38. Author's Note 2

Okay, guys, don't worry. This isn't a "I'm not going to be updating for a while" type of author's note-far from it. I have the next chapter of this story finished-it is a bit short, but, once again, it works better for me to write it the way it is-and will be uploading it sometime tomorrow. But I want to warn you of this before hand. When I upload the new chapter tomorrow I am also upping the rating, so if you're a reader and haven't favorited this story or if you're a guest reader and don't have it bookmarked on your computer you might either want to do those things or else you'll have to look for it under the 'M' rated stories.

Believe me when I tell you that-when I started this story-I had absolutely no intentions of changing the rating. If I had I would've told you guys at the beginning of the story or in the description. I expected to keep it as a 'T' rated story all the way through, and I didn't expect this chapter to go above that rating either but once I started writing... it got a little more graphic and gross that I thought it would. I kid you not when I tell you that I made myself nauseous writing it. I literally felt like I could puke and had to take a long break away from it before I could start writing again but I finished it. When it comes to rating I'm always a little be hesitant about labeling a story with anything above a 'T' rating because-outside of sexual content-I feel like we should be able to handle violence, especially if it's in a war based story. I mean Transformers is about a war between alien robots, so how much more violent can you get? I mean, if you can't handle it, then maybe you shouldn't be reading. But that is just my opinion and I'm a girl who grew up on war movies. But I figured that if I'm just writing this thing and it's making me sick while I'm writing it, then maybe that's a good call to up the rating.

I will probably have nightmares tonight about it. Oh, don't worry it's nothing sexual or anything like that but it's just... you'll all find out tomorrow.

So anyway, long story short, tomorrow 'Transformers Diaries: Kindred Sparks' will be upped in ratings from 'T' to 'M'. You have been forewarned.
