Maria smirked as she looked over at Randy, he was clueless about what she had done and that was how she wanted it to stay, she knew that it could be considered cruel what she had done because Randy claimed to "love her" but Randy was better off without a girl like Mickie, she was nothing but drama and Randy didn't need that especially after what the doctors had just told her. They hadn't told Randy yet because he was still in recovery but there was a ninety five percent chance that-
"Hey Maria, have you heard anything about Randy yet?" Jeff asked, interrupting Maria's thoughts as he took a seat next to his wife.
"I actually have." Maria replied as she looked down at the ground, she really was upset with what was happening to Randy again, he didn't deserve it.
"And?" Jeff asked.
"He isn't going to walk again Jeff." Maria stated, "Well there is a chance but it is slim almost as slim as-" Maria quit talking mid sentence, nobody needed to know that she had lied about that too, she would get exiled from everyone if they knew.
"Slim as what?" Jeff asked.
"I get that we're married but we are aloud to have secrets." Maria said before quickly looking down at her stomach then back at Jeff, "So did you know Candice left with Mickie?"
"Why would I know that?" Jeff asked as he tried to keep his mind off the dark haired girl, she hadn't dumped him that long ago and as guilty as he felt for cheating on his wife, he couldn't deny that he did have feelings for Candice.
"I don't know," Maria replied as she put her hand on Jeff's neck, "I just figured you might know something about it."
"I cut off all ties with Candice when you came back." Jeff lied, he didn't need his wife knowing about his affair.
Maria smiled, she knew she could trust Jeff, just not with the secret about Mickie, "I know but the sly little bitch seems like she could easily work her way into any man's bed, so I thought maybe she said goodbye to you."
"Trust me Ria I wouldn't let her close to me." Jeff replied as he thought of Candice, he loved it when she got close to him.
"That makes me feel a lot better." Maria stated, she felt a lot better knowing he didn't have any feelings for Candice.
"Maria no matter what I love you, okay?" Jeff asked.
"Would you still love me if I did some things that I knew were horrible just to make someone miserable?" Maria asked, thinking that it may be in her best interest to let Jeff know the truth.
"I don't think you'd ever do that, that seems like more of a Michelle, Layla, or maybe even Christy move."
"But if I did?"
"Nothing could ever make me stop loving you Maria."
Maria looked down at the ground, trying her best not to look relieved, "I'm counting on that."
John looked at the wedding invitation in his hands, he knew that he was engaged but seeing the invitation made it more real. He put it on his coffee table before sliding back on the couch, he wasn't sure what was going on with him, why he was actually having feelings for someone besides his fiancé. He was sure that once he proposed to Ashley that his feelings would go away and as it turned out he was wrong. Upon hearing someone knock on the door John went to open it,
"Hey John you know I don't like just stopping by but I have a huge exam coming up and I-"
John brushed past Eve to get to his son, "You want to stay here while your mom studies for her test?"
"I guess, did you see the new watch that Cody got me?" Timmy lifted up his arm to show John his watch.
John nodded as he looked at his son's wrist, it was just like the pretty rich boy to do something like that, "Cool, do you want me to show you something you should do to Cody, you see Timmy it is this wonderful hand gesture called flicking someone of-"
Eve smacked John in the head, "You will not be showing our son anything like that, understood?"
John smirked at Eve before turning back to Timmy, "Your mom sure is cranky, isn't she?"
"Yeah, she wouldn't let me have any ice cream."
John laughed as he led his son inside, "Why don't you go to your room and let your mom and I talk." John watched as his son walked off and turned to see Eve sitting on his couch and joined her, "So was Cody busy?"
"Why do you constantly try and get him not to like Cody, I don't talk about Ashley like that." Eve stated as she crossed her arms.
"How about instead of talking about that, you tell me why you're so stressed?" John asked, he had picked up on what Eve's facial expressions meant over the years.
"John you know how hard I've been working to get all of these degrees, hell I graduated a year early from high school, I took classes in the summer in order for me to get my college degree faster, I'm nearly a lawyer, but if I don't pass my test next week I will not be a lawyer and that means that the past seven years have been a complete waste."
"Wow I forgot how dramatic college kids are." John said remembering his college days, they hadn't been that wild because of his son but there was still sometimes when things got crazy.
"I am not a college kid, I have a kid." Eve stated as she glared at John.
"I know you used my sperm to make him." John replied smugly as he crossed his arms.
"Don't remind me." Eve commanded hostility clear in her voice.
"A little cold Miss Torres, but I can assure that since you're talking to someone hot you didn't even make me feel a chill."
Eve laughed, "You are such a dork."
"Maybe, do you need any help studying, I mean he's in his room so-"
"John I have to study at my place, if Timmy sees us together like this then he is going to go back to asking us why we aren't together, I don't really feel like explaining that again."
"Yeah you love Cody, I love Ashley." John stated trying to make it sound a little true.
"Exactly," Eve stood up, "Well I'm going to go, when should I pick him up?"
"After your test, you need to focus on it so our son can brag about having a hot lawyer for a mom."
Eve playfully rolled her eyes before hugging John, "I'll call later."
"I can't wait." John said before smiling and turning around, his son came out as he heard the door open causing John to turn his attention to him not the girl who had had looked back for a minute before leaving.
Mickie stepped out of the hotel as she prepared to go on a walk, the morning had greeted her with a massive hangover and after Candice pretty much forced her out of bed, she had told her to go for a walk, so she had went outside only to be smacked up against a wall,
"Looks like you haven't changed much since high school Mickie." Michelle said with a smirk.
"Michelle what are you doing here?" Mickie asked as she struggled to get out of Michelle's grasp, "You're still inane."
"I need to know something."
"Well I'm not going anywhere so you might as well tell me." Mickie said not even trying to get out Michelle's hold.
"Why did you not even contact Randy when he had his surgery, my step brother is torn up about the girl who he loves not loving him back?"
"What are you talking about?" Mickie asked, wondering if she knew what had happened, "I texted him and I was planning on calling him until he told me not to."
"Huh?" Michelle asked.
Mickie pushed Michelle off of her before reaching for her phone and showing Michelle the text she got from Randy, "See?"
"Randy didn't send this."
"Well who did?" Mickie asked, she had never really considered Randy not sending it.
"I don't know, the only people that could have sent it are Maria or Jeff and neither one of them-"
"That little bitch!" Mickie hissed, "I should have known."
"Okay Mickie when did Maria become the joker to your batman?"
"Maria has always had the tendency to be a bit of a back stabber, somewhat of a compulsive liar, I can't even believe that I put up with her so long." Mickie stated as she mentally cursed herself for not at least thinking that Maria sending it was a possibility.
"You have to tell Randy about this."
Mickie looked down, "Do I?"
"Don't you love him?"
"Of course I do, but every time Randy and I try and make it work there's a bump in the road and I'm starting to think that bump is there for a reason, maybe Randy and I just aren't meant to be together."
"Look Mickie you and I have never been best friends, we never will be, but even I know that what you and Randy had-what you and Randy have it is special, way too special to just throw away."
Lita stared at Adam as he held their sons in his arms, she hadn't seen him look that happy since he figured out his daughter had died, she watched as he took his attention off of the boys and on to her, smiling before he put the boys in a crib,
"Hey."
"It looks like you got them to sleep pretty quick." Lita stated as she didn't really know what else to say.
"I know, it kind of hurts since I'm such an interesting person." Adam joked as he leaned back against the wall, he was thrilled they were asleep finally.
Lita rolled her eyes at him, "Yeah."
Adam raised an eyebrow while looking at his wife, "What I am?"
"I know," Lita shook her head before smiling, "so the babysitter should be here in a little bit, we should be able to go soon."
"Alright, so we can go and pick up Melina-"
"Melina?" Lita interrupted, why would her husband be talking about her going somewhere with them.
"Yeah, didn't I tell you I invited her?" Adam asked not seeing why Lita was getting upset about it.
"You invited her, Adam we barely have anytime to ourselves, I thought this was going to be us spending time together."
"It is, I don't see what the problem is bringing Melina along."
"You don't see what the problem is?" Lita asked, "I get that she is in a terrible place I really do and I feel really bad for her, but that doesn't mean I will share my husband with her!"
"What are you talking about Lita?" Adam asked as confusion was evident in his voice, "I'm your husband."
"Really because it doesn't feel like it!" Lita exclaimed, "It feels like-" Lita stopped talking once her phone rung, "This is not over." Lita picked up her phone, "Trish what's going on?"
"Is this Lita Copeland?"
"Yes, who is this?"
"Man do I ever hate hospitals." Paul said as he sat down in a seat near Randy's bed, "What is up with everyone being in here lately?"
"I'm lucky that it isn't me, I'm to sexy for the hospital." Shawn stated before looking at Randy, "When are you getting out of here?"
Randy rolled his eyes, "I'm getting discharged tomorrow and I start rehabbing Thursday, I'm going to try to get my legs to work again."
"You know its really a shame, you were one of the best football players WWE had ever seen back in high school, now your like this."
"Stop acting like a girl Paul."
"I second that," Randy said before looking over at his television, "hey give me the remote."
"Why?" Paul asked.
"Just do it." Paul handed Randy the remote and Randy turned up his television,
"The phone call came at about three thirty this morning that a gunshot had been heard outside of the Hampton Inn outside of town, police responded to the call and found a woman who was dead upon their arrival, the woman's identity has not yet been confirmed but it is believed currently that she was there under the alias Sierra Sparkles, which is said to be the woman's name that she went by as a prostitute-"
Randy turned off his television, "No."
"What?" Paul asked before smirking, "Randall Orton you sly dog."
Randy cringed, "For starters I've never hooked up with a hooker, actually I did before she became a hooker but-guys we know her."
"Who do we know that's a prost-" Paul stopped midsentence, "No, are you sure that was her name?"
"Yeah."
"They said it was just believed that doesn't mean that-"
"Trish is dead."
