Waiting for Tabs to fall asleep was starting to get annoying, I pretend that I wasn't interested in going into the building but secretly I wanted to see what was happening. Listening more closely to Tabs breathing and finally she was sleeping soundly. Shadowing up to the roof to see what was going on as well as allowing myself to think. Being up them for a while before a bright blue light shot up to the night sky, causing me to jump back in shock and surprised.

"What the Hades?" I questioned aloud.

Shadowing back into the living room, shaking Tabs awake.

"What?" She questioned sleepily.

"A giant blue light just shoot up into the night sky." I stated, "Come on."

Grabbing her arm and pulled us into shadow and appeared on the roof, which the light was disappearing.

"What?" She questioned looking fearful, she pulled out her shell cell and speed dialed Don. Putting the cell to her ear and waited with baited breath but by the look at her face made me think it wasn't a good responded. "No, respond this is not good."

"You think?" I demanded.

"We need to go," She replied. "But we just watch from afar okay?"

"Deal," I added.

Shadowing us both back inside, throwing on clothes, sneakers, and jackets. Offering my arm to Tabs who slipped in, we shadowed out and came out a bit away from the TCRI building. Before walking to it to see cops, armed forces, and news crews. The building was closed off, the whole area looked like a scene of pure chaos, not sure what to make of it. I gripped Tabs hand tightly fear was going through me, fear from everyone and even Tabs herself. I could see Casey and April were pretending to be a news crew, I started to pull Tabs with me to get closer but Tabs stood her ground and shook her face. Silently telling me that we need to stay hidden, giving the building one lastly look before walking away. Shadowing back home, and we just sat and try to make scene of what is going on. I just watched the wall.

"They are not dead," I announced to her. "They are still alive but I can't find where they are exactly."

It was hard to pretend like nothing was wrong but it was proving so hard. I wanted to scream out, somehow Tabs was able to handle it well. I would just sit in class and let my mind wander. Thinking the worst of the guys, but I could tell that they were still alive. Tabs headed home while I was stuck in deletion for something I did. Sitting in the back right by the door, waiting for the time I could leave. Reading the Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald keeping the bright orange sticky note where Mikey and I had stop while I read ahead. I felt like time was slowing down and it was killing me.

"Okay, you kids can leave." The teacher announced.

"Finally," I muttered bookmarking my spot and slipped it back to my bag.

Heading out to have my phone beep with a text message, seeing that it was from Virginia. Taking a seat on the bus before opening the message.

"I want to hang out this weekend," She texted. "Come to the bar."

Fighting out a groan but I knew that I need to go. Dropping my stuff on the dining room table, slipping off my shoes. Mom was in office hours.

"Tabs?" I questioned. No responded which I was not surprised, she was dealing with the fact that the Guys were missing. Shadow walked over me and jumped up to said hello. "Hey, girl."

She gave a small bark with her tail waving like crazy, at least someone was happy to see me. Walking past her and headed into my room, Shadow was tailing me. Crashing onto my bed and allowed myself to let mine emotions to wash over me. Anger and sadness were the two greatest ones because one I wanted to find the Guys and I was angry that Tabs wouldn't let go and invested but it wasn't allowed. I was also on the verge of crying because we couldn't find them but I knew that they're not dead. Their energies were bright and living. Shadow gave me a cry and lean her massive head on my chest. Allowing myself to cry, and let it all out. I knew that Tabs wouldn't care as much. So I knew that I needed to get over it.

Tabs when out to do some portal well I still grounded from it. I headed out to the Thieves and Outcastes. Sliding in, it was a different beast in itself. It was crowded with people, everyone who was drinking age but there was also people under age who was sipping gin-fizzes. I could see demigods and mortals alike. Shiny celestial bronze were glowing in the gloom and dark of the bar. Walking in and slipping in the back, holding that Vi and her crew were would be hiding out and talking plans. I was dressed in black skinny jeans with a tight purple tank top, paired with black converses. Giving a nod to her father and headed into the back. Which is where Vi and the others were talking in hushed tones before seeing that it was me. Instantly relaxing, and turning to face me.

"It's good to see you again," Vi said. "Happy that you came out."

"Happy you invited me," I replied. "So what did you want to do?"

"Just to talk," She replied. "And to have some fun."

"Define fun," I suggested with a smirk and raised an eyebrow.

"Oh live a little Al," Vi replied. "You might just like it."

"I will see if I like it or not," I muttered with crossing my arms.

The fun was that of seeking drinks and acting like idiots just like old times. This was fun to allow to relax and be me. As we munched on mozzarella sticks and nachos, is when I started to become more fun in Vi saying.

Tabs P.O.V

Running through and over the roofs of New York as I portal the city, I had to do something that would let me let go of all the emotions that I was feeling with the Guys missing while Alex is being herself such meaning that she was being a standoff and moody. Clearing a jump and slide to a stop. I walked over that overlooked Central Park and took a seat, looking down to see if anything was going to happen. I sensed that someone was watching me.

"You need to work on your stealth," I announced before standing up pulling out my bow and attached an arrow. "You might as well come out."

"I'm not surprised at you to have learned well from Master Splinter," The guy that help us to beat Shredder appeared from the shadows.

"You're the guy that help us," I stated a bit of shock. "How did know about Master Splinter, Where are the Guys?"

More questions came into my thoughts but I held my tongue.

"I will answer all the questions if you will come with me." He said.

"How can I trust that you will try to kill me?" I questioned gripping my bow tighter.

"I promised that no harm will fall you." He replied.

Taking a deep breath before letting the bow down.

"Lead away," I muttered.

Following after him to come through the rooftops until we ended up at the TCRI building, he leads me in, keeping a grip on my weapons as a just in case. He leads into a large room that was filled with otherworldly tech that made my mouth fall open it. That is when I saw Master Splinter, ignoring everything that was going on and rushed to Master Splinter. Who turned to see me rushing, he offered me a large smile as I hugged him tightly.

"It's good to you see Tabitha," He said.

"Where have you been?" I questioned even though there were millions of questions that were coming to my mind.

"All we will answer dear." He replied.

A flash of bright light brought my attention to it as we walked towards it, Master Splinter placed a furry claw on my arm as I suddenly saw pink alien forms working at a control panel. I wanted to scream and run, but I told myself not to freak out. In front of us stood a platform where the bright light appeared and before me, the guys appeared with a humanoid robot. Frozen to the spot and not able to move.

"We're home yeah!" Mikey yelled cheering which broke the frozen spell on me. "Yeah, we made it." He kissed the ground which I rolled my eyes and a smile came across my face.

Fear slipped through me as humanoid dinosaurs appeared behind them and more humans appeared.

"Head up guys looks like we brought back some tagalongs!" Leo yelled.

"Rule Number one never pick up hitchhikers," Raph growled as he pulled his Sais out and swing them around.

"No remain stationary," Someone yelled. "Stay calm we will return you to your native continuity."

Right as a laser shot out, Master Splinter and I moved out of the way. Before hiding behind us machine.

"What is this madness?" I heard one asked with a deeper and rougher voice. "Where are the rest of our warriors? The fugitoid sees it."

"Oh Dear." I heard an English accented voice.

"Fire!" I heard someone yelled.

Hearing lasers popping all around us.

"What the Hades?" I questioned.

"It would be best if you stay down and move." I heard master Splinter said.

"I agree with you," I muttered.

We both ran to get better cover when a sharp and hot pain ripped through my arm causing me to drop down and scream in pain. The pain was so much for me before my body gave into the pain and passed out.

Alex P.O.V.

When I came back to the apartment and stuck in and somehow getting in without Mom caught me, I had sipped a few fizz and alcohols drinks that Vi and the others had pushed on me. I felt good and warm. A bit giggly as well as, slipping off my boots and silently slipped into bed. Sleeping it off and woke up with a massive headache but I kept it hidden heading into the bathroom and pop a few Advil and washed it down with water before heading into the kitchen for some tea and toast.

Mom was cooking at the stove, she turned to face me with a slight smile.

"Good morning," She announced. "I didn't hear you come in last night."

"I was trying to be quiet didn't want to wake you," I replied.

"Is Tabs sleeping in?" She asked.

"I have no idea," I muttered grabbing a mug and prove some tea. "And I don't really care right now."

"Alex?" Mom questioned. "You and her need to stop fighting and blaming each other for what happens with the Guys."

"You don't get it, Mom," I muttered added the milk and sugar before mixing and drinking it which was helping my headache. "Tabs and I mad at each other for various and right now it might be better if we kept to ourselves for a while."

Mom just rolled her eyes and huffed before going back to making food.

Heading back out to hang out with Vi and the others. It was being more fun to do something bad, we were hanging outside in central park after dark. Slipping alcohols that Vi has gotten from her dad.

"It good has you back Al," Vi said as she passes the brown bag to me. "We can finally get back to being part of the group."

"Here, here!" Adela cheered with a smirk as she took the bag from me.

"Since we are here and you are back to us I have a gift for you," Vi said pulling out of her pocket a large uncut quartz necklace on a golden chain. "It's a gift to welcome you back to the group."

"Oh Vi you didn't have to," I muttered as I took the necklace looking at it. "It's pretty."

"Put it on," She said. "It will look nice on you."

"Yeah…Yeah." I muttered before slipping it on.

Tabs P.O.V.

As I started to come to, I found myself floating in some type of liquid. Fighting the urge to freak out but told me to stop freaking out. The liquid seems too displaced, and I started to go down with it. Feeling cold air started to kiss my body, slowly opening my eyes to see that I was still in the room with technology. Seeing the pink things were hovering over me.

"You seem to make a full recover Ms. Hayes." One of them said.

"What happen?" I questioned dreamily.

"You were shot with a laser and you made a fully recovered." He said.

Looking down to see that my left arm was covered in a bandage. Slowly looking down to see that I was a very weird looking outfit. I started to get up and moved very slowly.

"Please follow me I'll bring you to where you can change into your clothes." The one with a female sounding voice.

Slowly and carefully followed them into a small room where my clothes were. A pair of jeans with my black boots, a green tunic top, with my leather jacket. It gave me a slight smile before leaving and let me changed. Slowly pulling on my underwear and socks, bring pulling on my jeans and boots feeling no pain as I pulled on my bra and jacket, letting my hair be loose. Pulling on my jacket, seeing my weapons were placed gently on the table. Grabbing and pulled them on, before heading out to see the two aliens were hovering and waiting for me.

"Good you are ready to go," one of them said. "Please follow me to Master Splinter and his sons."

Walking after them until we came to a room, where Master Splinter was trying to meditate while Mikey was jumping around, Raph looked annoyed, Leo was thinking about something while Don who was in awe of the tech. Mikey was the first to notice me.

"Tabs?" He questioned with a large smile, which the others noticed me.

Suddenly I was pulled into a giant group hug, which I hug back. As we stepped back, without realizing that I was crying.

"What happen?" I asked.

"Oh don't cry Tabby," Mikey said pulling me into a tight hug. "We're back."

"I know," I muttered. "It just I miss you guys."

"Where Al?" Raph asked.

"We aren't on speaking terms," I muttered. "You need to tell me everything but firstly where did you find an AI robot?"

"We will tell you everything but we need to get to the farmhouse and get some relaxing," Leo said.

Telling Mom that I was going up for a weekend and would be back, which she told me to talk to Alex which I replied we are not on speaking terms. Which Mom was not happy about it, but she held her tongue.

We were sitting on the porch watching as Master Splinter was kicking the guys' butts.

"So tell me what happens?" I demanded.

"So long story short," Don said. "We were shot into space, thrown into space jail we break out."

"How did you find the robot?" I asked.

"I'm getting there," Don replied. "His name is Professor Honeycutt, he a brilliant genius who transfer his whole being into the robot, and two sides of a war between the Triceraton Republic and the Galactic federation what him for his teleportation device which both sides want to have to win the war."

"Hades!" I muttered as I took in all the info. "So those dinosaurs are part of the Triceraton, yes and the humans are the other."

"Yes," Don said simply. "So tell me what is going on with Alex?"

"After you guys got shot into space," I replied. "Alex wanted to go in all guns blazing and I wouldn't allow it. So she got mad at me and started to hang out with Vi and her crowd, and I know that is not going to be good."

"She will be okay Tabs." He replied.

"What happen the pink alien things?" I asked.

"They are called the Utrom, there are good aliens." He said.

"I figured," I muttered. "I mean they heal me of the laser blast."

"Shredder is an Utrom," Don said. "After the laser blast, the Utrom put you in a healing bath and told us the truth of the Shredder."

"Hades!" I yelled pushing my head in my hands and lean over.

"Take a breath," Don said gently rubbing my back. "In and out."

"I just can't believe that there are aliens," I muttered. "That there were some other humans in the universe."

"I know it's a lot to take in," Don replied. "You just to process it."

"Yeah, I know," I muttered looking up at him, was feeling the kindness and warmest that Don was giving me. I was feeling a slight blush was coming across my face. Quickly looking somewhere else, a quick glance to see that Don had a slight reddish to his cheeks. The moment was ruined right as Mikey appeared making both of break up and look different ways.

As we came home, the guys dropped me off, waving them off and headed inside. Coming to the door, screaming was coming through. High pitched and angry voices, keeping my hand from opening the door, rather waiting for them to be done. The door was thrown open to see an enraged Alex marching out of the door, she offered me a growl in greeting.

"What are you looking at?" She growled.

"What with the attitude?" I questioned. "Why are you being mean to your mother?"

"It none of your business Nerd," She started getting in my face that when I say it her darker side had taken over. "It's best if you stay out of it and keep your pretty little mouth shut."

I noticed the necklace, and it clicks the necklace.

"Who gave you the necklace?" I asked.

"Well if you must know it was a gift from Vi," She replied. "Keep your dirty hands off it."

She pushed me back and laughed as she walked away, taking a deep breath and getting my scenes before heading inside to find Mom crying her eyes out.

"Mom?" I questioned. She looked up, with tears streaming down her face. I walked closer and hug her tight. "What is going on?"

"She is gone to the dark side," Mom cried. "I've tried to break her out of it but it has such a strong hold over her."

"Hush…" I whispered rubbing her back. "I'll handle it do you know where she is going?"

"No, I don't she didn't tell me anything," Mom cried. "All I know that she is hanging out with Vi and her friends."

"Let get you to bed," I whispered. "Guys and I will bring her back."

We headed to the bar Thieves and Outcasts which was closed and dark, making quick work of the lock and we headed in with cautiously not sure what we would find, just to find Alex was waiting for us. The lights flecked to see her. Fear slipped through me as I just saw Alex was standing there with a large uncut crystal necklace hang close to her heart, an evil smirk was across her face. Looking at Alex in the eyes seeing glassily look meaning my fear was just meaning that Virginia was controlling her and allowed the dark side out.

"I was wondering when you lot was going to come," She teased. "I see you coming to fight for little old me that's sweet."

"Alex you need to snap out of this," I reasoned. "This isn't you"

"No this isn't me," She replied. "It's the better me."

"No, it 'int," Raph stated. "We want the normal Alex back, and you better give her back."

"That isn't going to happen you see I like being the true me," She teased "If you want her back then come and take her back."

"So be it," Leo stated. "Take her down."

Alex bit back a smirk as the group of us launched an attack on her, she flipped over Mikey swiftly kicking him in the shell, dodging an arrow that was set free by me. She quick sided steps from Donnie Bo staff, grabbing it the right moment and push it back hitting Donnie in the face. She licked her lips as she used Donnie body to push off and flipped dodging Leo and his katana sliding to a stop with her huffed down much like a cat or snake getting ready to strike she eyed the three of us that were standing, Raph being Raph jumped into her view swing his sais ready to fight.

"Lex break out of it." Raph pleaded.

A flash of memory came from Alex's eyes for a second just a second before it when back to glassily. She growled and strike taking Raph to the ground and roared in his face. Raph somehow managed to get her on the ground with him holding her down. She pushed him back created from her shadows sending him flying back. She raised her hands and allowed the shadows to pour from her hand, the wind started to push her hair up and out.

"Guess give up your not to going to win." She stated the shadows began to shift taking the form of creatures.

"Your right we can't win," Raph said weakly as he limped to us. "I want in"

"Raph?" Everyone demanded.

"You wish to join me?" She questioned looking mildly interested.

"Yeah, I would rather be on the winning side for once," Raph said putting his Sais away and walked up to Alex.

"For once you are making the right choice Raph," Alex replied.

He stood right in her before pulling her in and kissed her, all of us were frozen to the spot. I always had a feeling that Raph liked Alex but he would never show it until now. The world seems to freeze as Raph kissed her, the world started to come back to a movement as Alex's hands wrapped around Raph neck, leaning in meaning that Alex was kissing him back. One of Raph's hand slipped up and ripped the necklace off Alex's neck and allowed it to drop onto the ground. He kept a tight grip on Alex as she leans on him. Both of them broke apart, a bright red came across Alex's cheeks.

"Alex?" I questioned cautiously.

"Hey." She whispered weakly before passing out.

Alex would be spending the night in the lair as a just in case that Virginia tried anything. Either Raph or Alex was looking at each both more than embarrassed about the kiss. So instead they just keep quiet, Mikey, Raph, and Master Splinter would be down there with Alex, while Leo, Don, and myself would stay up in the apartment as cautious should Virginia and her group attack. Feeling like a cat on a hot tin roof, Don and Leo could tell that I was worried but wouldn't say a thing about it. Thankfully Virginia and her group didn't show up.

As Alex came back to the apartment, tears were welling up her eyes as she tightly hugs her mom.

"Mom I'm sorry for whatever I say to you." She cried.

"It's okay," She whispered. "It wasn't your fault it was that crystal and Virginia."

I wanted to ask if Raph and she had talked about the kiss but I wasn't going to push it, right now I was just happy that she was back to her normal self.
