The sun was finally out and shining over Erebos. It was no longer the dim grey skies for the people, but a clear blue. The reign of Pitch was over and the kingdom was celebrating the coronation of their new queen. Rayla was in in her new room getting ready for the ceremony. She was dressed in a cornflower blue dress that held long sleeves, a sweetheart neckline, and her tied back bodice formed a silhouette waistline. Silver floral designs were stitched in the bodice, the middle of the skirt held a white fabric in the front. She wore a silver necklace with an aquamarine gem. Her hair was was tied up and the rest of it down.
Elsa was also with her getting ready, back to wearing her traditional Arrendelle blue dress. She felt glad to be back in her normal attire and her hair holding her signature braid. She smiled as Rayla came out after finishing the final touches to her attire, "You are going to be a great queen Rayla, I just know you will. You have done so much to help my father and defeat Pitch. You truly have everything it takes to be a queen." Rayla glanced at her reflection in the mirror, "Thank you Elsa. It's just nice to see everyone happy and filled with joy after so many years with dealing with you know who. I plan to run things differently and be the best queen I can be. I just want to make my father proud." Elsa held her smile, "I believe you already have. I found this note a while back that your father had written."
Rayla glanced at her, Elsa continued, "It was a warning about the things that happen during the blood moon. It was in an old book he had written." That sparked Rayla's interest, "Well, what I remember from him, he was writing a book at the time." Elsa nodded, "Well, he also stated that he was worried for you and your mother. That you both were his treasure. Even though he's not here anymore, he will always be with you." Rayla sighed placing her hand to her hear, "Yes, he will. Perhaps after my coronation, we can create an alliance with each other, as well as with Jack and Kristoff. Possibly Corona." Elsa's face brightened, "Yes, I would like that very much. Though could I make a suggestion?" Rayla nodded, "Erebos seems like such a dark name, even the colors. Do you plan to change things when you are officially queen?"
Rayla thought a moment, "Well, I would change the name to something that has a light name to it. Definitely make the colors to blue, silver, and a lilac purple. Since I do like the color, I figured keep the color, just a more lighter purple. It will accompany the colors I have in mind." Elsa sighed in content, thinking of her home, "It's going to be so nice to finally return home after so long. I am sure mother and Anna are worried sick about me and father. I miss them very much." Rayla patted her shoulder, "Don't worry, you will see them soon."
A knock was heard, Rayla responded, "Come in." Narcissa entered dressed in a light purple elbow length dress and her hair tied in a braid, "Are you ready Rayla? The ceremony is about to begin." She nodded, "I am." as they all walked out of the room and made their way towards the church. The bells were ringing for everyone to know the coronation was starting. Jack, North, Kristoff, Bunny, and Sandy had arrived and were waiting for the future queen to arrive. Kristoff nudged Jack, "So what do you think Rayla will do around here to make things better?" Jack shrugged, "I don't know, but perhaps brighten up the royal colors, they are dark and gloomy."
Sandy glanced to North, "Can you believe the sun is finally out and everything is bright? It's like a new age had begun." Bunny chimed in first, "I know it's beautiful out, this place is actually fill with fun, hope, and laughter again." North nodded, "Indeed. Rayla will be an excellent queen, she is ready for this." Jack leaned over to glance at them, "Yes, look how far she has come. She went through a lot to get her throne back and find the courage in herself to be able to fight her own family member to death. She was very brave." Bunny sighed and smiled to himself, "I sure can't wait to see lady Tooth again. I miss her so much."
Jack and Kristoff smirked looking back at each other, "Aw does the kangaroo miss his sheila? That's so sweet." Kristoff tried imitating Bunny's accent. Bunny groaned, "Enough with the kangaroo stuff you bloody trouble makers! Keep doing that and I'll bloody beat the both of you that Pitch couldn't bother to do him bloody self." his tone yelling. Jack smirked trying to stifle his laughter along with Kristoff, "Whatever you say kangaroo." Bunny glared, "Why you little hellion!" as he lunged for Jack. North shook his head, "Bunny let the kangaroo thing slide. Jack you stop teasing Bunny. I swear it's like raising Elsa and Anna all over again with you two." Jack slumped in his seat, "Fine."
The doors then opened for the villagers to attend and take their seats. The bishop was ready to begin the ceremony. The vocalists began to sing in Norwegian. Everyone's attention turned to see their future queen at the doorway. Rayla started walking to the dais where the bishop was waiting. Sandy's draw dropped at the site of her. North chuckled, "Easy there Sandy, don't want to catch flies." Sandy closed his jaw at North's remark. Narcissa and Elsa went and sat in their seats. Rayla made it to the dais and turned to face the crowed. She wanted to make an announcement before she was crowned queen.
She cleared her throat, "My people, I am so grateful to be back home and see the smile that had been hidden for many years in darkness. Now a new bright age will happen for our kingdom. For starters, the royal colors shalle be changed to a light blue, for the sky that shines above us again. Silver for the purifying of the evil that ruled over. Finally, a lilac purple for the new beginning of the royal family line and for magic." The people nodded and agreed to their future queen's decisions. Rayla smiled, "I would also like to change the name of our kingdom. Something more appealing and nicer, to represent our new age of royalty and for other kingdoms to know that the evil has passed. From this day forward our kingdom shall be called Phoenicia. I want to thank King North of Arrendelle and Prince Jackson of Icella for their encouragement for my journey. Without them I don't know where I would be. I thank you both."
The room erupted with applause for both Jack and North. They also cheered for the new name for their kingdom. Rayla turned to the bishop and bowed over to him. He placed the silver grown with an aquamarine in it, on her head. Rayla raised back up to take the scepter and orb. She turned to the crowd as they stood. The bishop spoke in Norwegian and then said, "Queen Rayla of Phoenicia." The crowd then said altogether, "Queen Rayla of Phoenicia." Rayla was finally queen and was very proud of herself.
Everyone began to make their way back to the ballroom for the celebration and festivities. Elsa made her way over to Jack's side the moment the ceremony was over. She placed a kiss on his cheek, "Don't you look so handsome." He smirked, "Likewise beautiful." She slipped her fingers through his, he held her close, "So, ready for one last party before we have to leave?" She smiled, "I am, though I am ready to be home again." Jack nodded, "Won't be long now, there's nothing stopping us this time." as they both entered the ball room.
The decorations were amazing and the people were all happy and already dancing about. Bright colors filled the once dull room, Elsa smiled, "Much more lively looking in here than the last several times I was here." The guard made his announcement and the music stopped, "Queen Rayla of Phoenicia." as Rayla stepped through the crowd and made her way to her throne. Everyone applauded, Rayla smiled, "Please, everyone continue on with the ball. Enjoy everything you see tonight, for it will be the first of many." as she took her seat. North approached and bowed, "My dear you look astounding, how are you feeling now?" Rayla smiled, "I couldn't be more happier, but though this is only a ball. The real task still lies ahead. I am confident that things will progress for the good."
Elsa and Jack made their way and bowed before her as well. North smiled, "It is good to see this place alive once again and filled with happiness." Rayla nodded, "As am I, it would be what my father would have wanted. Though I believe we have one final task before you depart. I would like to make an alliance between us." North smiled, "I couldn't agree more." Elsa glanced at her father, "What about Corona? Wouldn't aunt Primrose and uncle Thomas also want to sign?" North nodded, "Don't worry my dear, they will sign it once they have received the message of past and current events. After all, I know my brother wouldn't disprove of it." Rayla motioned her guard to come over with the papers. All signed without hesitation, Rayla smiled as she placed her final signature to the document, "I hearby declare us as allies. Now please, let us enjoy the rest of the evening together."
Everyone went their separate ways, Jack pulled Elsa to the dance floor. North sat down next to Rayla, "Such a joy to have her back, though I know I am going to lose her again." Rayla nodded, "But at least she will be with the one she loves North. Jack is truly a noble prince and has more than proved himself to be there for her. He will make a fine husband and future king." North smiled as he watched them, "No doubt about that. It will pain me to see her go, but for the best. I am just overjoyed to see her happy again." Rayla patted his arm, "You are a wonderful father to her North."
Elsa and Jack danced to a few more before she needed a break. Jack pulled them through the crowd to get something to drink. Elsa spotted Narcissa and ran to her hugging her, "Oh Narcissa how does it feel to finally be free of him?" Narcissa returned the hug smiling brightly, "Oh you have no idea, though I have to admit I won't be here to enjoy it." Elsa frowned a moment, "What do you mean?" Narcissa couldn't contain it any longer, "I have decided to come back with you to Arrendelle and start a new life there." Elsa felt a small squeal of excitement as she hugged her again, "Oh Narcissa that is wonderful news! I will help you in anyway I can, you just say the word!" Narcissa laughed, "You have done so much already, I don't think I could ask anymore from-" "Nonsense!" trying to be serious but failed as she laughed.
The night continued on and the party was still going on, but eventually had come to a close. Everyone slowly began to make their ways home, including those that needed to go back to Arrendelle. Rayla had accompanied them to the docks to say one final goodbye, for now. Sandy had made it known that he was going to stay and be the new captain of the guard. Bunny pulled him into a bro hug, "We will miss you old friend." Sandy returned the hug, "I'll miss you too. I just need to help train the people to fight for the good after being under the control of their evil ruler. Plus watching out for Nyx since he is still out there. I must help protect this kingdom."
North nodded, "We will see you all again. Now come along everyone, let us head back home." Elsa smiled, "I couldn't agree more father." The two went on board, Rayla paused Jack before he did, "I think since the war is over, that it is alright to change your hair back to normal." Jack laughed, "Oh right, I do miss my natural hair color." Rayla chuckled and used her magic making the brown disappear, the white returning. She smiled once she was done, "There, back to your old self again. I sure hope we see each other again soon." North glanced from the top of the deck, "I can definitely promise that Rayla." Jack said his final fair well and boarded the ship.
Once everything was boarded up and ready, the ships began to move and depart. Rayla and Sandy stood on the docks and waved as they left wishing them a safe journey. North smiled, "To home we Ginny darling. Hope you are ready to see your mother and Anna again." pulling her into a hug. Elsa returned the embrace, "I am, very much." North kissed her head, "Well it's time to rest up for the night. We have a long journey back home. Goodnight my darling." as he departed below deck to his quarters. Bunny spotted Narcissa, "Come here sheila, I'll show you somewhere that you can sleep." as he led them to his quarters since there was an extra bed for to sleep since Sandy wasn't there anymore.
All, but Jack and Elsa had departed. Elsa was staring out at the sea. It was such a beautiful night and so calm. Jack came behind her, his hands wrapping around her, his lips kissing her cheek. Elsa leaned into his embrace and smiled. Jack just held her, "Back to Arrendelle we go. Quite the travel, but it will be worth it. Especially to see the look on your face when you reunite with your mother and Anna." She nodded, "Indeed Jack. It's just so hard to believe that the war and everything with Pitch is over. Even to have you here beside me again when I should be carrying his child by now." her head hanging low. Jack lifted her chin up, "Don't think like that. Believe it Elsa. You are here with me now. He is done, he will never hurt you again. You can finally be free once more."
Elsa turned to face him, pressing her lips to his, "You're right Jack." as she glanced down at her engagement ring Pitch had given her. She slipped it off, "And that also means I can get rid of this once and for all." as she dropped it into the ocean watching it fall into the deep depths of darkness, never to be seen again. She felt like a huge weight had been lifted off seeing the ring no longer there. To feel no longer bound to him anymore. She sighed, Jack smiled, "Come on Elsa, lets head to bed." Elsa nodded and followed, but paused a moment, "Actually I have a better idea." Jack glanced back at her, her eyes holding a mischief glint to them, "Ok, what did you have in mind?"
She grinned, "I need to get the feeling of Pitch off of me, and his touches." Jack became confused, "So, what do you mean then?" Elsa giggled at his confusion and whispered in his ear what she wanted, her tone seductive. Jack's face turned to realization, "Oh." before his expression matched her own. He pulled her against him, "I think I can arrange that, but we have to be quiet. We cannot let anyone know what we're doing. Especially your father." She smiled and nodded, "Don't I know it." Jack swooped her up in his arms, she squealed, he carried them down to his private quarters.
Elsa nipped at his neck, Jack almost lost his footing on the stairwell, she giggled, "Thought you said we had to be quiet?" she teased. He opened the door and used his foot to close it, "Not so easy with a gorgeous woman in my arms." as he dropped her on the bed. He pulled himself over her, his lips finding hers. Elsa used her hands to wrap around his neck pulling him closer to her. She wanted to feel him against her, wanting to remember what it was like the night they shared before she was taken. As much as neither of them wanted to part, they had to for lack of air. Both panting heavily, his lips sought hers again before moving along her jaw.
Elsa felt her body shiver with excitement, responding perfectly with his movements and touches. Jack found her neck, she moaned lightly in response, "I want to feel you Jack, please!" she gasped. Jack grinned down at her, "Patience my love." she rolled her eyes, "I'll show you patience." yanking him back down on her. Jack chuckled against her lips, his hands roaming along her sides. He sat himself up eyeing her, "Where to start with you." She groaned in frustration, "Jack please." Jack smiled down at her, "How about here?" his finger tugging at the ribbon to the front of her dress. She felt it loosen the moment the first strand came undone. Jack carefully pulled each on from it's spot until it was no longer holding the bodice together.
She felt his hand slip inside along her bare stomach, she gasped at his soft touch. He watched her as she responded to him, "Here perhaps?" his fingers slipping between her breasts. She went to retort, but felt his hand slip to the side cupping her right breast. Jack bent back over keeping his hand firmly in place as his lips moved across hers. She nodded slowly, her body giving in to much needed rest.
Alrighty, yeah that was a challenge for me physically lol. You see I was able to write about half of this, about where the coronation part was, then boom as you may have seen my Note about spraining my wrist. Yeah typing this part was a challenge lol but I picked up speed with my one hand typing lol occasionally I tried to use some with both, though it hurt a bit. Anywho here's the chapter finally. DarkTempest I do have some ideas for when they get back lol I see Anna just sprinting about the palace freaking out when she sees the ships coming in like all out excited and shouting for Tooth and her mother etc lol that and I see Lady Tooth totally knocking him to the ground when she sees him lol. Idk you tell me what you think and we will go from there lol. Alright see you all next chapter :)
