Final phase, Angela was able to defeat Ash and take back Ciel, but some things never goes according to plan ever.

Angela Blanc and Ash Landers row a boat with Hannah and Ciel's body on board to a remote island while Hannah sings a Welsh lullaby name Suo Gan. "The both of you will have to fight a true Angel's Duel for the right to claim Ciel's soul as it one of the conditions of my contract with Alois", Hannah said as they reach the remote island but inside the cave.
"Agreed", Angela agrees to that.
"Very well then", Ash also agrees with the duel.

Cave
Ash gets the same sword from Hannah before she threw it up in a cave ceiling, Angela loads both her QBB-95 LMG and Hannah's RX4 Storm Assault Rifle that she now has in her possession but she will go with the Rifle first. Hannah gave her signal the 2 Angels get started, Angela fires her RX4 Storm at Ash as they both fly to the sword. both Angels grab the sword back and forth but neither of them are making fatal blows, even Angela isn't making any hits on Ash with her guns. Angela continues to shoot at Ash but he use his Angel wings to block the bullets and use the sword to deflect them, Ash then charges at her but she kicks him in the hands causing him to drop the sword before grabbing it.
"You know what, I'm feeling confined by the cave", Angela then shoots her RX4 Storm Assault Rifle all around the cave emptying the magazine then use the sword to split the island in half creating a large fissure in the ground, Hannah herself worrying for the safety of Ciel's body takes him and jumps further up the cliff.

Limbo
"You don't understand Angela's motivation", Ciel talks to Alois while in limbo with him.
"I know your point and I apologies for using you for my own purpose", these purposes of Alois may have made him sane.

The battle continues until it becomes a stalemate, Ash lands on a rock that gives way under him causing him to lose his balances. Angela switch to her QBB-95 LMG and shoots Ash repeatedly before plunging the sword through Ash's body defeating him. This fatal blow done by the sword cannot be healed, "Alois has been playing with Ash, you just never realized it yet", what Angela commented causes Ash to think back.
"Alois Trancy managed to make a small ripple in the long boring life of a Angel so perhaps Alois Trancy's soul was more precious than I thought", Ash commented as he begins to die from his impalement.
Hannah sheds tears of joy and reveals to both Angels, "the contract Alois made with me was to get Ash to acknowledge him, that I fulfilled part of my contract." "Well I've come clear that it is my victory to win back my Ciel", Angela said coming clear with her victory, "with that my contract is completed and I will now consumed Alois's soul just like Luka", Hannah compliments him before devouring Alois's soul which reminded her of Luka.
Just as Angela reach for Ciel, Hannah holds Ciel tightly and falls to the ocean below with him, speaking muted words that gave a shock look on Angela. Angela dives in to reach him and just as she did she fires 1 shot from her QBB-95 LMG at Ciel as he awakens.

Island
"We can all be together now", Hannah lies down with Ash who already died saying they are all together now.
"We are together now!" Jim/Alois voice is heard.
"Yes we are happy!" Luka voice was heard next, they all agree as the entire island crumbles to the ocean taking them with it.

Phantomhive Manor
Ciel awakens in bed with Angela preparing him tea, "it's good Angela", Ciel said despite the fact they are all empty. Angela dressed Ciel in black clothes instead of the usual blue, plus his eye takes on a demonic red glow.
"Young Master, Lady Elizabeth is here", Mey-Rin arrives to inform Lizzy Midford is here, oh her maid outfit is black too.
The reason why for this, Ciel is a demon now because Alois wanted Hannah to bring Ciel back to life that way. As a result Angela can no longer take Ciel's soul up to the heavens and is bound to their contract for good, plus no other supernatural being take Ciel's soul any longer.

"CIEEEEEELLLLLLL!" Lizzy runs up and throws her arms around him.
"Nice to see again Lizzy", Ciel is happy to see Lizzy again.
"Your wearing black, black isn't suitable for your looks!"
"Oh I can change the color, right now will you dance with me?" Ciel ask Lizzy if she wants to dance with him as the music plays and Angela watches them dance around the ball room.
"Ciel, where is your ring?" Lizzy ask when she notice he wasn't wearing his ring but haven't notice his red eye.

Afterwards Ciel sends Angela to deliver goodbye notes to everyone he knew, like Undertaker, the Reapers Grell, William and Ronald, Lau and Ranmao, Prince Soma and Agni, Lizzy and Paula and finally to the US Empress Anna Yuki and this time her husband and Emperor Garrod Ran is in. Before Angela leaves she salutes to them and Anna and Garrod as well as the Kerbero Troopers present there saluted back.
"Well you can do whatever you want with the manor or burn it down for all I care", Ciel said to Mey-Rin, Baldroy and Finny.
"But master this manor leaves many memories", Finny said reminding Ciel all of the memories that can be left behind.
"In time those memories will mean nothing", Ciel said before leaving with Angela in a Humvee.
"Our contract is still valid", Ciel said as his original contact mark glows on his eye.

Angela was scene carrying Ciel through a field of violet and white roses towards a cliff. "I feel the great curse has been lifted from me and I'm freed from my life as a human", Ciel said, "With that I'm forever your White Angel Maid", Angela responded to him. "Where would you like to go now?" Angela ask him and Ciel says "it doesn't matter where we go now Angela."
"Angela or mother, you will stay as my White Angel Maid", Ciel remarks that Angela will stay with him as his White Angel Maid.
"Yes Ciel, my dearest son", Angela gave her response as she flies off the cliff with Ciel to the light.
