lover since he had done the same for her.

Woo!

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow ride, take it easy

His voice was smooth as velvet yet at the same time there was an edge to it which caused people to be sucked in. He was the magnet, his charisma flowing out with each note he sang. If Leah hadn't already been charmed by him before, she most definitely would be right now. For the first time the tanned female feared her band may actually lose to Jaspers, though she would never admit that out loud.

I'm in the mood

The rhythm is right

Move to the music

We can roll all night

Oooh slow ride

Oooh

When a break in the lyrics came, Jasper started playing his guitar as if his life depended on it. His fingers moved against the strings like they were a part of him. It was a talent very few people possessed, but those who did were always remembered and there was no doubt in Leah's mind he would be remembered by millions of fans one of these days.

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow down, go down, got to get your lovin' one more time

Hold me, roll me, slow ridin' woman you're so fine

Woo!

I'm in the mood

The rhythm is right

Move to the music

We can roll all night

As the song continued, the lead guitar player of the girls bands started to notice a group of girls, blondes which came as no surprise, push there way to the front of the stage as they openly began flirting with the band members and Leah wasn't the only one to notice either; Rose looked as if she wanted to stab a blonde with way to big to be real boobs, who was blowing kisses at Emmett. Emmett did not have the good sense not to blow kisses back and Leah knew he was in big trouble tonight if the look on Rosalies face was anything to go by.

"Fake sluts." Alice muttered as one girl openly gawked at Demetri. "I swear I am going to tattoo 'property of the Alice' on his forehead."

"That may not be a bad idea." Leah replied with a frown. "Why is he smiling at them? He can't be interested in them can he?"

Alice followed her friends gaze and realized she was staring straight at Jasper. "You're not talking about Demetri are you?"

Leah did not respond to her friends question for two reasons. The first reason was because she had yet to completely accept the feelings she had for Jasper, and the second being she knew Alice would push the topic if she did answer. The smaller female loved to stick her nose in everyone else's love lives.

Oooh

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow down, go down, got to get your lovin' one more time

Hold me, roll me, slow ridin' woman you're so fine

Slow ride, easy, slow ride, sleazy

Slow ride, easy, slow ride, sleazy

After watching for a while, Leah couldn't take it anymore; she was being suffocated by her own emotions and she was starting to feel trapped, like she was locked in a box and it had started to collapse in on itself. As much as she wanted to show Jasper her support, she was smart enough to know that if she stayed she would end up doing something stupid. Besides, the bimbos near the stage were giving the band enough support as it was so Jasper probably wouldn't even realized she had left for a while.

Slow down, go down, got to get your lovin' one more time

Hold me, roll me, slow ridin' woman you're so fine

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow ride, take it easy

Slow down

Go down

Slow down

Go down

Come on, baby

Take a slow ride with me

Come on, baby

Take a slow ride

"I need some air." She muttered before turning and fleeing in the other direction. She heard her friends calling for her, but kept going anyways. "Get a grip on yourself Leah; you are not in love with Jasper Hale."

Oh, feel good

Mmmm, feels so good

I like it, yeah

I feel good

Oh, I feel all right

You know the rhythm is right

You know the rhythm is right

We've got to rock all night

We've got to rock all night

You know the rhythm is right

We've got to rock all night

You know the rhythm is right

We've got to rock all night

You know the rhythm is right

Woah, come all night

Slow ride!

As the song finally came to a close, Jasper looked around for Leah, but he couldn't find her and something in his gut told him something was wrong. Immediately he left the stage as soon as he could and went searching for her.

"I thought we were going to celebrate?" Edward whined as Jasper was about to start his search for the missing Native American female.

"It will have to wait." The honey blond told him in a serious tone. "I need to find Leah, but you guys go ahead, I wouldn't want to ruin the celebration. I'll catch up with you as soon as I find her."
